Lenovo had an offer of 10% cashback upto Rs 5000 on all bank credit cards. I ordered a laptop of 57000 through my icici credit card but not received the cashback. Its been more than 30 days now.

    I purchased a warranty from Lenovo's official website after detecting my laptop serial no. all the formalities are done and payment is done 8k aprx. got the mail from Lenovo India Your Lenovo Order No. [protected] has been Confirmed.

    For almost 5 days pass there is no response from the customer care side on chat also they are not providing any info and given order no. detail i could not find anywhere to track.
    Warranty yet not extended

      Consumer Complaint: Lenovo Legion 5, Laptop, Model# 15IMH05C, SL# PF2TMRKY, Battery is draining out completely within 1.30 Hrs against the Specification declared by Lenovo as 5 Hrs.
      Reference Lenovo Complaints# [protected] (Feb 2022), [protected] (Jul 2022)

      I have purchased the laptop Model "Lenovo Legion 5, SL# PF2TMRKY" on 24 Aug 2021 from Reliance Digital Stores, Ramanthapur Branch, Hyderabad, Telangana State, for Rs/- 91, 996, Ref Tax Invoice# [protected].
      Laptop Battery is getting drained within 1.15 Hrs against the declared specifications by Lenovo.
      I have raised num of complaints with Lenovo India Support within the warranty period since from the last 6 Months. Initially Support team said as I am a premium customer, and they will arrange the laptop Battery replacement at my Home itself. But there was no action. I called lot number of times to the customer support team and sent lot of follow up emails to the escalation team, technical team and also to the Lenovo India MD. Later they stopped responding to my calls and emails as well. Also raised the issue from Facebook but there is no proper response.
      They have taken the battery report of my laptop and that showed drain out time 1.15 Hrs, though I am not using any applications in my laptop, this battery is getting drain out in just 1.15 Hrs with laptop is kept open without any use of the laptop.

      I request the consumer complaint team to please do me the justice getting my amount back from Lenovo / Reliance retail stores.
      By going through the Lenovo Complaint forums, I came to know that this Laptop New Model which has been launched last year 2021 is failure model and there was number of complaints against this model for the battery drain out issues. I am pasting below link for the authorities for quick reference.

      Check the specification for this model which clearly shows battery backup as 5.9 Hrs / 7 Hrs

        Hello, just want to tell you that I had purchased a Lenovo laptop on June 16th 2022 from the Lenovo India website and the product got delivered on 22nd June. During the purchased it was mentioned that 10% cashback will be provided on using any bank credit card within 30 days, but till today I haven't got any cashback. Order Number: [protected]

          My name is akhil kumar from uttarakhand. My laptop keboard was replaced at the lenovo service center (dehradun) on date 12-7-22 and they charged me very high price of 2800 rs. But the main problem occurs when i found out that the keyboard was of poor quality and they replace the duplicate keybord in my laptop. Because the backlight of the keyboard didn't showing any alphabet in the dark.
          Please solve my problem as soon as possible the stores behaviour after work is very poor to me.

              Hi Team,

              I bought the Lenovo ideapad3 laptop online in 2021. But I really don't like the laptop as it is dead slow and even not able to operate.

              Serial Number of my PC: PF330PNE.
              RAM: 8 GB,
              Storage: 1 TB HDD

              I have contacted Lenovo Customer care and the team re-installed OS via Remote access and suggested to go for SSD instead of HDD to gain the better performance and speed. Recently also we visited a Lenovo customer service center in Vijayawada and got the same re-installation of OS and same recommendations to change to SSD.

              But I am really upset with these recommendations if this laptop configuration is not proper why this type of products are into the market and recommending consumers to change to SSD to avoid the slowness after buying the laptop.

              My wife was worked for a small company but unfortunately her work got delayed due to this slowness and Blurry screen which led to her job loss.

              So request the LENOVO to change the storage to SSD upon free of cost as we already invested lot of money on this product purchase.

              Help your immediate resolution on this.

                Dear Lenovo,

                I bought a Lenovo Ideapad Flex5 laptop on 2022/04/03 using an offer of HDFC credit card. I was supposed to receive a Cashback of Rs 5000 in my HDFC account after 90 days which I haven't received yet.

