I bought a lenovo k6 note in january 12 2017 and the market price is 14, 465 something... The prblm is my k6 note is always hang... Auto potrait speacker problm satarting with in 1month useing... Den i went to coustomer service center in barasat... Den the exicutive will solve my problem... Bt the problem is satring agin... And again i went to service center... I am gona made realy i tell us...4time i go... The service cente... So pls if the lenovo company is nt help me den i will go to the cort... Ya pls deo my k6 not or take ur k6 note and pls return my money pls i am jst feed up... 😤😤😤

    I'm getting issue in mobile within 15 days. I have to submit the mobile every 15 days. and Lenovo is taking 15-20 days in repairing the mobile. They are completely cheating their own customer. I submitted the mobile 4 time still no network in my mobile. When i spoke to their senior, they are asking to submit the mobile in service center. Within 3 month, i submitted 4 times of the mobile to service center. I don't want to go service center for submitting again. I want only replacement or refund now. they are not ready to replacement with new one or refund.
    Need help in getting replacement or refund. Please have a look in my case:

      I bought lenovo k5 plus smartphone in august 2016 from online flipkart. I not excepted this type: over heating, battary down very fast.. Even not using per hour. I think company well branded after four months mobile over heated and charging not receiving the phone. I think mobile returns to the company is it possible sir. How to solve my problem and who solve the problem. Please give me suggestion sir, other wise exchange my mobile...

        I have brought a Lenovo K5 in Amazon in Jan 22 2017 for RS 75000 ... It's is very horrible one the phone battery is 2750 mAh battery mentioned but charge back up is very low without using internet and games, videos etc battery is backup very low mobile is heating up to 40-45deg in 20mins usage camera is 13MP mentioned but not it is like 5MP only Lenovo cheats customer like this... Worst phone battery backup even reduced​ display brightness battery is staying up to 3.7 hours only my old noikia X2 a Droid phone 1800mah only but it's charge backup up to 6hours continued use... I have contacted customer mobile rescue also but I am not satisfied for his support... Very sad for buying Lenovo vibe K5 @7500 RS cost

            Sir I have purchase lenova zuk Z1 from amozen online on 18/02/17.From using it I have found problem in handset such as hanging, automatic switch off while calls.Battary heating.I had given my handset various time to resolve defect in it but same does not resolve it.same problem occur again and again.so l request you to replace same headset or refund amount.

              I have bought lenovo k4 note mobile 6 months before in lenovo showroom in guduvanchery there was a problem in power button after 6 months I have gave mobile for service to lenovo showroom the showroom send the mobile to some other lenovo showroom 1 weeks passed away still know no actions were taken.I didn't get my mobile back kindly take necessary action on showroom I need mobile tomorrow

              I perchase lenovo phab 2+ before two months . after time it is broke in my pocket and damage display . this product in the warranty period so I go in services center but thay called this is a chargebal. But this is a warrenty. You can repair this product for free outher wise change products please replay possitivly . this is a very serious matter.

                Staffs are working very slowing just like no one warching them. They feel like they are government company and they busy most of the time in gossip. Their behavior is also so rude. They don't have manners to talk. They are very irritating. I have visited 3 times but still waiting for my turn from 1:43 to now i.e. 5:54. Can you imagine how much they take time in gossiping. I am so frusted.sometime they start fighting each other. If they continue this type of behaviour, I can hurt them. Please do the needful if you are in not in the category of them.

                  Hello, your product is really you are making fool to your customers. I have purchase a lenovo laptop 1-2 month ago, after 15 days i have issue with this laptop keypad . also a technician visited but he changed it but issue was same i again called him but he was just making false promises and never come again.. after 10 days he call me and told that you need to call customer care again. what is this service why you close my complain without my confirmation. .i need a resolution within 24 hours. otherwise i will post on social media and also consumer forum

                    I bought a new lenovo mobile phone (model Z2 plus ZUK) on[protected] from a retail dealer from kochi, kerala state.But the detailed user guide or manual is not provided with this product and instead of this they provided a short quick start guide.I hope it is the right of the customer to get the detailed manual of the product.I even visited the website mentioned in their quick start guide (support.lenovo.com) and tried to download the manual but it is not available there and what available is the quick start guide . I had contacted their customer care number and asked about the same but they are unable to solve my problem

