Mobile automatically getting restarted after ending a call or after disconnecting a call, automatically screen is not responding, after getting restarted it is working again, Lot of times my mobile is getting restarted automatically and hanging a lot, still my mobile is in warranty, already I had went to customer care two times regarding network connectivity issues.

    I contacted lenovo Thedostore.com e-commerce portal sales people, they said that the goods will be delivered within 7 to 8 days. I purchased a desktop computer with 38, 000/- on 06 - June - 2017. Today date is 29 - June - 2017.

    Now the sales team is saying delivery/shipment is the responsibility of delivery department. Whatever the contact number provided for queries with shipping, they never pick the calls.

    If I communicate with sales people, again they will say within 7 days goods will be delivered.

      I had contacted the service centre of Lenova at Vyttila, Ernakulam and informed them about the non functioning of battery of the smartphone Lenova A 7000. They stated that the battery is not there and the battery shall be made available within 3 weeks and receipt with SOI no.[protected] dated 09/06/2017 was given to me. When I enquired today they say that the item has not been received till date and it will take more than one week. I am not in a position to use my phone as the battery is not functional and hence I request you to see that the battery may be delivered to me immediately

        Hi, my self Sanjay Sen, again visited your service centre at Barrackpore on dated 27.06.2017 time 6.40 pm, this is my 2nd time visit at your service centre and 2nd time complain to you. I am highly dis satisfied about your service, my phone Lenevo p1m, date of sale 07.07.2016, screen touch not in work, when visit your service centre they check my phone and told me that is out side dent over there and warranty not given, but when i was check the phone there is no dent only small scratches border line of the phone, 2 or 3 small scraches, but there is a white dot inside the screen, my question what is the similarity of out side scratches and indside white border of the screen, this is totally manufacturing defect, please see my phone's display, you can see the white sopt and lines, my request take a necessary action and replace my touch screen under warranty other wise i will go for consumer forum.

          I am using Lenovo Vibe K5 Note.
          After updating my phone to system update for VOLTE, I am unable to make video calls on Jio 4G network.
          Before update for VOLTE, I could make video calls via Jio4GVoice application.
          I would like to request Lenovo company to provide a system update allowing us to make video calls.
          Please provide a system update to Lenovo users for making video calls.
          As Lenovo has provided video calling feature in dialer of Lenovo K6 Power, also provide to other phone users via OTA update.
          Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have purchased lenevo ideapad 510 from V3S mall and it starts slow and it lags on using solidworks and creo 3.0 . Also the costumer support is worst . They don't help me by giving a perfect solution.
          System is too slow and its about 20 days from D.O.P it showed hanging and slow processing issues. I want my machine replaced by a new one.

            I purchased a lenovo z2 plus phone from amazon but after 3 months o[censored]se i saw a problem in it of not charging sometimes, but after restarting phone it works properly so i thought its a good to go with it and 3 days ago it stooped charging and not getting charged after restarting it again & again and in last after draining all the battery of it it did't charge and i took it to service center of lenovo in tilak nagar and they said that motherboard of your phone is dead as it came in touch with water. They always say this # things to their customers don't know why??

              Hi,
              I am here to share some bitter experience with lenovo service centre, kottarakkara. Once some months ago, my lenovo k6 model got hanged on restart. Suddenly i reached lenovo authorised service centre. They told that my "phones software crashed and it must me reinstalled, there will be some charges for it". But at that time i didnt allow them to change the software, by searching on internet some steps was there to solve this was to make a long press on home button. As the above instruction i pressed home button the phone booted without any problem. For this simple issue they misleaded me.

              Today i got another issue that when i open some apps, its shows an error that app permission issue, this time also i reached same service centre, this time also they told software is crashed. But this time i show my phone to a local technician, he just turned off draw over app. And the issue solved.

              By this two issues i am thinking that the service centre people are misleading customers making more profit like some private hospitals doing some unwanted tests and treatments for all ill. Please take care of it ensure proper service to customers

                My lenovo k6 note smartphone purchased on[protected], facing hang problems too much from last 2 months, i never faced this type of problems even in oppo, vivo or other compnies erlier... And now its touch is not working so my cell is completely not working, its completetly off of work... I went your (Lenovo) servive cenre today and they said its touch is not working because some type of liquid of water is in it and its charges around 4620 rs....                   I have discovered that the phone has the following problems:

                  1-charging speed of mobile is dead slow and even after 08 hrs of charging it is getting charged up to 30% to 40% only.

                  2-battery backup is very poor, as it gets discharged immediately.

                  3-phone also gets hanged after opening one or two applications.

                  I have also visited and given my handset to lenovo service center malviya nagar bhopal 4 time, firstly on 23.02.2017, secondly on 02.03.2017, thirdly in last week of the march 2017 and forth time on 07/06/2017 but my problem does not resolve, my mobile handset is also with the your service centre since 07.06.2017.

                  The consumer rights act/sale of goods act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

                  As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone [repaired/replaced or refunded].

                  Being a service person i am not able to visit your service center frequently. Without a smart phone i am having lot of problem in day to day life.

                  I request you to please look into the issue ant get it resolved at the earliest.