                I even not received any message about cashback.

                its more than 90 days no response from lenovo about cashback, not satisfied with lenovo support

                  I have purchased a laptop with Lenovo Order No. [protected] on dated 5th July 22 and same was delivered on 9th July 22.
                  On the same day, I have opened the laptop and tried to turn on and same was not turning on.
                  I immediately contacted the customer support and explained my issue. The customer support asked to do some of the things but nothing helped .
                  Then he asked to send the laptop 6 angle pics and Invoice and was said that the Engineer will visit and replace the laptop by Monday.but till date nothing has happened.
                  The defective laptop is still with me and I am mailing Lenovo on daily but not getting any resolution on this..

                  Today morning i called customer care to take away the laptop and make the money refund and in reply he is saying to call the technical team, they will do the process..
                  When i am the technical team, . they are just making us fool and saying it will be resolved soon

                  After so much of chasing, Today the engineer arrived at my home and that too for seeing and sealing the laptop and not for taking back. He has sealed laptop and kept at my home only and he asked me to contact the Lenovo for taking it back.

                  See the service report where the engineer itself has declared the laptop is not powering on

                  Wow, what a service from Lenovo ..Now again I have to chase Lenovo itself for getting the laptop to be picked up from the home.
                  This is the working of Lenovo, they will not come forward for any solution and will make customer suffer
                  Now again I have to chase lenovo for taking it back and making my money refund.

                    So i bought my legion 5 15 ach6h with rtx 3060 (130w) ryzen 7 5800h, 2tb ssd 1080p bought for 1, 30, 000 inr in late February 2022, it was a beast lap until i updated to lastest bios 53www, which was broken and has caused issues for many legion users such as bsod on battery, drivers getting bugged and hence causing gpu to underperform but the problem doesn't end here, personally i had driver issues, laptop freezing and fps droping form 200fps to 20fps at first, i ended up using ddu to fix my driver issues but couldnt and lap started underperforming, i had good thermals like 90c max on cpu and 79c max on gpu but it raised the temps to 97c on CPU and 84c on gpu and even more ( not throotling) so i tried sitting in ac room and yes it lowered tbe thermals, but resultant was the same, low fps, like in gta 5 i would get 100fps but i started gettings 50 or 60 with huge frame drops (temps were fine as i sat in a room with temp 16c ), as a solution i tried multiple bios versions (reverted bios), clean installed windows from windows settings and even from bootable usb drive but nothing, i used ddu ( graphic drivers uninstaller) but nothing, i tried every driver version even those which lenovo provided, reset bios settings to default, . At last my lap started randomly restarting i tried flashing windows on my both drives, i contacted legion support they asked me to clean install windows again i mean what i already installed it like 30 times, but nothing they forced me i did, nothing new the problem remained, finally they agreed to send a technician after talking to them for 4+ hours first and 3+ hours next day on 7/7/2022, technician visited me on 8/7/2022, he came with a new motherboard, and started with opening my lap, he connected everything perfectly, but forgot to connect one of my usb port so he opened it again, he applied really poor thermal paste and he disabled tpm 2.0 and secure boot (two essential things for security) (edited)

                    he disabled them to register my laps mtm, he had one thing that was to enable it again he forgot to do that, i m om with it if he forgot but now secure boot and tpm 2.0 doesnt turn on even if i try enabling it from bios as he guided, so it remains disabled, he stopped responding as he was in other replacement work he asked me to contact lenovo support, these guys again took remote access and checked everything like a hardware scan report, i tried showing him all the screenshot i had of secure boot error and yes i was throotling after 3 mins of opening any game my cpu used Ramp up to 105c and gpu to 87c both are throotling, also my many games are not launching which requires secure boot and even windows defender fails due to absence of secure boot., I called lenovo for more 4 hours all they did was told a technician will be visiting and taking a look at my laptop, wont change the heat sink or any part . I first asked for replacement they said replacement is only possible if i keep getting issues even after changing multiple parts, so i m ok i will wait and ask Lenovo to fix issues but as said i demand a refund or replacement as they promised me if that they will send a technician which yet hasn’t arrived, event after motherboard replacement my issue still persist and now I have multiple issue and the lap has become un usable, I kindly demand a replacement or a refund . I hope that you will surely help me .My lap randomly restart amd boots into a black screen and it flickers, my wifi card is not working well too

                        -One of the worst products, I always tell friends and family not to buy any product with a name Lenovo
                        .
                        -I am very upset with the behavior of Lenovo, and I will not deal or buy from this company because of the poor handling of the situation. I will tell everyone what happened to me and I will advise everyone not to buy any product from this company.