                      I bought Lenovo k 6 note on 01st March 2017. This mobile having Mike problem. After visiting to service center.. still issue persists. I need replacement piece. Customer Care refusing for d same. I feel like cheated..it's not worth of buying this mobile. I contacted Customer Care number..they told me to visit authorised service center. I visited on 18th March 2017. But post that still issue persists. I again contacted Customer Care n requested to provide replacement for this phone.. but they said replacement window is over..we can not replaced the phone..free service can be provided..what is the use of spending so much of money 15999 on this mobile?? I m not happy at all with the kind of services they are providing..plz Address this issue. I am working women.. managing home n office both. Every weekend I can not visit to authorised service centres..also this center is not nearby. I have to spend 200 rs one time fare for reaching this service center.                         I bought this phone online in october. since then it is giving a very poor performance. sometimes its screen lag, sometimes it gets overheated. sometimes battery drains very fast. When its battery falls below 6% it suddenly decreases to 0% and mobile gets switched off, even when charger is connected. and then it doesnt start. this has happened 3 tiimes till now, and every time it needs to be sent to service center, they take 15 to 20 days to solve this problem. i requested them to replace my phone with a new one, but they say its not possible as it is against company policy they say they can repair it as many times as i bring it to them, but cannot replace. I cannot take this as i m done with calls and rounds to service center. I want the phone to be replaced with a new one, or i want refund.                           I've given my phone to Gandhinagar Service center on 15th Feb 2017. It's been more than 40 days they are not returning it back, they are saying they are waiting for some kind of special approval from head office. I simply don't understand why is it taking so much time, I've provided all the details, phone is under warranty and everything is perfect. Further more the service center guys are saying that they can not say that how much more time it will take, they are saying that we are helpless and it all depends on when we get approval from head office. Kindly look into the matter and let me know.

                            I bought lenovo zuk z1 smartphone in august 2016. Still here they didn't given any software update. All other model smartphone are running already 6.0 version and they will ready to update 7.0. But only lenovo zuk z1 is runs 5.1 still here no further update. I complained more time to the company. But they reply irresponsible. Its very irritated to us. But its price 13500/-. Its not support volte. Its so funny to compare other brand phone priced only 4000/- which support volte.

                              The worst service response i have received. I have 3 years onsite and home service subscription and never responded by lenovo thinkpad service.

                              I have subscription as below and they told me, we will not provide service and not come to your place to solve the issue.

                              Just come to know, during live Trouble Shooting with your Lenovo Executive, Lenovo Ahmedabad Authorized Service Center who has installed not supported Calibration Software and due to this I have wasted my so much times and energy here to fix the issue raised/created by your service center.

                                  Visit lenovo service centre named "service solution" at jandu tower, new delhi today i.e., 21/03/2017. The problem is tablet up volume button is not working. The service centre engineer open the tablet and do something and takes 15 min after 15 minutes the enginer fault the tablet and tablet goes dead. After engineer mistake they told there is water in tablet but there is nothing. He said because of he fault the tablet and tablet goes died. I contact lenovo tab support they contact service centre. But service centre told them there is water so the warrenty is void. I have tablet picture but there is no water on it. They are just doing because enginer done mistake. My tablet seriel no.                                     I had ordered(Order no OD[protected] my Moto Z play(IMEI no [protected]) with style mod (Black, 32gb) via Flipkart.com dated 24th November 2016 by the name of Shashank Tiwari. I was out for a launch on Saturday 4th March 2017 where the display of my phone was gone all of sudden. I went to the service center in defence colony on 6th March 2017(Token no 114) where the service center person told the phone is dead but there was keypad sound coming from the phone as well as my phone was vibrating on locking. The service centre informed “YEH GIRNE SE NI HUA” no explanation apart from this. I received a defected piece but #motorola #lenovo not ready to accept their fault and asking 11500 Rs for the repair. My phone is 3 and half month old in warranty but cant be repaired as it comes in physical damage. The damage is not even visible in normal light, you can only see once you tilt the phone and put light, even my phone does not have a single scratch on it. Really #moto as you guys are making fool of your consumers by selling defective pieces like this. Really dont understand what to do as this was gifted by my mother! #motorolasucks #lenovoaftersalessuck #donotbuy #docheckinternalscreen

                                      Bought a Lenovo zuk z1 on in august 2016 after few days my phone started restarting automatically.first time i submitted my phone at lenovo service centre was on 27th nov 2016.

                                      No. of times visted service centre - 6 times
                                      No. of times phone's PCB was changed - 2 times

                                      still the problem continues even though i was able to get regional ASM involved still no proper assistance.As the customer care executive has only one reply to my mail as requested earlier please visit the service centre again.Lenovo has the worst customer care and service centres.

                                        Lenovo vibe X3 being a flag ship device received only three updates(2 bug fixes n on marshmallow that to with new annoying bugs) since it's release n stopped the in 8 months. No VoLTE update for this flagship device while the lower end devices of the same company with much before release date received patch fixes for marshmallow+ VoLTE (K4note n other). With many asked twits n posts for help by vibe X3 users they finally ended the drama with completed roadmap for device upgrade.
                                        My device is still in warranty n yet doesn't receive a single update since july2016.
                                        We are being scammed as it was a flagship phone n has number of bugs.
