Because first i am an human being so unneccessary i am waisting my time and energy being annoyed and producing all the negative energy within me .

Sir its my request to you please cancell my order without any grievances from me and also dont give my payment back, but stop the communicating all these false thing which starts from your management level to a courier boy.

Thanks and please dont try to communicate me any thing it will be a better service for me. I am attaching all the screen shorts to you so that you will not make any contact .you made me a begger i was begging for my own product . Sir my order no you will find in my attachment and this is my fnal mail to your support system and more you will know from my ticket no ptoduced by your support management .because there is no privision to close the ticket no within 24-48 hours as considering it a complain number . And you know how ! So please stop the attitude of trying for make a place in genese book of world report in producing maxumum ticket number of complain

    I have purchased Eyeglasses for lenskart on 19jul but till today 25 july its showing still pending.Order number [protected] Cost of glasses and frames is RS 3000. when I called CC they have only one recorded message " YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER WITH IN 24-48 HRS". CC have no concrete answers, if you asked them for supervisor, they always says that supervisor is not available. They have no answers to your queries and keep mum over phones. SERIOUSLY THEY ARE BUNCH OF JOKERS. Received product from lenskart after posting this review but that frame is broken don't know lens is original kodak or not. They are having pathetic quality control. THEY ARE CHEATERS... Very much disappointed by LENSKART.COM

      This is to bring to your kind attention the unfair trade practice that is being practised by this unscuplous company in cheating the customers.

      I had ordered online for two sunglasses with the advertised code of SUN50 wherein the price of a particular sunglass originally quoted for Rs 1499.00 would be available at a discount of 50% and therefore available for around Rs 750.00. Due to oversight while completing the order I had forgotten to apply the code in the particular box and paid the full amount of Rs 1499.00.

      It is my understanding that since the discount code has been advertised on the website and available to EVERYONE this code should be applicable by default since this is not an acquired discount code acquired on purchase of any goods or services. Now this company is refusing to refund the balance of the excess amount collected and through this forum I wish to warn the unsuspecting customers of the unhealthy and unfair trade practice by this company which incidentallaycomes under the purview of the Consumer Protection Act.

        Order No.: [protected] I ordered two sunglasses from LensKart.com. I received it on 5th June, 2014. But I was facing sizing problems with both the sunglasses. So I returned it to LensKart. they received it on 9th June, 2014. In the same day, I requested Cheque Refund for the amount I have paid for the above order. They said that I will receive my cheque within 6-7 days and they also said that I will receive the Tracking details via email. On the 3rd day, again I contacted customer care, they said That my cheque refund request is in process, the whole process will take 10-12 days. On 15th June, I again contacted Customer care. They said that the whole process will take 8-10 days.. The three customer care executives given me three different processing time... The exact time only God knows... Today, I again contacted LensKart. They informed me that the cheque hasn't been dispatched yet... But it has already 8 days left... So I am totally confused... I will really receive the cheque or not... So I request you... Please dispatch the cheque and send me the tracking details as soon as possible... Otherwise if the cheque wouldn't be dispatched within 48 hours, I will never buy any products from LensKart and also I will never recommend LensKart to anyone...

          Hi Team, This Emails is just a heads up to you that now, I am going to drag this matter to the Consumer Grievances... First Frame Ordered - [protected] - - Added the request to reduce the width by 2 mm. Not done and sent like this only. Second Frame Ordered - [protected] - Staples were wrongly fitted. Its like both staples are from 2 different spectacles. Third Frame Ordered - [protected] - Powers were completely wrong. When I wore it, it looks like not mine. Fourth Frame Ordered - [protected] - Still on the way (Not sure how this one will be) All this happened with me in the last 1 month and with each order, you took 6 days to send to me. Now, I am surviving with only one lenses 24/7. Both of my refunds are still in processing, so all money is still with you. Again a downside on my end. Now, need a heavy compensation on this. Have someone to call who should know everything about this case and have all the authorities to provide me the compensation. TIME IS MONEY GUYS... and I really spent a lot of time to create the above data for you. Looks like you are working for FREE...

