Respected sir, my mobile also sent to lenevo mobile care centre town centre Aurngabad sidko, they reset my mobile & install software & say now my mobile is ok, that time find ok but after 4 hrs again same problem found. My mobile problem not yet solve. Please please send me feed back early possible as due to I am serving in (Leh) Armed Force & my leave expire on 21 May. Aurnagabad lenovo mabile centre is up& down distance is 300 km. After availed 300 kms your mobile care centre service is very very bad & also lost if my time also money. If you are not able to repair mobile please provide new mobile as eary as possible. At this time i wiil also contact to media & i will knock the court door & geeting cosumer court. Thanking you. I have purchased a lenovo g50-70 series laptop under an offer in which if i will pay 500rs i will get a 1tb hdd, i made payment but i didn't get it yet. When i send mails to lenovo they always said that they will dispatch my 1tb hdd in 7 or 15 days but its going to be finished one year but i didn't get my 1tb hdd.

I purchased a lenovo edge laptop on the 9th of january 2015 with great zest and enthusiasm hoping for it to be a class leading product from a world leading brand like ibm.
But to my disappointment within 3 months o[censored]se the computer developed technical malfunctions and heating issues, which were resolved by your service partner wipro which is a trusted brand as well. Service ticket number - [protected]. Let me take this opportunity to let you know that getting the problem resolved through your centre was no easy task, which did consume at least a month’s time and rendered me helpless by affecting my work.
The system nearly posed a fire threat and melted some of its own components due to the technical malfunctions causing abnormal heating.
Shortly after resolving the aforementioned service ticket number the system has now again started to pose the same difficulties with a few more added performance issues.

Such poor product quality and service is not what customers expect when they invest not in a product but a brand value like lenovo.

I would highly appreciate if you could arrange to have this life threatening product either replaced or returned with due compensation.

I hope to hear for a positive outcome from this whole debacle and hoping that i would not have to escalate this issue to higher authorities and social media.

Also find attached copies of the original purchase bill and service bill.

I have purchased lenovo vibe k4 mote imei = [protected] on 20th feb 2016, within 2 months phone has stoppend working. When i visited the service center they kept the phone for one day and said that there is problem with mother board and cannot be repaired. It is really surprising that within 2 months of the span how can a smart phone stop working. I had two more people with similar concern with the same phone. I have spend money and d my emi are still going for my account. I need some solution on this issue. I am really disappointed with the lenovo and the services. I would never recomend this company to anyone.

I purchased a lenovo mobile a7000 turbo (Imei no [protected]) from the chennai mobiles coimbatore on 01/2/2016. After few month it was out of order, problem was touch was not working, i gave it on service mobilenet mobiles malappuram, manjeri, kerala (Ph [protected]) on 06/5/0/16, they returned the mobile after srvice on 10/05/16, the moble touch was ready.
I reached home but i coudnt use my moble bcouse it works only on loude speaker. So my cousin is moble technician he just chekked it in front of me it was shokking the moble have no speaker


I informed them about this problem, they agreed they forget to replace it. Now they are telling their staffs on leave please come another day, now i wasted so many times for my mobile. I recorded all the thinks i talked with your staffs i kindly request you to take immediate action, i went the service centre they telling they are not responsible against this issue (17/05/2016) when i gave my phone it have no problem of speaker, i know they are the real responsibily person of this issue

My name is humair from srinagar i am using lenovo a6000 plus which i buyed in 19/8/2015.. Which means its under warrenty till yet... My phone had got some hardware problem its not connecting with the pc fr that matter i visted the net surfer and they said the board needs to be repalced... I said ok its in warrenty change it.. Then i leaved my phone there for repairment... After 20 days i got a call come to our service centre when i went there they said me that it cant be covered under warrenty bcx it has got moisture inside. So its cant be covered... Sir now i want to say nither i think that those people are proffesionals first of all even nor i thought that they checked my phone.. Now i want a alternative way to solve my problem

The phone worked proper only for a month ie., only till the time flipkart provides replacement guarantee. After one month the phone started throwing all kinds of problems and today my 16000/- is a big waste.. I visited the customer service center of lenovo and said that the phone is not working proper and they say its working fine where as i still am facing problems with it.. Pathetic network connectivity.. How can lenovo service center people say that the phone is working fine when i am saying that it is not. My phone is well under warranty but unfortunately there is no one to repair it and there is no one to replace it.. Pathetic company, pathetic products and pathetic service. I will make sure that i will tell each and every one i come across to stay away from lenovo products. The one word that comes to my mind right now is "cheaters"..

Im live in kuwait and buy lenovo phone mobile (A6000) mid:60000030 from juan market registered no: er 36521/14, dealer no: da0093615/12, after that i suffered from resolution of the camera is very pad although it is 8 m. P., and always the phone stopped while im using it, so i went to customer service and the agency office too, but no body helped me at all, so i will never buy again any lenovo products ever, because realy this is not first time i buy lenovo phone, although i found very pad service after sell the products her in kuwait, hoe any one to investigate the issue, and try to fix it as soon as possible, my numbers is[protected]/[protected]

I had purchased a lenovo laptop on 18th april 2015 and i was facing issue with the battery. I had complained about the same om january'16. I was given a service request number which is [protected]. The issue was never resolved and now when i am calling again on the issue either the executives are placing the call on hold or they are saying it's already been 1 year and they cannot help with the battery.
Please note :the issue was raised by me before 1 year completion and was never resolved by lenovo. Also as i am also working i di not get time to tal t the executives as they end up calling in the prime time of my work and when i say to call at a convenient time they never call back.
I want a battery replacement on this asap. This has been the worst experience ever in any product i have purchased and i have to go and escalate this on social media if this is not resolved before 20th may 2016.

