I go to my nearest lenovo authorized service centre with my mobile headphone port problem. But they demand money for repair in warranty period and the technician not check the phone and return me. This company's service centre are fake, and breaking their promise. They cheat their costumer.
The lenovo service centre named as 'mallick agency'at krishnanagar, nadia, w. B-741101.

    I have placed order lenovo zuk z1 (Space grey, cyanogen os) sold by: e-mobiles for rs.10, 999.00 from amazon on 28 october 2016 order #[protected] after using phone for 15-20 days i'm facing battery issues like sudden battery drop from then i was visiting service centre address: ground floor, datt enclave appartment, opposite maata gujri hostel, napier town, jabalpur, madhya pradesh 482002

    Its like more than 9 months i'm still facing issues service center cant resolve it properly on contacting lenovo over phone and live chat they are saying pls submit phone over and over gain and share job sheet number on thier mail id but even doing so i'm still facing issue in span of time hardly i have used my phone for 3-4 months. I want to file a compaint against lenovo for wasting my time and money for the same as for now i'm mentally irritated to visit service centre again and again. Now pls provide doa certificate so amazon can take return of it!

    I have also attached last screenshot of battery graph when sudden battery drop was there!

    As suggested by lenovo forums and support i have tried each and every possible solution online also service centre have changed motherboard battery almost full phone was replaced but still im facing issues! Pls mark this and help me to get doa and claim!

      I am very upset with lenovo smartphone service. I purchased lenovo p2 on 20/jan/2017 i had a confusion about display has gorilla class or not but customer executive cleared it has gorilla glass.

      After 3 months, 30/april/2017 my phone fell down and easily broken display. I am very disappointed bad quality marital used in this phone and customer executive told me wrong information about phone. It has not used gorilla glass.

      Than i visited service center for replacement of display. He was demanding rs 13, 000 rupees from me for screen replacement. I was very shocked that time phone price falling down at flipkart around rs 14, 000 and he demanding 13, 000 for only screen replace.
      I really saying i will never buy any product of lenovo and moto.

      Please tell me what i do with this phone only screen broken???

      Well even I am suffering too with same situation. My LCD screen & touch both not working, dropped by me, by mistake. Yes my mistake, not purposely. I bought the P2 during sale for Rs. 13, 500 only. Now the Lenovo service center of district center in Janakpuri (West) quoted Rs. 9000, & service center in Lajpat Nagar quoted rs. 9500. Upon asking such high prices which is almost like buying another phn, she mentioned 'I don't know, u can speak to my manager'. So I changed my mind to get it repaired from local repairing center who uses Chinese spare parts (Lenovo is Chinese brand too) so kept my piece & searched the entire Gaffar market, learned that online phn models have very poor spare parts availability. Hence I am left with no options, what I mean to say here, since the brands actually do not care about the high prices of the spare parts which has allowed the local market spare parts to create the niche market for themselves. Then these brands complain about consumers not using original parts. Therefore here's the logic.. I bought a Phn for Rs. 13, 500 and if I got to repair something I would have to shell almost the same amount to get it repaired. Just want to know.. how justified is it?

      I am also aware the brands will not take a heed at all & nothing is going to change, therefore just taking out my frustration on open space.

      I have a problem with my new lenovo vibe 2 mobile Display touch issue, searched the service center in pune, found a service, address : shop no 26, 27. Manisha biz, Solpaur Pune road, Hadapsar, pune -411028
      If we spend huge money to purchase a brand mobile (Lenovo) and after few days when we found any issue regarding mobile display issue found. We should go to the service centre na... But part is not available last one month. So mobile should be replacement.

      Submitted my mobile to resolve the issue (display issue) they told me first without proper checking customer support told me ur mobile display is working but had check but problem still persist.
      They told me I replacement of the display but after 10 days he call me and stock is not available on the Lenovo Bangalore side.
      Then he told me Lenovo p2 get replacement but stock is not available. But Lenovo Bangalore support told me replacement unit offer Moto g5s plus. But is now gone 1 month but unit still not receive.
      Only I put the mail of [protected]@lenovo.com but he not proper response .

      Even i faced the same issue. My mobile lenovo P2 just fall down from 1 feet height and its display shattered. i had visited the customer care 1 month back, but still it is under repairing only; even though i'm ready to pay the display cost which i actually shouldn't(because its poor build quality, imagine its just fallen from 1 feet height and it is not able to sustain; what kind of quality is this). Now it is about a month, but still service center is not able to get that display part and my mobile is under repairing. the worst service experienced of lenovo. Those who wanted to buy lenovo/moto product, i suggest that think twice before buying any lenovo product (poor quality product as well as poor service).

