Dear Motorola

My name is Praveen and had been a customer of Motorola from the flip phone onwards.

Currently have been using Moto G6 for the last 2 + years.
This set has developed issues with speaker/mic. Have given this to the service center “Dreams Mobiles CGI-CTG “ on 7/11

Service center has claimed that parts will be available by next week Tuesday (10/11/2020).
They also mentioned that they will call me and update on 10/11.
There has been no response, called up multiple times on the below numbers.

Would like to make complaint on
1) Attitude of the front office is appalling while responding to call
2) Call are picked up after multiple tries.
3) Rude response via call. ( Like “Will call you back” and noting is heard )
4) Never will the call back if the parts are NOT received .
5) No proper communication on the update (

It’s a night mare to get to the service center, Stays approx. 20 Km from this service center .

As there was inordinate delay and very back behavior, more over made 3 times visit to the center.
After all this the equipment was not rectified.

=======================” Would like to get the 200 Rs back “ ======================

Let me know what is the procedure to get this done.
If there are issues, do keep me posted will look for other option to call this charge.

      I want to complain about the shopkeeper about that he doesn't give us laptop's software setting. And I want to ask that does we get laptop's software setting or not. I bought Laptop S340 [Model No. 81VV00GHIN] i3 10th Gen yesterday on 07th November 2020. I want to ask that if I reset [format] my laptop then how could I get my software back? So, I am asking for shopkeeper for software setting but he denied to give us that and says that if I reset [format] then bring it to them. Is it right ? that shopkeeper doesn't giving us software setting . Is that legal ? Or we should ask him to give us software setting.

        Lenovo K8 Note hangs and auto restarts every minute


        I am using Lenovo K8 Note mobile phone with latest version of Android Oreo 8 updated.

        My phone is restarting automatically every minute and then gets hanged and then restarts again.

        I have already tried the below options with no success:

        1) Cache partition wipe

        2) Factory Reset (using the recovery mode as well)

        3) Battery drainage to 0% and then Battery full 100% charge.

        4) Now the phone look like toy .

        The issue still remains and causing me lots of inconvenience.

        Please help and advise.

          Hi,

          I bought Lenovo k8 note in Jan 2018 and was good until Oreo update.

          After i updated the phone. My phone getting hang and rebooting frequently.

          Given to service center and they simply did the software update but still same issue. Finally its a mother board issue but can't do anything.

          This phone was good till before update and giving issue after Oreo update.

          Can Lenovo help me to rectify the problem free of cost as this happened due to Oreo update.

                  I bought Ideapad Gaming 3-15IMH05 Laptop - Type 81Y4, I am disappointed by observing it battery life. This laptop claimed that it can be used for 7 hours while playback video 1080p but it came out to be far from its claim. I only got 1.30-2.00 hours battery life while in idle position. Is this a reject product or a fail product?
                  My product is yet under warranty period.
                  How will the issue with battery life be resolved ?

                      I purchased a laptop from the company outlet Saga Solutions, Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam on 7th October 2020. I do not know the model of the laptop but the cost was Rs 26, 000/-. Surprisingly, the outlet did not give me the invoice and said that it would be mailed in a day or two. It has been almost 2 mths since i bought and still now i have not received the invoice on my mail. Also, the camera of my laptop is not working properly. I tried a couple of times for zoom meetings and my picture is not at all clear. I am surprised by such a defect in a new laptop. What do i do now for having a non functioning camera and also for not having received my invoice till date.

                        I bought a lenovo ThinkPad E14 laptop 1 month ago.. The price of laptop is nearly 34-35000₹. After sometime laptop is not working because of my own mistake. When I went for the repair station the company gave me the estimate of 43, 000₹. I don't understand that my laptop price is 35, 000₹ but when I repair some parts of that, I should pay more than the original price of laptop...

                            I have repaired my lenovo ideapad G510 laptop from Lenovo Service center at Sysnet Global Solutions Aurangabad. After getting service my laptop was hardly function 3-4 time after service then the same error appeared again..
                            As a service center they even didn't give any kind of service receipt to the customers . They are giving worst quality service and demanding high amount of money.

                                I have bought Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 on[protected]. From the day I've received its not working properly, freezes or maybe hang while working on it.Everytime it gives a notification that certain application is not responding. After shut down if I again turn on PC it takes a lot of time for that.
                                Please provide a relevant repair or solution for this.

                                  I bought this laptop in march. I was facing battery issues since first month. I tried contacting them but their phone was busy all the time.
                                  I raised a ticket then, they called me back and did the calibration thing.
                                  And closed the ticket without futher confirmation whether it's working fine or not.
                                  I raised another ticket but i did not get any response.
                                  Had to wait another 15 days for a call that said reboot your windows.
                                  Did and still faced the issue.
                                  Went to service center, they said battery issue, got my battery replaced.
                                  Afer 15 days of thorough checking i was still facing the issue, they asked me to reboot window and check again. After another 15 days i submitted the laptop. And then he sent me videos saying he checked it it's working fine. Went there to check and collect today thay is 21.11.2020. It was still not working fine and they said "itna to chalta hai". How come "itna to chalta hai" when this is a new laptop and I have been facing issue since I bought it. I have spent 50 thousand of my hard earned money. How can they say itna to chalta h ap le jao ise.And it has been 8 months that I have been running around for this same issue.

                                  I need a new product because I am pissed now. I don't have all the time jn the world to go and check for the condition of the laptop every week. I am a working professional.
                                  Hence i need a new laptop as a solution now. I cannot work with this issue anymore. They are not giving me satisfactory replies and service.
                                  Also while i was checking, the battery after replacement, it's camera had some hardware wiring issue for which I had to again raise a ticket and was not contacted in time and had to go to service center again. I have visited that center about 10 to 15 times in 6 months just for this single issue. I have all the video proofs that i sent them as well regarding the issue. And they all have dates mentioned. I have all the mail proofs that i sent them related to this issue and did not get a satisfactory response.
                                  I have copies of all the tickets as well.
                                  Also they have all this tickets that are still in progress because of which i cannot raise a ticket again because according to their system, until unless a ticket is resolved we cannot raise a new ticket.
                                  The link to all the proofs can be added if required. As there are a lot of videos and pics i have them in a separate folder which cannot be attached here.

                                  Lenovo IdeaPad s340( I don't need a satisfactory service now, i have wasted my 7months of time and energy on this ### product and their ###TY service. I need a new product as replacement (new laptop basically) and an apology for their poor service)

                                    Hello,

                                    My purchase of Lenovo Laptop was in month of January 2020 from Croma.

                                    I am facing some issue with charging. So visited Lenovo service centre in andheri today for resolve the issue.

                                    Here when I speak to Mr. Sandesh & Mr. Kawaljeet at the service centre I am informed that my warranty as per manufacturing has expired in month of June 2020. They mentioned that Croma or we as customer should have updated the date of Purchase to POP(Proff of Purchase) or Lenovo after the purchase.

                                    I really need to understand do a customer need to update such things?

                                    With a Brand Like Lenovo & Croma with such amazing goodwill, i expect the response to be swift.

                                      I purchased my laptop last year June and premium support after that for 3 years. While I purchase premium support it mentioned Hardware and software support for 3 years. However, recently my laptops Battery got problem and when I contacted support they said we provide hardware support except for battery.

                                      They did not mention this term while I purchase the premium support from their site.

                                      They are speaking without responsibility... and they said its not their responsible
