I have purchased a lenovo vibe shot Z90a40 mobile having IMEI No [protected], [protected] on 10 Jan 2016.On 23rd Apr 2016 my phone stopped working and not powering on thereafter. I have submitted my phone to nearest and only service center in purnea (Silicon computer services)on 25th Apr 2016.Its realy very frustrating and unbelievable that a company of such a big brand and credibility in market providing nothing but dissatisfaction and frustration.After completion of more than one and half month I am not in possession of my phone as the service center guys not yet recieved battery from the company.I have spoken to customer care also but they behave very rude and giving improper response.Even I have mail to [protected]@lenovo.com and got service issue no C[protected] on 31st May 2016.Please help me and guide me to handle this issue as I feel cheated and betrayed by company's service response till date.My warranty period simply lapses as phone held by service center and doing nothing except extending the dates.Now I want my money back rs 24500/- for phone and rs 2734/- for insurance.

kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

    I am from hyderabad, from last one week am trying to find out near by mobile service center details, am contacted many but saying there is no lenovo mobile service center in hyderabad.
    If such case where should i repair my mobile, as there is no service center in prime location it self and it is very bad to hear.

    Without service center why are you selling in hyderabad

      I had purchased my lenovo vibe k4 note (Imei/ serial no. [protected]) through amazon details below

      It was delivered to me on feb 10th 2016, on june 2nd the display blank off (No display).
      I have taken it to lenovo authorize service center "communication solution f 26/4, okhla phase -2 near yahmaha centre new delhi, india" on june 4th 2016 morning the work order number okl/lo/16/00765 created. Front desk person taken the handset and asked me to wait for some time in service center only, my handset was taken inside service center they open the handset checked it out and told me that you have to leave the handset to rectify the problem.
      On june 8th evening i got call from service center stating your handset is tampered and it will be done on chargeable basis when i asked the detail they told me the charging deck is tempered. I told them its new handset and never repaired or open by any other person (Other then you guys), they told me you must have purchased second hand or so.
      They was clueless when i asked i can guarantee you that this handset was not repaired or open earlier by any else, and if it was tempered why are informing me after 5 days, you must have informed me at first place i. E at the time of collecting the handset or when you opened it first time.
      They have no answer.
      This is not fair to customer that you keep his handset do not inform anything at the time of deposit and come back after 5 days and say its tempered, i can also say the same that you guy have kept it for 5 days tempered it, to make the money out of customer pocket.
      If it was tempered they should have informed me at the first place when they checked or at the time of collection.
      Kindly get my handset repaired with in warranty as it was never open or checked other then lenovo authorized service center (Communication solution).

      its been 67 Days my Phone is still with service center. I don't think Lenovo has capability to repair.

      Pl. refund my money or give me a replacement Phone. Shame on Lenovo I have written to Executive Director Service he is very poor in response no fix date by when pone will repair half of you email goes un answer. Lenovo Services are awfully Sick. Pl. do not buy any Lenovo Phone. I am planning to file a case in Consumer court.
      Every where same problem . During the warranty period they will say one or the other reason and charge for Spares and Labor. Very worst Product and worst service. Lenovo is cheating the consumers.
      Paying Rs.10000/ and buying mobile if there is any issue they will say this will not cover the warranty & repair only on chargeable basis. Lenovo is cheating the consumer in the bad way.
      Please don't go for any Lenovo Product. They never respond for any service issue. they try to loot the customer.

        Lenovo never show their warranty term and condition to the customer,
        Before and after registration of adp and other warranty policy.

        My laptop was damage due to accident from out side of operation mode but it is in adp service lenovo is not cover it in their warranty service,

        When i am ask about the reason. Their so support and escalation team send me their term and condition of warranty policy, and say

        We regret the inconvenience caused

        But what can i do in that time my project is not proceeding.
        They are always ask about the entire detail from customer not check from their side but always say during warranty policy i will send the agent to check your laptop but never send,
        Always waist the important time of customer i am facing such problem
        I am not able to repair such part because i am student and due such activity of lenovo service i have lost my money time and project submission in college, they are still not proceeding accidental damage protection but
        Lenovo not cover it according to term and contion

          After using this phone two month it start nerwork & coverage problem. Due to this problem i getting problem bcoz i not get my company call on time and lost money .

              13 days back i have submit my mobile to service center for battery replacement, but no update from service center and lenovo. While chasing lenovo they are telling you need to contact service center only.

              Very bad services and support for mobile, now i am realizing that people are telling why don't buy lenovo mobile.

