I purchased a lenovo edge laptop on the 9th of january 2015 with great zest and enthusiasm hoping for it to be a class leading product from a world leading brand like ibm. But to my disappointment within 3 months o[censored]se the computer developed technical malfunctions and heating issues, which were resolved by your service partner wipro which is a trusted brand as well. Service ticket number - [protected]. Let me take this opportunity to let you know that getting the problem resolved through your centre was no easy task, which did consume at least a month’s time and rendered me helpless by affecting my work. The system nearly posed a fire threat and melted some of its own components due to the technical malfunctions causing abnormal heating. Shortly after resolving the aforementioned service ticket number the system has now again started to pose the same difficulties with a few more added performance issues. Such poor product quality and service is not what customers expect when they invest not in a product but a brand value like lenovo. I would highly appreciate if you could arrange to have this life threatening product either replaced or returned with due compensation. I hope to hear for a positive outcome from this whole debacle and hoping that i would not have to escalate this issue to higher authorities and social media.
