I went to the lenovo service center vashi on 17th june 2017. Service center people are denying to repair the phone for a very small scratch on the silver frame on the mobile. I have problem with the touch screen.

The response from the employes in the service center is also not good and rude and not leasing to our words.

Still i have the warranty an not ready to solve my problem....

I am also facing microphone problem. During call, person from other side cannot hear my voice. I also read reviews on flipkart, lot of people are facing microphone problem on lenovo k6 power.

I am forced to use headphone for calling. It is reallt frustating

I purchased laptop from one of franchise based in pitam pura, kohat enclave with the name of kaya infosolution (Lenovo exclusive store).
