I had purchased a mobile from online website from amazon, but i have some problem after 10 month so i had visited the service center at muzaffarpur authorised lenovo service center but when i reached there and show my handsets to technician then he told me that there is water likeage. So i called to customer care and i had requested to them that kindly open my handset and confirm that it is water likeage ya something else but he without opened the set he is double sure that there is water problem so i want to know one thing that without open the handset how he is sure about water likeage

    I am lenovo K6 power user. I purchased this mobile phone some 20 days back. After 10 days o[censored]sing mobile i started facing Mic Problem i.e. person at the other hand couldn't hear my voice. I went to service center yesterday and they took mobile for repairing and told me that they"ll call after 7 days. This is highly intolerable and i can not anything for 7 days since i have only that Phone. Your other service centers are doing the same work in 3 days time whereas this one is taking 7 days. i did not bought this phone for all this. Please look into it and do the needful.

      I purchased lenovo laptop g g50-80 80e502q61h, s/n pf0cwakb invoice dated 2nd may 2016 through flipkart.in march during normal use, the lcd display started showing black lines in one portion of screen.
      I complained to lenovo customer care regarding the same on 18th march, 2017 with all details. Complain number [protected]
      Upon this, lenovo staff informed me that there is a damage to the screen and asked me to replace the part at my own expense.
      I asked them to inspect the laptop to assure themselves that there is absolutely no damage from my end and the screen has developed a manufacturing defect.
      Lenovo staff finally did not agree and behaved adamantly neither agreeing to inspect the laptop nor taking corrective action.

      No action yet by Lenovo staff. The black patch on the LCD screen has increased since a month of lodging the complaint. Lenovo seems completely insensitive to customers. Think before buying lenovo products.

        I purchased lenovo k4 from goa (Jan 2017) and within a month i found that gps was malfunctioning. I gave it for repairs on 3rd april. After 7 days they gave my phone but the problem was still unresolved. So i gave back the phone. Since then, i have not heard about my phone not any update about my repairs. Service centre (Mobile garage in goa) does not pick up phone and lenovo is only making promises saying someone will contact me. So far no one has contacted me. No i am without 4g phone for 18 days not knowing what is happening to my phone. Please help resolve this issue.

          M. K communication store in basistha chariali, guwahsti, are only authorised to sale lenovo product but they used to repair the phone in their shop with duplicate parts due to which my lenovo phone got spoilt. So, today when the lenovo customer came and asked about the cost to repair her lenovo broken screen the shop owner told her to repair at his shop which will cost her lesser than repairing it at lenovo authorised service centre. Is it through, how the authorised dealer to sale the phone can mislead the customer to repair at his private store who are authorised only to sale the product. Those authorised dealer who can only sale the product should not allot to do service at the same store for which they are only ollowed to sale the product and not to do repairing work with duplicate spares part. The company should take action against the m. K communication store. This store keep multi-brand including samsung, vivo, oppo, lava etc and doing the same things with all the brand.

            I purchased my lenovo k4 note @ amazon on 25th oct 2016. After i updated its first update the phone started acting weird. It doesnt power on but just shows the boot screen, after trying for 5 times or more it would switch on. I took it to nearest lenovo store and they tell the mother board is faulty and it would cost me 6000 rupees. Even under warranty. What is the purpose of buying the mobile for 9999 rupess and getting it repaired for 6k. Lenovo india please solve my issue.

              Dear Sir,

              I wish to complain about My Mobile Lenovo Z2 Plus that I have purchased on 5th Oct 2016 from AMAZON.IN

              I am complaining because It is not working properly. It is Heating a lot. Battery is draining very fast. I always feel the heat of the phone. To resolve this problem I would like you to request you to solve my problem or replace my phone or give me my money back.

              When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Lenovo Service centre in Sahara Mall Gurgaon, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. They were saying that phone is damaged from charging point so it is out of warranty and I want to tell you that charging point is working and very much fine condition is there except few scratches. Their behaviour was very rude. They have mentioned in complaint letter as it is out of warranty and They have misbehaved with me. I believe that this response is unfair because I have my right to complain against my phone which is in warranty. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.

              I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

                I purchase this lenovo k3 note on[protected], from flipkart. Order ID: OD[protected].
                My mobile not taking charge when it is switch on. This mobile is under warranty period but in lenove service center, they told me, my mobile charging port is broken, and they told me to change the mobile board of Rs 7000. My warranty end on[protected]. What I can do? Is flipkalt salled me fake warranty product. Reply me.

                    Hi team,

                    I had purchased my mobile [ motorola 4 g plus] from amazon on 4th feb' 2017. Within 2 months, it went completely shut down. I reported this immediately with motorola helpdesk who suggested me to carry the mobile in any one of the local service center as there is nothing they could do remotely since the mobile is completely shut down.

                    I submitted with mobile with local service center in mysore [ sumrudi infocom services], high park building with iem reference : [protected] on 4th april. I was told if there is any hardware issue observed it might take a week's time to fix this. However even after 2 weeks that service center had not received any spare mother board identified as faulty. Every time i have been contacted service center, i have been given false promises that the spare is already received and it should be delivered in a day or 2 but this had not happened till now. When contacted today i am told that spares are not received yet. Not sure what's the actual status.
                    Request you to look into the issue urgently.

