After buying lenovo k6 note month of feb 2017 two times already visited service center because of 1st time software problem & 2nd time touch screen not working after repair my phone several time touch panel working and today same problem arise and totally my phone touch panel not working. Even i can't off my phone. This worth experience with lenovo.

    I placed my lenovo k6 note for repair at cellphone repair store, indore (M. P) on 5th june 2017 where i was given a time period of 5-7 days after 7. After 7 days it has been increased to 10 days and thereafter your service center is not able to repair the product; and telling if i am in urgency i can take my phone back (This is clear violation of consumer rights).
    I am attaching service order for your reference, please resolve my phone problem in 48 hrs or i will be forced to reach consumer forum to find solution to problem which your product and service center cant do.

      I would like to bring it your notice that, lenovo is cheating me after purchasing their mobile lenovo p2

      I bought this phone 3 months back and display got issue and it has been 3 weeks that they have not serviced the phone and not giving estimated resolution date / timelines this is a company provided cell phone and impacting out business

      Even after so many escalations this company is not even bothered to hear out our concern and resolve our issues and hence writing to you take sever action agaist such worst brandes we have in this market control them not to sale such products which do not have spare parts and putting customer in trouble

      Looking forward to your stingent action against these cheaters and money looters in the market by filing a complaint, please let me know if you need any more information from me

      After this escalation, 1 more week is over and its totally 2 weeks and no resolution yet, service center says they are yet to get spare part, and they say always spare parts are delayed from lenovo..! - this is a the way lenovo works? I already stated in my below email, i do not want to state again and waste my time for the fault i made in choosing such irritating brands

      I would like to bring it your notice that, one of your service provider (Lenovo exlcusive service centre oop to allahabad banak, cmh road) in indiranagar in bangalore is horrible, pathetic and i can not imagine in this era there are such worst service centres still exists

      They are not co-operative, not customer friendly and they just say “if you want you can take our service if not leave the place” this is the statement from the staff, they are contact numbers always switched off no updates nothing, # i would say

      Secondly i also would like to say i will never buy lenovo phones anymore and recommends any of my friends /colleagues because lenovo just does not even able to fix just 2 months old brand new phone h/w issues

      This is a question of brand image lenovo is getting screwed, without proper spares availability, how can you launch such new phones, to be questioned about company process, standards and quality, highly pathetic i would say

      Just for replacing lenovo p2 display its more than 5 days now, and still no response

      Really boring brand to even google going forward if this is the case with lenovo, i am sorry

          To whomsoever it may concern. I'm having lenovo k6 note phone. I bought it on jan end. The phone auto touches now and hangs. I went to service centre in borivali west orchid plaza. The first day they took two hours for checking that the phone has touch problem and usb is not working without any rush... After two hours they called and said the phone is having these these problems and should send it to authorised repair centre. They told they will return the phone within 10 days... I went over there 11th day and now they r telling it will take more 2 days... As it takes time to approve for touchpad and usb. Just for usb they are telling since there are two products usb and touchpad it's taking time... Now if they r not returning my phone in two days i'm going to take legal actions... And the service centre spokesperson are not good at giving answer.. It is there responsibility to talk further for the customers products return and are telling hum log pe thodina rehta company se nahi aaya to hum kya kare... I mean the worst service...

            I have brought a lenovo k6 from purulia, mohan electronics.3weeks ago it showed some battery issues and the set stopped working. Upon reaching the nearby care they said that lenovo servicing is currently closed in purulia until further notice. I am a student and a smartphone is very essential for studies now-a-days. Getting no services had rendered my phone useless for the last three weeks.

              I purchased Lenovo K6 power from Flipkart before 2 months. currently:
              1: Earphone jack is not working
              2: Mic is not giving clear voice to other person
              3: Hearing speaker is not getting clear voice.
              So can you replace this with other one ?
              मेने 31 मई को लेनोवो सर्विस सेंटर गोपालपुरा जयपुर पर मोबाइल डाला था जिसमे finger sensor hardware सही काम नही कर रहा था आज 13 जून तक ठीक नही हुआ न ही कोई संतोषजनक जवाब दिया जाता हे सेंटर से हर बार ये कहते हे की हमारे पास ये लार्ट नही आया हे कंपनी से । ना मेरा कॉल receive किया जाता हे । सर्विस सेंटर से न ही कोई date दी जाती हे मिलने के लिए ।

                I have brought a laptop from lenovo in april 2015 and since then i am facing issues with that laptop. First the complete screen was replaced as it was a manufacturing defect then mother board and then charger and now recently my laptop's screws are getting free and coming out when i complaint about it to lenovo first they didn't help however when i escalated it then they sent some technician to put screws back but again one of the corner screw is free now and it opens the base of laptop when i open it. I complaint again about it since my laptop is in warranty however these guys are not helping at all. Also this just didnt happen to me whosoever brought this g50-70 series faced tthe same issue as i have checked their lenovo forum. https://goo.gl/M6VUUZ.

                Since its a manufacturing defect they take accountability and fix it.