              Today i am also saying please don't buy lenovo mobile, if you buy then ready to face problem with service & support

                I bought my Lenovo Vibe P1 as soon as it was launched.It was a Pleasent change from my Long History of Nokia Mobiles.
                A week into using this device, i felt intense heat during charging and while using Internet.I considered it to be normal since it has got a large battery and a good performance and a week after that the headphone jack started misbehaving.
                as soon a s i connect my headphones, the volume would adjust by itself, the camery would click pitures on its own, the song changes by itself etc.
                Spending 16k on a lenovo and is this what i get?
                Im a student and Im studying in coimbatore.i had to use this Poor quality device bearing the intense heat and hanging issues since a few weeks i bought this device.
                I have delivered the device in a Lenovo Service centre in Cochin, Kerala now.I would like to have an explanation about this from your side.I took two days leave from my schedules just to give my phone for servicing and i dont even have a back up phone right now.
                And your well equipped service centre guys cannot even provide us with a back up option for our files which means all the files in my phone will be lost because of YOUR MISTAKE.
                the people at service centre said they'll replace the board and return the device.
                Here's my stand on this issue:
                1.I Paid my hard earned 16k Rupees on a lenovo Vibe P1, not to get a poor quality device and walk in and out of your service centre every week.
                2.There are two options for you guys, Either Replace my Device with a new one or Refund the amount.
                I have lost my contacts and files because of your carelessness and i cant bear the losses of spending 16k on a poor quality device.
                will send a copy of the Service statement if required.

                  Worst service by Lenovo customer support.

                  I raised an incident on January for my laptop which I bought in the same month for the battery issue.

                  The battery percentage comes from 55% to 6$ directly and its getting turned off, I reached the lenovo support center and raised an incident regarding this.
                  The continuously asked for a screen shot by sending different links. I sent them the battery report bios report and they told that the laptop battery is fine.

                  Then they closed the incident. Again I reached the support team to get the status they told that it was closed I told that the issue is not yet fixed, Another specialist told that he will be sending a tech to check that no one came, Another person last week told will check your laptop on Monday thats it over . I dont know what the ----- they doing there and I dont for what there is a person in the name of escalation team manager.

                  Now you can close the incident by mentioning that we dont know how to provide a solution for that.

                    I am without a handset for the last 2 months & you have taken things too lightly & for granted.

                    Hopeless & pathetic...
                    Highly disgraceful company & employees...

                    It seems you all have given this issue a deaf ear & i being a customer is suffering without a handset for the last 2.5 months.

                      Around july 2015 the touch screen was not responding at times and by end of july it stopped fully. I took my mobile to the only service center available in gandhidham (Kutch)- gujarat state, v-link. They checked my mobile and said since its in warranty period we need to send the mobile to factory and get the touch screen replaced. After 22 days i got my mobile back repaired. I had asked them about the authencity of the replaced touch screen and that i should have some written document for any future reference. I was denied any paper related to replacement and they even took the reciept they had given me against my mobile repair. I was told that whenever you have any issue just bring it down to our center and all your previous records can be retrived through your imei number saved with us.
                      Anyways after carrying away my mobile with replaced touch screen i was shocked to see again that the touch screen was not working and this was just 2 months after the replacement. Since i was out stationed at that time and giving out mobile would be trouble for me to recollect, hence waited to get back to gandhidham and approach the same worst service center (V-link).In between i had to travel to usa and so got myself a new mobile to continue with my work uninterrupted. Today i had been to the service center and told them my problem with the mobile and that i have hardly used the mobile properly without any issue for just 4 to 5 month out of the whole 1.2 years from purchase date and in between got the touch screen changed which again is included in the 4 to 5 months o[censored]sage. I was surprised to get there response that they do not entertain such type of cases and that the replaced touch screen is from factory and they don't have any warranty above 1 months. If you want to get this work done you have to pay. I asked them for the previous documents of replacement and they denied to give anything. They said that they don't keep such things with them and all that is has been send to lenovo factory.
                      Does the replaced part have warranty of 1 month only. On what basis should i get the touch screen replaced (@ 3600/-) again for the second time. How would i be assured that this will work and what if again this get bad within 2 months and simply the service center people will say that they only give warranty for 1 month.

                        I have submitted the lenovo k4 smartphone to lenovo authorized service center locatedwith the address shop name : sri sai cells, double road, indiranagar 2nd stage, bangalore, karnataka, india on 27th may 2016 still this device is not repaired and service center agent is not responding properly and mainly cheating the customer day by day by postponing the mobile repair.

                          I purchased lenovo k3 note 7 month ago and it is causing problem. from last month i am facing that phone automatically run, open apps automatically even without touching. after the doing restart phone behave same way.

                          Screen touch does work at one vertical side in phone.

                          Facing battery problem and heating problem too

                            Lenovo team,

                            At initial time smartphone was user friendly.

                            But, now we are facing more problems that we wouldn't use my smartphone for my day today activities.