                    The motherboard for the mobile had been replaced now with new IMEI reference. The phone is now working fine. However when asked the service center if warranty period for new mother board to be extended accordingly now since its a new accessories, they denied and confirmed that phone still would continue with same warranty period as originally given during sales. This is unsatisfying,

                      I have a complaint that my Lenovo Zuke Z1 set was switched off on each and ever five minutes on outgoing calls and incoming call also. I also met to customer service executive in concerned lenovo customer care centre. But no one can solved my issues in this matter.

                      So, kindly requested that may please be provided proper assistance in this regard because I have a lot of trouble in my newly handset.

                      Executive called and misbehaved with me. He asked me to throw the phone, Also instead of taking account number he was asking Debit Card Number.

                      It seems to be a phishy call. You may contact through mail also.

                      It's not been a month since the purchase of the Lenovo K6 Power.

                      On making calls, the voice cannot be heard.

                      The settings is not functional when I need to change the display settings.

                      I seek support at the earliest as this extremely inconvenient particularly as it's a new purchase.

                        Few days back my phone power button got broken and the switch as well all, when i visited the service centre kolkata, dhakuria for its repair they u need to change entire phone freciar (Cover) of phone which cost around 3200 half of the price of the phone... So i avoid, it i ask them only to repair the switch. But after the phone service now, phone is hanging a charging not happening property it seems that service centre guys done it intentionally to fulfil their target. Kindly contact me [protected]...                           Hi Motorola team,
                          My name is Madhav Gawade from pune, I am software professional and soon travelling abroad for 6 months. my previous phone developed some problem due to which I purchased moto G5 plus without any second thought. Placed order on flipkart on 30th march 2017 and delivered to me on 1st April. After 12 days of minimal use its screen started flickering to the point to which it was hard to operate mobile apps and functions. I have submitted my phone to Kavya Enterprises Motorola care centre pune and get now that it will be repaired and not replaced. Also to repair it they will need 10 working days. Care centre agent told me you’ll be receiving call from or repair department regarding your phone repair date & status, still now I did not receive any call from them. Now am traveling abroad on 22nd April and not sure when can expect my phone to be repaired. The whole purpose of purchasing this phone was to travel without any complications in mobile communication. If repair is not done before 21st April this phone would be useless to me. This is my first Motorola product and regret my purchase.

                              I had purchased k6 note, after 2 days I faced problem regarding hang, touch problem, heat up mobile ..

                              And the most surprising thing is that, service centre Dehradun person said it is a eleelectron device so we can't do anything.

                              What a great answer to me ...

                              I will never ever suggest anyone to purchase the Lenovo product

                              I would never do this mistake and I also post a complaint to consumer court against this company product and their customer service.

                                Lenevo k5 note, 4 months ago, i got a problem with this ### phone that people other side was not hearing my voice properly. I was advised my Lenevo tech suppot to visit to service center where they said that it was mike problem. I handed over to them and they fixed it in 3 days.
                                Now again after 4 months this ### phone got sick with the same illness. People other side hear my voice as if i am speaking from a far distance from my voice. If i record and hear, or answe a CALL ON speaker on, the voice is fine. Now i have decided to fire this phone and upload the video and content on social media so that Lenevo could hear my people voice about this phone.

                                  I purchased Lenovo Laptop and after 2 years, few keys are not working.
                                  I went to Authorized service centre Hitech Informatics Pvt Ltd, Old airport road, in Bangalore . They checked and confirmed me key board has to replace.

                                  They said we will send quotation for new laptop keyboard.
                                  I waited for their quotation mail but did not received till 2 weeks. meantime I checked with my old laptop keyboard which is working but few keys are gone.so I replaced with new keyboard few months back. I checked with that also but same issue few keys are not working. so I came to conclude my laptop issue with some other else, not with keyboard.

                                  I went to another authorized Lenovo service centre this time which is located at Jayanagar 4TH block, Bangalore.

                                  they checked and confirmed me the same issues with keyboard and charged around 800 for diagnose and they said we will send quotation. after few days they sent quotation and given confirmation. after 2 weeks they called me and informed keyboard is ready.

                                  I went to service centre and they given keyboard which is different colour. I rejected that colour and asked same colour. they asked me to wait one day . so I went next day . this time they brought same colour keyboard but the issues is same few keys are not working. Again they checked and said issues with motherboard, not with keyboard.

                                  I lost my patients and believes, I do not know anything with Laptop hardware but I came to know issue with something else, not with keyboard with my knowledge .

                                  these technician are experienced peoples and working in Authorized service centre.
                                  I am not sure this services canters are running with experienced employees are not.

                                  only 2 authorized service centers in Bangalore both employees are not diagnosed properly. My time is waste, my money is waste but not fixed the issues till now.

                                  I choose wrong brand laptop ? wher do I go now to fix my issues?

                                      i am jasim
                                      my phone's contacts is going blank whenever i play clash of clans and comes back after a long time so i deleted all the games including clash of clans and unwanted software but now my phone is still not showing the important contacts it has been 1 day now plss help me lenovo company please ...
                                      and also my phone is hang or stops responding when i am on a call so i cant cut the call and i have to take the battery and keep it again to restart it i buyed my lenovo phone 15 june 2016
                                      the problems have started about 1 and a half month agoooo
                                      so pls help mee i am writing this complaint on 15 april 2017

                                        Mobile automatically getting restarted after ending a call or after disconnecting a call, automatically screen is not responding, after getting restarted it is working again, Lot of times my mobile is getting restarted automatically and hanging a lot, still my mobile is in warranty, already I had went to customer care two times regarding network connectivity issues.