                  Hi sir my name is balakrishna. K i have purchased the lenovo k5 note vibe handset last six months back it's worked nicely one day when i am wacthing youtube suddenly it's went to low volume it's not hearing in that time i checked my volume level it's ok on higher level only and voice mike is also not working.in that time i went to lenovo service center near kukatpally hyderabad. Service center is { mobi quest-scd address :no14-24-1 1st floor, nyr chamber kphb colony main road, kukatpally contact no: [protected] he's name is ashok he will not responding any call from customer}. Actually my handset problem is volume is not working. I clearly written on the job sheet and the service center person also checked and he told me it's take four working day ok i excepted for that i given my handset for them with out any damage's. After four working days i get a call from service center sir your handset problem is solved come and collect our handset in service center. When i went to services centre they told me i have changed your motherboard then i asked y you changed they told me your old motherboard is not in working condition sir that y we changed. But i have faced lot of problems with new motherboard when i on my handset sim slot is not working. When sim slot 1works sim 2 will not works when sim2works sim1not works when network works i will call any one it's connects after 30 minutes in that time my handset will not work anything and handset will be switch off but other phone will be rings continuously and wifi is also not working. Again i went to services center i told this problem about my handset sir again motherboard issue it's not working. They told me we are not responsibility for that you go and ask the lenovo company they are sending like that only for me we are using this motherboard only sir. Again second time i have given my handset to that service center again they told me four working day time will takes sir. Second time also they changed my motherboard but still the same problem is repeating and they damage my handset also when i asked the service center higher authority he sad to me sir wait for one week i will changed your touch pad. I have all photos and videos when my hand set is not on working condition and job sheet's also pls take any action on that service center as soon as possible sir. Pls slove my problem sir.

                  15 days passed, no solution, rude behaviour of staff, threaten to take away phone without repair,

And my problem is all mobile functions are to be good but only charging is too slow( it should be only 1-50%). And I try maximum time but result is same. please sir kindly solutions my problem.

                    I bought lenovo k6 power on 10 january. I got an problem in my phone after 20 days. When i standby my phone for 3-4 hour. When i open it with power key or fingerprint sensor, then it take 10-15 seconds to show screen. But second time if the standby time is 15 minutes it take 2-3 second. The time increase of standby time the screen show time is also increased. I went to lenovo service center 2 times in allahabad, up. But every time they update the software without my knowledge. They are not understanding the problem. Please help me it is a big and unique issue. Please reply

                          My phone display goes black instantly when i goes to customer care they said due to dent mark it is out of warranty, but in actul it is under warranty and there is no dent mark, actual there is discolourize issue and there is no physical damage.
                          Dispaly is not working of phone and there is no damage on display then how to says customer care it is out of warranty due to physical damage,
                          Why the says 1 year warranty?

                            I have bought this headset in jan 2017 and within 6 months i had a problem of keypad for which i have submitted the headset to there only authorized service center at thane last week and i was been told to take after 10-12 days due to non-availability of the part. This is the way lenovo does the service to a customer who is also into service industry of automobile, very pathetic.

                            If a person buys a new mobile of average 10-15k and within 6 months the issue arise who would buy such a product.

                              I'm using Lenovo k6 power. I'm facing a problem with the mic as during call the person on the other side can't hear my voice. Only if I put the call on speaker mode the possibility is able to hear. Many people have made complaints again this issue but still lenovo hasn't provided a solution for this. It doesn't satisfy the the primary use of a Mobile phone.

                                I have purchase lenovo k 4 note as per attached invoice, last few days before my mobile stop working. When i visit the service centre howrah address (Air voice, air voice, 374, belilious road, near howrah maidan, opposite sales tax building, west bengal. [protected], howrah. [protected]@gmail.com) they thoroughly inspect/checked my mobile and told me the mobile has mother board issue the same to be replace but you will not get the warranty benefit because the mobile has minor damage. I told them this damage since buy the mobile but they are not ready to accepted.

                                Alter long discussion they told me around rs-4000/- shall be charge for replace the mother board memo attached herewith). On dated 10th june service centre call me & told the mobile has liquid damage & the same can’t be rectified.

                                Please consider the issue seriously

                                      In 2017 i bought 2 lenovo laptops with microsoft office pre-installed (Cost 209.99 each licence)
                                      Lenovo did not give me the codes for my licences.
                                      I reached microsoft and microsoft says that i can get the codes from lenovo only because i bought the micosoft office pre-installed.
                                      So, todate, i still dont have the codes for my purchase of the two microsoft licences.

                                        I g naresh naidu i had purchased lenovo vibe k5 note through flipkart on 13-3-17. Now my phone got issue in outgoing call voice. That my voice is not audible to responder. While it was ok with speaker mode (Micphone problem). So i went to service center name as (Sri balaji technolagies authrozid service center for lenovo). They said that it will be take 4-5 days to repair & they insisted to update software. But i refused to update of software, because i am not able to back up my data at that moment. For this they have replied very recklessely that if you want give mobile for repair or please go away. For your pursuance i am attaching invoice copy & job sheet given by sri balalaji technolagaies and live chat details from lenovo customer care
