Initially the home eye check-up team couldn't correctly gauge my power and delivered eyeglasses with faulty number. After a lot of customer care hassles and multiple replacements I was finally delivered a VC 6435 ( Order #[protected] ) frame from Lenskart somewhere in mid August. The frame boasts of an years warranty but to my sheer amazement one fine December morning the temple snaps from the hinge out of the blue. I was disgusted but kept my patience and contacted the Lenskart guys and informed them about this manufacturing defect. Instead of apologising for the substandard product and service the customer care executive had the audacity to blame me as an irresponsible user and not only this, he went a step further pestering me to get it repaired from a local shop. I was completely bewildered and dumbfounded by Lenskart's attitude..a company which boasts so much about service and customer satisfaction. Timely Grievance redrasaal of Mr Abhimanyu Sen through this platform has given me a ray of hope that my complaints would be heeded to by Lenskart and a replacement or repair would be initiated at the earliest. I am hereby attaching all the relevant details with the picture of my frame. Expecting a swift response...

my broken frame couldnt be repaired but since the product was under warranty lenskart has refunded me with store credits for my purchase...response time has been incredibly swift..full marks to lenskart grievance redressal team..miss meenakshi in particular...in me they have earned a loyal customer for sure

I bought this frame+ lenses from Lenskart outlet within my office facility about a month and a half ago. I found it's joints to be quite weak after a couple of weeks. And there it is, broke this morning in two pieces.

    It is for your kind information that I have ordered on lensKart a order no [protected] dt. 5/12/2015 which was cancelled by me on same time and same day but till today i.e. on 24th Dec.2015 I have not get back my refund amount of Rs.1809/ after so many phone calls, mails. In this regard I have already provided three times my bank account details to them but all are in vain. All time they mailed me false information that your problem has been resolved and your complaint ticked have been closed. I want to ask with the Ministry of Finance why this cheater type companies are being permitted to deal on online businesses and I also want to contact with Mr, peyush Bansal, CEO. My complaint may be forwarded to Finance Ministry to take the legal action against Lenskart

    Till today i.e. on 26th Dec.2015 my complaint has not been resolved by Lenskartss. I have not received till today my refund Rs 1809/- from Lenskart

    Sorry to say you that information and bank refrence number [protected] provided by you not pertains with Dena bank. Today i.e. on 28th Dec.2015 I personally visit to bank and after to check it comes that this bank refrence not pertains with Dena bank.

      Hii this is Abhimanyu sen, I ordered a spec from lenskart on 22nd of october' 2015. order ID [protected] and the model is vincent chase size zero VC T 2406 black red C1 5. Within one month that vincent chase spec broke the stick of the spec came out. they are selling bad quality of frame. I then and there called them and complain they said they will send their representative asap but nobody has come to collect it i mailed them several times but they are neglecting the issue and have not taken any action..they are saying now to send them the images of the frame. After sending the images they still have not taken any action so far. I spent 1700 for the lenses and the frame. But this is not done within a month its broken and thier after sale is very poor. Thus seeking your help to solve this problem. It is not a fashionable goods..its an essential material without spec I couldnt able to see I have (-)power its a serious issue. If you can help me then I will be very grateful to you. Thanking you

      yeah lenskart is WORST... all under level quality products
      Apropos to the grievance redressal of Mr Abhimanyu Sen I take the platform to bring your kind attention to the similar problem which I am currently facing.

              This is to discuss about my awful experience at Lenskart - dont know how people are rating them so high. My order: [protected] was placed after their person came for home eye checkup and collected all details for measurement and submitted. First of all, he committed 30% discount and then, while paying money - he told its not applicable. As I already spent 2 hours with him, I just continued to pay huge amount. Then, the specs came after few days and worst is: It doesnt even fit in size even after their person only took sizing and submitted. When I asked, they told me to go to Lenskart store in my city and get it fixed. When I went to their store, the person tried to fix it and just broke! (I can understand what is the third-class quality at such high price). Then, he told me - not to worry - as its broken by their person, I can just take photos, take intimation from Lenskart for return and send it to them. They will process full refund and then, I can take new one at their store. I did the same and got approval for sending it back (Return ID: 706442) and then, they called me and said that I have broken it myself - if their person have broken it, where is the PROOF!? I should not have taken it back (though in that case, I could not have sent it back too and lose amount!) - so, I am dishonest, liar and I should forget my money. After spending 15 days of time with these guys, I lost many hours in calling these guys and finally, Rs. 5000 approx. As I could not wait for lenses that much, I got it done with local shop in Rs. 750 which is thousand times better than Lenskart. They have crossed all limits for humiliation and I am planning to lodge complain in consumer care - not only for Rs. 5K but compensation for humiliation too.

