I bought this phone online in october. since then it is giving a very poor performance. sometimes its screen lag, sometimes it gets overheated. sometimes battery drains very fast. When its battery falls below 6% it suddenly decreases to 0% and mobile gets switched off, even when charger is connected. and then it doesnt start. this has happened 3 tiimes till now, and every time it needs to be sent to service center, they take 15 to 20 days...

I've given my phone to Gandhinagar Service center on 15th Feb 2017. It's been more than 40 days they are not returning it back, they are saying they are waiting for some kind of special approval from head office. I simply don't understand why is it taking so much time, I've provided all the details, phone is under warranty and everything is perfect. Further more the service center guys are saying that they can not say that how much more time...

I bought lenovo zuk z1 smartphone in august 2016. Still here they didn't given any software update. All other model smartphone are running already 6.0 version and they will ready to update 7.0. But only lenovo zuk z1 is runs 5.1 still here no further update. I complained more time to the company. But they reply irresponsible. Its very irritated to us. But its price 13500/-. Its not support volte. Its so funny to compare other brand phone...

The worst service response i have received. I have 3 years onsite and home service subscription and never responded by lenovo thinkpad service.

I have subscription as below and they told me, we will not provide service and not come to your place to solve the issue.

I purchased lenovo vibe K5 plus in october 2016. Ithink company well branded.after two months mobile over heated and charging not receiving the phone. I consulted service center in kakinada, they saw and soft ware up dated. but after one week the mobile getting same problem.i think mobile returns to the company is it possible sir . how to solve my problem and who solve the problem.please give me suggestion sir, other wise exchange my mobile...

Visit lenovo service centre named "service solution" at jandu tower, new delhi today i.e., 21/03/2017. The problem is tablet up volume button is not working. The service centre engineer open the tablet and do something and takes 15 min after 15 minutes the enginer fault the tablet and tablet goes dead. After engineer mistake they told there is water in tablet but there is nothing. He said because of he fault the tablet and tablet goes died....

I buy Lenovo vibe X3...They tell me that it's a flagship feature phone of Lenovo...It uses Snapdragon 808 processor on it..It support s volte...But they tell me that their updatetion is complete after marshmallow update...But I pay 20k for this phone...So I have the right to get volte update ...So Lenovo should give me the update.. Vibe x3 is a flagship device from Lenovo which was launched on nov 15 retailed from January 16, i hv bought it as it was a flagship i thought it would get updates but till june 30 ihv received 3 updates 1minor 2 fix to that update as there were issues 3 is the MM .I was hoping security updates volte as the low & mid range devices got them but they didn't provide any updates till March 15th but suddenly stopped support by changing upgrade...

Kadam marketing limited (Authorised dealers of lenovo), g-3, aggarwal bhawan, nehru place, new delhi - 110019 sold me a laptop (Lenovo ideapad 110-15ibr0) on[protected] at inr 23, 900.00, where as it's clearly written on the box the mrp is inr 23, 290.00 (Inclusive of all taxes).
When confronted they say we receive laptops at a price more than mrp only and lenovo does this because it helps them in saving custom duty and we give freebies...

Worst post sales service by lenovo. I have lenovo zuk z1 from last 6 months but getting hang issue & mobile automatically getting switched off from last 4 months. I have called the call & they diverted me on technical support. But the dame is use less. They have just sent a mailer & saying that u have to format the phone but the same issue is not resolved. Also sometimes facing issue where display is not coming during incoming call. Trust...

I bought a mobile phone lenovo a606 on 9.01.2016 from the seller sc corsar online, bucharest, romania.
This lenovo product proved to be a total failure. I sent it 2 times through the seller, at the service center agreed by lenovo (Sc depanero), bucharest, romania.
The phone was a total mess, it stopped in the middle of calls, more windows opened in the same time, the screen rotated even if i had set it not to rotate, half screen...

I bought my phone on 19 may2016 and within 1 month (6jun2016) phone started network issue for that service center people kept for a month and after that change the motherbord even i asked for phone change

After 6months (Nov/dec2016) again phone came up with problem related to battery and charging and service center (S v teleservice, chennai) has done some software update and issue resolved temporarily.

I bought a brand new MobileTab through flipkart for Rs, 10999/- It came on 23.1.17. I started using from 8th Feb. It had problem with messaging and i wrote mail to customer care, could sort out. I got my new sim an started using in the tab. It started issues like audio as i can hear but the other end they cannot hear. So we sourced the service centre and gave it. It is disturbing to inform you that after being a Lenovo fan for a long time, I am not happy with the customer service. My phone is handed in the service station since 07.03.2017 for the third time with the same issue of Over heating, Battery draining, vibrate not working, biomatrix not working.
It has been repaired twice already and this is the third attempt. Unfortunately this is probably the last time...
