I am reaching out to you to escalate an issue with warranty repair of my personal AIO PC bought 8 months ago.
I was having issues with this unit as can be seen from a couple of service requests logged.
Finally the system stopped working on 11/09 and I called the help desk and sent the error log and screen shot of the Bios diagnostics.
I am also attaching them for your reference. It was diagnosed as RAM failure.

A technician was sent on 21/09 to replace the RAM.
He did not know how to open the panel to change the RAM and fiddled with the unit without realizing it is a Touch screen LCD display.
He placed the unit on a hard table face down trying to open the panel.
In that process the display got damaged.
I have notified the call center executive Sravan Kumar (Phone: [protected]) on the same day in front of the technician.
I asked the technician to leave as he did not seem to have the required skills to fix the RAM. He did not give me any papers to sign.
I followed up with the call center, online virtual assistant and escalated in Lenovo portal several times on the issue.
I have received mails acknowledging the issue is being looked into.
On further follow up, I was surprised to be told that the ticket was closed with a service report submitted by the technician with my forged signature.
I was told by the call center that it was recorded in the report that the damage was caused by the customer.
You can clearly see in the attached diagnostic screen shot the display was in perfect condition till the technician arrived to fix it.

We buy the products from Lenovo with high expectations on the quality and good after sales experience, but this has definitely left me feeling otherwise.
I am unable to use this machine for the past 6 weeks having spent close to 80, 000 INR buying it.

I am aghast at Lenovo's utter disregard for customer complaints about warranty issues.
I am following up for the past 3 months about a brand new AIO rendered useless due to a technician's incompetency in repairing and damaging the display during the process. It has fallen on deaf ears.

    I bought a Lenovo Legion laptop on January 25th applied for their redemption scheme using which I bought a Lenovo Smart clock for Rs.999. I bought the clock on buyalenovo.com on the 28th of January 2020.

    My Ticket Number is LRDO-PMO-337661.

    Initially, before covid 19, my delivery address was in Madya Pradesh. Before they even dispatched the product I wrote them a mail changing my delivery address which they confirmed TWICE. yet months later I receive a call from the dtdc delivery person asking where he should drop off my package in Jabalpur. after I instructed him to take it back, I wrote Lenovo several emails again regarding the same. They replied exactly a month later asking me to provide the new address which I gave them twice already. a few weeks later I receive another call from the delivery person who still trying to drop off the product in Jabalpur. All this while I am trying to call the number attached to their mail which is invalid ([protected]). Then a couple of months later I receive a mail notifying me that the package has been returned to the facility and THEY WILL DISPATCH IT ONCE I GIVE THEM THE NEW ADDRESS. at this point, it's been 7 months since I placed the order. I gave them the new address again and since then they haven't replied to my emails. I tried to reach them in the number they provided in the mail only to find it futile. I have called customer care and they ask me to call the invalid number again and that they can't help me since it's a different department. Today it's been 10 MONTHS since I paid Lenovo for a smart clock that I still haven't received. in buyalenovo.com there is an option to check the status of your ticket. There it is shown that my package has been delivered.

      I ordered Ideapad L340 through lenovo website on 15th Aug, 2020 and received the laptop on 22nd Sept 2020. The laptop display was not proper
      I called Lenovo technical support team, No property response and then I reached Lenovo Service center to fix the issues, They have verified the laptop and provided the DOA certificate to replace the laptop. I send it back to the seller and requested the replacement laptop. Initially they agree to replace the laptop. After receiving back the laptop Lenovo sales team trying to refund the money, they are not replacing the laptop.
      from the day one I requested replacement not refund.
      I wasted almost 1 month of time.
      I need help to sort out this.
      I need laptop with same configuration.

      So far no update. Without considering concern they have re-funded the amount.
      Almost i wasted one month time to follow the issue & status, Also I went multiple times to service centre in busy schedule.

          I placed an order on 23 August. The estimate dispatch was said 6-8 weeks when ordering.
          In 6 th week lenovo notified that it would dispatch on 13 December.
          There is no valid reason given by Lenovo.
          They aren't returning the money either.
          I am suffering a lot in my education everyday and I have projects to complete in line.
          Lenovo behaviour is very rude and arrogant.
          I don't see any option now and everyday I lose is Lenovo going to pay for that.
          I kindly request you to help me as my situation is getting worse and I am literally begging others for a laptop to do my daily tasks.

