I purchased my lenovo k4 note @ amazon on 25th oct 2016. After i updated its first update the phone started acting weird. It doesnt power on but just shows the boot screen, after trying for 5 times or more it would switch on. I took it to nearest lenovo store and they tell the mother board is faulty and it would cost me 6000 rupees. Even under warranty. What is the purpose of buying the mobile for 9999 rupess and getting it repaired for 6k....

I had purchased my mobile [ motorola 4 g plus] from amazon on 4th feb' 2017. Within 2 months, it went completely shut down. I reported this immediately with motorola helpdesk who suggested me to carry the mobile in any one of the local service center as there is nothing they could do remotely since the mobile is completely shut down.

Kindly inform us whether original battery can be obtained or you can send to me. We are unable to get battery neither from service centre nor from market. The purchase was through amazon in 17.04.2016.

Battery is getting discharged so early and need to be replaced. An early action is much needed.

Few days back my phone power button got broken and the switch as well all, when i visited the service centre kolkata, dhakuria for its repair they u need to change entire phone freciar (Cover) of phone which cost around 3200 half of the price of the phone... So i avoid, it i ask them only to repair the switch. But after the phone service now, phone is hanging a charging not happening property it seems that service centre guys done it intentionally...

And the most surprising thing is that, service centre Dehradun person said it is a eleelectron device so we can't do anything.

I ordered lenovo vibe K5 note from flipkart. I received the product on 13th october 2016. Its been 6 months and i am facing a problem with the handset. The "mike has become week" and voice is not properly heard on the other side. I searched for many lenovo stores but couldnt find any. Its either closed or the store does not consider warranty.

Mobile automatically getting restarted after ending a call or after disconnecting a call, automatically screen is not responding, after getting restarted it is working again, Lot of times my mobile is getting restarted automatically and hanging a lot, still my mobile is in warranty, already I had went to customer care two times regarding network connectivity issues....

I am having very bad experience with Lenovo Service Center (CWD-226 M2 Mobicare LLP) at Prime Mall, Vile Parle, Mumbai.

I have given my Moto G4 Plus for repair and now it is 3rd week I am yet to receive any update from them.
Tried calling([protected]/[protected]) them and visited them but in vain, the customer service team at this center are very unprofessional, pathetic and are least bothered...

The USB 3 slot in my laptop - Lenovo G50-80, Model No.: 80E5. has stopped responding suddenly OR is acting weird. And by that I mean that when I connect my USB mouse, it's light glows but the cursor doesn't move; not only this but when I connect any hard disk : the light in hard disk switches on but it does not read or write, it doesn't show in My Computer that any hard drive is connected.
