My laptop is under warranty and Lenovo is refusing to service because they claim it is not under warranty. I bought the laptop from Reliance digital and on 8.9.15 Which is less than a year old and at the time of selling they claimed 1-year warranty. Well, I have uploaded invoice copy and sent mail to [protected]@lenovo.in, but they are refusing to accept it as they cannot see details. It's becoming increasingly harassing as I have sent some 5-6 emails with different images which they claim is not clear to them. While everybody else can see the same around me (including my not so educated maid) There is no alternate process to show the invoice and get it serviced. The processes suck, and So does their customer service. They don't even share the escalation matrix and do not provide a solution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
