I had brought this phone on 18-feb 2016, after some week give me some problem, like slow speed, hang, camera related problem, etc. I went to to customer care office in jalandhar, they had done nothing to my phn, only updated my phn which I had already done.after that it's work good but only for 2-3 hrs.again it's start giving same problem.
So it's my request that plz slove my case as soon as possible.

I'm using lenovo vibe k5 plus. From past 2 weeks i'm facing ringtone sound issue.
Even with the highest volume of ringtone, the sound comes very low. Then if i restart the phone, for some hours the issue is resolved but then again this problem starts. Whenever i got a call, i'm unable to get notification of call due to low voice of ringtone even at highest ringtone level in settings.

Please help me to resolve...

I had buy a7000 model of lenovo from flipkart on 22/04/2015.
Recently on 04/04/2016 on my mobile, there is yellow patch, i visited their kalyan gallery on 06/04/2016, they checked my mobile and said it will not cover under warranty. I called their customer care, personnel say service station owner will mail the pic of cellphone then we will decide whether its covered under warranty or not.
So again i visited gallery on 12/04/2016...

My phone is not getting charged, i am facing this problem since last month in between i found some random solution but again it's not getting charged if it is charging then battery percent doesn't increases. Hi, i bought my lenovo laptop g5070 in october 2014. Soon after i bought the laptop i started facing some keyboard issues. I did not use my laptop much initially, so got to know about the problem only in around march, april 2015.

I have already complain in regards to this about my phone over heating being advice to update the software, was updated to latest version apart from that on saturday 9th of april 2016 i visit your service center in asansol . i was waited there for 3 - 4 hrs for a solution after engineer work on phone he said i have updated my software again i start using phone once again its still getting over heat