I have purchased a laptop lenovo - (G[protected]I3/4gb/1tb/dos) s/n: yb08494967 from computer care, po & ps - balurghat, dist - dakshin dinajpur, west bengal, india, pin - 733101 on 07/03/2016 in cash vide invoice no - cc/blg/908/15-16, dated - 07/03/2016. On 03/05/2016 i noticed that the f7 / flight mode key did not work properly as well as lying dead. On 11/05/2016 a hardware engineer (Mob no. [protected]) came to my house with a new keyboard but he also failed to work out this problem after exchange the keyboard then he contacted with another engineer (Mob no. [protected]) and was offered me for replace my system after all formalities. On 13/05/2016 i received a phone call from [protected] in which i learned that my system will not be changed and also gave me a free suggestion for further contact with toll free no of lenovo service centre. What is this?? He should not closed my so: [protected], you should do something. I have purchased my laptop just two month ago with one year warranty, but is this your warranty? Am i wrong to purchase lenovo laptop? "you can't fool me!" if you closed my so: [protected] without any co-operation i shall circulate this message by using social media as well as other site.

The keys of the keyboard are not functioning properly as some keys are not functioning even after being pressed repeatedly, the registration no. is R[protected]. The laptop is also in warranty so I don't think that I will have to pay anything extra to get my problem solved, so I want you to call the people who can fix the problem as soon as possible as I am in a bit of emergency.

I purchased one ''Lenovo a2010'' mobile phone from 'Selfie Multi -Brand Mobile Store' at Thalassery, Kannur district of Kerala on 30.04.2016. my client number (invoice no.) was 1610.Later as per instruction, i kept the phone for charging for 4 hours but by half an hour the phone showed excessive heating.I contcted the shop and complained then they told me to bring back the item the next day.Idid so they said that it's a software complaint and they would do the necessary.The very next day they gave back the same item telling that they had taken it to the lenovo outlet .But the phone didn't have any change. I had to go to shop for the issue almost six times.They said they can't refund or replace the item.On 13.05.2016 they really bluffed me by asking us to reach the .shop for replacement and they behaved roughly.They are really cheating me

On 6 May 2016, 05:02 PM, i ordered for one mobile (Lenovo K3 Note 16GB - 6 Months Brand warranty) @ Rs.8, 500. order was delivered on 13th may, 2016.

but when i unpacked the box found the charger is not working.
Also there is no ear piece and screen guard as it is written on the box.

please suggest me what shuold i do get my charger replaced.

I have a lenovo miix 3 1030 tablet which was accidentally damaged and has a broken touch. I contacted the lenovo tech support to get it repaired. For a tablet that i had purchased for rs19000, the lenovo technical team is asking me to pay rs18400 to get the touch replaced.
Generally a touch for 10.1 inch tablet is available for about rs2000 however lenovo is charging me almost 9 times to fix the tablet.

- the tablet is about 11 monts old and still in warranty.
- it was given for service at chandigarh service center on 5th may 2016.

I have Lenovo ideapad whose serial no is YB03570272. During warranty period I was facing problem that laptop is not functioning while charging is turned on. So i register a complaint for the same and they will replace my motherboard for free. after that i am facing the same problem and at that time warranty period is over. so i mailed them and they will told me that they cant help me for the same as my warranty period is over and also instruct me to uninstall energy meter software, but i does not help. While i was gone for service department then they told me that there is something wrong with your motherboard. so lenovo has to admit that there is absolute fault in their motherboard production and i want my money back as i was not pay for this kind of faulty product.

Updated my lenovo Vibe S1 android phone to marshmallow version but after the up gradation iam not able to turn off the camera sound.
Even in the silent mode, it still makes the camera shutter sound.
Pls provide any guide lines so that it can be turned off. Also tried by searching in the internet but didn't got any required information from there.

I bought lenovo k3 note and it doesn't catch network at all, when I visited the service center they said they need to update the software and kept the phone with them for one day. When I got my phone it was again not working, after few days I went to another service center and got my phone checked and service center people said that the motherboard of the phone has been changed as the IMEI no was different. When I visited the previous service center I got to know that it has been shifted to okhla from nehru place. I went to okhla and they first thry said they did not change it, when I told them about whole case they accepted that they have changed the motherboard. But did not help me. I went back to CP service center and they shared the contact no for regional manager of lenovo (Mr. Kuldeep Raina). After making 100s of call finally he picked up my call once and asked me to send all the details of my phone along with pick of the IMEI no. Post that I tried calling many but he didnt pick.
Please help else I have to file a case in Consumer.

Buy a lenovo phone a6000 plus.But when connect battery phone became hote.
I go to nearest servicing center in mecheda, they toll me phone have some problem, you go, i will infrom you when your phone are ready.They call me next day.
I will go back my home.
