I am Saiyam Sanghvi From Mumbai, India.My mobile number is [protected]. I took lenovo a326 phone from zoop mobile, Charni Road on 23rd april, 2015 and a part of a phone was not working so i gave it in a lenovo repairing centre at this address :-TODAY TELECOM, shop no.9 &10, Padmavati Darshan, near deepak cinema, Lower Parel, Mumbai-400013.They said it will get repaired in 3 days at the cost rs 950 and i agreed. I called them after 3 days he said more 2 days and Today 22nd April he calls me and says it cannot be repaired. If a Lenovo center cannot repair its phone, then where should i go Sir? Tomorrow, 23rd April is the last day of warranty and it would be your kind request that You see to it that mine phone gets repaired or you provide me a new phone or pay the money back.

    I buy lenovo vibe k4 note before 20 days. The touch response is very fast and sensitive. But when i attached phone to charger then touch sensitivity is bad n response is late. As compare to when the phone is disconnect from charger. It's seems that i have to press very hard on screen to touch the screen
    I don't know whether it's only problem of my handset or model
    Can u please register my complaint?

        Gave my moto x play to x plus communication - trichy (Tamil nadu)on december 4th 2015.

        Still now there is no proper response from the service center. Contact your customer care and registered n number of times complaint through mail, web chating and calling your toll free number.
        Still i don't know the status of my handset.( five months completed)

        Can any body help me regarding this.

          This is the biggest mistake I ever made. I bought Lenovo A7000 and suggested my relatives also to buy it. Now all our mobiles are burning if we start using for few minutes. We are always scared as it even make heat wounds in hand. Some suggested me to do system upgrade which comes automatically but problem is already OS occupied 3.5 GB, very few Apps I have. No games in my mobile dye to space issue. I have 32GB memory card but no apps would be moved to it as all are inbuilt apps which stay in my phone memory and kill the space. Maximum phone memory I can clean up is 600mb but system upgrade needs 1 GB. Lenovo is the worst ever mobile I have ever came across in my life. It sucks my blood like a leech worm causing memory issues and over heating issues. Lenovo must fix this. This is just 9 months old Mobile. Feeling like using a crappy Mobile in the world.

            I bought the lenovo yoga in oct2014. I wanted my warranty extended as i was not in country aimce then till 2016 feb. My warranty was extended on payment.
            There are so many natural issues in laptop-
            1. One usb port is not insertable
            2. Other usb port is loose contact
            3. Charging not happening recently.
            4. Hash+c not working.

            Service centre people conveniwntlty rejected.Customer care making fool o[censored]s by first asking us to make a video and then saying the same thing.

            How can you conveniently say things are under adp. My warranty extended was exactly the same as told to me.
            This is sheer cheating.
            Such a costly laptop and such awful service.

            Specific complaints for asma customer rep and luxmi nagar service centre.

            I need my money back. Replace my laptop!

              I had brought this phone on 18-feb 2016, after some week give me some problem, like slow speed, hang, camera related problem, etc. I went to to customer care office in jalandhar, they had done nothing to my phn, only updated my phn which I had already done.after that it's work good but only for 2-3 hrs.again it's start giving same problem.
              So it's my request that plz slove my case as soon as possible.

              List of problem.
              1.slow speed
              2.automatically contect delete.
              3. Hang for some time
              4. Camera is not clear.

                  Lenovo — Lenovo k3 note Wifi Problem

                  Guys, after upgradation to marshmallow in k3 note, there is a problem arise of wifi, it just dropeout every minute like connect for 1-2 second and then automatic disconnect..

                    Its really pathetic to inform that I bought your phone-VIBE shot after a much hype despite opposition from my friends.
                    It was bought in jan and now its just been 3 months and my phone mother board has got damaged and now i hv been told that the sensor has also got damaged. And that they dont have parts and it will take time.. It has been abour 20-25 days since I submitted my phone at Nehruplace...your authorised service station.

                    My question is,
                    1.is your phone so bad that within 3 months it will get damaged.
                    2. Is your service so poor that it takes so much time for even a brand new phone
                    3. Is there someone senior to take stock of this pathetic product and service and look at better option of either proviing a New phone to me or return my money...

                    My family is very pissed off and is asking me to change the phone for something better...

                    But i am speechless in absence of a concrete decision by your company.

                        Sir,
                        I'm using lenovo vibe k5 plus. From past 2 weeks i'm facing ringtone sound issue.
                        Even with the highest volume of ringtone, the sound comes very low. Then if i restart the phone, for some hours the issue is resolved but then again this problem starts. Whenever i got a call, i'm unable to get notification of call due to low voice of ringtone even at highest ringtone level in settings.

                        Please help me to resolve this issue.

                          I purchased mobile of lenovo before 8 month a600 but its softwer
                          Showing some problem, i took it near lenovo service center he told me
                          Its need to change mother board and its now under warranty period.
                          That service center name ...Lenovo care, back side of
                          Badambadi.Cuttack, odisha, india. I gave to that service center my
                          Mobile on 2.4.2016 he told me you came after 7 days your mobile wiil
                          Repair.Then i came after 7 days he told me not repair you come
                          10.04.2016 then i came but again he told me you come 13.04.16 when i
                          Call on 13.04.16 he told me now not repair you call 16.04.16 when i
                          Call 16.04.16 now he told menot repair yet you call 20.0416. I just
                          Asking you is this your service center? Only one mother board change
                          For need a 20 days.Waht is this sir? And service center parson
                          Behavior is very bad.In 20 days i facing too much problem without
                          Mobile.So i request to you please take action against that service
                          Center.And give to order to service center repair my mobile without
                          Delay any single moment.

