On 22 September, 2020, I brought my Lenovo G50 laptop to authorised service center for Lenovo, Absolute IT solutions Kalyan West, to replace a damaged hinge for which they charged 5500. After 5 days, they phoned me and told that there was a damage to a power cable inside the laptop which I was not aware, and it would take another 2200 to replace them. I relented. Originally they promised that it would take 5 days and It took them around 20 days to service. After servicing, when I received my laptop finally on 18th October, , it was totally ruined, they damaged laptop speakers, laptop hanging almost every other time touchpads working erratically, wifi getting disconnected intermittently along with a host of issues. When I called the service center, to make them aware of the issues, they refused to service the laptop saying these issues were there originally,

    I had not received my GST Invoice till now as on 10-Nov-2020 11.07 AM, i had emailed to post sales team and made phone calls and raised the iisue for about 10 times to post sales customer care on[protected]. whenever i made a call they will tell in 24-48 hours u will received the copy, but not receiving it.

          I bought a lenovo M10 Tab on[protected] for online Teaching purpose. I kept the tab in my handbag, not broken, but the salesman said display broken. Cover and tempered glass still good, how the display broken, don't know. We have been searching to rectify the display. But no use, no response, Really, we are very much disappointed. I request you to kindly help and guide us to rectify it.

            I have purchased Lenovo yoga slim C640 laptop from lenovo.com. The order number is [protected] dated[protected]. As per the specifications, the dimension should be 33.7cms and LTE port also given, After receiving the parcel, The laptop dimensions are not correct, no LTE port also is given. The shown dimensions are 33.37 cm, the this product is having dimension 30cm only. The laptop is running very slow, even taking 2-3 seconds it is taking to open a page.                 I Bought Lenovo laptop together with the accidental damage protection and warranty for 3 years. The accidental damage protection says it covers water spills, however when I had an accidental water spilling on the laptop the Lenovo service center refuses to cover it. What is the point of buying this accident protection if it covers only minor things, the policy is super unclear and it seems that service center does all they can to not use the protection to cover the damages.
                Desirable resolution would be either to make the policies explicitly clear what is covered and what is not, so it is not at their individual officer discretion or to make a proper insurance policy and cover all accidents that contain water spilling, etc.
                I highly recommend not buying this protection, it is very obscure and seems like a waste of money.

                  I purchased Lenovo Z6 Pro Black, 128 from Flipkart on 11 jan 2020 having invoice no FAAAHO[protected] of amount Rs. 29999 and IMEI no [protected] and IMEI2 [protected]. the colour of the screen getting spread internally when i showed this to service center they are charging extra rs. 8000 for this. i haven't damaged my cell phone then too i have to bear extra 8000 repairing cost why it is not covered under warranty. please advise me what i have to further do to either get the same repaired of replaced.

                      I had Booting Issues with my laptop early this month, I contacted Lenovo Customer Care, they issued me a ticket as my hard disk (ssd) was crashed or something, it wasn't working, since its been more than 15 days I haven't got any kind of response from your team .I am student I am not able to attend my classes and do my work. Still Haven't received my part its been hectic situation for LENOVO is the worst service provider, They dont respond Properly To their customer quires

                          Service was booked when my laptop was under warranty and it took them 1 month to resolve it and even after resolving it, it did not last for 2 days and i received a call and i told them everything they told me they will look into matter and now if i contact customer care they are saying it is out of warranty and cannot help the problem is with the hardware service provided was poor and now i need replacement because when i booked for service it was under warranty

                            Laptop not charging, adapter working well. Registered complaint on mail, but no reply yet, customer care people aren't taking the issue seriously, I have to repeat everything to every other executive. They said, company will send engineer for replacing motherboard, it's been a week and no one came yet. I called them again, they said troubleshooting not done, address that I've told them previously, they noted wrong.
                            This time I've got them corrected with address.
                            Hope engineer come soon.

                            Why there is no reply on mail ?, I've sent mails 2 weeks back but still no reply.

                              You broke my laptop 3 times under an Onsite Warranty.
                              Due to Covid you can't make on Onsite visit.
                              I have two email promising to a) extend the warranty until you can return and b) promising to repair the laptop
                              So far no-one has responded in a meaningful manner, despite at least 20 emails to various departments.
                              Even the person who promised to extend the warranty does not respond.
                              No-one has forwarded my emails to the Customer Complaints department, and nor have the replied with the email address for them.
                              No-one has responded to the Call Me Back form.
                              This is, frankly, outrageous.

