I have repaired my laptop once in warranty at that service center and then occured another problem so they are not resolving it saying warranty people are not saying anything. I am getting frustrated by there response. I am college Student i need my accessories to work and i am doing my works without my laptop from past 2 weeks.Please this type of service should not be provided to customers so please go through my request.

    I am Mithun Kuckian ([protected]). I have ordered a laptop from flipkart which was delivered on 22nd Feb'17..there was a pixel problem in the laptop..technician was suppose to come on 25th feb'17. On 24th & 25th when i called them they told technician is going to come on 25th Feb'17. When the technician did not turned up on 25th, I called them on 26th Feb'17. One of the Supervisor took the request afain and told the technician will come on or before 28th Feb'17 (again a fake promise).. Whereas I got a call from flipkart saying that i will receive call first from tech dept and then the technician visit will take place by 2nd Mar'17. They have almost delayed this for more than 4 days. I want the technician on 28th Feb'17 that was committed by the Supervisor or i want the field executive to come and take back the laptop and give me the refund.

      This mobile is not showing network on both slots.. On 21st Jan 2017 I had given the mobile Borivili Mumbai Lenovo service centre and it was told to me that the motherboard has gone faulty and the same needs to be replaced.. Since it was under warranty I told them to go ahead with the replacement which took 10 days.after replacing the motherboard the issue persists and I took the phone back to the same service centre in 25th feb and they told there is some minor setting issue which is fixed and now it's corrected and it will work properly.. This issue still persists and there is absolutely no signal in both my sim slots... Request you to Interfere and help in getting a refund for my cell..

        I HAVE LENOVO DESKTOP WHICH IS WORKING IN BSNL Jamshedpur. first time restart problem occurred in the PC AND WE BOOKED A COMPLAIN ON 28.12.16 SERVICE REQUEST NO [protected].Engineer visit was done first time but problem not solved, informed to lenovo support an engineer MANOJ DAS (CONTACT NO [protected]) VISITED AND MOTHER BOARD WAS CHANGED ON 2.12.17, BUT AFTER TWO SAME PROBLEM ARISES.INFORFED TO LENOVO SUPPORT ON 13.12.17. HE SAID AN ENGINEER VISIT WILL BE DONE AGAIN ON THE SAME SERVICE REUEST NO [protected].AFTER SO MANY REQUEST NO ENGINEER VISIT WAS DONE.NOW THE PC IS NOT STARTING.KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM .

          Dear Sir, i have purchased your mobile phone p780. last month due to network catching issue i have handed over my mobile phone to your kolhapur (maharashtra) india service center on 27 jan 2017. they promised me he repaired and give it me within 10 days .but after inquiring after 10 days they not responded when i pressure him they says your mobile phone we not repaired and it is not possible to repaired so you take back
          your phone.
          Sir this is very serious issue. why we purchase your mobile? if you not give after sales service. the behavior of service station member is not good. so please help us to solve the issue.

            Dear Lenovo,
            yesterday i had visited your Sector 10 Noida 201306 Service Centre to repair my under warranty LENOVO K-3 NOTES( IMEI NO [protected], attach invoice copy for Ref.) initially they told me that charging pin is damage due to moisture and that is out of warranty so you need to pay Rs 1250 in cash after several request they agree to repair free of cost and within 5 minutes they changed their statments. now they are saying that your handset monther board is short so you nned to pay Rs.5120 to repair for the same and that will come out of warranty. now i am asking you whats comes under warranty????????. i have spent Rs.9599 for this kind of chudiyapa handset?????????? and seen ytour policy to charge some amount from every complint. kindly repair my handset free of cost, without excuse.otherwise i will move to consumer court and other social media platform

              I'm purchased lenovo a5000 atleast 1 year, but suddenly stoped working, then I visit ur authorised service centre in latur, but they r not give sutaibe response,
              where I can solve my problem, ur care cntre is not working properly,
              how to restart my mobile? where?

              I m sadashiv s patil makni thor tq nilsnga dist latur, now a days my mobile is as a dead pice, so suggest me what can i do for it, your care centre doesn;t handle this... so, i request u, either repair my mobile or should be give me new pice ...my cell no. is [protected]

                Hi,
                I bought a new Lenovo ideapad 510 laptop from Noida on 19th Feb 2017 .
                And even I didn't use it for an hour and its adaptor stoped working,
                and then I went to Lenovo service centre (B-1, Basement, Bhagmal Complex, Near Sec 16 Metro, Opposite Wipro, Naya Bans, Sector 15, Noida) and they submited adaptor with laptop and told me that in just 1 or 2 days they will give me my laptop with new adaptor.

