I have purchased Lenovo Model Number-A6020a40, Serial Number:IMEI-[protected] through Amazon.in in the month of August, 2016 (probably on 12.08.2016).

In the said phone, the problem regarding mobile network problem has been occurred continuously. When, I went to the Service Centre, located at 3, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg, Sector 4, Gole Market, New Delhi, Delhi 110001 for its repair as the phone is in warranty period and I produce the original Bill. But the representative of the service centre has refused for its repair with the reason that that the back side of the phone has been scratched. Hence, he is unable for its repair under provision of lenovo company rule.

In this regard, I explain to the representative that the scratched is minor, which is avoidable. But still he is denied for its repair and stated that the company policy is that when any scratch will found on the mobile either minor or major then the service center will not liable to repairing in any manner.

In view of the above said behavior and mentally harassment by the service centre, as a consumer I am full disturbing and requested to in the interest of the consumer and in the interest of the goodwill of the Company, please interfere in the matter on priority basis and sort out my genuine problem and informed me accordingly.

    My phone had GPS problem and after many emails and trips to two service centres, phone's motherboard was replaced after 23 days.

    Now my phone has different IMEI numbers than the original and my warranty was dependent on older IMEI numbers. I have been asking Lenovo to clarify on my warranty status as well as extend warranty by 23 days.

    However, Lenovo is not replying and not telling me anything about my warranty status. Now I have also asked them to pay me all the amount spent on the other phone due to my main phone being not with me for a long time.

    I am fed up with unprofessional behaviour of Lenovo staff and their service centres' staff. They have advertised email address to escalate the problem but no one is replying making me waste my time.

    I repent the day I decided to purchase Lenovo smartphone.

    Please help me resolve this issue.

      I buy one mobile phone from flipkart (Lenovo k6 power) and after receiving this producton, i am facing hanging and heating issue within 2-3 days. After complaint on 28/12/2016 of this product flipkart technician came. But without any information flipkart executive closed or canceled this complaint and now i try to call customer care they told me to go in service center to resolve this issue.
      Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Not working and frequently getting hanged, over heat, speaker getting vibrating but mobile was under warranty.

      use less bloody mobile
      waste of money
      not worth for 200 rupees also
      replacement required immediately

        This is to inform you that i was purchase of lenovo mobile s920 on date 18/01/2014 with your dealer j. Kumar marketing limited with bill no 12849 & imei no [protected] ahmedabad. After purchase of mobile i have lots of problem in the mobile instrument. Like that internet not working, audio jack, els not done & no data backup, etc. My all problem are include in complaint id no. Srin[protected], srin[protected], srin[protected], srin[protected] & srin[protected] in between my mobile body change by your one touch service station and given damage body. I have submit my phone on date 02/09/2014 in the problem are mentioned in srin[protected] but still date problem are not solve. The customer executive given the instrument without repairing then i asked the customer care executive he said the part of are not available so use this instrument i will be inform to you will the short time when parts are coming but nobody inform this regarding when i was called the your service station the customer care office mr. Sunil said the parts are coming. So you submit your mobile and then i was gone the service station the customer care executive said parts are not available and parts is not in good condition. I am very harassed by your service station. I have mention the service station address. And also they are fill up lenovo service experience detail without inform to me they are not attend my call and not given proper reply regarding which time parts available. Most of all parts are change by your service station in my mobile & todays one month and 2 day are ago of my complaint but problem is not solve. Now nobody attend my call. So now i have request to you please release doa letter. So i can buy other company mobile or the same company better instrument.

        This is to inform you that I was purchase of Lenovo mobile z2 plus 64 gb on date 13/05/2017 with your dealer MOBILE INDIA, SUKLA IMPERIAL, KALYANI, MUZAFFARPUR with bill no 596 & IMEI NO [protected] MUZAFFARPUR. After purchase of mobile I have lots of problem in the mobile instrument. Like that HEATING problem audio jack, els not done & no data backup, battery back up is to low etc. These all problem are started same day of purchage.So Now I have request to you Please release DOA letter.so I can buy other company mobile or the same company better instrument.
        I have bought phone 04.05.2017 lenovo k6 power gold but while charging mobile, mobile is heating & charger also heating

          I had visited the cuatomer service centre 3 Months back and it was told to me that the cover will be available within another 20 Days. Till now nothing has happened i escalated the same several times through mail but no results.
          They are not even botherwd to solve it or call and update. Very poor and pathetic after sales, even after agreeing to pay the amount.

