I have buy a lenovo k3 note at chennai in online booking before 2 months. The note display is not good now. So that i gave the note to tirupati lenovo service center in 06.06.2016. Job sheet no: 6136. They are giving relevant response to our problem. And also they are not repaired our piece since today. If i ask for it, they are not giving good reply. Please give instructions to your service center to make my piece good and give it to me fastly.

I purchased lenovo vibe p1m online from flipkart and its imei no - [protected], its having problem with sim network issue, network gone issue, top side mobile sense not good, touch sense goes and come, also issue of night vision camera not proper.

From that it is in service station itself, very bad experience.

Now also in service station.

- Phone is given for repair in service center located in Laxmi enclave Surat on date 28/05/2016.

They told me that motherboard needs to be changed so it will take 15 days maximum. After 15 days they told me that motherboard is changed but volume keys are not working with new motherboard. They told me that it will get done within two days. Again I went there after two days and they told me that volume keys are not available so it will take 7 more days. And now after 7 days the issue is still the same. Don't know what is going on here.

This is disgusting. If you can not repair the mobile within given amount of time, why are you guys giving such dates.

I need immediate solution for this and otherwise I will complain about this in Consumer court.

When double to wake option is enabled, sometimes when tried to double tap the phone is hanging even it is very difficult to switch off/ reboot the phone. The screen is continuously going off and on. It is almost impossible to open the screenat that time. Please try to resolve the issue or try to send an update for the bug fix if it is a software problem. Thanking you in advace.

I i brought lenovo moto g4 plus from amazon. After purchase when i'm using it, after using camera for 5 minutes it's too much heated and when using turbo charger to charge my mobile it's also heated too much. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Cause it's not possible to use this kind of hated the mobile. Do something about this problem.

I am purchasing the lenovo k3 note smart phone on dt.[protected], but some problem are facing at the time. Main problem is cell not connect to range of service providers. Submitting the services center at amravati dist maharashtra state no clarification at services center they are refund as it is my cell.
O i request to you please s oval the problem of my cell because also this is on warranty period.

I am downloaded tata sky mobile app, when i open live tv on a6000+, so it is showing you are connected to external display, i called to tata sky customers care, they said me your mobile have a two display, so the live tv is not playing, please fix this problem.and also saying no internet is available, while i am using 4g, 3g or wifi.

I were facing the touch screen problem in my mobile (Model no lenovo k3 note; purchased on 28th nov’2015). As per document my mobile is under warranty.
I submitted my mobile to syscomp electra service center, barrackpore west bengal on 07 july 2016 for rectification. They told me that due to long time holding, nearby ear has caused the liquid damage and i totally disagree with them.

I have ordered lenovo zuke z1 - b01ddp7us8 vide invoice number ka-blr[protected], order id[protected] on dated[protected] and the same has been received within the delivery date but from 15/06/2016 it is showing network error and while checking with the lenovo service center they told there is the mother board issue in the phone. It is only 20 days and i am facing the issue.
Request you to please replace my phone with the new one of the same model.

I purchased lenovo k3 note on 14.11.2015 from paragon mobile shop at udaipur, after using this phone one week it start network, hanging, battery backup is getting very less (Sudden battery shows low) & coverage problem. Due to this problem i getting problem because i am not getting my company call on time.
In first month 2-3 times give to service center and they did format and update my mobile and told me that problem will solved, but still problem continue. This my first mail to you.
After formatting and updating my phone still i am facing above problem. For battery problem they replaced my battery after replacing battery also problem not solved.
Due to hanging problem i am not able to send sms to my office persons, while typing sms it will take long time and while i want to edit some sms then it will take long time means 1-1 letter to be deleted then its possible so it will take long time for editing message.
Some time clock also getting hang one place top right corner clock getting hang and time shows stuck, due to this problem i am faced lot of time problem while going office or other work. Some screen shoots is attached for your kind reference.
In current months i format my mobile hand set 2-3 time due to hanging problem but still problem not resolved.
This mobile is on my company name due to buy in company policy, i request to you kindly solve this problem and make faith in lenovo brand.
Please treat this matter is serious.

i was purchased above phone. when it has lollipop version, so it has work properly and smother. but after upgraded to marshmallow version it became slower than other phones and facing many problem to use it. many apps does not working properly and hardware problem like heating, hanging, network problem, wifi speed goes slower than normal. it seems that i made a big mistake to upgrade it.
I really work hard on net surf to resolve my problem but i got nothing about it or a little bit information I got. I contacted to Lenovo Service Center in Meerut (Uttar pradesh, India) but problem is being same. they said to me there is no downgrade version available from the company.
I requested you please reslove my problem and i m sour that others also wanted to do this. i will very thankful to you if you please available the downgrade version.