                              To not even reply is truly astonishing.

                                My Name is Divakar, I Purchased Lenovo laptop battery on[protected] it was draining too fast it comes 40 to 45 min after charging, the battery was under warranty this same thing I call Lenovo team they said it is not the accessory team, they are playing the games with me one guy said do the call to [protected] and I call them they said it is only smart phones you have contact this no.[protected] they given same no.
                                they are fraud doing like this and I sent mail to customer support they also said contact this no. [protected].

                                Iam irritating like this service and worst company

                                    I am reaching out to you to escalate an issue with warranty repair of my personal AIO PC bought 8 months ago.
                                    I was having issues with this unit as can be seen from a couple of service requests logged.
                                    Finally the system stopped working on 11/09 and I called the help desk and sent the error log and screen shot of the Bios diagnostics.
                                    I am also attaching them for your reference. It was diagnosed as RAM failure.

                                    A technician was sent on 21/09 to replace the RAM.
                                    He did not know how to open the panel to change the RAM and fiddled with the unit without realizing it is a Touch screen LCD display.
                                    He placed the unit on a hard table face down trying to open the panel.
                                    In that process the display got damaged.
                                    I have notified the call center executive Sravan Kumar (Phone: [protected]) on the same day in front of the technician.
                                    I asked the technician to leave as he did not seem to have the required skills to fix the RAM. He did not give me any papers to sign.
                                    I followed up with the call center, online virtual assistant and escalated in Lenovo portal several times on the issue.
                                    I have received mails acknowledging the issue is being looked into.
                                    On further follow up, I was surprised to be told that the ticket was closed with a service report submitted by the technician with my forged signature.
                                    I was told by the call center that it was recorded in the report that the damage was caused by the customer.
                                    You can clearly see in the attached diagnostic screen shot the display was in perfect condition till the technician arrived to fix it.

                                    We buy the products from Lenovo with high expectations on the quality and good after sales experience, but this has definitely left me feeling otherwise.
                                    I am unable to use this machine for the past 6 weeks having spent close to 80, 000 INR buying it.

                                    I am aghast at Lenovo's utter disregard for customer complaints about warranty issues.
                                    I am following up for the past 3 months about a brand new AIO rendered useless due to a technician's incompetency in repairing and damaging the display during the process. It has fallen on deaf ears.

                                      I bought a Lenovo Legion laptop on January 25th applied for their redemption scheme using which I bought a Lenovo Smart clock for Rs.999. I bought the clock on buyalenovo.com on the 28th of January 2020.

                                      My Ticket Number is LRDO-PMO-337661.

                                      Initially, before covid 19, my delivery address was in Madya Pradesh. Before they even dispatched the product I wrote them a mail changing my delivery address which they confirmed TWICE. yet months later I receive a call from the dtdc delivery person asking where he should drop off my package in Jabalpur. after I instructed him to take it back, I wrote Lenovo several emails again regarding the same. They replied exactly a month later asking me to provide the new address which I gave them twice already. a few weeks later I receive another call from the delivery person who still trying to drop off the product in Jabalpur. All this while I am trying to call the number attached to their mail which is invalid ([protected]). Then a couple of months later I receive a mail notifying me that the package has been returned to the facility and THEY WILL DISPATCH IT ONCE I GIVE THEM THE NEW ADDRESS. at this point, it's been 7 months since I placed the order. I gave them the new address again and since then they haven't replied to my emails. I tried to reach them in the number they provided in the mail only to find it futile. I have called customer care and they ask me to call the invalid number again and that they can't help me since it's a different department. Today it's been 10 MONTHS since I paid Lenovo for a smart clock that I still haven't received. in buyalenovo.com there is an option to check the status of your ticket. There it is shown that my package has been delivered.

                                        I ordered Ideapad L340 through lenovo website on 15th Aug, 2020 and received the laptop on 22nd Sept 2020. The laptop display was not proper
                                        I called Lenovo technical support team, No property response and then I reached Lenovo Service center to fix the issues, They have verified the laptop and provided the DOA certificate to replace the laptop. I send it back to the seller and requested the replacement laptop. Initially they agree to replace the laptop. After receiving back the laptop Lenovo sales team trying to refund the money, they are not replacing the laptop.
                                        from the day one I requested replacement not refund.
                                        I wasted almost 1 month of time.
                                        I need help to sort out this.

                                        Almost i wasted one month time to follow the issue & status, Also I went multiple times to service centre in busy schedule.
