Hi,

Yesterday i.e. 18.5.2017, my mobile was stopped working and i immediately visited the Lenovo Service centre named "Cellular" located at Orchid Plaza, Near Borivali station Plat form no. 8, Borivali (West), Mumbai. Also my mobile was in service warranty however when service center person checked the mobile they have said liquid has gone inside however when we questioned them that we have not putted this in water then how come liquid will go inside then they immediately said may be it happened because of the Moisture and they have not shown us any proof where it can be confirmed that liquid has gone inside . Also they refused to consider that in warranty and asked to pay Rs.8500/- to repair where my mobile actual cost was only Rs.10000/-.

I felt like cheated, can you please help here to repair. i am attaching my invoice.

    I'm using lenovo zuk z1 and I bought it through amazon India, and from then I'm facing overheat and hanging problem and I have given my mobile to authorised service station no of times but still my mobile is not working properly so I have decided to complaint to consumer court and before that I felt It would be better to inform company... Or else I will see u in the court... Thanking u

      Last month there is fault in torch as dim so i went to service centre they replaced my Mother board After one moth my touch is not working on right side, after that i visited service centre the said its not covered under warrenty because of dent but there is no dent problem on touch or no scratches on screen but they refusing to take under warrenty . I attched the pic of my handset that the service center took as a dent fault in my handset but its not a dent but they are arguing

      I visited more than 3 days but they just avoiding, i frustrated of the customer service of lenovo

        Hi im a certified customer from amazon my works fine till 8-5-2017 and then it gert started rebooting i check the issue its called a bootloop. So i cant resolve it my self i went to customer care center they took ten days to say whats the problem i repetedly contacted them to respond at last they simply told that they cant resolve the isssue it is motherboad problem and they said that your mobile has liquid damage it is not covered under warrenty and give my mobile back. So is their any thing u can do to my mobile because i even dont know when did it has liquid damage

          My name is Srikanth I bought Lenovo mobile.its IME NO:[protected]&[protected]. I have warranty my mobile Power button not working due to physical damage that's my mistake but my mobile had speaker problem it should cover under warranty but they collected money for speaker repair and now mobile is over heating we can put dosa and omlet on mobile it is heating that much.customer care people playing with me. I am calling them since two months but they are not solving my problem and they spoke with me nearly 57 hours upto now I didn't spoke this much time with my girlfriend. The photos which I attached shows that at 3:33 pm battery is 91% at 3:49 pm battery is 3%. You know my work and my job calling customer care and going Lenovo mobile service centres.please take some severe action on Lenovo customer care. The main issue created by the Lenovo service centre name is SS ELECTRONICS, SHOP NO.1, HARDY COMPLEX, OPPOSITE TO CHERMAS, SECUNDERABAD, HYDERABAD. please Hyderabad Lenovo​ mobile service centre because the service centre people created a dent while repairing my mobile so now i gave my mobile for repair in banglore service centre now they are telling that my mobile does not cover under warranty because of dent its a physical damage.i explained them this dent created by lenovo mobile servive center SS Electronics, secunderabad but banglore service center people are not accepting.i called to lenovo customer care people but they are simply telling some useless answers they are not taking care of customers they are timepassing they are making fun of customers. i spoke with iqshitha, mohammad, seema...etc nerly 10 members.i spoke nearly 26 hours. i have all proofs. i am attaching along with this complaint.daily i am calling customer care they will tell that we escalate this matter to higher officials within 72 hours i will wait finally i wont get call or any response from them. now in service centre they are telling that my mobile battery got bulge. Actually i have warranty they should replace it free of cost but bangalore service centre people are not accepiting my mobile in warranty status because my mobile have small dent but it was done by hyderabad lenovo authorized people only. Inspite i am ready to pay for battery also but they are telling that they dont have battery stock

            From day one it is misbehaving...
            Made complaints / requests / talked to concerns but... Result is zero...
            Looks its either fk policy or their vendor's...
            They feel happy by harassing people...