                            Some of the issue are listed below:
                            Bottom left & right button are not working
                            After navigate to contacts, if i touch on dailer, no action is performed
                            After navigate to contacts, if i touch on contact, no actions is performed.
                            After navigate to gallery to view image, if i want to delete image, no actions is performed.
                            Sometime, keypad numbers are not working
                            Keypad special character are missing. So wouldn't type special character like '@' when it's required.
                            After navigate to setting-about phone. After that if i press on about phone no actions is performed.
                            As discussed with lenovo show room: t-n agar, their observation says that issue with "bottom touch not working" & "touch problem". For clarity, refer attachment.

                            Complaint date: 7th june 2016.

                            We suggested them to provide us the new product: lenovo vibe p1. But, they refuse us to provide new product. However, they provide us service only. The product will deliver within minimum 20 days.

                            This would be the great problem for us to wait so long to get it service. We are not happy with your service. Since, we are escalating to higher official.

                            Delegate, please look into this issue on high priority basis.

                            Lenovo technical team, stop your service. We need only new product/ return my money

                            Note:
                            We do not have backup of the mobile. How do we go manage without it? As we know very well technology is growing. Since, without technology how would we manage for 20 business days. Stop your service. We need only new product within two business days/ return my money

                                I bought a lenovo k3 note smartphone from flipkart on march 2016, due to some bad performance i requested a return. Flipkart got me a replacement after 15 days. Now again problems related to home button, back button and the recent task button started to occur. I contacted the lenovo support, they told me to get it to the nearest service center. When i googled for it, i came to know that there is only one service center which is located in indiranagar, bangalore.
                                I read it in customer feedbacks that the service quality of that service center is worst. Many say they went there with one problem in there device, the problems were fixed but new ones started to show up. I even tried reaching them many times but they never picked my call. Buying a smartphone itself is a ver big deal for some in that too problems starts to occur. Why should i risk my phone by going to that service center. I need a door service for my smartphone. The phone is under warranty so the service guy shouldn't charge.

                                    As i brought this mobile phone from flipkart since 3 months back.
                                    This is not getting network in both two sims. I really feel bad that new mobile phone is not working within 3 months & i contact to your customer care[protected] they have given me 1 address in begumpet chikoti garden & that service center does not want to take this mobile as he is telling that lenovo center have been shifted to other place.                                       Ince long time my complaint is pending, i would like to know your tat of customer complaint??


                                      I'm facing heating problem with lenovo vibe k5 plus since received in with in hour not using since than.. Phone get more heat and scared to use. Its really annoying. I bought this phone my daily and paid money not keeping at home, i paid you not using the mobile not booked for more heating phone. I loosing your reputation on customer trust commitment due to this complaint in a hour given to your tool free number, pls check status.. What use to all your customer trust commitments and advertisement??? If you given fake commitment this will go long time... Wake up and solve my complaint which is more than a month action pending your side,,
                                      Now i thing if you not response i am going to consumer court..

                                      I am maximum in travelling so i don't have time to foll up with you daily basis, do exchange model or refund on immediately.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have purchased lenovo k3 note on 28/05/2016, with imei [protected]. My expectation with purchase is only of high configuration particularly it’s camera of total 13 mpic. But, finally what it is giving me is a bad quality pic’s of 13 years old market configuration.

                                        In the first two days after the purchase, the pics were really good. On the second day, the mobile display started vibrating / flickering. I have submitted mobile to the service centre (Indiranagar) for this issue and they replaced part (The nearest service centre was 25km and in bangalore city hardly 1 or 3 smart phone service centre are there).

                                        After this visit flickering stopped but pics quality came down to very bad. On 03/06, i again submitted my mobile to service centre for this issue. They were just convincing the camera is working properly. I have explained @ the image taken and told, wrt to this configuration the images quality is not acceptable and initially the quality was better. They have taken for servicing and return me back in the next day evening.

                                        Even after this 2nd servicing, nothing improves to come back snaps to the original quality. A totally bad servicing, bad parts sold. I didn’t have time to visit the service centre again and again. Going to service centre leaving my office for 1 hr going forwardly and totally giving 2.5 hrs per visit is a not acceptable absence and the servicing people are playing like anything with a bad service.

                                        Let me demonstrate the camera pics: 4 pics after the2nd servicing to demonstrate the bad quality of the pic’s coming, with an expectation of this as 8 mpix camera rear.

                                        Pics taken from the camera are attached and issue description/explanation is provided below.
                                        1. In 1st pic, in the next 10 feet what all the written on board and clarity is not readable.
                                        2. Inside the room, the clarity of watch taken from near is not visible properly.
                                        3. Night image taken in light + flash, doesn’t resolve the proper color of the walls and stairs.
                                        4. Zoom totally leads to a very bad quality pic. Mentioned image 4 is a zoom of 3. It resulted in totally blurred dots, which are not present on the wall, when the pic is taken from very near.