                Now even after 4 days they are not able to give me my laptop back. When I called to service center they are telling to call in customer care and ask them.
                I called 2 times in customer care, now custoer care representive is saying it will be deleviered by 4th March 2017.

                So I am very disappointed by the Lenovo services, I spend arround Rs. 60K and facing this kind of problem without used the product.

                Now they are not picking up my calls. I bought first time a lenovo product, and it is my worst decision till now.

                I want to ask to Lenovo company who will be responsible for my total loss of time and money.

                    Am a user of Lenovo k6 note.
                    I brought this phone on 06_01_2017
                    Today[protected]
                    I visited Lenovo authorised service centre in Alappuzha to rectify my issue about the memory card. Is issue was Lenovo k6 note can support 128 GB memory card my mine was not supporting. I given the phone to them @ 11 am and they were looking after it and after 1 hour there given back my phone and they said that the display is proven and they band fix that issue and the warranty of the phone is gone. When I given the phone to them there was no issue. They broken the phone and they are telling that when I given the phone to them it was broken. I asked them to show me the CCTV footage and they were not showing me. I asked them that I need to see the manager and they asked me to go to the nearby lava store and said the Lenovo manager is in the lava service centre and I went there and I said my issue to her. I will note forget the time spent with her ( unforgettable bad memories) She was soo rude and I thought that she will hit me. She will be the nightmare of my life. Is that the way a manager speaks with there customer and do we have to pay for the mistakes they have done. Please do the needful for it and please make sure that it will note happens to other customers. In Alappuzha there is only one service centre and the manager over there is so so. Please deal with it ASAP. it will effect your business in Alappuzha. And all over the Kerala.

                        I had a mobile lenovo vibe p1. Buy the product less than one year. The mobile had a complaint. The mobile suddenly stopped. The aps are not responding. Like facebook, games, whatsapp, hotstar etc... I think, the complaint is android system of mobile. I could not set a wallpaper in my mobile. And, the mobile is very heating in just 10 minutes using.
                        Kindly do the needful maximum early.

                          I purchased this mobile phone online from eBay India in December 2016. It was delivered to me somewhere on Jan 2, 2017. However now when I used it for about 45 days. The mobile got switched off suddenly. Even after charging it again the same is not operating. Tried contacting customer care but no response.                             Sir.
                            My self taraknath mondal, i buy a lenovo smartphone in pune 6th may 2016, mordel is lenovo zuk z1, imei no [protected].
                            First time phone back camera problem occure and 19th september 2016 and i visit in your air voice service centre in howrah and give him to repair my phone. Around 20 days up the phone is not repair and this time i give back without repair. After some days 8th november i submit my phone to repair and arround 2 weeks tha phone is repair.
                            Arround10 to 20 days the phone runs good then touch screen problem is occure. 12th december i visite this service centre to repair my phone and they submite my phone without generated official job sheet and they give me hand made receive copy (I send photocopy), this time 3-4times i visite but every time they told phone is not repair, 9th janury i visite serivce centre and i told give me back my phone without repair then they generate official job sheet. After 13 days the phone is repair.
                            After 7 days the phone network problem is occure, then i visite service center they update my phone but problem is not solve and they told me 2days droppe u visite then i repire your phone. After 2 days i visite this serivec center they told phone network cable problem and they repair my phone and they advise me i can sell my phone in olx that good for me (This voice recording send by mail in your main service tem). After 2 day the phone same problem is occure. 6th feb 2017 i submite my phone and they give me old job sheet (I send photocopy). And i complain against this matter.
                            One day i received a phone call in your official service centre with conference air voice service center and a told saturday i collect my phone. Saturday visite service center after 2:30 pm but that time service center closed. Monday i visite this service center and they told my they can't know that the phone is repair or not they told 2-3time circling service center then give u, because i complain in this matter. 21/02/2017 tuesday i also visite air voice service center to collect my phone. Before i call service center contact no and they told my phone is repaired and collect. But i collect my pbone they give me my phone with out repair and they told me they can't repair my phone. Whene lenovo main office call me with conference air voice service center they told saturday (18/02/2016) i collect my phone. But tuesday they collect my job sheet and give me my phone with out repair and they told me they can't repair my phone. So i not collect my phone and allso my job sheet.

                            9th month time to buy my phone and 3 mounth or more time the phone in service center. So meny time i doing mail or phone call in your lenovo support time but they can't solve my problem.
                            Still now i visite 20 or more time in this seivice center. Everyday i cannot visite because i do a job and my job time period 10am to 6 pm and 25 km away my home.
                            So u told me what i can do.
                            I allready complain consumer forum, docket no is 138451.