              My complain is regarding the customer care providers of lenovo, and specifically to anika enterprises in jabalpur. The customer service they provide is extremely slow and they dont respond to phone calls. The anika enterprises has taken about 4-5 company service centres with only one contact number. The contact number whenever dialed goes endlessly busy busy and busy. If luck is on your side it may just be answered, if you ask status about your mobile repair they give an absurd excuse saying there wasnt any electricity backup since morning, we shall call you back with the update. And they never call you. I had submitted my mobile phone on 25th march 2017 and till date it is with them. They havent repaired it. The validity was to expire on 14th may 2017, its almost going to be 2 months.. Now even if they repair and give and had i have any problem the warranty period has been obselete. I will have to pay extra.

                I have purchased Lenovo k6 power in Dec 2016. The microphone of the mentioned mobile got defected in May 2017 and I gave it to service center on 8th May 2017. After 10 days, now the service center guys are saying that they dont have the parts and it will take 1 month to get the mobile repaired. I am doing job and most of my work is on phone. Now, either I have to buy a new phone or have to quit my job which LENOVO dont care. People in service center are disconnecting calls after hearing my details and not responding. Please resolve.

                  I have given my mobile for replacement of display and back case at Lenova service center, HCL Touch, Ground Floor, Habeeb Tower, Anna Salai, Chennai -600 002, Ph:[protected] dated on 02.05.2017 vide customer complain code: C0011. Even after 15days while making phone call, no one is responding properly about service status.

                    I purchased lenovo k6 power through Flipkart on 24 april 2017 in mumbai and due to some reasons and shifting of my location I checked the phone later and I saw that The​ phone display have damaged and Flipkart refuse to replace the phone he told 18 day's have gone but they mentioned in "Flipkart replace policy that replace can be done within 45 days" how to resolve my problem or how can I take a legal action against Flipkart .. and may be Lenovo is making low quality phone ... How will resolve my problem

                      I have purchased Lenovo Model Number-A6020a40, Serial Number:IMEI-[protected] through Amazon.in in the month of August, 2016 (probably on 12.08.2016).

                      In the said phone, the problem regarding mobile network problem has been occurred continuously. When, I went to the Service Centre, located at 3, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg, Sector 4, Gole Market, New Delhi, Delhi 110001 for its repair as the phone is in warranty period and I produce the original Bill. But the representative of the service centre has refused for its repair with the reason that that the back side of the phone has been scratched. Hence, he is unable for its repair under provision of lenovo company rule.

                      In this regard, I explain to the representative that the scratched is minor, which is avoidable. But still he is denied for its repair and stated that the company policy is that when any scratch will found on the mobile either minor or major then the service center will not liable to repairing in any manner.

                      In view of the above said behavior and mentally harassment by the service centre, as a consumer I am full disturbing and requested to in the interest of the consumer and in the interest of the goodwill of the Company, please interfere in the matter on priority basis and sort out my genuine problem and informed me accordingly.

                        My phone had GPS problem and after many emails and trips to two service centres, phone's motherboard was replaced after 23 days.

                        Now my phone has different IMEI numbers than the original and my warranty was dependent on older IMEI numbers. I have been asking Lenovo to clarify on my warranty status as well as extend warranty by 23 days.

                        However, Lenovo is not replying and not telling me anything about my warranty status. Now I have also asked them to pay me all the amount spent on the other phone due to my main phone being not with me for a long time.

                        I am fed up with unprofessional behaviour of Lenovo staff and their service centres' staff. They have advertised email address to escalate the problem but no one is replying making me waste my time.

                        I repent the day I decided to purchase Lenovo smartphone.

                        Please help me resolve this issue.

                          I buy one mobile phone from flipkart (Lenovo k6 power) and after receiving this producton, i am facing hanging and heating issue within 2-3 days. After complaint on 28/12/2016 of this product flipkart technician came. But without any information flipkart executive closed or canceled this complaint and now i try to call customer care they told me to go in service center to resolve this issue.

