    Dear Sir,

    I am having very bad experience with Lenovo Service Center (CWD-226 M2 Mobicare LLP) at Prime Mall, Vile Parle, Mumbai.

    I have given my Moto G4 Plus for repair and now it is 3rd week I am yet to receive any update from them.
    Tried calling([protected]/[protected]) them and visited them but in vain, the customer service team at this center are very unprofessional, pathetic and are least bothered about the customer's pain.

    Request you to please help me to get my mobile repaired and request the service center to contact me with a update.

      The USB 3 slot in my laptop - Lenovo G50-80, Model No.: 80E5. has stopped responding suddenly OR is acting weird. And by that I mean that when I connect my USB mouse, it's light glows but the cursor doesn't move; not only this but when I connect any hard disk : the light in hard disk switches on but it does not read or write, it doesn't show in My Computer that any hard drive is connected.
      I tried this thing with different drives and most of the times it fails to recognize.

      Plus the lappy gets extremely heated (the area right of the mouse-pad) when I start heavy multi-tasking (like using MATLAB, Multisim and Chrome together) (that is OK) but the thing is sometimes it even gets heated while I'm just listening to music.

        My name is Srikanth I bought Lenovo mobile I have warranty my mobile Power button not working due to physical damage that's my mistake but my mobile had speaker problem it should cover under warranty but they collected money for speaker repair and now mobile is over heating we can put dosa and omlet on mobile it is heating that much.customer care people playing with me. I am calling them since two months but they are not solving my problem and they spoke with me nearly 57 hours upto now I didn't spoke this much time with my girlfriend. The photos which I attached shows that at 3:33 pm battery is 91% at 3:49 pm battery is 3%. You know my work and my job calling customer care and going Lenovo mobile service centres.please take some severe action on Lenovo customer care. The main issue created by the Lenovo service centre name is SS ELECTRONICS, SHOP NO.1, HARDY COMPLEX, OPPOSITE TO CHERMAS, SECUNDERABAD, HYDERABAD. please take action on Lenovo mobile customer care service and Hyderabad Lenovo​ mobile service centre

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I have purchased Lenovo Zuk Z2 plus on 26 September 2016.My handset got dead on 14th January 2017.I went to service center and they told me that the motherboard have to be replaced. I said okay and I got the mobile on 28th of January 2017.Again on march my mobile had heating issue.I again went to the service center and they checked and told me it will take 5 days to verify. I got the mobile on the 5th day.Now again on 7th April 2017 my mobile is dead.I am forwarding the job sheet.

            Sir, I have submitted my phone to your Noida service center on March 21, 2017.My serial no is [protected] and there is an issue of display in my phone and that executive told me that my display will change in warranty but now they are saying display can't change in warranty and now they are not giving my phone back to me and saying your serial no. is not found.
            I want my phone back with fresh display as at the time of submitting them, my phone was in warranty.

              I have given my mobile for servicing the detective camera clarity 2 months back
              But the service center have been holding the phone from 2 months and postponing the delivery . They have been saying that its the mother board problem and the board need to come from lenovo company .I am wondering why would it not come from 2 months.Its so annoying for me to visit daily to the service center and waste my time. I need it as soon as possible or else I ll be going to consumer court for the losses.(my mobile is within warranty)

                Sir, Please Resolve my issue. My problem is too big, the problem is that recently I visited Lenovo Service Center for Repairing a fingerprint Scanner But They finally try to resolve but many others Problem persists I don't know what to do? Please Replace my Mobile I am very Frustrated because I visited So many times but they cannot resolve my Problem and also they take too much time to Repair but finally they CAN'T Bloody useless Fellow!

                  Brought a lenovo P2a[protected] from flipkart gave for authorised service center for software issue app closes immediately when opened service center is in Rajajinagar 1 st block bangalore on 4/4/17 they have not been able to give a answer as to why it takes so long today 11-4-17 the are telling me that this might take 2-3 weeks as the parent company is working on a bug in this model.