                              I had buy a7000 model of lenovo from flipkart on 22/04/2015.
                              Recently on 04/04/2016 on my mobile, there is yellow patch, i visited their kalyan gallery on 06/04/2016, they checked my mobile and said it will not cover under warranty. I called their customer care, personnel say service station owner will mail the pic of cellphone then we will decide whether its covered under warranty or not.
                              So again i visited gallery on 12/04/2016 in evening, owner of gallery told me that he mailed the pic. I come to knew after calling that to customer care no email recd. Again i visited on 13/04/2016, then owner of gallery said you have to submit the phone and come after one month but my question is when they checked my mobile on 06/04/2016, why i would submit again with them and only thing is they have to mail the pic but they are not, pls resolve my query, as i want to take strict action against the service provider & lenovo official

                                    Hi, i bought my lenovo laptop g5070 in october 2014. Soon after i bought the laptop i started facing some keyboard issues. I did not use my laptop much initially, so got to know about the problem only in around march, april 2015.
                                    The problem was that after few minutes of my using the laptop, the keys would start behaving abnormally. If i press 'a', the entire thing would get selected (Ctrl+a), and some randow windows would start opening.
                                    So i talked to lenovo support, they asked about the full description for some 4-5 times and then asked me to reboot the laptop and apply some tactics. I asked them to pick my laptop as the service centre was quite far but they said that only after i have followed their instructions thoroughly and checked it by myself and that they are assured that there is actually some issue with my laptop, that they can come to pick it.
                                    The warranty on my laptop would expire in october 2015, so i decided to give my laptop to the service centre guys in person. The service centre near kemp fort mall, bangalore. They kept my laptop for a few days and then said that the os was corrupt. They will get me the windows 8.1 os (Genuine) when we give them 2000 rupees. I decided to take my laptop to my home town instead and there i got to know that the keyboard was faulty. By this time my warranty period had expired and i had deleted my genuine os because of the service centre guys.
                                    So i had to buy new keyboard after which my laptop is working well.
                                    This was sheer negligence

                                    Its showing lots of issues, the time its showing is changing many times a day
                                    moreover, the apps are getting closed after every call i make.

                                      I purchased lenovo k3 mobile through flipcart online vide invoice number del[protected] dtd. 06.09.2015 product no.Handset/vl43255/lenovo imei number [protected] and [protected] .
                                      It has started the following problem from last 10 days .
                                      1. Set is heating.
                                      2. The battery discharging
                                      3.The battery is charging on mobile se off condition but not charging at on condition.
                                      To day i contacted in your authorized service center at "hcl service ltd, 7 khairu place, kolkata-700072 and given mobile set for testing and rectification the problem as it is under guarantee. The customer information slip is attached for your ready reference. The mobile st tested physically in my presence and found correct.Than your technician taken it for repairing and told me come after four hours.I asked the job card receipt but they told me that the job card will be given only on payment of rs. 401/- sir, it is under guarantee and demanding me money for making job card is against the contract .
                                      Than i decided to wait in waiting hall at service center.After few time the security guard came and call me.Your technician replied that the charging port is liquid damage and 48 % k3 note gives the heating problem which can not rectify so it does not cover under guarantee and service will be chargeable.
                                      I told him that the set was open in my presence and no liquid was found. Set is in working condition and only problem is not to charging in on condition while charging in off condition .Even he failed to show me water contents.I written on the report that "no liquid shown by the technician.It is totally false report and they deny the maintenance."
                                      Sir your service center is cheating the costumer and i saw there in most of the case your service center representative denied to work under guarantee and blame on e customer about liquid damage and try to charge money.
                                      Sir kindly take necessary action at once as this cheating is not only harassing the customer and breaching the guarantee clause and trust of costumer but it is also bad name of company.
                                      Therefore it is requested that kindly take immediate step for replacement of mobile set or rectification the defect as i am facing much problem due to non proper utilization of mobile set and my work is suffering.And also take the action against staff who is making false report and giving bad name to lenovo and its service center.

                                        It has been just a month since i am using new phone and in the very start only i kept getting issues.
                                        list of problems:
                                        1)Contact manager keeps hanging for endless time and depends on its mood when it becomes ready for use.
                                        2)Overall, Phone has started hanging and black screen is what i am seeing often.
                                        3)Heating issues are a big problem.it is difficult for me to talk to anyone on call as i can't keep the phone close to my ear due to overheated handset.I feel the risk that it might burst any moment.
                                        4) Sim which is on roaming is shown sometimes on roaming and sometimes not .
                                        5)Internal memory is less as half of it is filled by the phone's pre-installed apps.

                                        Basic features of phone are problematic in this phone and it is sad to say that the company is not responding to the complaints. If no action is to be taken by the company the phone should be banned and replaced so that the innocent users are not fooled by the company.

                                        Basic features are a problem then how can the phone top the list of best phones of the year in so many websites.
                                        My mobile is not charging during powered in conditions but it will charged while shutting down and it is a new mobile I bought it on march 18 it has not complete one month also it was not charged during switched on condition but it will charged during switch off condition with this problem we are so hesitating to buy amobile
