I bought it form the shop named king of mobile shenoy center, fort road kannur 1 on 25th march 2016 in use it only for two or three weeks it was damaged by overheat i went to service center on april 16, 2016 they kept it for one week n said no warranty was available the thing is that they register the complaint only on 22/04/2016 they asked the repairing charge rs 3500 for it what a foolish talk they did the phone have one year warranty so i want to replace the phone or avail the warranty for the phone otherwise i will sent a complaint to the consumer court for justice.

Very bad mobile Lenovo a7000 It is getting too heat and damaged my ear.
Dear sir, I bought lenevo a1000g which costed me 9000 but they are charging 10700 for repairing.How is this possible.They are charging 4700 for touch which is broken and 6000 for tablet which hangs on lenevo.
I purchase lenovo k3 note from flipcart on[protected] there heating issu when i switch on the cemera and internet.
Dolby atmos is not working on k4 note... Everytime i open dolby atmos..it shows "Dolby Atmos is not working" ...it also show "try to resolve" option to clear data...i tried clear data option...but still it doesnt work...
I am using Lenovo a7000 mobile it is getting too heat please exchange my mobile.
I submitted my phone on 29th december 2015 and was told to receive in a week but till now i didn't got

I own Lenovo k900 mobile phone.this phone cannot have Gujarati font of the massage sent in Gujarati.
I request you to guide me to resolve it...otherwise I have to rethink o[censored]sing gazette.
Since so many years I am using Lenovo laptop and mobile handset.being Gujarati I should be able to communicate in my mother tongue

    I was purchased a mobile lenovo 6000 plus on[protected] through flipkart but now within warranty period mobile display is not working. As earlier two time also this set is not working properly due to hanging problem that time i took at authorized service center (City center, jaipur).

    Now this time again it having a touch screen problem. I meet with your local authorized service center located at janakpuri district center delhi but your representative told me that mobile touch screen is not covered under warranty and he was told that it will take 3500 rs (For touch screen) to repair. So kindly suggest me now what to do because my mobile is in warranty period.

They assured me that they would get back me on or before 02.05.16. But today it is 17.05.16, I am sorry to say I have not got back my phone yet.
      Kindly look into the matters seriously. So I can get back my phone immedietly.

        I have purchased Lenovo mobile model A 7000 on 19/06/2015 from flipkart.com. Mobile serial no. [protected]. Six months ago there was a problem with the touch screen of the phone which was not working for which i had taken the phone to lenovo service centre in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. They took one month to repair and hand it back to me. Again the touch screen is not working properly and so i went to your service centre but they refused to repair it under warranty period and asked me Rs 4600 for repairing the same. I want an urgent reply to this complaint as soon as possible as to what would you do to solve this problem now because i found your service inefficient.           I buy my phone two months ago. due to received frequently notification from lenovo update, I upgrade myphone to lollipop version. once upgraded, my device become slow, camera motion slow and there are much error in my phone. Why do you release an update with a lot of error and lacks...??????????? I will tell everybody that lenovo is a very very bad device..!!!

              All the K3 note Mobiles should be recalled from the customers
              i am facing Touch Problem and it hangs some time, it is in grantee Period but mobile company, the company reject it to repair.

              i take a survey of K3 note mobile users, maximum of them are facing touch problem, its touch is of very low grade quality, so i am saying that the company has to recall all its K3 note mobiles from india.

                The customer service facility is very very poor.I bought my phone in the last week of jan. It was working well for past 3 months until this week when my phone suddenly got switched off and was not getting back on.I went to the customer care center, i.E in hyderabad (Sri vinayaka electronics, abids) and submitted the phone.My reference no. Is 30078.They said they will do servicing and let me know about the issue in 2 days.But they didn't called or text me anything and in return i only called and asked them. Some lady on the front desk says motherboard has to be replaced since its not getting powered on.I inquired more about the issue, but she doesn't know much and also when i asked for someone who can answer my queries, she always says that they are all busy noone else can talk to me.I didn't liked her attitude.
                Also i wonder, my phone is just 3 months old how can there be any issues with its motherboard, as i don't use it so much for playing games or calls handling, i just use it for listening music and for some chat apps.With 3 gb ram that much use wouldn't be putting much load to the phone that my motherboard will crash.These customer service people says the same (Motherboard needs to be replaced) to everybody it seems, even if there is some other issue.They don't inspect much i think.If a new phone is also having motherboard issues then they should replace the complete set only instead of its part.Very much frustrated with their service.!!!

                  Shut down problem in lenovo Y50-70 laptop while charging .Lenovo y 50-70 is a worst laptop.Not a worth for money.The shut down happened while charging the laptop Y50 but it does not shuts down in battery back up and in BIOS mode. This is due to hardware problem in mother board or the DC in cable in the laptop .The laptop is brand new and the hardware issue raised in the laptop.So this laptop has hardware issues

                    I buy a mobile phone on last oct 2015 online @amazon.
                    My mobile is over heating, I have register a complaints and cc told me to upgrade android OS, But after that also the same problem persist.
                    Two week before my screen shows some line i call customer care to[protected] but that number shows invalid. Now i keep on calling and check near center they said display is failure please replace it.
                    My phone is warranty i need to replace my touch screen..
                    but i was making call to lenovo team they give number which are not valid
                    and no response
                    they just ignore smart phone complaints option

                    No proper channel to register complaints.

