Sir, I have submitted my phone to your Noida service center on March 21, 2017.My serial no is [protected] and there is an issue of display in my phone and that executive told me that my display will change in warranty but now they are saying display can't change in warranty and now they are not giving my phone back to me and saying your serial no. is not found.
I want my phone back with fresh display as at the time of submitting...

I have given my mobile for servicing the detective camera clarity 2 months back
But the service center have been holding the phone from 2 months and postponing the delivery . They have been saying that its the mother board problem and the board need to come from lenovo company .I am wondering why would it not come from 2 months.Its so annoying for me to visit daily to the service center and waste my time. I need it as soon as possible...

It's been 6 months already since I purchased my Lenovo Ideapad 305 and one of the reasons I bought is it's freebies-a bluetooth speaker to be specific. But time has passed already and not even a single piece of that speaker has been delivered to me. It's part of my purchase so I have all the rights to get what's mine. Mic not working fine, always the other side caller cant hear us, and the voice recording is very poor, cant record any speeches with thim phone.The problem is that the listener does not hear my voice. It breaks very frequently. :(
