Purchased legion 5i pro gen 7 on 22 sept and due to some issue raised complaint on 25th sept. Lenovo took almost 14 days to acknowledge that and sent an executive to seal the machine on 8th oct.

They again delayed and issued me the DOA certificate after 7 days (on 15th Oct) after I followed up multiple times.

But when I started using it frequently the hinges got broken within 6 months.It's not the only case with me, I have done some research and found that many other users faced the same issue. I ordered Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3i laptop from Lenovo official website on 30th April 2021 and received it on 6th May 2021.