      lenovo p2 is an awesome phone but gorilla glass is fake, it fell from pocket on a carpet and the screen shattered. The service center quoted Rs 7500 for the same, and that too not sure whether it'll take 6-15 days. Travelling in Delhi is painful, and the attitude of service center guys is just pathetic. I believe that is what keeps apple in a different league, they'll care for their products even after sale. Now I'm stuck with a black screen phone!
      Similar problem. My handset wasn’t getting started so I took it to authorized SC on 1st Dec, 2017. They told me that motherboard is not working but 1 earphone pin is missing so they can provide warranty in such case only if company approves. When I followed up with them after a week, they told me a new story that the display is damaged and they can provide warranty on motherboard if I pay Rs 8000 for the display. I had purchased the phone for Rs 11699 from Flipkart. My phone’s screen had got a scratch 3 months back but the display and earphone were working fine. I wrote to Lenovo customer care but they told me that my screen was DAMAGED so not covered under warranty. But it had just a scratch.
      I also faced the similar issue, just fell down phone from 1 feet hight and the display and touch entirely got damaged. I have searched all service centers In kerala, Chennai, banglalore, every one is telling that the spares are not available. I don't known why Lenovo is pproducing mobiles which does not have any spares. too disappointed with Lenovo service and realy don't known what to do with the phone.
      I bought Lenovo P2 6 months back. The device had some issues and was given to the service centre more than a week back. We have not received the device yet and the service centre claims that the part that they require has to come from Noida. Does it really take so much time for courier to reach. The phone is inside warranty. Also the customer service never answers call

      It's been a terrible experience that we have had.

        I have purchase lenovo zuk z2 plus three month bofore. The phone is not working properly. I am mentioning here some problems:
        1) the network does not come properly in this mobile. I live in kolkata.. My friends tell me that the phone does not connect. This same sim work well with other phone.
        2) this mobile switched off automaically even fully charged condition. And does not start easily. It takes 3 to 4 hours for stating again.
        3) in this phone the promotion code o[censored]ber cab does not apply. But the same promotion code apply in other mobile.

          I literally curse the day i decided to buy a lenovo laptop. Right after 10 days when i bought it, it started creating problems. One of the lenovo people resolves the issue but temporarily.
          I spent 65, 000 just to buy the best configuration laptop but to my surprise, it is just working worse. It is a 64-bit operating system but i am not able to install anything that needs 64-bit. Its fan is still making noise. It gets extremely hot while working. It hangs in between.
          I wonder what is the use of spending such a huge amount of money.
          Adding more to it, lenovo people doesn't care to respond. Their helpline numbers are always busy.

            My above handset is not working during net surfing & calling. I given handset in agra lenovo service centre for solving above net & signal connectivity. I given handset lenovo zukz1 5 times within 3 months.in 5th times, handset is under service centre now since about 10days.in 4months, max times is out of order or in service centre in nehru place. He is not solving the problems or nor replacing handset. Service centre is away 15kms my home. Warranty period valid up to july17. He is passing time for expiring warranty period. Also max time he is not attending phone. I complain many times but not given satispectary reply.
            So pl solve my problem.

              This is Karthik as I got my phone of vibe k5 on 12 December after buying in few months I got a problem by not getting charged and it was charging when I use a different charger but not with my genuine charger and at customer care of Lenovo they said their is a moisture in your socket and you have to replace it and charged 1250 rs now after replacing the slot iam getting the same issue, and the issue not with the slot but the issue is with the charger and it's in warranty as I need my refund and need my old slot and as well as a new charger. Kindly take action against it.

                The mobile phone lenovo k52e78 entering flashing when it often display unfortunately notification is not responding. When this displayed it won't give access to the phone any longer unless it is wiped/flashed and in the process all the pictures, music, files etc will wipe off with it, this is saddened because one must enjoy gadgets purchased in high price.

                If it is lacking an application to install kindly send it or if it's downloadable pls advice.

                Kindly advice by giving prompt attention and solutions

                  I bought lenovo k6 power phone last month, there are a major problem in it, I am also facing microphone problem. during call, person from other side cannot hear my voice. I also read reviews on flipkart, lot of people are facing microphone problem on Lenovo K6 power. I am forced to use headphone for calling. it is reallt frustating

                    Heating issue. Random reboots. Hangs. Blue/distorted screen. Switch off on its own dsnt switch on
                    Hv tried factory reset but it hasnt changed anything.
                    Im highly disappointed with d kind of low grade product, a co like lenovo has made. I regret buying a phone which can barely make it thru 3 months! I want a solution else im appealing in consumer forum

                      This is to bring to your knowledge that my lenevo phone (Model no. A6010, imei no.: [protected]) had been submitted to the service centre of lenevo (Hcl services ltd., khairu place, kolkata 700072) on the 10th of may, 2017, owing to the fact that the phone was not working properly.
                      Sir/madam, i deeply regret the fact that inspite of being a reputed company, i have not been provided with the services i had expected. It is a highly time consuming process as i had been told that it would take around 5-7days to fix it, which has expired long ago. Since i am an income tax officer, i need an immediate replacement of my phone which supports 4g, else i am unable to do my work properly.

