I bought Lenovo k 6 note on 01st March 2017. This mobile having Mike problem. After visiting to service center.. still issue persists. I need replacement piece. Customer Care refusing for d same. I feel like cheated..it's not worth of buying this mobile. I contacted Customer Care number..they told me to visit authorised service center. I visited on 18th March 2017. But post that still issue persists. I again contacted Customer Care n requested to provide replacement for this phone.. but they said replacement window is over..we can not replaced the phone..free service can be provided..what is the use of spending so much of money 15999 on this mobile?? I m not happy at all with the kind of services they are providing..plz Address this issue. I am working women.. managing home n office both. Every weekend I can not visit to authorised service centres..also this center is not nearby. I have to spend 200 rs one time fare for reaching this service center. It's not my fault if handset is damaged piece.. why should I suffer for this. You can contact me on number [protected]

    I bought this phone online in october. since then it is giving a very poor performance. sometimes its screen lag, sometimes it gets overheated. sometimes battery drains very fast. When its battery falls below 6% it suddenly decreases to 0% and mobile gets switched off, even when charger is connected. and then it doesnt start. this has happened 3 tiimes till now, and every time it needs to be sent to service center, they take 15 to 20 days to solve this problem. i requested them to replace my phone with a new one, but they say its not possible as it is against company policy they say they can repair it as many times as i bring it to them, but cannot replace. I cannot take this as i m done with calls and rounds to service center. I want the phone to be replaced with a new one, or i want refund.       I've given my phone to Gandhinagar Service center on 15th Feb 2017. It's been more than 40 days they are not returning it back, they are saying they are waiting for some kind of special approval from head office. I simply don't understand why is it taking so much time, I've provided all the details, phone is under warranty and everything is perfect. Further more the service center guys are saying that they can not say that how much more time it will take, they are saying that we are helpless and it all depends on when we get approval from head office. Kindly look into the matter and let me know.

        I bought lenovo zuk z1 smartphone in august 2016. Still here they didn't given any software update. All other model smartphone are running already 6.0 version and they will ready to update 7.0. But only lenovo zuk z1 is runs 5.1 still here no further update. I complained more time to the company. But they reply irresponsible. Its very irritated to us. But its price 13500/-. Its not support volte. Its so funny to compare other brand phone priced only 4000/- which support volte.

          The worst service response i have received. I have 3 years onsite and home service subscription and never responded by lenovo thinkpad service.

          I have subscription as below and they told me, we will not provide service and not come to your place to solve the issue.

          Also, today (22nd March), I called and there are more than 10 calls transfer 1 team to other person and I really tried with this service. Lastly they told me, we can not provide the home service.

          IF you not provide then what is the meaning of this subscription??

          Everytime, system is showing calibrate your battery. Also, The software links provided by Lenovo team was not works.

          Just come to know, during live Trouble Shooting with your Lenovo Executive, Lenovo Ahmedabad Authorized Service Center who has installed not supported Calibration Software and due to this I have wasted my so much times and energy here to fix the issue raised/created by your service center.

              Visit lenovo service centre named "service solution" at jandu tower, new delhi today i.e., 21/03/2017. The problem is tablet up volume button is not working. The service centre engineer open the tablet and do something and takes 15 min after 15 minutes the enginer fault the tablet and tablet goes dead. After engineer mistake they told there is water in tablet but there is nothing. He said because of he fault the tablet and tablet goes died. I contact lenovo tab support they contact service centre. But service centre told them there is water so the warrenty is void. I have tablet picture but there is no water on it. They are just doing because enginer done mistake. My tablet seriel no.                 I had ordered(Order no OD[protected] my Moto Z play(IMEI no [protected]) with style mod (Black, 32gb) via Flipkart.com dated 24th November 2016 by the name of Shashank Tiwari. I was out for a launch on Saturday 4th March 2017 where the display of my phone was gone all of sudden. I went to the service center in defence colony on 6th March 2017(Token no 114) where the service center person told the phone is dead but there was keypad sound coming from the phone as well as my phone was vibrating on locking. The service centre informed “YEH GIRNE SE NI HUA” no explanation apart from this. I received a defected piece but #motorola #lenovo not ready to accept their fault and asking 11500 Rs for the repair. My phone is 3 and half month old in warranty but cant be repaired as it comes in physical damage. The damage is not even visible in normal light, you can only see once you tilt the phone and put light, even my phone does not have a single scratch on it. Really #moto as you guys are making fool of your consumers by selling defective pieces like this.                   Bought a Lenovo zuk z1 on in august 2016 after few days my phone started restarting automatically.first time i submitted my phone at lenovo service centre was on 27th nov 2016.