                  False commitment and poor service:- After getting too many advertisement mails and messages of Lenskart regarding first free frame or first free lens I finally decided to go for it ( Via order no. #[protected]) but all went wrong. First :- Eye check done totally wrong with a difference of -.25 on both eyes Second :- I ordered for a Vincent Chase Top Guns VC 5158/P Black Grey Gradient but received and yellow color shade glass. Third :- On the same time when I received the product I immediately called them up and request for exchange my product with what I have ordered but they asked me extra money. That I denied and asked for return my money. I made this request on 7 Nov. and they picked their product on next day but till now I have not received my money back. You are very quick in taking the payment but not quick in returning the same. I called up many times and remind for payment return but still you give me store credit.                     I have oredered Jacob John Frame with free lens offer from Lenskart on 29/10/2015 (Order ID: [protected]). The product has been delivered to me on 04/11/2015. The Frame was misaligned and logo was defective hence i requested for return on 06/11/2015. The product was delivered at lenskart end on 09/11/2015. They promised me that they will quality check for frame and amount will be refunded in my bank account within 5-6 working days. But when i call to their executive they keep repeating the same thing:"The product is under quality check". I am tired of asking them to refund the whole amount earliest. Looking forward your support to get me it soon.

                      I purchased an eyeglass vincent chase vegabond vc 6510 from lenskart.com clubbed with a

                      free sunglass offer. We paid Rs 1413 while receiving the COD order. The eyeglasses were

                      of incorrect powers so were of no use. we returned the product but it has been 1.5

                      months they are not providing the vincent chase eyeglass with progressive lens along

                      with free sunglass, neither they are returning the money.

                      Kindly help me in getting my eyeglasses and free sunglass.


                      It has been months my father is without a sunglass. I have spent hours talking to

                      customer care and writing several mails. They think Indian government has no power and

                      company's like them can do anything with the consumer. They keep on changing terms and

                      condition on website everyday. Theie customer support is always busy and no response. we

                      have been really harrased. We want the promised products. We have full proofs in the

                      form of mails.

                        I ordered a glass with frame under Rs.299 offer, but i got a frame with broken andit was looking like pasted already. When i asked for its replacement, Lenskart neglected to provide the replacement, they are saying this offer does not comes under the replacement policy.
                        we can't do anything.
                        Is there any chance to take legal option on lenskart ?

                          I have purchased power glass from lenskart on 13-oct-15; the product I received on 19-10-15; their was sizing issue with the product; So reach their customer care asked for the help regarding the issue, they took a request on exchange of the product & the product was taken within next 2 days, I had also placed the order on store credit, I also told my issues with sizing and the care representative helped me for same resizing the lenses. From next day onwards I'm receiving calls from lenskart regarding the size. This size that size. Daily. On 29-10-15; again I got the call and they cancelled my order. While asking for refund the amount they told me to wait for a week to receive a link email in which I have to share my bank details. Then they will take another week to refund the amount.

                            I have ordered an eye frame and it is broken and pasted by fevi kwik.when i asked customer care to replace it they are saying we are not responsible for problem because we have quality checked i dont know what they checked.I just want to take legal action against them can anyone help me for that.                               I have purchased Frame (free) & glasses from Lenskart (Order No.:[protected]) on 29 September 2015. Uploaded my prescription along with glass width & height on 30 September 2015. However they did not honored my request for the glass width & height specifications. Then I have return the product on 3 October 2015 which have reach to Lenskart on 6 October 2015. Again received the product on 17 October 2015, however this time they have reduced only width of the glasses and not made any changes in the height of the glasses. Now they are telling that glass size are made as per my request however which is not the case. Now I have request them to change the height of the glass but they are denying to change it and provide me store credit with some days of validity.

                                Y customer complaint no is [protected]. I have been dealing with Lenskart since last 2 months. They are not able to provide any result. First they gave me a false assurance that the product will be delivered on time. It did not obviously. Then I want it to be couriered to United States, they said they will, took them one month to do that (Not sure why?). I asked for the shipping charges to be waived off coz of all my waste of time and additional expense incurred to me due inability of Lenskart to serve on time. They said they will waive of shipping charge. 15 days later they asked me to pay the shipping charge. The total time for all this process- 2 months. And I did not get a refund yet! I want to take legal action against Lenskart. 2 months my money is still with Lenskart and I do not have the product with me. I didnt get the refund yet. Not sure if I will eve get the product

                                    My Order No was [protected] Details: I got damaged glasses and now they have increased the prices of lenses and asking me to pay around 100 bucks more to get the good conditioned glasses. Its been around 2 weeks and they are not ready to provide any resolution to my problem. Very bad experience with Lenskart.

                                      I was never your member and will never be one as well. I received a SMS from 'MD-LNSKRT' on 14th Oct, 2015 @ 07:32 pm which reads,

                                      Request you to respect the privacy of others and not to resort to such cheap marketing techniques. I have also reported this to the telecom regulatory authority as my number is on the National Do Not Disturb list and such messages are strictly not acceptable. As already mentioned, I was never your member and with cheap marketing gimmicks like these.. I will never ever become your member as well.

                                        I placed an order with Lens cart on 13.09.2015 through Mr.Augestin (91-[protected]) who visited my Home an took the orderno.. #[protected] after checking my Eyes. After 15 days the specks came & I paid R.s3780.00 cash. When I tried the glass, I was shocked, that I could not read a book & see letters on Computer monitor. I called him for rectification, but he is dodging by not attending or disconnecting . I wish to convey that I must be compensated / refunded the full amount. This nothing but royal cheating. I am a senior citizen (64 YRS OLD) & STILL WORKING IN Marketing line. I could not read the Bus Noor sending mails with lot of mistakes.
