Dear sir/ mam,
When i purchased my phone after 1 month only i faced lot of problems like network issue and speaker problem. I had submitted my phone to the service center near civil hospital hazratganj lucknow. They have not resolved my problem but employee named neha and preeti shah were arguing with me. When they were not able to resolve the problem then they were asking me for the money.
I need your support to please take some action and resolve my problem.

      In 2017 i bought 2 lenovo laptops with microsoft office pre-installed (Cost 209.99 each licence)
      Lenovo did not give me the codes for my licences.
      I reached microsoft and microsoft says that i can get the codes from lenovo only because i bought the micosoft office pre-installed.
      So, todate, i still dont have the codes for my purchase of the two microsoft licences.

        I g naresh naidu i had purchased lenovo vibe k5 note through flipkart on 13-3-17. Now my phone got issue in outgoing call voice. That my voice is not audible to responder. While it was ok with speaker mode (Micphone problem). So i went to service center name as (Sri balaji technolagies authrozid service center for lenovo). They said that it will be take 4-5 days to repair & they insisted to update software. But i refused to update of software, because i am not able to back up my data at that moment. For this they have replied very recklessely that if you want give mobile for repair or please go away. For your pursuance i am attaching invoice copy & job sheet given by sri balalaji technolagaies and live chat details from lenovo customer care

          I have vibe k5 note purchased on 2nd nov 2016 and before 15days i gave my mobile to service centre because of touch screen and battery related problems and after a day of receiving my phone back i faced a new problem about lower side speaker so again i gave back to service centre and they took 4days for that and now after 3days i am facing a new problem about touch screen relate so may be again i have to put my phone for 4-5 days this is really not exceptable from lenovo.
          Do some needful.

            I gave my phone for repair which was under warranty on 22apr2017 in lenovo service center hcl touch, indiranagar, bangalore.
            Every time i call i get the same answer from the service center that required hw is not received from heard office. Its almost nearing 2months there is no sight of getting it.

            There is no proper answer i am getting from customer care also. If the required spare part is not there then comany should arrange for a replacement instead of keeping at service center.

              I had purchased mobile phone on 27th may 2017 and started facing software problems and submitted to service centre within one week they checked twice and kept for checking on 2nd for 48 hours checking and confirmed device is faulty on 5th but i was on holiday and returned on 11th june 2017 they asked me to return box which i did on 12th june 2017 now on 14th they say it can't be replaced. If i do not get replacement i am planning to go to consumer court

                I bought a all in one lenovo desktop on 18.04.2017 for my office use which was lying in my office unused since then.in last part of may, when i bought a printer and tried to install the software by inserting the cd in dvd drive, i found that the drive is not gettting eject. When registered the complain with lenovo, they first asked, me to call them when i would be in front of system to check few information. When i called them sitting in front of the system, on the process they asked me to take a pin and to poke it in the back side. Normally, we dont require to use pin in our offices and use stapler instead. The service centre refused to send their service engineer untill i will not follow their instructions and procure a pin to poke it. But while buying the dealer said that it has onsite warranty. Now what is the definition of onsite warranty can anyone explain. I wasted more than 2 hours by calling the lenovo service as it takes lots of time to get connected through ivr. My work got on hold due to delay in service as i am still waiting to get it resolved and i dont want to do all these poking with pin, etc. Service id [protected]

                  I am living at mumbai & i have lost my lenovo k6 power (Dark grey, 32 gb) on 12/6/2017 at dharwad, karnataka with imei no: [protected]. Only once i have inserted my sim card & made a call (My no: [protected]) the, removed the sim card & kept mobile inside the packing box & put inside the bag. Then i catched the bus to mumbai.
                  I forgottenn the bags inside the bus (Pick up) & got inside another bus to mumbai from highway, (As am drunken) am aware about my bag missing when i reached mumbai in next morning i. E 13/6/17. I inquired bus agency & he said he taken my bags & i wjhen i requested him to check the mobile in the bag, he said the mobile was not there in the bag & it has benn stolen.

                  Lenovo Team saying that, we vcan locate the missing mobile by device manager, but device maager works when the data is made On missing mobile & this my new mobile yet not inserted the SIM card.

                  We requested Lenovo team to llocate our mobile & thats why we lodged the FIR & submitted to Lenovo to track & locate the mobile by using IMEI no.

                    I submitted my device for service and a repeat of back housing to lenovo service centre and its been 15 days since they have taken my phone 📱.
                    I tried calling them but there phone is either switched off of out of reach.
                    I went to the vashi service center once and they told me that the product is not ready.
                    I report this issue to there site but they are least concern about it.

                      I do have lenovo zuk z1 mobile its in warranty i have submitted it for servicing
                      At "sara mobile shopee" pimpri pune - 411018 maharashtra on 8th may 2017.

                      The service given by this service center is ridiculous, its been about to finish 1 month yet i have not received my mobile.

