I have ordered a brand new Lenevo laptop from flipcart but I received a non functional/defective piece, I found out many issues like audio drivers are not working and there are camera quality and battery issues as well and then I have requested for refund/replacement, as per lenevo warranty a technician visited and resolved the microphone issue however other issues are still there, now I am requesting for refund as I was not supposed to have a repaired laptop and the laptop is under refund /replacement period but they are harassing us and no body giving any proper solution.. kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

    Sir i bought lenovo laptop in december 2019 till march 2020 it was working properly but all of sudden it created some problem from april on wards but because of covid 19 everything was lockdown, i file a compalaint in the month of september 2020 at lenovo toll free number and i was told that some body will attend but i am sorry till date nobody contacted me and my laptop is not working properly kindly take the matter seriously otherwise i will do the needfull as deemed fit with regards

      Hi Team,

      I am writing in regards my laptop issue which I have recently purchased from Lenovo on 16th September. Since 18th September my laptop is not working. I have raised a complaint also I have called them on their call support and done everything which was advised to me by the technician.Still my issue is not resolved. I have purchased this laptop for my office work and now I think I have wasted my money on this. I have shared all the documents to them and they have advised me that your machine will get replaced. They will send a technician to check the machine and then he will seal it. This was told to me by their representative earlier. I am waiting for the technician since last 10 days and when I called them they always misguided me.This is how they treat their customers, first they sold the machine which was not working and then they fool the customers for a month by suggesting these things. This is how Lenovo works? I am facing this issue since the 2 day of purchasing this laptop and because of this I am facing issue at my job as I have purchased this laptop for my office work and because of Lenovo I am having so much trouble at my work. Worst brand for purchasing the laptop. Worst customer service. I want to take a strict action against them.

        1) The order for the ThinkPad laptop was placed on 5th September 2020. Aware of the fact that the model was a customized one, the expected date of the delivery was 4-6 weeks. The same was also confirmed by the telephonic conversations.

        2) After waiting for around 3 weeks, I mailed [protected]@lenovo.com as the status of the order laptop was showing CONFIRM only at that time on the Lenovo website.(The same status is present as of 06th October 2020). It was only then intimated to me that the date of schedule of the product delivery is mid of December 2020. No prior intimation regarding the delivery of the product was given through any communication channel.

        3) For around 3 weeks since the order was placed, neither any intimation from Lenovo regarding the delivery was given nor anything was updated on their website.

        Since the delivery of the laptop was more than 100 days from the date of order, I had no other option than to cancel it. When contacted telephonically, it was conveyed to me 6-7 times that the process for the cancellation of the order would be completed within 24/48 hours from the date of cancellation request and a reply regarding the same would be intimated. However it's been two weeks since I requested Lenovo to cancel the order vide mails and calls but no progress has been made until now.

        4) As of 6th October 2020, since the date of order, several emails (20+ mails) and calls (35+) have been shot to address the aforesaid issue. However the above exercises have yield no concrete result.

        From a customer point of view, it's been more than a month since the order for the laptop was placed. Neither the product has been delivered nor any reply, other than patiently waiting, regarding the cancellation of the order has been given.

        In view of the above, you are requested to urgently address the issue and do the needful from your end.

          I recently bought Lenovo Ideapad Serial No. YX006NZN and paid for accidental damage protection on September 30, 2020. My account got debited and still the company has not updated the same on my account. I tired of calling their customer care. The customer care gave some email address and asked me to send email. I have sent multiple emails but received no reply. Finally, the customer care asked me to wait for 30 days to get updated with the accidental damage protection.

          When Lenovo takes my money how could it gets updated after 30 days? Second why do Lenovo wants to use my money? Is Lenovo still in STONE AGE where the company's representatives need to update it manually?

          Such a pathetic service. I spent more than Rs 125000 and they provide such third grade service. Its so embarrassing and I feel bad for myself for choosing Lenovo instead of Dell or Apple.

          I request consumer complaints to kindly escalate my complaint to respective authorities and at least hope they would ensure justice as soon as possible.

            Lenovo is a company of thiefs. I wanted to buy a laptop for my daughter and I saw only Lenovo was offering student laptops. That itself is a cheating. I realised this later when I saw the price of other brands. They dont ask you to produce any proof to show that you are a student. I called the sales team one Ajoy and he promised me delivery by 3rd October and I placed the order by paying the full cost of the laptop upfront. Then I am getting an email saying that the machine will be delayed by 15 days more. That means I have to wait a whole month to get this machine. So there itself I realised this companies business model and I insisted for refund of my money with interest. Now everyday I am calling, sending emails and they have only one answer. It takes 15-20 days to process the refund. So this is their business model. Take money from customer by promising and roll that money. I want authorities to take action against this company and this company should not work in India. Cheats.

              I purchased a laptop from Lenovo.
              Its Serial number MP1LNGBE.
              Its not working. When I told this to them they asked to send mail to pop.lenovo.com . i sent them several mail with invoice.
              They do not replied for any mail.
              20 valuable days are over still they support team telling that we can't do anything without updating warranty. I am frustrated with u guys.

                The device I purchased is having a display issue( Yellow tint all over the screen) from the day 1. I have contacted customer care several times, still they haven't sent a technician for onsite visit to clarify the issue and replace with another piece. Every time I call them they keep saying due to corona they are short staffed. But I see the raised complaint has been closed and got reopened only when I called them for enquiry.