            I had purchased the zuk z1 after 2 months o[censored]se phone gets automatically restart while calling and receiving the call
            I visited service center to resolve the issue they had did the repair software, screen touch pad, PCB all this one by one on my followed visit after more then one month of roaming in center still problem is not resolved
            They are recommending me for same repair
            Finally I asked for replacement but they are saying they will repair it
            After one month they are unable to know the problem
            I should roam and waste my time

            My request is to provide me replacement

                A myself rajeev kushwaha, have bought a smartphone lenovo vibe k-5 note worth 11699 inr which was delivered on[protected]Invoice no. Foyq[protected]

                First time mic problem was found in my mobile for which i have submitted my mobile on 23.03.2017 to lenovo authorised service centre, amar plaza-ajmer (Rajasthan)
                I received my handset on 12.04.2017 from service center, where its imei no was changed due to mother board replacement
                Again network problem found and i submitted my mobile on 13.04.2017 to lenovo authorised service centre, amar plaza-ajmer (Rajasthan)
                Now today (12.05.2017) mobile is sent to arsh telecom, city cinema, ajmer (Raj) (As per talk with lenovo customer care)
                When it was convenced from arsh telecom that the mobile has been completely damaged due to change in imei no.

                For these complaint, in damaged period, i have talked so many times to lenovo customer cares (Mr. Anand, mr. Ishita, mr. Savya, mr. Injaman)

                I am completely frusted with these type of activities due to this type of defected handset buying. Document attached for your reference.


                I strongly required to provide me my mobile cashback/new handset replacement.

                  I had brought new mobile from lenevo — k6 power through online flipcart.com in the feb end. Without any problem mobile was stopped after 1 month. Last from more then 1 month it was at there repairing service center. Daily they are reply that tomorrow it will be repaired i had spent almost 6 days at every weak but still they are giving new data and date...

                  I was frustrate with this service center people universal service centre located at op road vadodara.

                    I bought a new lenovo k6 power phone in online on april 24th 2017 i am facing your few issues in lenovo phone which is battery getting overheated and mic is not working properly and visited the lenovo service centre there is no proper response and there is no service has been made. So i request you to please provide me a replacement new phone. I have asked about this with their staff, their respond is not fair and asked me to fill the feedback form if any.                       I have given my Lenove k5 mobile for service and i asked to update the status if any requirement on changing the parts. I didn't received any feedback from them. Also they have given these two numbers[protected]/4013052 in the jobcard receipt.
                      Both the numbers are not reachable and if it rings also no one takes. I have asked about this with their staff, their respond is not fair and asked me to fill the feedback form if any. i didn't filled that one, if i have done also on next it might go to basket only.

                        I had bought a moto g4 plus phone on 26 July 2016 and till current date I had never gone for any repair or service. About 2 months ago my phone's power button stopped working then I went to Service Center RAN Service, Office No. 2, Ramsha Tower, Above Vijay Dairy, Adajan Circle, Adajan Patiya, Surat, Gujarat 395005 for my phone service. They told me that power button has to be changed and it is chargeable because it not covers warranty but they don't have that button with them so they asked me to write down my no. and article I needed for, in a register. I did the same. But till date I had never got any phone call from them. After that now I can see a spot in screen of my phone since 25 days, so I went back to same service center. This time they told me that its not cover any warranty, and said this is physical damage. I contacted Customer Care by mail and after a long discussion and after sending pic of my phone, they told me today to go to service center and to submit phone their so they can issue a job sheet and I have to send that job sheet to customer care. The person in service center looked my phone and said that it is physical damage. I asked them, can they prove it ? They said that no prove but we can't do service in warranty term.
                        Not the problem is that,
                        1. My phone's power button was missing.
                        2. In right bottom of my phone their is an scratch (they used this word).
                        3. A scratch with volume button.

                        Not the clarification for the same are as below :
                        1. Service Center did't provide me new power button and my old power button was getting disturb using back cover to phone. So I separated it with T-PIN. and I have that button with me.
                        2. The word they used scratch was just color discard due to rub with Hard Back cover.
                        3. Scratch with volume button was due to use of T-Pin for separation of power button.

                        The most important thing is that Power button problem in moto g4 plus is not only with me it is with 40-50% persons.

                        I asked customer care to send me a mail saying "THE PHONE HAVE PHYSICAL DAMAGE AND WE CAN'T COVER IT IN WARRANTY". they said they can't do. After a long fight they said we can't sure but we try if there any provision to use these words we will send you the mail.

                        Kindly help me to fight with them.

                          I had bough Lenovo S660 3 years back Modal it is out of warranty now. There is battery problem with this phone now. And I am chasing Lenovo from almost a month their service centre saying there is no battery available for this modal because the production of this Modal closed off. However, it is hard to believe external part of the phones are not available and Lenovo left their existing customer in jeopardy.