                  No. of times visted service centre - 6 times
                  No. of times phone's PCB was changed - 2 times

                  still the problem continues even though i was able to get regional ASM involved still no proper assistance.As the customer care executive has only one reply to my mail as requested earlier please visit the service centre again.Lenovo has the worst customer care and service centres.

                    Lenovo vibe X3 being a flag ship device received only three updates(2 bug fixes n on marshmallow that to with new annoying bugs) since it's release n stopped the in 8 months. No VoLTE update for this flagship device while the lower end devices of the same company with much before release date received patch fixes for marshmallow+ VoLTE (K4note n other). With many asked twits n posts for help by vibe X3 users they finally ended the drama with completed roadmap for device upgrade.
                    My device is still in warranty n yet doesn't receive a single update since july2016.
                    We are being scammed as it was a flagship phone n has number of bugs.

                          I bought lenovo vibe K5 in june 2016 but the problems start within 5 month (i.e. mobile was automatically restarting and also it was automatically operating and it had some touch problems. But unfortunately I was not able to repair it immediately. So in January 2017 I took this mobile to Lenovo Care centre at Hardy Complex, M G road Secunderabad and this is my serial no. SOIN[protected], the person from lenovo care said that they will repair it within 4-5 days but it took near about 20 days to repair my mobile. But again within a month mobile has started same problem. Though they have taken enough time to repair it but they fail do so as mobile is having same issue. This was my worst experience and I will never ever buy any Lenovo mobile. Or I will not even suggest to buy Lenovo.

                            I buy Lenovo vibe X3...They tell me that it's a flagship feature phone of Lenovo...It uses Snapdragon 808 processor on it..It support s volte...But they tell me that their updatetion is complete after marshmallow update...But I pay 20k for this phone...So I have the right to get volte update ...So Lenovo should give me the update.. Otherwise I will be a number one enemy of Lenovo phones...And I will be attack Lenovo everywhere like Facebook Amazon Flipkart Twitter WhatsApp Google and everywhere...

                              Vibe x3 is a flagship device from Lenovo which was launched on nov 15 retailed from January 16, i hv bought it as it was a flagship i thought it would get updates but till june 30 ihv received 3 updates 1minor 2 fix to that update as there were issues 3 is the MM .I was hoping security updates volte as the low & mid range devices got them but they didn't provide any updates till March 15th but suddenly stopped support by changing upgrade status to complete ​which means no further updates.They have cheated us by stating it as Flagship i felt this is the only place we get justice for what we paid for.

                              Lenovo has released Vibe X3 on November 15 which were retailed from January 16.As part of support they have released 3 Updates 1.was maintenance 2.was fix update as the maintenance update had issues of its own 3rd being the Marshmallow update which was released on 30th june 16 which was the last update/support i been waiting for security updates they didn't, volte Update they didn't, i thought they will be releasing a final update in the form of Nougat update till March 15th 2017 but they have suddenly stopped support by changing upgrade status to complete (which means to further updates) so they have stopped support for just 6 month for so called flag ship vibe X3.Actually the have to support 18 months​as per Android Update terms atleast but they have stopped support just by 6 months even not proving security patches.When i communicate about updates they are suggesting the new devices which means they are trying to sell new one's by ending support for existing devices
                              they have cheated us by saying a flagship device i thought i will get nougat as they were no updates since june
                              they should provide Nougat along with volte nothing else we needed

                              Very bad Support from Lenovo for VIBE X3.
                              How can any company stop giving update within a year to any smartphone and that too for a 20K flagship device.
                              And though hardware is capable for update and VOLTE why are they now going to provide update.
                              They are suggesting to buy new phones when we ask for update. We did not get any security update since months. Is this called flagship device?                                 Kadam marketing limited (Authorised dealers of lenovo), g-3, aggarwal bhawan, nehru place, new delhi - 110019 sold me a laptop (Lenovo ideapad 110-15ibr0) on[protected] at inr 23, 900.00, where as it's clearly written on the box the mrp is inr 23, 290.00 (Inclusive of all taxes).
                                When confronted they say we receive laptops at a price more than mrp only and lenovo does this because it helps them in saving custom duty and we give freebies and we charge for that. If so, then why do you call your thing freebies.
                                This is not at all acceptable at any cost.