                            So i request to u replease my phone and take action against this service center because here 2 number work going on.
                            Or u can't take action against this matter u told me i make case in howrah police station due to harassment me againts lenovo service center

                              Dear sir

                              I have purchased a smart phone of lenovo vibex3, which is almost about 8 months, it was totally unsatisfactory and worst service ever i have seen in my life time. After purchasing phone of about 3 months, my phone has some fault when i took to lenovo service center they seems there must be some mother board problem will-replace mother board in a warranty, even though within 3 months a defeat comes which is totally frustrating moments with lenovo product, anyhow i managed and my phone is working after replacing of mother board and all of sudden after servicing 2mths later another defeat found, display automatically with a blank screen without even touching it. When it happens i again took my mobile to lenovo care, this time they replaced me a display as it was under warranty still. After servicing these ppl never informed us regarding the deletion of my contacts and other data.. Ok accepted... But after servicing i was really frastuated when i puts my mobile on charge for 4hrs (Day time) and it shows battery charged upto 75% when i unplug it battery remains 10% - low battery and mobile is almost about to burst due to over heating issues,, even mobile stucks and ready to use after 5 mins.. Not even a proper response from lenovo care...

                              I suggest for god sake never ever buy any lenovo product.
                              Even i am going to start a wake up call campaign on social media say no to lenovo products.

                              "above said details are true and i can show you the relevant proof to prove that lenovo products are defective items. Once purchased, you will surely hit your heads on wall..."

                              Totally zero service center support.

                                Very Excitingly I had purchased the Lenovo Zuk Z1 mobile on 19th May 2016. My mobile use to get hanged and restarted again & again. Suddenly on 30th Dec 2016 my mobiles gets switched off permananently. I submitted the mobile to Lenovo Service Centre on 2nd Jan 2017. They mentioned software issue and gave back the very next day. Till then i had arranged all my mobile data in another mobile & was using it. As I am a marketeer i travel a lot i didnt get time immediately to once again switch on to my Lenovo Zuk Z1. I finally switched in all my details on 23rd Jan 2017 & on 24th the mobile got switched off. I resubmitted the mobile on 25th Jan 2017 in customer center wherein they didnt provided me the job sheet & gave me a letter with details & no complain was uploaded online when i verified with the online customer care. I followed up every week but they always told me next week. They said their is issue with the mother board. Finally they gave back the mobile on 18th February 2017. The power button press was not smooth, they said its like that only for which i told them when i had submitted the piece it was not like that. Also their are colours visible on black screen which is normal to them. But still i think its not being repaired properly. The very next day my mobile restarted 6-7 times, I am facing the same problem. The person in the service center mentions me its the failure piece & you will always face problem with the same so better you resell the piece. This is not expected from lenovo to not provide the services properly being such a renowned company i trusted on them. Also one issue is my handset shows out of warranty online from which i havent received any details or resolution from them.

                                  I have purchased a smartphone from Lenovo thru Amazon.in. Unfortunately the phone had some speaker issues within 2 months of its purchase. When I gave it for repairs, the only solution that Lenovo gave me was that they had to change the complete motherboard and data recovery was not possible. I had to agree to this as I was left with no choice. After about a month long wait I finally got my phone. Again in December the phone suddenly went dead and this time again they told me that data recovery was not possible. I am still to hear from Lenevoon the repair status. Its almost 20 days and there has been no update.

                                    My laptop screen has been broken and there is only partial display that works due to the damage.The screen has been damaged internally and all the other parts on the exteriors are working just fine. The mouse of the laptop also has been stopped working.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      I was facing the issue with phone 3 week ago i was not able to communicate with my friends via my phone, i went to service center and they said MIC issue and they changed my MIC & they charged 1600rs because my phone was out of warranty.

                                      Then next day i was facing the same problem and i went to service center and they said some dust issue and they clear that.

                                      3rd same issue and again i have submmited my phone and they we will investigate the issue and will update you, i was waiting for one week but did not get any feedbck form team so i called them and ask for update they sais we are not able to findout the issue .

                                      after a long follow once i went to the service center they repaired my phone found of me and said that again we have replaced the MIC.Now i came to my home and i found now my camera is not working which is working smoothly earlier .

                                      may i know whats going on if this kind of service lenovo is providing then sure soon i will send court notice to service center of that kind of harassment you are providing us .

                                      Please suggest what can i do next course of action to avoid such stupidity

                                        Flipkart is fraudulent. They sold defective product on web site. I buy lenovo k5 note, gold phone on 24th dec 2016 & receive at 29th dec 2016. After using 2 days my phone screen is freezing and unable to operate the device unless i forcefully restart this device.. This is happening for every 2-3 days. After 2 months mobile is having some software issues. Phone is blank only lenovo logo is showing when phone started. I m very unhappy after buying this phone...