            On 21.10.2018 for a sum of Indian Rupees 38, 000/- from your authorized dealer namely Absolute IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd situated in Shop no. 5Twin Tower, Tripathi nagar, Phase-2, Virar(W), Dist-Palghar-401303, Maharashtra, India, having mobile No. [protected].

            2. It is surprising to note that even two years have not yet been passed and the aforesaid computer sudden stop working.

            3. The undersigned sent the said computer through his man by name Mr. Madhav Tile to Lenovo Service center situated at Marol Makawana road, Andheri(east), Mumbai-400 059, Maharashtra, India on 05.10.2020 to repair/replace the same but it is further surprising to note that the said service Centre demanded Indian Rupees 24768.40/- from the undersigned.

            4. The undersigned is very surprised that even two years have not been passed and the computer manufactured by LENOVO has stop working. I am further surprised that inspite of replacing and/or repairing the Lenovo Service Centre is demanding Indian Rupees 24768.40/- .

            5. The aforesaid attitude creates doubt in the mind o[censored]ndersigned that either the Company has used very cheap and very low quality materials in manufacturing the said computer or your agent has sold me a low quality material by making false representation or your service Centre is making us fool for the purpose of earning money by illegal means. I point out to you that your said conduct/behavior harm my mind, body, my work and put me in wrongful loss.

            6. I never thought that such a reputed company and/or its authorized dealer or its service Centre will do such things, which prompts me to take legal action against you, authorized dealer and your service Centre.

            7. However, before taking any action in the matter, I hereby request to replace the said computer or return my money within a fifteen days of the receipt of the said Notice, otherwise, I shall have no option except to adopt the course as provided under the Indian law for taking the money for good quality material and supplying the material of lower/inferior quality.

                  My serial number is PF14C5AY, As I sent multiple mails to get support but Lenovo support is not replying with proper resolution.

                  Before purchasing the Warrenty upgrade I confirmed with the customer support they told me it's included and when I was placing the order there was ADP written(attached image for the same).

                  NOTE : I also confirm with the customer care executive for the same. So please let me know what to do next.

                  I have attached the image, which I was getting at the time of purchasing warrenty upgrade which says ADP included, Also for confirmation I did cross check with customer care executive.

                  Now I get only normal warrenty upgrade but not ADP warrenty, I asked many times with the customer support they are replying after 10 days stating, this is not included in the order you placed but I am sending them the proof which I was getting at that time.

                  Still no resolution given.

                    I have ordered a brand new Lenevo laptop from flipcart but I received a non functional/defective piece, I found out many issues like audio drivers are not working and there are camera quality and battery issues as well and then I have requested for refund/replacement, as per lenevo warranty a technician visited and resolved the microphone issue however other issues are still there, now I am requesting for refund as I was not supposed to have a repaired laptop and the laptop is under refund /replacement period but they are harassing us and no body giving any proper solution.. kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                        Hi Team,

                        I am writing in regards my laptop issue which I have recently purchased from Lenovo on 16th September. Since 18th September my laptop is not working. I have raised a complaint also I have called them on their call support and done everything which was advised to me by the technician.Still my issue is not resolved. I have purchased this laptop for my office work and now I think I have wasted my money on this. I have shared all the documents to them and they have advised me that your machine will get replaced. They will send a technician to check the machine and then he will seal it. This was told to me by their representative earlier. I am waiting for the technician since last 10 days and when I called them they always misguided me.This is how they treat their customers, first they sold the machine which was not working and then they fool the customers for a month by suggesting these things. This is how Lenovo works? I am facing this issue since the 2 day of purchasing this laptop and because of this I am facing issue at my job as I have purchased this laptop for my office work and because of Lenovo I am having so much trouble at my work. Worst brand for purchasing the laptop. Worst customer service. I want to take a strict action against them.

                          1) The order for the ThinkPad laptop was placed on 5th September 2020. Aware of the fact that the model was a customized one, the expected date of the delivery was 4-6 weeks. The same was also confirmed by the telephonic conversations.

                          2) After waiting for around 3 weeks, I mailed [protected]@lenovo.com as the status of the order laptop was showing CONFIRM only at that time on the Lenovo website.(The same status is present as of 06th October 2020). It was only then intimated to me that the date of schedule of the product delivery is mid of December 2020. No prior intimation regarding the delivery of the product was given through any communication channel.