                  I purchased a Lenovo Tab M10 from Croma - Connaught Place on[protected] for 15990 INR. The product worked for a short duration only (with issues in charging) and finally got switched off due to complete failure of charging. Since the product had one year warranty provided by the Lenovo company itself, i returned the Tab to Lenovo (through their service centre in Srinagar - J&K, on[protected] for fixing the problem. I have been now waiting for my tab since, because it has not been delivered to me so far despite my repetitive communications with the concerned authorities from the said company. Now i want that either a fresh tab be delivered to me or my money be refunded, for it seems like they are not able to repair that defective Tab. I request this forum to kindly take the cognizance of the matter.

                    Within one week of delivery, this laptop started giving me blue dead screen error even after complaining a dozen of time there is no response to my issue.

                    There is no one replying to my mails.

                    i am never going to buy lenovo laptop ever and would try my best to advice people to stay away from this company which has no interest in customer satisfaction.

                      I had lenovo idea pad 330 laptop had serial no.PF1F6CZR and it is problem from the 6th month of buying it. First it has keyboard issue then hard disk issue then LCD issue, then cable issue. After changing this much parts still it is giving problem.
                      Now again it is not powering on.and also i didn't overused and not even overcharged and not played a single game.but still it was lagging and gave me a lot of problems . And before my warranty get expired i had tried so many times by call and mail. But because of lockdown no response from lenovo end. I had call many number of times and I had mail also on customer care mail id. But nobody help me to upgrade my laptop warranty. I can understand due to covid19 first problem but due to that I am facing loss of my data and work. My laptop is not working that's why I can't work from home. And I lost my job. And sir i purchase this laptop by saving money one by one and by requesting my parents again again but then the laptop not working good and gave me problems only and now my laptop warranty is expired and laptop not working. So I m requesting you to please look in to this and upgrade my laptop warranty.please help

                        Contacted lenovo support center for dead pixel issue on lcd for my thinkpad t470. Did enough time pass on the ticket and service center returned laptop saying "service denied as there no functionality issue". There are dead pixel in more than 10 places on the screen and also some light glowing (Randomly) in middle of the screen. How come it considered as no functionality issue?

                        By the way, support center guys damaged more to the laptop by not opening the pannel properly.

                          Its been multiple times when i have complained to the customer service about the erbcam issue i have been facing since months, but there isn't any resolution to it.
                          So many customers who have bought this model have been facing the same issue and the company is just now owning to the faulty defective model.

                          I would want them to replace all the laptops of this model that have been facing such issues.

                              This is to inform you that i had purchased brand new lenovo idea pad s540 – 151wl
                              (Purchase for rs. 62000/-) last year in the month of october 2019, details as below :-

                              Warranty period is upto : 11.10.2020
                              01. In the month of august 2020 there was a problem in laptop’s hinge, we had complaint the matter to your customer care and your engineer came to fix the hinge and after fixing the hinge he tried to start the laptop to check & operate but at that time he observed problem in the mother board also for which we again made complaint for mother board problem and the same was replaced after 15 long days.
                              02. On 9th september 2020 again there was problem in cursor. We tried to connect to lenovo customer care they attended and fixed the problem. But yesterday i. E 21.09.2020 the cursor problem again arise along with touch pad problem, today on dt. 22.09.2020 we tried to connect customer care and he asked to take away all our data from laptop so he can further check the problem. After we took out all the data and we tried to call the customer care but the phone was getting connected and no executives we attending the phone for more than 20 to 30 minutes. We just have to hold the phone and listen to the music.
                              03. Today again there was new problem a summing sound was coming form from the laptop.
                              04. The cursor problem is till date same as it is & not resolved.
                              My daughter is attending her online graduation final exam and we are helpless and have as of today we have no solution with this type of your defaulted laptop.
                              My daughter is helpless for her exams even after spending 62000/- for the laptop but useless.
                              We are mentally disturb with your product.
                              Request you to please re-imburse my purchase amount and take away your laptop or replace with new laptop.
                              Please let me know what is to be done in this case so that i can take further decision.

                                I bought a new laptop from lenovo service provider.
                                I did not given second thought while purchasing it, but from there only that laptop was working too slow.. its i3 7th Gen 4gb Ram.
                                I told to sales person also he said this processor works like this only.
                                I thought may be he is right.
                                But i[censored] compare same processor with other brand laptop then i got fooled by the sales person.
                                Now every coming week after buying that new laptop i am writing a complain to lenovo for issues i am facing..
                                Now suddenly again that laptop display got vertical lines.

                                First its taking lots of time to files get open now this. Chrome dosent work properly, i din installed any big software that it's get hanged or something.
                                But every day its get lots of hang.. automatically its get restart.

                                I filed complain several time to lenovo but their support team only come through team viewer don't know what they they do and with saying anything they leave and my problem stays same as it is..

                                I will not recommend anybody to go with this brand laptop.
                                Because if you buy then its okay but dont expect a proper after sales service.

                                I want replacement for this laptop or my money back..
                                I am totally fedup with this laptop.

                                    I am using lenovo 330s serial: yd06059a bought it on 28/12/2018 with 3y depot warranty.
                                    Since i bought this i'm having some or the other issue, even your executive won't be able to deduct the issue, they simply run the vantage application scan it and then they tell to do a backup and put up a new window.
                                    I'm literally fed up now i don't want to use this laptop either you exchange it or grant me a refund.