I bought lenovo vibe shot online and got i deliverd till 30 th april.
Soon started facing problem like over heating handset.
After 1 and half month o[censored]se the display blanked out for unknown reason.
I went to lenovo service center at thane, krishna electronics on 31/5/2016. I have still not got my phone repaired. They say that they have no received the parts yet from the company.
I have followed up with them around 6 to 7 time and i have got same response.
Lenovo has poor customer service.
Their product is not at all as good as they show. False representation.
Pls help me out so i get my phne as soon as possible.

I purchased a Lenovo Flex2 14 laptop from Pune Lenovo Exclusive shop. The dealer said the laptop comes with FHD screen, among other config.

On checking after buying, the laptop is only HD.

On communicating with Lenovo service director and other customer representatives, they guided for talking to the dealer for replacement / refund.

Now after 2 weeks of followup, neither the dealer nor the Lenovo care is responding.

I have written to all customer care emails available on their website... where do I write further for resolution?

I purchased lenovo a6000+ from flipkart, its warranty completes on this month (May/28/2016), i have a problem in mobile touch some place not work on[protected], i consult lenovo service center (Rk solution, kurnool) they can solved. After next day its over heating and slowly occurred a dispaly dark problem in my mobile again i consult lenovo service center but lenovo changed another service center. They collecting my mobile and given a receipt of mobile present problem states and said that we will change with in one week. After one week i consult (Anwar comunication, kurnool, andhra pradesh) they told me lenovo company not given display to you in warranty mode and collect mobile from our center or pay us rs. 3500/-. I am asking y not changing my display. They r not given answer and in receipt also not mention of any 10 digits service number for online repair checkup. No damage in my mobile, in service center also clearly mention as physicly no problem. I am reading so many comments about lenovo mobiles and their cheating activities. Who can stops this type of cheating. After that soo many coments y govt. Offices not taken actions on them. I kindly requested pls solve my problem as soon as possible. Lenovo K3 note smartphone has touch related issues for almost all the products. Even customer care centers agreeing that. When i went for Lenovo service center, they are not accepting my mobile service under warranty for touch problem even my mobile is under warranty period. They are telling that there are some water marks in the board it seems.. They are telling even this water marks is not the reason for touch issue they cannot accept the mobile under warranty.

They are telling Lenovo company will not accept this..
I am not getting whether problem with lenovo or with the service centers.

I went to service center 3 months back for the same touch issue. that time the service center accepted my mobile under warranty. But i have not given the mobile that time, because they said it will take 15 days

So, consider my request.

I was buy a moble lenovo p70 at 1 - sep -215. That is under warrenty.. But, before two days, my mobile is damage. Because of seepage of battery fluid... When i had go to simran electronic (Lenovo service center). Than, head of simran electronic is demanding for 1500/- as a bribery. When i did not give money. I have lenovo k4 note mobile hand set purchased 3 month ago...last month company provide update of marshmallow 6.0 and for that i visited lenovo service centre instead of official marshmallow they installed S200_160309_ROW and this version is not running properly..the official upadate which lenovo is providing and u can update by your own is of 1.6 gb data with build number a7010a48_S214_160527_Row.I have visited lenovo service centre 5 time and every time they kept my set for 2 days and done my handset hard reset .I have facing so much of problem with this marshmallow .please help me out of this.

My lenovo A7000-a IN 8G BL not serviced in Calicut service centre.compaint is touch side scratch.they refused to service it.they said that the product is out of warranty and asked to pay 4500 rupees for servicing the complaint.this is cheering.my phone is under warranty period.pls enquire and solve this issue.
