I recently bought a lenovo k6 power smartphone. It's been about a month since i bought it. But i am not at all satisfied with the product. After the nougat update i am not even able to access my theme centre. The phone is supposed to have a battery life of 4000mah and should last upto 2days but mine barely lasts for 4 hrs. After 10 min o[censored]sing internet in 3g battery drops by 10% and same idms the scenario in case of wifi. And also it gets heated up a lot while using especially while playing games. There seems to be some problem with the microphone too. Sometimes the battery drops by 2%. And even when i am not using the battery seems to be dropping. Even in safe mode the battery drops pretty quickly. Another problem is that the phone takes 4-6 hrs to get fully charged at times while sometimes it takes just 1.5 hrs to get charged. And while most of the time the battery drops pretty heavily sometimes the battery % stays the same value for hours then gets drastically drained after that. I even reseted the phone a coiple of times. Please kindly look forward to this complaint and hopefully expecting your reply.

I have got a problem with my phone's display, but the service center denied support suggesting an internal damage. However, the phone has neither fallen nor had any resistance on the screen.

The point that i don't understand, the phone is still under warranty, the damage cause is not an external or accidental, how can one deny support suggesting the phone has suffered an internal damage without even having a scratch. If that is the case, you should perhaps stop manufacturing phones and we should stop purchasing your products.

This is dilawar singh from indore and my contact no. [protected], i had given my phone lenovo k5 note, model no. A7010a48 for repair to authorize service center of lenovo in indore (M-89, yaswant plaza, indore m. P) on 01/06/2017, problem: touch damage, mobile bent (Say motherboard not working). Still after 26 days passed lady on reception name amrita told that parts for mobile repair are not available and its not coming from company, when asking for tentative time required to repair it she replied when it come it will repair and we will call you or you may find company website or toll free no. And you can compliant for that but i am not able to reply you. Is it that type of service lenovo provide trough their authorize service center and that type of employee you hired who don't know how to respond to query of customer and is touch and motherboard is not available in company or indore is such far that goods are not reach to indore in 26 days? Looking forward for company reply or company is also behave in manner of service center.

I got new lenovo vibe k4 note handset in july 2016.in amazon
Suddenly my handset display is gone (Black screen effect) automatically
And my hand set has never fall down ever and no external damages caused.
In my handset i have very important xl sheets and other documents.
I never thought that lenovo manufacturers produce such a fake handsets.
Service is also very poor.

I kindly request to lenovo to replace my handset to new device other wise
I will put a case on lenovo company in consumer court 101%

My handset has not working properly such as software problem and hard ware problem such as battery back up and many more for past 2 months which was brought on feb 14 th. So please take necessary action and do needful help in this regard... Camara was not working properly, usb not conneted to pc, goolge photos not wroking properly, sim slot not work, it automatically restart anytime etc,...

I had handed over my phone to a lenovo authorised service center in chennai due to multiple issues i was facing with the device on march 13th 2017. Till date i have no received my phone back and i learned several weeks back that the service center had been closed down. I have also been contacting lenovo directly through their facebook page, web chat support, emails and phone calls and they are yet to provide an answer. They don't even have the courtesy of calling me or responding to my repeated pleas for a solution. I am herewith attaching the jobsheet provided by the service center and screenshot of all the emails i've sent to lenovo.

Am Mohana.B from Salem. I bought lenovo k6 note in march. I am totally shocked at the problems I am facing from one of the so called best brand and all the more shocking is the service centre response!

From day 1 am facing heating problems even for speaking 1 or 2 calls. It gets so heated up that we get ear pain. Secondly the person to whom we speak can not hear clearly at all. It is very frustrating. Am not getting proper response and solution from the customer care too.

Please give me a solution to this problem.
I am expecting a reply from the company about this issue.

When i purchased my phone after 4th month only i faced lot of problems like screen is hassy. I had submitted my phone to the service center near sirampur on date 17/06/2017. They have not resolved my problem. Then they were asking me for the money.

