Dear sir,
I have bought a Lenova K power 6 (model no k33a42) on 15/06/17, but i couldn't use because of slot problems. it rectified from your authorized service centre at Payyanur in Kerala.After that it has range problems. As per the receipt no 7657 dt 30/6/17, it has entrusted in your service centre (mob. [protected]) at Kannur for replacing motherboard and will take atleast two weeks to get back.
In this circumstances i request you to replace a new one at the earliest.

    Hey,

    i purchased newly launched lenovo K6 note.
    and it's touch screen stopped working after 4 months. i went to authorised lenovo service center, patna, Bihar. and they said that it will be delivered to you by 3rd july (i gave on 28th july), yesterday i called they said on 4th, today i called they said that it will be on 11th july!!!

    i mean what the hell is this? it is complete harassment of your older and regular customer .

    I had ordered a Lenovo ideapad laptop on 15th of June 2017 and they promised to deliver in 10-12 days.
    status of order is showing "shipment delay".
    sent so many emails to customer care and support of Lenovo but not action taken yet.

      My Lenovo k6 power k33A42 mobile has not work properly.mobile battery has over hit.when I shall mobile pulg in charger then mobile automatically switch off.
      I have go to Katihar( Bihar) service center but he sab I can't solved this problem and he sab this phone is very bad, he tall me never purchase this mobile and Purnia(Bihar) service center has closed.

        I bought a charging adapter and cable for my Lenovo KE Note phone. After a week it stopped working. Cable was working fine but the adapter was not. So, I approached the service centre guy for the same. First they ask me to bring me to bring my mobile. When I enquired the need for mobile, the reply was we want to see whether your mobile is in warranty period
        I ask them if you want to know the warranty period, that I can tell you separately. But I don't understand the need of mobile warranty for the charger I bought. Then they said it's ok. We will check the charger. They told that charger is working fine. I told them to show it to me by using my other brand mobile. But they refused. They asked me to bring the Lenovo mobile. When I took the mobile to them, they asked me to wait for half an hour to one hour. When I enquired the reason for such a long waiting they said we have to see whether there is a problem in your mobile. Then I had to forcefully tell them to you people don't have to bother for my mobile. Just show me whether the charger is working with any other Lenovo mobile. I have already used various brands. But this kind of service has never come across me. I am really unhappy and disappointed with the service centre situated at the pin code 711101 in Howrah Belelious Road. Their services really suck us.

          I bought this lenovo k6 note mobile recently.. its my first lenovo phone.. and am so disappointed by this ptoduct.
          Touch pad is not working.. back button, home button etc..while using the phone the dial pad also getting hang some times. And its very annoying that phone is automatically doing actions by itself while am using phone.. its very annoying and am disappointed with this phone.. this phone is really waste of money.. i just wanna replace this product.. i hope u will understand and solve this problem as soon as possible

            I am from gwalior, madhya pradesh i have puchasaed a lenevo vibe k5 mobile on 6 october 2016.my mobile display has not been working since 29 may 2017.
            i have contacted to service centre of gwalior "Hello enterprises". they kept my mobile and make a service order to change the touch of mobile and told me it will be ok with in 10-15days . i have contacted them after 15 days and they said your part is coming from company.again after few days they said same reply and finally on 28/06/2017 they returned my mobile without repair and replied me their service centre is now exist and they can not any help and advice me to go to other service centre at jayendra ganj, gwalior.i have gone other service centre next day but they said our process is not start right now and said you can register your complaint after starting our process and after that they make service order to demand touch from company and it will take about 20-25 days.
            sir this is a long time of not working of my mobile if service center is changed, where is my fault . this should be repaired by old service centre "hello enprises"with in time period.
            kindly take necessory action so that my mobile can rectified as soon as possible.

              I have a lenovo vibe k5 plus smartphone which has still 4 months of warranty left. After using the phone for 8 months touch suddenly stopped working. At first it was only the extreme left side of the screen that was not working, after few days almost half of the screen's touch stopped working. I tried factory reset but it didnt had any effect on it. I am staying in goa, as there were no service centres available in goa i had to visit vijayawada hoping that my phone would get repaired but the service provider in vijayawada denied warranty because the phone had minute scratches on the bottom side of the phone. And those scratches had nothing to do with the fault in touchscreen. The service provider said that the phone should not have any scratches to avail warranty. Seriously, do you expect the phone to be brand new even after 6 months? Im really disappointed with the lenovo services.