                    I, prashant prajapati from kanjari leaving in Vadodara on rent, I bought lenovo phab 2 plus from Amazon, delivered on 11/03/2017.After 20 days phablet overheating during charging, normal use like camera use, during phone call etc.Due to problems mentioned above, I went lenovo service center, they told to kept in service center, I kept at service center about 3-4 hours and they told me problem resolved but after 4 days another problem came that was phablet taking almost 7 hours to charge 100% battery without any usage not even single phone call then again I went service center and again they were told to kept phablet at service center and I kept it for 1 day but problem still not resolved and I also kept phablet in present of service center representative for 1hour n battery charged only 15%...still they telling kept at service center..worst service provider by lenovo n also rude behaviour from service center person...pls take necessary action against service center...very bad lenovo I don't expect like this...thank you.
                    Whoever read my post never buy any lenovo product and don't suggest anyone to buy...This is strong recommendation for buyer...hell lenovo...

                      Hi Team,

                      I tried to contact the support team through email, which was not successful and hence I need to raise my issue here.

                      I got my phone last year and its working fine. The issue is I have forgot my security pin, which is needed to add/delete any account from the phone. eg. To add a gmail account, it prompts for the security pin, which i don't remember. For the past one week, I tried many combinations i could remember, but it didnt click.

                      Kindly provide me with a solution for this. Would be helpful if done at the earliest, I hope its clear from my side.

                      Pls let me know if further details is needed.

                        Hi,

                        I brought a brand new Lenovo laptop, on 10/03/2017 from an authorized Lenovo store from nehru place, new delhi.

                        Now i have been facing issues with this laptop from the day 1. The mouse pad/touch pad is not working properly. The windows are not getting updated. The whole system is running slow though it has got 8GB RAM. Its getting hanged continuously. I have been very patience and have been contacting the Lenovo customer care for more than 2 weeks. None of them were able to solve the issue after doing all the troubleshooting by taking remote access. After that they send an engineer to my place to check the issue. I even did the "1 key recovery" twice, and even the engineer did it. Still the issue remains. He even formatted the complete laptop and done a clean installation of windows and the issue is still not resolved. Now today one of their executive said that" its a starting level laptop so it won't work fast".

                        Now i have been using laptops for years and i know what a normal speed of a laptop is.

                        So now if they are saying that this problem is normal in your basic edition laptops and moreover non of their engineer is able to solve the issue, and above all my work is also getting hampered by spending most of my time with Lenovo, so please refund me the complete amount and please take back your so called "STARTING LEVEL LAPTOP".

                        I have mailed them also, even they are saying they cant help me.
                        Their laptop is faulty, and they cant help me with that. It means they are making fool of the customer. I am really tensed because of this and getting headaches. It seems i have wasted my hard earned money. I am really depressed.

                            I purchased a Lenovo thinkpad e460 (serial no.- PF0I1C4L)on 6.08.16, from the onset I have been facing problems with wifi connectivity, excess RAM usage (while doing basic operations), problems about the slowness of the machine and so on and registered my complain with lenovo support within 7 days ( 3rd or 4th day of purchase). Initially there was a bit hiccup about the registration of the product also (warranty was supposed to be for 3 years, instead it showed for one year), but that was resolved. So after contact, I was assured that the problem was software related not a hardware related, so upgrading windows 10 and the drivers will resolve the issue. But after several session of remote control, none of the problems were resolved. During this time none of the team spoke about the lenovo India return policy that, it can be done within 7 days of purchase only. During this time I asked for a full refund but I was assured that the issue is a driver related one. So after several sessions when the problems were not resolved and I asked for a full refund (to commercialts) on day14. I was told by my the lenovo authorized dealer, ALCO INFOTECH that I can ask for a refund within 30 days and there is no clear return policy mentioned anywhere by lenovo India. I asked over the phone for refund within this 7 days but not through mail, but I was assured the problem was software related not hardware related one. But they suppressed any information about the return policy. After long persistence they changed the wifi card (albeit not an intel one, which was originally what I paid for) and they even tried to change the motherboard and display. So what remains? Still they did not give me refund. Today to my dismay I am finding that keys are falling off. My laptop is slow considering it has 6th generation i7 processor. Now the bluetooth is also not working. I am seeking full refund or full replacement of my laptop as I feel have been cheated and lenovo from outset knew that it was a faulty product, did not mention the return policy after initial contact. I am attaching the documents u can go through.