                    Yesterday (26th june) the screen of my mobile, moto g4 plus, suddenly blanked out. All other features of the phone were working but the display had blanked out. I am a resident of mumbai, but for my internship i am at bhilai in chhattisgarh for two months (Till 14th july). I searched for an authorised service center as my phone is within the warranty period. Shyam incorporation in raipur, is an authorised lenovo service center. When i submitted my phone (Today 27th june at around 12:30pm) along with the bill to prove warranty, they said that it will take 10 to 15 days to service the phone.in today's times where a mobile phone has become such an important part of the lifestyle, succh long service time is abo[censored]ely unreasonable. Even when the only issue in the phone is hardware related, when only the display has to be changed, the person at the counter says that there maybe data loss. How ridiculous is that? Why should the engineers tamper with the software or data of the mobile phone when the issue is regarding display (Hardware). For a popular phone such as the moto g4 plus, such long service time of 10 to 15 days is not tolerable.

                      Still problem is existing. Lenovo service centre people are not doing
                      Services' well. I have given four time for my smartphone for services.
                      And every time they keeping my phone in service centre more than week.

                        I purchased lenovo phab 2 on dec'2016. With in one month i started getting issue in voice calls. The receiver of the call was not able to hear caller voice from this device. I complained and roamed around the server center multiple times for the same issue. Nothing got resolved. I complained lencare and the issue is been forwarded to r&d team. It is more than 5 months, i am strugling to get support for my device which is in unusable condition. Can you please help me reach grievance desk of lenovo.

                          I was purchase lenovo k5 plus mobile phone on aug, 30th 2016 from flipkart.
                          I'm complaining my phone i think before 2 months. Last time when i was go to lenovo service center and they said that you change your charger. Then i order my new original charger from online now my phone again get heat problem and full of the day it's plug-in of charger. My phone convert to a landline phone now. I'm a working girl that's too much problem to handle this. What can i do know please suggest me or change my phone or battery.

                            I would like to say that, i am kishan singh, my smart phone lenovo a6600, and that touch is not working properly, i give my cell phone to lenovo service centre, hotel sagar complex kali mati road, sakchi jamshedpur... Then a date is provided by service centre, but that date, my cell phone is not repair on this date, and again provide date 2 time. But again my cell phone is not repair, so plz i want to request that my cell phone is provided me quickly after repair. When there us no reply by you, finally i want case on consumer court.

                                I manish gurav have submitted my handset (Lenovo vibe x3a40) at lenovo service centre i got my phone back after 2 days but issue was not resolved also phone was not fitted properly so on 6th june i resubmitted the phone i was told it will be returned on 12th june but they are extending the date every week, latest i was given date as 26th june but still they are saying part is still not available.                                   I recently bought a lenovo k6 power smartphone. It's been about a month since i bought it. But i am not at all satisfied with the product. After the nougat update i am not even able to access my theme centre. The phone is supposed to have a battery life of 4000mah and should last upto 2days but mine barely lasts for 4 hrs. After 10 min o[censored]sing internet in 3g battery drops by 10% and same idms the scenario in case of wifi. And also it gets heated up a lot while using especially while playing games. There seems to be some problem with the microphone too. Sometimes the battery drops by 2%. And even when i am not using the battery seems to be dropping. Even in safe mode the battery drops pretty quickly. Another problem is that the phone takes 4-6 hrs to get fully charged at times while sometimes it takes just 1.5 hrs to get charged. And while most of the time the battery drops pretty heavily sometimes the battery % stays the same value for hours then gets drastically drained after that. I even reseted the phone a coiple of times. Please kindly look forward to this complaint and hopefully expecting your reply.

                                    Hello lenovo support,

                                    I have got a problem with my phone's display, but the service center denied support suggesting an internal damage. However, the phone has neither fallen nor had any resistance on the screen.

                                    The point that i don't understand, the phone is still under warranty, the damage cause is not an external or accidental, how can one deny support suggesting the phone has suffered an internal damage without even having a scratch. If that is the case, you should perhaps stop manufacturing phones and we should stop purchasing your products.

                                      This is dilawar singh from indore and my contact no. [protected], i had given my phone lenovo k5 note, model no. A7010a48 for repair to authorize service center of lenovo in indore (M-89, yaswant plaza, indore m. P) on 01/06/2017, problem: touch damage, mobile bent (Say motherboard not working). Still after 26 days passed lady on reception name amrita told that parts for mobile repair are not available and its not coming from company, when asking for tentative time required to repair it she replied when it come it will repair and we will call you or you may find company website or toll free no. And you can compliant for that but i am not able to reply you. Is it that type of service lenovo provide trough their authorize service center and that type of employee you hired who don't know how to respond to query of customer and is touch and motherboard is not available in company or indore is such far that goods are not reach to indore in 26 days? Looking forward for company reply or company is also behave in manner of service center.

                                        it is not working
                                        Web browser hangs, laptop takes long to start, sometimes gets into reformatting mode on its own, very slow performance
                                        I have lenovo core i3 system it is not working for 3 days it is in warranty
                                        1. Tuch pad does not working properly.
                                        2. Microsoft store does not working
                                        3. Battery backup is less than 2:30 hours. But delear said that the battery backup is more than 4 hours.
                                        Now the delear does not take any responsability. And behave rudely.