                I have brought lenovo k3 note previous year and after 2 months it's motherboard got damaged after replacement of motherboard now my phone is hanging alot either it has 1.7 gz processor or not i am not confirmed in basic games also it gets hanged and while doing normal tasking it gets heated very quickly it's very laggy and i am not satisfied with the product i surely don't want to buy any lenovo products for sure in future if you don't value our money and don't provide good products according to mentioned specifications.

                  I have purchase Lenovo k6 note before 3 months and it's touch screen main buttons are not working. The bottom 3 main buttons i.e. home, back and main buttons are not working at all. There is no service center in Chandigarh where I can reach as my phone is within warranty.

                  Rest all the other features of phone are working properly.

                  The bottom 3 main buttons i.e. home, back and main button's touch is not working. I restarted and rebooted it many times

                  I contacted customer care and everytime they are asking to restart the device but no resolution found.

                    Hi,
                    I bought a lenovo phab from flipkart on 17 january 2017. After using it for 5 months, the dolby was not working. Then suddeny the touch screen was not responding at all. I reached toservice centre in behala, they told me that it requires 10 to 15 days for servicing. The other accecories in the box including the headphone and charger was not working. After 8 days, i got a message from service centre stating that "your handset condition will be not repairable please collect your device with jobsheet at lenovo service centre". The device was used correctly. No external damage had been caused. I want an replacement for this device.

                      Mobile automatically getting restarted after ending a call or after disconnecting a call, automatically screen is not responding, after getting restarted it is working again, Lot of times my mobile is getting restarted automatically and hanging a lot, still my mobile is in warranty, already I had went to customer care two times regarding network connectivity issues.

                        I contacted lenovo Thedostore.com e-commerce portal sales people, they said that the goods will be delivered within 7 to 8 days. I purchased a desktop computer with 38, 000/- on 06 - June - 2017. Today date is 29 - June - 2017.

                        Now the sales team is saying delivery/shipment is the responsibility of delivery department. Whatever the contact number provided for queries with shipping, they never pick the calls.

                        If I communicate with sales people, again they will say within 7 days goods will be delivered.

                          I had contacted the service centre of Lenova at Vyttila, Ernakulam and informed them about the non functioning of battery of the smartphone Lenova A 7000. They stated that the battery is not there and the battery shall be made available within 3 weeks and receipt with SOI no.[protected] dated 09/06/2017 was given to me. When I enquired today they say that the item has not been received till date and it will take more than one week. I am not in a position to use my phone as the battery is not functional and hence I request you to see that the battery may be delivered to me immediately

                            Hi, my self Sanjay Sen, again visited your service centre at Barrackpore on dated 27.06.2017 time 6.40 pm, this is my 2nd time visit at your service centre and 2nd time complain to you. I am highly dis satisfied about your service, my phone Lenevo p1m, date of sale 07.07.2016, screen touch not in work, when visit your service centre they check my phone and told me that is out side dent over there and warranty not given, but when i was check the phone there is no dent only small scratches border line of the phone, 2 or 3 small scraches, but there is a white dot inside the screen, my question what is the similarity of out side scratches and indside white border of the screen, this is totally manufacturing defect, please see my phone's display, you can see the white sopt and lines, my request take a necessary action and replace my touch screen under warranty other wise i will go for consumer forum.

                              I am using Lenovo Vibe K5 Note.
                              After updating my phone to system update for VOLTE, I am unable to make video calls on Jio 4G network.
                              Before update for VOLTE, I could make video calls via Jio4GVoice application.
                              I would like to request Lenovo company to provide a system update allowing us to make video calls.
                              Please provide a system update to Lenovo users for making video calls.
                              As Lenovo has provided video calling feature in dialer of Lenovo K6 Power, also provide to other phone users via OTA update.

