Dear sir,
Iam buying lenovo p2a42 mobile in flipkart april 1st. Iam using only 10 days the mobile. After 10 days i mean 11th day its hanged. After 2days[protected] iam giving to service center they was telling it is major problem it will be taken 10days time. After 15 days its repaired and given back to me. After repair iam using only 1 hour. Once again its hanged.
Service center its frost service the service center is in hyderabad chaitanyapuri branch, telangana state
And again iam giving to same service center they was telling pls give me two days we will solve the problem. Ok iam excusing,
Once again iam taking after 5 days the mobile they were changing mother board also. Iam using only one day iam shocked iam found same problem its totally hanged.
Again[protected] iam giving service center its third time the mobile still in service center. Not responding the service center people. Iam totally disoppinted that
The mobile totally scrached iam not intrested use the mobile it was totally not working.
So pls replace the mobile are refund the money its my request sir..
Still position they were not responding

Iam so far to service point it has 135kms distance iam going 5 times to to the point iam in suryapet town it has in hyderabad my expences are crossed 5000
The mobile cost is 18000.
In 2 months iam using only 10 days the mobile its cost 18000. Two months problem.
So pls replace the mobile it has mother board also changed but problem is not cleared so the mobile is manufacturing problem so please replace the mobile are refund the money.

Finally iam requesting please replace my mobile

      I am tired to repair this phone multi-time when i perchse this mobile till 11 month the hole mobile hardware accept body changed by service centre but still not solve the problem below problem always there

      1) finger print not working,
      2) very heating not able to put near ear because hardware is to heating.
      3) 3-4 time automatic restart in a day.
      4) automatically capture the photograph and sudden close camera working. After restart mobile device it will working.
      5) when in a car network gone automatically and call cut.

        Ordered a brand new piece of lenovo k5 plus in february 2017 and recieved just to find after some days that there is a network problem with the device. The network is available only when outside my home or office. Dissapears as soon as i come inside my home, office or any other closed building.
        Just one month on and the hand set went wrong... Recieved a faulty piece from flipkart.
        Recently given in lenovo service centre since 10 days and they told that they need to change the motherboard of handset.

          I am very sad to inform you that i had bought a phone from amazon.in on march 5, 2016 but within 2 months my phone's speakers are not working and the invoice voice calls​ volume also appears to be very low even if it is maximum. Such that each time i had to use earphone

            Dear sir/mam,

            This is to inform that i bought a mobile in the month of january 2017 and day before yesterday automatically mobile screen was blank & rest mobile was working properly i was getting incoming or outgoing calls than yesterday i went to lenovo mobile service center they checked and told me there is software problem we will do it after 1 hour they checked and open the mobile than told me there is a screen problem and screen will be change and you will be charge for 1800/-.

            Now mobile is totally out of order.

            So i just want to know if mobile in guaranty period than why they are asking for 1800/- charges and i also ask the same in service center they are not giving any proper response and told me "banwana ho toh batao nahi toh mobile le jao".

            Request you please look into this issue and resolve.

            Today when i am going to complain online its asking for sr no so i called to your service center and ask about sr no lady pick the call and ask the sr no she told we does have any kind of sr no and drop the call really very rudely talk to me.

            As lenovo is a multi national company and your executive are not giving proper response.

            Please find attached scan copy of mobile bill and service center bill which was received.

            Please resolve my issue as soon as possible i spent 10000/- to bought this mobile because i believe with lenovo.

              Problem Description:
              1. Battery not charging beyond 60%.
              2. Drains out suddenly after reaching below 20%.
              3. Warranty updation not done, it is showing out of warranty although not even one year has passed since purchase.

                I bought lenovo a6600 plus (Black) from 'communication hub e-58, main vikas marg, laxmi nagar, delhi - 110092' on 12th of may 2017. And the staff with conviction told me that there are 15 days replacement policy in case the handset turns out to be damaged in any which way within the aforementioned period. But at the same time, they refused to mention any of it on paper, along with the warranty/guarantee policy on the handset, citing reasons like 'it is not needed, the company knows, the warranty comes with the set automatically, etc, etc'.

                From the very next day the set turned out to be dysfunctional - it would show every number 'incorrect'. The message tone would ring in the middle of a call and the phone would disconnect to not work again for an hour or so. The message tone would ring otherwise alos without any incoming messages. With all these problems the phone would stay not-in-use for the entire day but would still require charging three times a day for 3 hours at a stretch every time.