                          3) For around 3 weeks since the order was placed, neither any intimation from Lenovo regarding the delivery was given nor anything was updated on their website.

                          Since the delivery of the laptop was more than 100 days from the date of order, I had no other option than to cancel it. When contacted telephonically, it was conveyed to me 6-7 times that the process for the cancellation of the order would be completed within 24/48 hours from the date of cancellation request and a reply regarding the same would be intimated. However it's been two weeks since I requested Lenovo to cancel the order vide mails and calls but no progress has been made until now.

                          4) As of 6th October 2020, since the date of order, several emails (20+ mails) and calls (35+) have been shot to address the aforesaid issue. However the above exercises have yield no concrete result.

                          From a customer point of view, it's been more than a month since the order for the laptop was placed. Neither the product has been delivered nor any reply, other than patiently waiting, regarding the cancellation of the order has been given.

                          In view of the above, you are requested to urgently address the issue and do the needful from your end.

                            I recently bought Lenovo Ideapad Serial No. YX006NZN and paid for accidental damage protection on September 30, 2020. My account got debited and still the company has not updated the same on my account. I tired of calling their customer care. The customer care gave some email address and asked me to send email. I have sent multiple emails but received no reply. Finally, the customer care asked me to wait for 30 days to get updated with the accidental damage protection.

                            When Lenovo takes my money how could it gets updated after 30 days? Second why do Lenovo wants to use my money? Is Lenovo still in STONE AGE where the company's representatives need to update it manually?

                            Such a pathetic service. I spent more than Rs 125000 and they provide such third grade service. Its so embarrassing and I feel bad for myself for choosing Lenovo instead of Dell or Apple.

                            I request consumer complaints to kindly escalate my complaint to respective authorities and at least hope they would ensure justice as soon as possible.

                              Lenovo is a company of thiefs. I wanted to buy a laptop for my daughter and I saw only Lenovo was offering student laptops. That itself is a cheating. I realised this later when I saw the price of other brands. They dont ask you to produce any proof to show that you are a student. I called the sales team one Ajoy and he promised me delivery by 3rd October and I placed the order by paying the full cost of the laptop upfront. Then I am getting an email saying that the machine will be delayed by 15 days more. That means I have to wait a whole month to get this machine. So there itself I realised this companies business model and I insisted for refund of my money with interest. Now everyday I am calling, sending emails and they have only one answer. It takes 15-20 days to process the refund. So this is their business model. Take money from customer by promising and roll that money. I want authorities to take action against this company and this company should not work in India. Cheats.

                                I purchased a laptop from Lenovo.
                                Its Serial number MP1LNGBE.
                                Its not working. When I told this to them they asked to send mail to pop.lenovo.com . i sent them several mail with invoice.
                                They do not replied for any mail.
                                20 valuable days are over still they support team telling that we can't do anything without updating warranty. I am frustrated with u guys.

                                  The device I purchased is having a display issue( Yellow tint all over the screen) from the day 1. I have contacted customer care several times, still they haven't sent a technician for onsite visit to clarify the issue and replace with another piece. Every time I call them they keep saying due to corona they are short staffed. But I see the raised complaint has been closed and got reopened only when I called them for enquiry.

                                    I purchased a Lenovo Tab M10 from Croma - Connaught Place on[protected] for 15990 INR. The product worked for a short duration only (with issues in charging) and finally got switched off due to complete failure of charging. Since the product had one year warranty provided by the Lenovo company itself, i returned the Tab to Lenovo (through their service centre in Srinagar - J&K, on[protected] for fixing the problem. I have been now waiting for my tab since, because it has not been delivered to me so far despite my repetitive communications with the concerned authorities from the said company. Now i want that either a fresh tab be delivered to me or my money be refunded, for it seems like they are not able to repair that defective Tab. I request this forum to kindly take the cognizance of the matter.

                                      Within one week of delivery, this laptop started giving me blue dead screen error even after complaining a dozen of time there is no response to my issue.

                                      There is no one replying to my mails.

                                      i am never going to buy lenovo laptop ever and would try my best to advice people to stay away from this company which has no interest in customer satisfaction.
