Dear sir, I bought lenovo k3 note through flipcart. the complaint is the internet is not working properly, is there any settings required or not? I am using Airtel net. other mobiles my beside having full signal, but my phone shows no signal. why it happening? give me reply with solution.

    My phones microphone is not working when phone put in helmet or take support of my soldier. I visit service center at bapunagar ahmedabad. They told that this is in built system we cant change it. So give me proper solution so i can use my phone..
    Sir this is a kind of problem that i cant describe on mail because when i meet your service centre the people first not believe this problem but i practically done the problem their and the answer given is that this is companies inbuilt fault and appears only in this model a6000 shot... So kindly give me feedback.
    Or give me some buy-back option so i can change it to other lenovo phone..
    I hope you can understand my problem...Or call me on [protected]...To be a continue and satisfied lenovo costumer...

      Myself shivaraj hiremath purchased lenovo k3 note dated 01/10/2015
      Now the problem is mobile is getting more heat than the normal limit within usage of few minutes, some times it reaches 55 to 60 degree celsius too.
      It starts heating within few minutes o[censored]sage which is intolerable to human body.At that time im unable to connect the phone calls and cellular data properly even at 3g network it starts connecting with 2g.

      Mean while i was given for service at lenovo service center hubli i don, t know what they did but still its giving the same trouble.

      Today (08/04/2016) i visited again but i haven't got proper response.

        I have complaint about our lenovo laptop battery.The battery discharging timing is being very high so it is not being used properly.My lenovo Laptop at that time in warranty.So I want to repair my laptop battery or change the battery.When the laptop is being switch off it's battery is being discharge automatically.So I have issue about battery discharging complaint.

          After using of 2 month the touch of the pH. Is not working well. When I reached their customer service center they told me for changing the touch. But that time touch is not available but they told me that after 2-3 days touch will be available in our centre when I called they said yes ur touch is available hai then I go to service centre for changing that Time they said touch is not available.. The wrong commitment they do.. Then they told me we will arrange in 2 days then we call you but their is no call after 2 days j call again they told me it take 2 more days.. Wat t the hell is this.. They are doing.. In their raj Nagar ghaZiabad service centrr in this process I was wasted my 9 days till now..

                I registered a complaint in lenovo for my laptop not getting charged (Brought 2 months before) . But in the meanwhile i continued using my laptop by exchanging battery with my friend . This statement is registered in the complaint .

                The service engineer came the next day and claimed that the motherboard might be the problem and he asked for a day . But after the service the laptop refused to load windows . But i waited hoping i will get a solution . Later i got a call saying motherboard is burned and it is not covered under warranty . But how is it possible for the motherboard problem as i used my laptop before . Also after the service it is not even loading windows . At least leaving at the same spot would have got me working . But it was made worse .

                I called lenovo service, they went on a loop, the call went for one and half hour and after that they just disconnected the phone with still my problem not sorted . Even the engineer while having a conference said the cc to send he motherboard and they will repair it, but cc didn't support that, they argued

                They didn't listen nor gave a reason all they did was just complaining on us and playing the whose fault game .

                I have my end-semester this week and for waiting for a month this is the reply i got . Within 2 months of buying i am supposed to buy a motherboard and get it repaired . And in-spite missing my classes, they just disconnected the phone . Leave about respect, i was denied of even costumer service right .

                  I had purchased levovo k50a40 smartphone through flipkart.com on 8th feb 2016. It screen buttons aren't working from 3rd april after approx two month of purchase.
                  I have made chats with lenovo support through its site lenovo.com. It has been shared that imei detail isn't available with lenovo and also advised to send image of imei and invoice copy to [protected]@lenovo.com. I have sent detail of imei image and invoice copy by mail on 6th april 2016. It has been replied that "lenovo india sppop registration team regret to inform you that as per the imei number mentioned in the invoice copy, we were not able to update the warranty due to a validation error". Lenovo india sppop registration team advised to send details to [protected]@lenovo.com. I haven't receive any appropriate solution after mail.
                  Due un-registered imei number i am unable to take services regarding warranty.
                  Please do the needful for appropriate solution regarding warranty or exchange of mobile set

                    I am facing the problem of overheating as well as the problem of camera . the camera of my cell not gonna working when i open the camera black screen appears and can't snap the picture, so what can i do for that. also it has big issue of battery backup. this phone has less battery backup.. the main problem is network. it not gonna receives the better range while i am living in urban area.. lots of issues with my cell so tell please what i have to do for fixed it.

                            It is very unfortunate to bring it to your kind notice that the speed of Lenovo smart mobile is very slow on 23rd of March 2015 i got the software reloaded in the CSC but after 15 days it starts slowing down the speed .
                            on complaing in the CSC service engineer told that again soft ware is to be reloaded.
                            Kindly i have to do like that again and again aftewr each 15-20 days or there is any other solution of this problem.

                              My phone LENOVO A526 is in the service centre in bangalore for about a month now. I had given it to repair as my phone was showing only lenovo logo and stuck on to that screen. The date of submission was on march 14th, 2016. Initially they told the pcb was having problem. The servie centre never picks the call and we have to personally go to the service centre to know about the status. The floor manager gave his number and we used to enquire through him. The pcb to reach bangalore from delhi took around 3 weeks( lenovo still doesnt know the developments our country has acheived in transportation field). Nevertheless, with much anger, I went to the service centre on April, 1st .they told me to wait for 10 minutes as they were fixing the pcb. After half an hour, i popped my head into their working station and then the terchnician said the speaker is not working while they were fixing the pcb. Told me to wait or come later. I said i will rather wait and waited for another one hour with no response from their side. Again i entered inside and asked why so delay and they gave me some other excuse. He told within two days he will fix and call me. They have ruined my mobile. There is no point waiting and i want a replacement from Lenovo. How can the service companies be so imcompetent and careless. They have no value for the time of the consumers. My imei no is [protected].The service centre is HCL bangalore.

                                        I have purchased Lenovo Ideapad 500 15ISK, i5 8gb ram 4 gb graphics laptop on 17th of march 2016, from Baba computers, pune. From starting camera was not working, After 2- 3 days i got msg that startup menu and cortana stopped working so i was unable to use any feature on laptop so had to reset it, then i thought problem was solved but after that display automatically started to vanish, then i took technical help from micro soft using remote assistance for 5 to 6 times on 28th considering it is software problem but problem is not resolved so then i took my laptop to lenovo service center they did one key recovery which was one 29th but still laptop was working slowly and i took technical help from lenovo they asked me to update bias i did that but nothing happened. I have done everything one key recovery, updating bias, updating build, resetting, installing windows, formatting performing small troubleshoot tasks ... litterly everything within this 15days but had no solution.
                                        My laptop is not working properly since day 1 it is getting forcible shut down, i cannot even work for 1hr straight, it has been 15 days since i bought it that.
                                        It is nothing like i5, it is very slow, if i would have wanted average laptop i would have bought i3 or something else, i spent 55k for a laptop for using it for lifetime not for 7 days or 1 month.
                                        Also shutting forcefully couldn't be software issue. Lenono is saying they do not take any responsibility of software, why is that so, it is software and hardware both i have purchased it from same company
                                        and now i want to refund, but they are not giving me refund or replacement because according to them they have 7 days replacement policy, although i called them within 7 days which is 24th and 25th to seek help but on that day it was holiday so i they didn't have any record.
                                        Lenovo are worst service providers would never recommend it to anyone.