I am Sooraj MG, one of the Lenovo customer, i have a good relationship with lenovo, i am using Lenovo Mobile and my Laptop is also Lenovo, with my experiance, I Just purchase a new Lenovo VIbe k5 for my Uncle Mr.Vikraman nair via flipcart on[protected]. The product is just delivered on[protected].
But the problem is after 2 days, it is not working in the case of data connection.
When we try to open chrom or any other app, their is a message, that particular app is unfortunatly stopped, so i can't open a simple app. I just go to my nearest Lenovo Service centre, with address Dream Mobiles, Kairali plaza, karamana, trivandrum and give the phon show my bill and guaranty card. They just assure that after 3 days the mobile will in good condition . After those days i just bring he phone and check it, at that time their is no problem. But after arrived n my home i just insert my sim, after it their is a problem, i can't make a call. So i again go to the service centre and explain about the complaint, But the problem is Still this day, I can't use the mobile properly. I think the Service centre peoples don't do anything for correct my mobile. First they say, it is a software issue, then now they say the problem is in the board of the Phone.

Anyway still this day[protected] i can't use my phone properly both n data usage {brousing) and just make a call. Then without this, what is the use of a Smart phone. This is my final attempt to find a solution for my complaint. Either replace a new Phone in good working condition to me or just give the service centre proper instruction to solve my problem. I am also the Representative of BJP(Bharathiya Janatha Party, Trivandrum) .

This is my last and final attempt, if you don't solve my complaint with in 7 days, i just go ahead in Consumer court and lodge a complaint with full explanation and also this is my last Lenovo product. I use all my political influence to get my justice.

I am also attached here, the invoice and service centre slip along with this mail. KIndly do the needfull.

Hi maine lenovo k6 note 20/12/2016 ko liya tha jiska touch ab apne aap kam kr rha hai.
Maine use aapke service centre me diya to 10 din bad bata rhe hai ki usme scratch hai isliye warnty nhi milegi. Jo scratch hai vo chabhi ka ya coin ka hai fr bhi vo warranty claim nhi kr rhe hai.
Ab bataiye mai kya kru upbhokta foram me hai ya nhi.

सर मेरे लेनोवो k6 पॉवर का एक स्पीकर काम नहीं कर रहा है अभी लगभग 8 दिनों से मैंने यह मोबाइल फ्लिपकार्ट के द्वारा 10 february को ऑनलाइन खरीदा है अभी warrenty पीरियड मैं है क्या कर सकते है आप क्या मोबाइल सर्विस सेण्टर पर दिखाए या फिर कंपनी को भेज दिया जाये क्योंकि अभी तो यह warrenty पीरियड मैं ही है कॉल वौइस् भी कम आ रही है और मोबाइल गर्म भी ज्यादा हो रहा है

I went to the lenovo service center vashi on 17th june 2017. Service center people are denying to repair the phone for a very small scratch on the silver frame on the mobile. I have problem with the touch screen.

The response from the employes in the service center is also not good and rude and not leasing to our words.

Still i have the warranty an not ready to solve my problem.

I have lost my phone last night i. E. 19 june 2017 and i have also registerd an fir in my local police station. Therefore i also want u to support me to search my phone with my imei no. With some other specificatons. I request to support me as after the time of theft/lost i am unable to search my phone due to inactivity of phone just after theft.
So please help me to find my phone lenovo vibe p1m

I am also facing microphone problem. During call, person from other side cannot hear my voice. I also read reviews on flipkart, lot of people are facing microphone problem on lenovo k6 power.

I am forced to use headphone for calling. It is reallt frustating

Hey this is yash here. I'm complaining you because o[censored]pdates which you never give to smartphones. You team up or owned motorola i don't know but there are updates on motorola. Your motorola phones are stock andriod where i see updates. I used motorola g3 which was fantastic. New updates give more value to phones. There are also cheap phones like redmi note 3 but they give updates. Please lenovo please update your phones. It will make your phones more reliable and friendly. People out there root their phones for better experience. And their warranty gets affected. I expect from you good response from this complain. And don't please give reply stating that"there is no contact we ll try you to update." thank you