                              I have purchased lenevo ideapad 510 from V3S mall and it starts slow and it lags on using solidworks and creo 3.0 . Also the costumer support is worst . They don't help me by giving a perfect solution.
                              System is too slow and its about 20 days from D.O.P it showed hanging and slow processing issues. I want my machine replaced by a new one.

                                I purchased a lenovo z2 plus phone from amazon but after 3 months o[censored]se i saw a problem in it of not charging sometimes, but after restarting phone it works properly so i thought its a good to go with it and 3 days ago it stooped charging and not getting charged after restarting it again & again and in last after draining all the battery of it it did't charge and i took it to service center of lenovo in tilak nagar and they said that motherboard of your phone is dead as it came in touch with water. They always say this # things to their customers don't know why??

                                  I am here to share some bitter experience with lenovo service centre, kottarakkara. Once some months ago, my lenovo k6 model got hanged on restart. Suddenly i reached lenovo authorised service centre. They told that my "phones software crashed and it must me reinstalled, there will be some charges for it". But at that time i didnt allow them to change the software, by searching on internet some steps was there to solve this was to make a long press on home button. As the above instruction i pressed home button the phone booted without any problem. For this simple issue they misleaded me.

                                  Today i got another issue that when i open some apps, its shows an error that app permission issue, this time also i reached same service centre, this time also they told software is crashed. But this time i show my phone to a local technician, he just turned off draw over app. And the issue solved.

                                  By this two issues i am thinking that the service centre people are misleading customers making more profit like some private hospitals doing some unwanted tests and treatments for all ill. Please take care of it ensure proper service to customers

                                    My lenovo k6 note smartphone purchased on[protected], facing hang problems too much from last 2 months, i never faced this type of problems even in oppo, vivo or other compnies erlier... And now its touch is not working so my cell is completely not working, its completetly off of work... I went your (Lenovo) servive cenre today and they said its touch is not working because some type of liquid of water is in it and its charges around 4620 rs....                                       I have discovered that the phone has the following problems:

                                      1-charging speed of mobile is dead slow and even after 08 hrs of charging it is getting charged up to 30% to 40% only.

                                      2-battery backup is very poor, as it gets discharged immediately.

                                      3-phone also gets hanged after opening one or two applications.

                                      I have also visited and given my handset to lenovo service center malviya nagar bhopal 4 time, firstly on 23.02.2017, secondly on 02.03.2017, thirdly in last week of the march 2017 and forth time on 07/06/2017 but my problem does not resolve, my mobile handset is also with the your service centre since 07.06.2017.

                                      The consumer rights act/sale of goods act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

                                      As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone [repaired/replaced or refunded].

                                      Being a service person i am not able to visit your service center frequently. Without a smart phone i am having lot of problem in day to day life.

                                      I request you to please look into the issue ant get it resolved at the earliest.

                                      I have also visited and given my handset to lenovo service center malviya nager bhopal twice, firstly on 23.02.2017 and secondly on 02.03.2017 but my problem could not be resolved & same problems still persist.

                                      Being a service person i am not able to visit your service centre frequently. Without a smart phone i am having lot of problem in day to day life.

                                      I request you to please look into the issue and get it resolved at the earliest.

                                        Yesterday (26th june) the screen of my mobile, moto g4 plus, suddenly blanked out. All other features of the phone were working but the display had blanked out. I am a resident of mumbai, but for my internship i am at bhilai in chhattisgarh for two months (Till 14th july). I searched for an authorised service center as my phone is within the warranty period. Shyam incorporation in raipur, is an authorised lenovo service center. When i submitted my phone (Today 27th june at around 12:30pm) along with the bill to prove warranty, they said that it will take 10 to 15 days to service the phone.in today's times where a mobile phone has become such an important part of the lifestyle, succh long service time is abo[censored]ely unreasonable. Even when the only issue in the phone is hardware related, when only the display has to be changed, the person at the counter says that there maybe data loss. How ridiculous is that? Why should the engineers tamper with the software or data of the mobile phone when the issue is regarding display (Hardware). For a popular phone such as the moto g4 plus, such long service time of 10 to 15 days is not tolerable.