                            I repeatedly have been complaining to lenovo about the slowness of the machine. In the advertisement it was written 1600Mhz DDR3L RAM, but the RAM is two 4GB of 800MHz. That means it is technically a 1600Mhz RAM but due to the slow bandwidth the machine works slower. The machine was destined to work slow and lenovo has not been able to change that in any way. So they compromised performance on the basis of technicality and that is very disturbing, that is conning the consumers.

                              Dear sir i am jatin lekhwani from jabalpur and i have purchased lenovo k6 note on 4 jan 2017 after one month it was hanged and than i restore factory data reset it was not detecting my email id at all after words its not even detecting wifi and bluetooth as well when i went to your service center in jabalpur they said the imei is currupted and motherboard has to changed after 25 days when i get my set back with changed motherboard it starts heating and now its charging slow too and the sim tray is allways jammed when i insert memory card when i have talked with your customer support desk they hanged my calls 4 times and last time i have talked with mr mohd israar and tell him to give lenovo head quater details so that i can file a legal complain what his response was search it up in google what the hell kind of response is that
                              i want to clear my issue in 7 days other wise i will file a legal action and start social media campaign against your company

                                I gave my mobile lenovo k6 power grey 32 gb on 4/4/17 and not received yet. there was a logo showing problem when i gave them and when they were checking the phone they press the lock button bit inside .i asked them to sort it out they told it will take a day but didnt gave me yet. most hilarious thing is they didnt even generated a jobsheet for my problems.. whenever i visit them they tell me come tomorrow. iam fed up now.whosover is reading this please try to help me out of this for which i would be very thankful.

                                  I purchased a Lenova P2a42 on line from Flipkart January 2017 Exact date 13/01/2017. The mobile has already given problem(hanging)and i gave it to repair at Lenova servive center ESC-RIR No 264, 1st floor, 10th cross, Rajajinagar, Bangalore-560010 on 01/04/2017
                                  The taook the mobile and verified for about half an hour and told that there only software problem and the Phone will be ready by 3/04/2017 Forenoon. Now i am going to show room every day and they are telling not yet ready .We need permission from the company for change of soft ware will be done in two days. Now it is already friday (7/04/2017)and now they are telling that still they have not received approval from the company for update of software and may be the instrument will be ready by Monday(10/04/2017)
                                  i am leaving to chennai on sunday for an important work and i dont have spare mobile which can store mails etc(i dont have another andriod mobile) i ahave important work at chennai on monday and now i am facing lot of hardship because of your company's lethargic attitude.I also telephoned to 1st center Manager No [protected](which is switched off) and 2nd center manager No [protected](which is switched off) 3rd center manager No [protected] (ringing but no response)

                                    To whom it may concern,
                                    I have bought a Lenovo Vibe K5 Note Gold from Flipkart(Invoice No.- F0YOK[protected] dated[protected], IMEI1- [protected], IMEI2-[protected]). Now the problem is that the microphone of my phone is not working since today morning, unless loudspeaker mode is turned on.I have explored almost every possible avenues of my phone settings and realised this is clearly a fault of the phone hardware. Along with this, the phone often get stuck in a deadlock position, almost every now and then you may say, thus the only solution becomes restarting the phone. The frequency is increasing day by day too. As I'm using the phone for only 3months (whoever knows its within the warranty period), that too in a very gentle way. Still the result is like that.

                                    So it's clear I'm not at all satisfied with the phone I bought. I want it replaced as soon as possible. Please don't enforce me to do the same thing to consumer forum. Hope you got it. You know the solution far better than me, probably.

                                      The mobile was purchased an year ago.The full charging time takes about 10 hrs or more and gets empty within 2 hrs or less.First the authorised Lenovo service centre told it was battery complaint.The charging status with new battery was the same .Very poor service and feedback from the service centre and company. Kindly give a feed back or else I would go for a legal procedure...Thank You..

                                        Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am having lenovo k3 note mobile and since i had purchased i visited service center 4 or 5 times but always after solving one issue i find another problem in my handset. Now i am having network related problems and they are saying you can use 2g sim then it will run, now how can i get 2g sim in era of 4g. Plz help or exchange my hand set.