                I contacted the aforementioned dealer on 22nd of may 2017 to be told that there are still some good 6 days left for me to ask for a replacement, but the dealer won't do anything as i'd have to go to the service centre to get the do certificate (Which i wasn't told at the time of the purchase. I was rather told "madam, hum baithe hain na!" which translates into 'don't worry, madam, we're here in case any problem crops up within the next 15 days').

                Now today when i go to the service centre, the centre tells me that they won't do a thing apart from opening up of my set (That is within 10 days of purchasing a handset, i might as well have gone for a second hand set from a junk dealer). And they tell me that i should feel free to contact any police, court in case of any other issue (An answer for this will be sought in the court itself, lenovo wants to be rest assured!). To add insult to injury, they immediately call up the dealer, and the moment i enter the shop the staff is ready to pounce on me and tell me that they won't lift a finger and i should feel free to call the police, the military, the army, amidst a bout of laughter - (Which calls for a case of harassment, i believe?). The staff also now refuses to acknowledge that they gave me good period of 15 days for replacement, and two days prior they also told me that i'm still left with some six days. They feel probably "my ears were ringing".

We feel that with higher officials intervention it was possible to do service by Chaitanyapuri, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad service centre people in 2 days instead of 4 days.                       Sir,
                      I purchased a lenovo vibe b handset on 11.05.2017. That day i fully charged the handset battery. Since 7-8 hours as instructions. I did not work with the handset that night. But next day morning i saw the battery level went down to 80%. Also when i used some application like whats app, facebook, twitter, instagram etc. When i used these apps, the battery level went down very soon. Example before using whats app battery level 80%. After that the battery level 65%. Just 10 -13 minutes use. When i brought the handset to authorised service centre (Hcl services ltd lenovo exclusive kolkata), at first they told me that there were some issues in the handset, you must subit the handset. That was friday (19.05.2017). On monday they called me to delivery the handset. When i take the handset and asked them what was the problem? They told me that there was software problem which was resolved. After that i took the handset and returned home. After some time the same problem was happening. Today when i took the handset to service centre they told me more two indiscretion problem. They told me that the battery backup is no longer because the reliance jio sim network fluctuate which was seen on display. After that they again said to me that the 1% battery level will goes down after 3-4 minutes.
                      Now which comment i will take?
                      1. Software problem.
                      2. Reliance jio sim network fluctuate which is seen on handset display.
                      3. 1% battery level will goes down after 3-4 minutes.
                      Sir, i want your interference about this matter as soon as possible. Otherwise i will complain to state consumer forum.

                        The battery of my lenovo mobile phone is draining very quickly and the charger provided with the model is also not working properly. When i complained about it in a nearby service center in march that is within 6 months of purchase they refused to replace the charger and asked to leave the mobile handset too. Being a student pursuing my studies outside my hometown it was not possible for me to manage without a mobile so i didn't left my phone. Again now on 20 may i visited the service centre and the person responsible refused to replace the battery instead he said that the phone battery was damaged due to water and therefore cannot be replaced. He asked for rs 5500 to repair the phone.

                          This was the worst experience I had with B2X Lenovo Flagship. I gave my Lenovo K4 Note for repair on 4/5/2017 and till today there was no updates / status given to me. It took 18 days to check what is the issue with the handset.
                          Mobile no. [protected] was the only contact provided and it kept ringing all the time and nobody responded.

                            On 21 july 2016 i bought a vibe p1m
                            Machine type modelpa1g0031eg smartphone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem. First time from 2 month ago the mobile stopped working. I had to hand it to your agent raya to install new copy of android, then before few days it stopped working completely. The agent told me that it need main board and your company is always delay in supplying it. The receipt number is[protected] they recieve the mobile on 13 may 2016.

                            The [consumer rights act] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

                            As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone [reapaired] and i would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 5 days.

                            I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or i will place formal complain to consumer protection agency. Moreover raya customer service is the worst service i have ever seen as it gave bad after sale service for lenovo products.

                                I have brought lenovo A7000 from satara maharashtra and is still in warranty. It's home and back button not working. I gave it for repair they kept mobile with them for about 15 days changed the touchpad. But again after 20-25 days the same problem repeats again and they say it is touch pad problem and again you need to repair and will take 8-10 days. Is this the service you give.

                                        I am facing problems with my lenovok3 note mobile since date of purchasing. I have also visited on uthorized lenovo service centre in bilaspur city. But they are also failed to shortouts the problems associated with mic & software. Since date of purchasing to yet now, i have visited lot of time in service centre but they are working temporary. Whenever they are working on mobile its work well but only for short duration. Again after some times its doing same problems. Its happents lots of time but today my 1 year service warranty has expired but still doing same problems please help me as soon as possible.