                      I have visited thrice at service center reply by them was meaningless and totally
                      Unacceptable. They have given me reason your part is not available. Everytime they have given me false commitment you will get your mobile in another two days.

                      After 15 days they started giving me reply your part is in transit yet not received. They are not at all supportive.

                        I bought lenovo k5 note from flipkart 1 month ago and now i'm facing a problem of the speaker of the phone last... The speaker isn't working properly... A bad sound is mixed with the songs and others also... And today i went to lenovo customer care and they told that speaker was damaged, liquid damage... But i was following this problem for the 1st day when i bought the phone... Now the question is if the the phone is fully packed company so why the speaker damaged... And i'm damn sure that it wasn't do by me... And they told me that they will take 1650/- for the speaker change l... So what can i do now...!? And the phone is now under warranty also...

                            Hi, i have purchased lenovo vibe k5 note on 12/9/2016. Imei number: [protected]. The authorized service center is asking me to pay above 4k although it is in warranty and no physical damage or screen damages although they are saying it is because of physical damage. The authorized service center in durgapur, west bengal is scamming people. There are also white patches on the screen which is not due to any physical damages. It is caused internally.                               My name is ankur, i bought a lenovo mobile handset (Lenovo zuk z1) in june 2016 via amazon.

                              I faced a few hardware & software issues in the phone in feb-march of this year.

                              I gave it to the lenovo service center, haldwani for the repair and resolution.

                              I gave it to service center on 11th of may 2017, the guy gave me a manual job-sheet containing the date, imei no, issues in mobiles along with his signature.

                              I called the lenovo customer care on 12th of june and told them about the issue, they told me that the job sheet has been issued on 6th of june. I was amazed, where was my phone from 11th of may to 6th of june. The complaint no. Is:[protected].

                              So, here are my queries:

                              1) where was my phone from 11th of may to 6th of june?

                              2) what was the service center guy doing these many days and why he registered the job sheet on 6th of june, after more than 26 days?

                              3) my phone warranty ended on 4th of june this year. I will not pay a single penny for repair.

                              4) should i believe in lenovo services, or we are making fool of ourselves by thinking of purchasing the lenovo products?

                              I am really disappointed with the lenovo services and will surely reconsider my thoughts before buying any lenovo product in upcoming future.

                                Hello...I bought a Lenovo Portable hard drive F309 1TB From Near by Showroom. The Package Contains USB HDD-1N, USB cable-1N, User Manual-1N, Warranty manual- 1N.                                   2 times given for battery is getting discharged soon

                                  3rd time given for no service complaint and again we are facing battery discharge problem soon

                                  We had suffered a lot with your not proper service, initially we had taken the mobile assuming that it will give longer battery back up since you had declared that battery is 3000 mah.

                                    I have purchased the mobile on 01.01.2017. On 26.04.2017 speaker and mother board was out of order as diagonised by lenovo authorised service centre, panposh, rourkela. The service centre returned me on 23.05.2017 but with problem of low battery temperature and again they have received my mobile on 24.05.2017. Today on 10.06.2017 they expressed their inability to repair my mobile. As the mobile is within the warranty period please repair or deliver a new one.

                                      I had purchased a lenovo laptop - y50 - 70 (Cb[protected] on 3rd dec 2015 from amazon which was covered under international warranty. The moment it got to me i witnessed an issue of the screen flickering which was a manufacturing defect. Since then i've had the laptop submitted in the lenovo authorised service center of bangalore (Lenovo exclusive service centre - 1575, 11th main road, aurobindo marg, 4t block, jayanagar) at least 8-9 times in the past year and i get the same issue again and again. I have the receipts and details of each instance. I have not been able to use the laptop to its potential ever since i bought it. Moreover i have to go through the tiring process of removing my personal data before giving it in each time. This is the pathetic level of your products and services.

                                      Even after giving so many verbal warnings to the service center officials, i haven't got any redressal. Lenovo takes consumers for granted and try to mislead them till the time warranty expires and then say nothing can be done now. I even paid extra to get the warranty extended for two years because i didn't want to hear this.

                                      My biggest mistake was to trust in lenovo and buy a lenovo product, which i will never ever do in future. Being a ux designer & ui developer, laptop is o[censored]tmost importance to me. It has affected my profession and has harmed me extensively. I had to suffer a lot of mental trauma because of this. Since, after so many complaints and warnings lenovo did not take any action, i'm forced to file a consumer case against them. The consumer complaint number is (#297637).

                                      I have suffered enough for me to trust lenovo anymore and i would like a compensation for all the hassles, inconvenience, loss and mental trauma that i had to go through because of the defective product provided and the lack in providing resolution to the problems. Even after all this i am ready to give them one more chance (15 days max) to get the laptop picked from my home and get it fixed or replaced. If they're not able to fix it permanently within 15 days or if the issue pops up again, i'll be forced to drag lenovo to the court of law.

                                        My laptop lower case has broken i contacted service centre. They just told that just need time for getting spare part but two months has passed on.