                        I had bought a power bank of lenovo of 10000mah i had filed a complaint that inspite being in warranty it's not working they gave me certain numbers of which many are not working and those working aren't ready to get warranty operated. Please do help me out of this issue.
                        I tried getting the thing resolved but nothing worked. Most of them said we only work for mob and laptop no any other products. I am unable get my issue resolved. I insist you please help me out to get my issue resolved please.

                          My phone lenovo k6 power speaker is not working just this morning. I don't know what's wrong. I just bought it from flipkart on 12th of may 2017 and got delivered on 13.
                          The speaker works with headphones. The speaker don't work only on music.
                          The speaker works on calls and notification but doesn't work while playing music.
                          So i want know what's wrong with it.

                            I bought lenovo hard disc f 308 1 tb from amazon on 23/4/17.
                            I opened the packet and tried on my pc as well as on laptop and found it is not detecting.
                            I communicated with lenovo and they asked me to furnish various details like invoice and photograph of hard disc and label details.

                            Furnished al, the details but till date no response on exchanging the good product with bad one

                            Contacted amazon for replacement, they asked me to contact directly to lenovo

                              I have booked a laptop from cps valsad with confirmation of getting it on next day after advance tsken by them. But they were not able to deliver it on next day. And next to next day my sister was there to receive it. But they gave her black laptop instead of silver, which was confirmed while booking. I want to complain about late delivery and misselling. Is it right place to complaint? Or give me necessary step for that.

                                I got a problem with my mic in my phone Lenovo k5 note vibe. I went to the service centre for it to get it repaired under the warranty. I was refused for the same after their inspection with their comment of heavy dent on phone (Physical damage). The dent is a minor dent as the quality of the material used for the body of the phone is so poor that it gets damaged even if it touches a lil bit. even after using an armor cover for my phone it got damaged in such a manner. I was asked for Rs. 2200 for the same to get it repaired from them.

                                  Sir, i had submitted my moto m mobile with bill name anjali to neil communication noida sector 10 u. P. It was been 45 days they were not returning my phone and today are saying that they have lost my phone. This is really hurting. Very bad service form lenovo. I will never recommend anyone for lenovo mobile with this kind of behavior from service center

                                    I purchased lenovo vibe k5 note in september 2016 from flipkart. I received phone and open the phone was in new conditions but in the corner of screen they have very very light patches​.. I see but i think that that was a part of screen and i avoid it... After 4 months the patches size was increasing and the mobile touch was not working properly and i go to lenovo service center they tell me that this problem was not covered under warranty and they said me that you have to pay 6300₹ for repair the phone...                                     I bought lenovo vibe k5 frm amazon on 4th Jan 2017, its rare camera is not working its showing combination of sum colors., phone not droped down yet. I think its belongs to software problem, so kindly replace the device.

                                      I want to say that i have a lenovo phone. I am facing some problems in my phone as heating issue, battery backup issue & vibration issue. For which i send my phone to mathura service center of lenovo. I submitted my phone on 25 april 2017. They told that it will take 7-20 days in repairing. I call on 6 may they told me that it is not repaired yet. I callon lenovo Customer care they told me that yesterday your phone request is submitted. It would take 1-2 days. then i contacted many times but they told that your phone is not corrected but customer care says that your phone is ready. Then i went on 13 may and pick up my phone from them. but the problems was still. They said that one issue can solved at one time. They said that it would take 20-25 days more then i check my phone guarantee on lenovo gurantee app it was ended on 29 may 2017 then i take my phone home. Later i found that my phone's screen is removed. It is not original. Then i submitted my phone to agra service center of lenovo for repairing after 10 days. I contacted on 25 may theytold that you can come on 29 may to take phone. I phone on 27 may they told that your phone is on checking. I call on 29 may they told your phone is out of order. When i submitted to mathura service center the issues was not solved still more issues created i mail many times to you but i am facing problem. Either you solve my issues or i will go to consumer court and file complaint against you.

                                        I placed online order for lenovo desktop with monitor/keyboard on 14th may (Order #[protected]. After paying full amount online, they sent automated email confirming order and a receipt for the payment. Since then, i never received my desktop - nor is anyone from lenovo responding. My money is gone down the drain and i am having tough time with my bank to report this online scam.

                                        App & websites:

                                        Website promises 5 to 7 days delivery for metro cities. I live in chennai and still have not heard from lenovo at all even after 17 days. I did lodge online complaints on their website. The only response they provide to your online complaint is as below:

                                        "(Automated) we received your query, and our concerned team is looking into the issue. Within 48 working hours we will provide a more substantive response to your problem and a suitable solution."

                                        Customer service:

                                        Try calling their customer service number and it's a dead end. I have not been able to talk to anyone in the last 2 weeks. I have been calling daily.

                                        Product quality:

                                        I have always thought lenovo to be the top brand associating same value with ibm. Their products are of world class quality. However - just avoid this website thedostore.com as it seems a scam.

                                        Delivery timelines:

                                        Only if they are going to deliver the goods as promised, there is a timeline. Here, they do not deliver your goods. They just steal your money. How clever!
