Dear sir/madam,
This is to bring to your knowledge that my lenevo phone (Model no. A6010, imei no.: [protected]) had been submitted to the service centre of lenevo (Hcl services ltd., khairu place, kolkata 700072) on the 10th of may, 2017, owing to the fact that the phone was not working properly.
Sir/madam, i deeply regret the fact that inspite of being a reputed company, i have not been provided with the services i had expected. It is a highly time consuming process as i had been told that it would take around 5-7days to fix it, which has expired long ago. Since i am an income tax officer, i need an immediate replacement of my phone which supports 4g, else i am unable to do my work properly.

Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I purchased new set k 53 on 15 march 17 but it has some sim network issue. I gave my set to service center on 23may 17 they committed to return that within one week but till now they do not return my set.
I face many difficulties.kindly change my set or repair asap.
