I bought a lenovo laptop 2 months back from reliance digital, Thripunithura, Ernakulam Dist, Kerala State. @ the time of purchase the showroom guy told me the laptop will give 5-6 hours battery backup. I did not expect 5-6 hours, but a bare minimum 2-3 hours. but it is only giving around an hour. I reported the issue several times and they advised to calibrate the battery, but the battery charging capacity never go above 82 %. After this issue then came "unable to switch on" problem. Issue reported and the mother board is replaced, again after few days the system fall into problems - "Unable to switch on". Problem reported and now its 13 days, nothing happened. Did 12 time followup, simply wasting my time. I am a teacher and all my online sessions have to be done regularly. Purchase of lenovo laptop turned a big headache. Who will compensate for my loss.