                          Multiple email sent to multiple peoples, Nobody interested to respond. It seems they have not responsibility once their product being sold out.

                            Hi,

                            Today on 10th may 2017 i went to service center for my device lenovo vibe p1 turbo service center located on new delhi (3, shaheed bhagat singh marg, sector 4, gole market, new delhi, delhi 110001). My handset is in warrant and i want to downgrade os from marshmallow to android 5 because my handset giving problem of heating hanging etc after update.

                            Before going to center i checked on lenovo forms about these probleam and i get a soluation is to downgrade os. Many o[censored]ser downgrade their handset throught service center. When i went to service center they refuse me to downgrade my handset. I told all these thing to them that many of people downgrade there handset through service center but they refuse me again that there is nothing such thing happen and we are not auth for this process. I asked them to give me this in written with office seal but they didnt gave me that too.

                            Yesterday my brother take my phone to service center. when i reached the home and i check the phone after service center visit phone volume key and power saver button are not working now . before went to service center my phone is working properly and they ask for 150 rs for what and dont know and brother denied to pay because i phone still in warranty they make issue that there is a liquid on charging jack and they say now this not in warranty and they make phone defective.
                            i attached invoice which they provide and image of volume button which is not properly fitted by service center
                            pls reply soon and solve me out ASAP.

                              I submitted my Lenovo Zuk Z1 at Lenovo Showroom, BMC mall, bhubaneswar on 6th May due to issue in Battery. My phone was working fine and charging . It was getting shut down as the battery broke. They said they might need to change the motherboard which I felt unnecessary so I took my phone back. Now my phone is not even starting and not even getting charged. they Broke the Phone.
                              I need a repair/ refund of my phone as the issue was not there previously.

                                I have purchased VIBE K5 Plus / K5 Plus Smartphone via flipkart on fen2017.
                                I found following issues on phone
                                1- While calling other party unable to hear my voice
                                2- Touch is so slow.

                                So visited service center OKHLA PHASE -2 Delhi on 6-May-17. Lenovo engineer suggested that problems are related is mike. I was asked to submit phone for repair. I did same.

                                Today I got phone, they said every things is fine now. I reached office and checked phone. I found calling problems again.

                                Kindly suggest, what I need to do. I am very frustrated. Could anybody help us.

                                  Sir, i msuffering from very ill treat ment and very bad services of lenovo cares centre, in lucknow, opposite to lekh raj building. First they check by them selves tkaes 150, after reparing took 1550, the next 4 day after reparing, i have to go again and again for same problems. Then hey took it agin for one day and, still no sign or reparing. Delaying everyday

                                    I our company we are using lenovo laptop. One of the laptop got powering issue and i had given complaint for first time on 15/11/2016. After that they had serviced for seven times for the same issue, but they cannot resolve the issue. This took around four months, after that we stated putting pressure. So they finally agreed to give replacement. Initially they gave one model for confirmation. We had also confirmed and after that they told given model is not available. Then they give another model for confirmation, telling that it is advanced model then the old one. Finally it got delivered two weeks back. Our old laptop is having cd drive and finger print scanner. After receiving we had checked the laptop, there is no cd drive and finger print scanner available. We dont know in what perspective they had told that is higher model. We got frustrated and decided to keep the same laptop as asking again for replacement is a very tedious process. Then we thought to switch on and use the laptop. Then again comes the lenovo trick, the os pre installed in the laptop cannot be activated. From lenovo, they are telling to ask microsoft. Micro soft is asking to contact lenovo. Lenovo technical team took laptop on remote and worked for two days, but no use. They cannot retrieve their own company laptop's product id and os product key. For past six months we are not using the laptop. Very poor support. Even after my case is process is moved for replacement. The support team dont know about the issue and every time when we call, they will tell laptop is under service. Even escalation team is also not working. Only one time i got reply from escalation team. The replacement officer telling over telephone, there is no use of send mail to escalation team. I had not given the full story. It is like fighting in the war to get the replacement. Their aim is to make customer irritated and throw the laptop away. So, please dont purchase lenovo laptops even if they give for free.

                                      We purchased mobile Lenovo zuk-z1 Rs. 13400/-. Mobile repaired lum sum ten times from service center in warranty period but not in working condition. Warranty date will be over in June, 2017. Company tolled that no policy for replacing the mobile set after sell of products. When product already bad and not work after supplying than replace it. Please help me.

                                      Lenovo company was reputed company but it is a very bad company as per answered of costumer care that no guarantee of products after selling of products. Now we are suffering same problem. we purchased mobile Lenovo zuk-z1 in the month of June, 2016. After received this item from Amazon on line this product has been repaired from service center lum sum 10 times but now they told that no guarantee of company for replacement. Please causion from this company.