                                  Worst post sales service by lenovo. I have lenovo zuk z1 from last 6 months but getting hang issue & mobile automatically getting switched off from last 4 months. I have called the call & they diverted me on technical support. But the dame is use less. They have just sent a mailer & saying that u have to format the phone but the same issue is not resolved. Also sometimes facing issue where display is not coming during incoming call. Trust me very bad service and totally disappointed with lenovo zuk z1 mobile.

                                    I bought a mobile phone lenovo a606 on 9.01.2016 from the seller sc corsar online, bucharest, romania.
                                    This lenovo product proved to be a total failure. I sent it 2 times through the seller, at the service center agreed by lenovo (Sc depanero), bucharest, romania.
                                    The phone was a total mess, it stopped in the middle of calls, more windows opened in the same time, the screen rotated even if i had set it not to rotate, half screen was black, the system fell by itself, etc
                                    2 times this service center of lenovo did "resofting", a scam because after 2 months the old faults came back, not using the original lenovo soft as i got many not needed apps in russian, apps which were not in the original soft.
                                    On the 28.02, 2017 i sent it back to the seller to solve again the same problems. They said that if they don't repair in 15 days they reimburse or change for a new phone. More than 15 days passed and finally one day they announced me that they changed the "base plate", but who can believe them if they haven't provided a certificate to see that they used lenovo original parts.
                                    The seller i. E. Sc corsar online and the service sc depanero, both from bucharest, romania a doing a bad advertise for the brand lenovo. My family will never ever buy this brand and i will tell all our friends and their friends to avoid buying the lenovo products. Hear lenovo group??? Shame on lenovo group!

                                      I bought my phone on 19 may2016 and within 1 month (6jun2016) phone started network issue for that service center people kept for a month and after that change the motherbord even i asked for phone change

                                      After 6months (Nov/dec2016) again phone came up with problem related to battery and charging and service center (S v teleservice, chennai) has done some software update and issue resolved temporarily.

                                      In next 2 (Jan2017) month again phone has an issue regarding charging and rebooting automatically, i went to service center (S v teleservice, chennai) on 18 feb and they told like its charging point damaged because of liquid issue. 2 month before when i went for the same problem that time there was no liquid issue but now its liquid issue? How come i didnt understand.

                                      I know they were lying. I faught for warranty and service center people suggested me to mail lenovo care for warranty and i did but no response from service center and lenovo care. From 18 feb to 3rd march this much of time they took just for reply from lenovo. And today i got mail like they are not going to consider my phone under warranty.

                                      I just want to say one thing, my phone never fail down in water then how they can say its liquid damage. It could be something produce inside the phone or circuit that is not my fault. And if it is liquid damage for charging point then i want to ask a question why it is not liquid damage for earphone point or mike or sound system ; these are also externally open points.

                                      Phone rebooting is the problem and for that they are asking me to replace c type point before & that too cost 4000 rs

                                      They are clearly running out of there job nothing else. I am suffering because of this phone from first month. I feel like its mistake i done by buying lenovo product.
                                      Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear Forum,
                                        I bought a brand new MobileTab through flipkart for Rs, 10999/- It came on 23.1.17. I started using from 8th Feb. It had problem with messaging and i wrote mail to customer care, could sort out. I got my new sim an started using in the tab. It started issues like audio as i can hear but the other end they cannot hear. So we sourced the service centre and gave it. Till now they have not rectified and after repeated calls they are telling some hardware issues. I asked them to replace or refund for which they are not agreeing as its not their policy. They informed its a new series of tab and they are experimenting. So please guide me how to go about it