                    But no response.
                    Let me guide regards this.

                      I have purchased a smartphone lenovo vibe p1” through flipkart on 13.11.2015. After few months following problem arising in my handset:

                      1) touch not working
                      2) ringer speaker & main speaker both were not working properly
                      3) hanging problem in handset
                      4) heating of screen while using camera

                      Last to last friday(22/04/2016) i visited service centre “technocare” janakpuri & submitted my handset to ms. Jyoti(Representative at reception) & she told me that in approx. One week my handset will be ok. Now more than 14 days has been over. I haven’t received any call for status of my handset. & i also not received my handset yet

                      I am facing many problems in daily routines due to not having my smartphone.

                      “technocare” janakpuri (Authorised service centre of lenovo) told me that "jaha complaint karni hai kar do".

                      Very bad service of lenovo company.

                        I had purchased a laptop of g50-70 model last year. A few days back when I started the laptop, I noticed a think black line through the middle of the screen towards the left. After a few days the line became thicker and longer. I took it to authorized service center Hitech Infor, matics in cochin and they told that the LDC leak is not covered in warranty. Then we calle d the toll free number an dthey too told that this wll be covered under Accident Damage Plan warranty only whereas we have a normal warranty. When no accident has occurred and the screen got damaged by itself with no external intervention, how can this be covered under ADP. this is clearly manufacturing defect and needs to be covered by the normal warranty which they are refusing. What is the use of providing warranty when you dont provide the services to the customer.

                            I m using lenovo laptop, from day one i am getting issues. First my DVD writer was not working when i used it for first time.Second afer couple of month my LAN port got faulty.Now very recent i got burning smell from laptop.i went to laptop service centre and after one week they told me there is water log in my laptop. it was silly excuse i ever got from a reputed firm///

                            i got some pic and found one of the IC placed behind lan port is burnt..if it is case of water log, there some more damaged should occured.

                            seriously, in first two cases they didn't have any chance to say NO to repair in free warranty but this time in warranty also they are trying to get an excuse that this is not covered in warranty bcoz of there silly excuse.


                            seriously it is suffering to me a lot

                            this laptop belong to my office and i am going to responsible for this.

                                I purchase Lenovo a6000 plus in July 2015. its running normally for 4-5 month after that mobile get stated heating and it is that much extend we can’t bear that in pocket. Skin feeling like something hot material put on the skin and battery drain immediately.
                                after this issue i visited Lenovo service center bharuch he just format the mobile and given bake return and few days its running normally but after some days problem remains same unbearable heating of mobile and again given to service center and he is replaced the mother board and change my IMEI No. for changing of mother board it was take 25 days for replacement.
                                And I visited 4-5 times to Lenovo service center every time we have to visit twice for the one issue.
                                Service center representative not entertain the issue properly and very time take for preparing the job card for service. and this time he is not preparing the job card just take it with him and try for formatting the mobile and already two days taken for this still not return the mobile.
                                Finally I decide to prepare a job card for service and he is trying to preparing but that shows the mobile is out of warranty service then I called to Lenovo service center but he is not given satisfactory answer to me he says that you have to again visit service center and call with him regarding issue. He was thinking we are free to do this type of silly work every time coz I visited lots of times but no outcome. I am not satisfied with Lenovo poor service.

                                two three times came without giving my mobile to service center because the person present at a time give the answer no responsible person present so please come after some time or next day.

                                and I already address this issue to Lenovo help center also but he just give the casual answer so I request to refund my money or give the replacement but he says we can’t give the replacement because replacement should be within 7 days. but he not able give the solution for this problem.

                                      I have a warranty . With in 2 days my warranty date going to end @ this time my mobile hanged & switched off during a call . I want to repair that problem but @ service center in arumbakkam, Chennai give me a contact number for warranty service there is no response from that number. Kindly give proper contact number & address for warranty consumable service center.

                                        I have problems with my lenovoa 6000plus. I brought this lenovoa 6000plus from your flipkart online on dated 10th july 2015and only few months ago it creates a lot of problems


                                        From the very first day it creates a lot of problems in my handset and i am the senior citizen and i have been harrassed by lenovo company to provide me a faulty product i am not getting the propose voice and than i changed my prepaid connection but now today i am not able to talk because i am not getting the proper voice,, hanging issue and mobile battery which is out of order


                                        I am very much frustrated with the service of lenovoa 6000plus and if i charge 100% battery automatically going 10% within 01hrs without using, so please i am having too much problems with it & i am very sad with lenovo, be a favor for me...


                                        My appeal to the service centers is to be helpful and not ask to throw things away and spend so much money again. The much hyped lenovo products seem to have lost its quality service and quality products. Think many times before you purchase lenovo products.

                                        Kindly replace my product as soon as possible otherwise i will go legal steps against the lenovo to provide us a faulty product


                                        I am having bad experience with this product


                                        I would request that kindly return your lenovo a 6000plus and revert the amount as soon as possible

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am using k4 note and in this phone there is a problem that when we are using the phone for videos or games suddenly screen will go black and a volume symbol will come and it comes for 1sec and will interrupt, I have contacted several service centers they only updated my phone and gave back to me so please help me out of this.
                                        i have brought lenovo a 6000 plus but it is not responding as i think about it and its main problem is phone is dead (i.e suddenly switched off and it is not responding with power key ) i had shown my mobile in cell points they said about it power board problem. can you help me please ...