Kumar marketing limited with bill no 12849 & imei no [protected] ahmedabad. After purchase of mobile i have lots of problem in the mobile instrument. Like that internet not working, audio jack, els not done & no data backup, etc. My all problem are include in complaint id no. Srin[protected], srin[protected], srin[protected], srin[protected] & srin[protected] in between my mobile body change by your one touch service station and given damage body. I have submit my phone on date 02/09/2014 in the problem are mentioned in srin[protected] but still date problem are not solve. The customer executive given the instrument without repairing then i asked the customer care executive he said the part of are not available so use this instrument i will be inform to you will the short time when parts are coming but nobody inform this regarding when i was called the your service station the customer care office mr. Sunil said the parts are coming. So you submit your mobile and then i was gone the service station the customer care executive said parts are not available and parts is not in good condition. I am very harassed by your service station. I have mention the service station address. And also they are fill up lenovo service experience detail without inform to me they are not attend my call and not given proper reply regarding which time parts available. Most of all parts are change by your service station in my mobile & todays one month and 2 day are ago of my complaint but problem is not solve. Now nobody attend my call. So now i have request to you please release doa letter. So i can buy other company mobile or the same company better instrument.

                            This is to inform you that I was purchase of Lenovo mobile z2 plus 64 gb on date 13/05/2017 with your dealer MOBILE INDIA, SUKLA IMPERIAL, KALYANI, MUZAFFARPUR with bill no 596 & IMEI NO [protected] MUZAFFARPUR. After purchase of mobile I have lots of problem in the mobile instrument. Like that HEATING problem audio jack, els not done & no data backup, battery back up is to low etc. These all problem are started same day of purchage.So Now I have request to you Please release DOA letter.so I can buy other company mobile or the same company better instrument.
                            I have bought phone 04.05.2017 lenovo k6 power gold but while charging mobile, mobile is heating & charger also heating

                              I had visited the cuatomer service centre 3 Months back and it was told to me that the cover will be available within another 20 Days. Till now nothing has happened i escalated the same several times through mail but no results.
                              They are not even botherwd to solve it or call and update. Very poor and pathetic after sales, even after agreeing to pay the amount.

                                I had purchased the zuk z1 after 2 months o[censored]se phone gets automatically restart while calling and receiving the call
                                I visited service center to resolve the issue they had did the repair software, screen touch pad, PCB all this one by one on my followed visit after more then one month of roaming in center still problem is not resolved
                                They are recommending me for same repair
                                Finally I asked for replacement but they are saying they will repair it
                                After one month they are unable to know the problem
                                I should roam and waste my time

                                My request is to provide me replacement

                                    A myself rajeev kushwaha, have bought a smartphone lenovo vibe k-5 note worth 11699 inr which was delivered on[protected]Invoice no. Foyq[protected]

                                    First time mic problem was found in my mobile for which i have submitted my mobile on 23.03.2017 to lenovo authorised service centre, amar plaza-ajmer (Rajasthan)
                                    I received my handset on 12.04.2017 from service center, where its imei no was changed due to mother board replacement
                                    Again network problem found and i submitted my mobile on 13.04.2017 to lenovo authorised service centre, amar plaza-ajmer (Rajasthan)
                                    Now today (12.05.2017) mobile is sent to arsh telecom, city cinema, ajmer (Raj) (As per talk with lenovo customer care)
                                    When it was convenced from arsh telecom that the mobile has been completely damaged due to change in imei no.

                                    For these complaint, in damaged period, i have talked so many times to lenovo customer cares (Mr. Anand, mr. Ishita, mr. Savya, mr. Injaman)

                                    I am completely frusted with these type of activities due to this type of defected handset buying. Document attached for your reference.


                                    I strongly required to provide me my mobile cashback/new handset replacement.

                                      I had brought new mobile from lenevo — k6 power through online flipcart.com in the feb end. Without any problem mobile was stopped after 1 month. Last from more then 1 month it was at there repairing service center. Daily they are reply that tomorrow it will be repaired i had spent almost 6 days at every weak but still they are giving new data and date...

                                      I was frustrate with this service center people universal service centre located at op road vadodara.

                                        I bought a new lenovo k6 power phone in online on april 24th 2017 i am facing your few issues in lenovo phone which is battery getting overheated and mic is not working properly and visited the lenovo service centre there is no proper response and there is no service has been made. So i request you to please provide me a replacement new phone. I have asked about this with their staff, their respond is not fair and asked me to fill the feedback form if any.
