I was facing the issue with phone 3 week ago i was not able to communicate with my friends via my phone, i went to service center and they said MIC issue and they changed my MIC & they charged 1600rs because my phone was out of warranty.

Then next day i was facing the same problem and i went to service center and they said some dust issue and they clear that.

Flipkart is fraudulent. They sold defective product on web site. I buy lenovo k5 note, gold phone on 24th dec 2016 & receive at 29th dec 2016. Anyone reading this please don't buy a Lenovo phone. You will face some or the other issue in 3-4 months. Now coming to the service centre in Indiranagar it feel like they are still stuck 10 years back. Staff are annoyingly slow, rude and no one has any idea what they are doing.