                        -Case: I bought a laptop from Lenovo (S 145) from America, and I took it back to my country, Jordan, 9 months after the device broke down, I sent it via messenger with the company, they said he must return to America, but at that time the world was exposed to the Corona virus crisis, and shipping and travel stopped To America, and when things returned in America to normal, the time for the warranty had expired, and Lenovo refused to deal with the matter in particular because of the pandemic. Isn't that bad treatment!!

                          Issue = Stop Code: DRIVER_PNP_WACHDOG

                          I had logged a Service Request on 23-May-2022, that my Lenovo laptop is not booting and displaying Error: Stop Code: DRIVER_PNP_WACHDOG

                          For next one week, Lenovo premium support team provided me on-call support and tried to install OS remotely, which did not work

                          New on 31-May-22: (Work Order# [protected]) Surya Kiran L1.5 (INWP20120032, M# [protected]), came to my home and replaced the old SSD with a new SSD. But OS was not installed When I called Lenovo Customer care, Customer Care informed me that that Surya Kiran was supposed to install OS also, but he went just replacing the SSD without installing OS.

                          Again after I contacted Lenovo customer care multiple times, Shabbir (INWP[protected] came to my home on 16-Jun-22 & again on 20-Jun-22, but he could not install OS. He also mentioned to me that he is a hardware engineer and has no idea about software/OS, so he was on call with some other engineer all the time

                          Now again on 25-Jun-22 (Work Order# [protected]) Shabbir (INWP[protected] came for the 3rd time to my home, tried to fix the issue by replacing the old mother board with a new one, but issue did not get resolved, Error (Stop Code: DRIVER_PNP_WACHDOG) still persists. He replaced the old mother board back. Also, I have received a pdf copy of Onsite Service Call Report, in which the customer signature is not mine nor the customer remarks (good service) is mine.

                          It has been more than one month since I had reported the OS issue, and I have not been able to use my laptop. Looking at the above several failed attempts to resolve the issue, I have no confidence that the issue would be resolved.

                          I request to refund my full money. If I do not get my full money back, I would have no other choice but to approach consumer court.

                          Lenovo is a respected brand in Laptop, if I post my negative experience in all the social medias and if I have to approach consumer court, it would surely impact your respected brand and reputation

                            I scheduled a work order to fix a broken hinge on my IdeaPad 5. 4 days later a tech came to my home to fix the broken hinge. My laptop was still usable but I didn't want to open or close it to avoid further damage. The tech began his repair and after installing the new top he also installed a new screen which it didn't need. The new screen installed left the laptop unusable as you couldn't see anything when it was on. He tried the original screen that was working prior...same issue now. The tech had to order more parts, a motherboard, and the next service appointment was one week out. I need my laptop to work for my business but now I am left unable to get work done. The appointment time a week later has passed and I am told sometime next week. The tech that came to fix the hinge created a problem for me being without a working computer. I have to go buy another one so I can work because this tech created a new problem when attempting to fix the broken hinge. I lose money when I can't work and Lenovo premium care is costing me money. Lenovo provided no options for me for the inconvenience they created and I am extremely disappointed. Lenovo won't or can't correct this issue soon enough and they won't take responsibility for the situation that their tech created.

                                I've purchased Lenovo laptop on 12th FEB 2022 via converted EMI in ICICI bank debit card of tenure for 6 month. Cashback amount needs to be initiated to ICICI bank with sales invoice by Merchant-Lenovo after 90 days.

                                But this process not yet initiated from Lenovo team. They are simple saying that ICICI bank will credit cashback amount to my account. But ICICI customer care 4times clearly said that they have to initiate to transfer amount to ICICI bank then only bank will credit to my account.

                                This is very worst why they are giving cashback and not following properly to credit the amount to the product purchaser.

                                Note : Please find attached screen shot of sale invoice. Issue is not from ICICI bank, I need a valid response from Lenovo team.
