I had Booting Issues with my laptop early this month, I contacted Lenovo Customer Care, they issued me a ticket as my hard disk (ssd) was crashed or something, it wasn't working, since its been more than 15 days I haven't got any kind of response from your team .I am student I am not able to attend my classes and do my work. Still Haven't received my part its been hectic situation for LENOVO is the worst service provider, They dont respond...

I have reported many times the lenovo think pad laptop web cam issue with lenovo customer care.

They are not responding and talking very rude language....

Service was booked when my laptop was under warranty and it took them 1 month to resolve it and even after resolving it, it did not last for 2 days and i received a call and i told them everything they told me they will look into matter and now if i contact customer care they are saying it is out of warranty and cannot help the problem is with the hardware service provided was poor and now i need replacement because when i booked for service...

Laptop not charging, adapter working well. Registered complaint on mail, but no reply yet, customer care people aren't taking the issue seriously, I have to repeat everything to every other executive. I am reaching out to you to escalate an issue with warranty repair of my personal AIO PC bought 8 months ago.
I was having issues with this unit as can be seen from a couple of service requests logged.
Finally the system stopped working on 11/09 and I called the help desk and sent the error log and screen shot of the Bios diagnostics.

I placed an order on 23 August. The estimate dispatch was said 6-8 weeks when ordering.
In 6 th week lenovo notified that it would dispatch on 13 December.
There is no valid reason given by Lenovo.
They aren't returning the money either.
I am suffering a lot in my education everyday and I have projects to complete in line.
Lenovo behaviour is very rude and arrogant.
I don't see any option...

i am very disappointed with lenovo who just waste time by giving online instruction while the problem is hardware.

My serial number is PF14C5AY, As I sent multiple mails to get support but Lenovo support is not replying with proper resolution.

Before purchasing the Warrenty upgrade I confirmed with the customer support they told me it's included and when I was placing the order there was ADP written(attached image for the same).