            Hi, I had arranged a home visit facility from lenskart team on 15-Sep-2013 and the team has visited me and after that I placed an order through lenskart.com on the same day. I complaint with the lenskart is that neither they are denying that they will deliver the order to me nor refunding my money. They had given me FEDEx order tracking number, I used to track daily but on 26-Sepmeber-2013 the order is remained undeliverable as per the status of Fedex order tracking system and they sent it back to the shipper. SInce then I am almost daily in contact with lenskart team through their chat messanger, but they haven't delivered my order to me. Every time they ask me to wait 24/ 48 hr and promise me that the order will be delivered to me surely. This happens 4-5 times within a span of 10 days. Now I want to file a case of defficiency in service and mental harassment on the lenskart.com .             Hi, there. I, m deepak kumar nayak my order no. is [protected] . I.e. Showing in Transit with Go Javas courier, on wedesday I have received a call from one of their staff and I have told him to massage me his office address to my mobile no. for which i could receive that parcel from the courier office by reaching there.But till the date they neither massage me nor call me after that.if you have the Go Javas courier address or contact no. please do provide me.

            I placed an order on 8th feb for two eyeglasses, but one of them were of wrong eye power so i applied for exchange for it and till now the replacement order hasn’t even been shipped, i have contacted lenskart but they are not working on this issue, they’re so unprofessional they don’t even know what’s wrong with the order. I demand for the delivery of my order or i need refund and compensation for wasting my time and mental harrasment.

                i had done an order [protected] on 19 jul 2013 but because of lenskart i had received an wrong product the mistake is that in that specs of lens no. actually my no. is -2.5 but they had make it -2.0 ..... then i called dealskart to now .now what to do then they told me that sir we will arrange you a pickup facility but they havn't arrange it and now after three days when i called lenskart they told me sir we are unable to provide u a pickup service then i had decide that only i have to go to the courier and courier it then i done it .... but on 23-july at 3;00 am i had order a new specs but till now they havn't dispatch it also (Order #[protected]) worst experience second time first time there is a payment issue and now this ... please lenskart refund my money of order [protected] (rs1039.35 & 120rs of courier) ...... :@ and yaa i had wasted above 200rs of my mobile balance to call constumer care lenskart :@

                    Hi Sir/Madam,
                    On 27/02/2013 I bought one sun glass from LensKart.com(Order no:[protected]). The price was Rs.499/- and I had a discount coupon of Rs200. After applying the discount coupon it became Rs.324 including shipping charges(Rs.25). I got that product within 3 days. But when I got the product it was a faulty and much bigger than my face.So I planed it to return and buy another one. In their service agreement it was written that after getting the product back they will process the refund by stored credit which I can use to buy another product within 24 hrs. They got the product on 08/03/2013 but still they did not refund me.I called them so many times for the same and sent many mails but every day they are telling it will be credited in your account within 24 hrs. Its almost 8 days but I still did not get my store credit. My concern is not about the money of Rs.324, why they are embarrassing me? they might have harassed others too. I already spent Rs.100 from my mobile to call them but still the issue is not resolved actually they don't want to resolve it.
                    So it's my humble request that please take a necessary action.Please Please Please .............

                      Hi,

                      I ordered a product on feb 2012 and they delivered the wrong product and hence i requested right product and they failed to do and they said will refund for the same.

                      Still am waiting for the refund. I don't know what kind of steps are doing by them.. Only system reply am getting once 2 days...

                      Note : They said they sent the cheque.. But i haven't received. For cheque now 3 months validity.. Even if they sent the particular cheque will not be valid now.. Since more than 3 months happened.!!

                      Finally I think Not only lost the money, hope, mentally affected ... not able to use the product at the right time for my defective one.!!... Since i need to use specs regularly for my clear vision.. I don't have the product at the right time when my old specs got broken.!!

                      Just tell me any one for this case still how many days can i wait.. Almost more than 6months am struggling for this.!!!

                        There is no unsubscribe link in the email
                        Same with me too.

                        I suppose these spam mails started after I purchased some items on flipkart.
                        Probably they sold the ID to these guys. I am never gonna purchase anything again on flipkart.
                        Just to let everyone know, I inquired with flipkart that if they are in any way associated with saleskart, bagskart, lenskart.

                          I have tried to Book with Two Courier Service, the courier service doesn't
                          accept the parcel since the product type is Glass.

                          And for your kind information, while the order placed Address is now
                          shifted.

                          This makes very mentally affected and totally dissatisfied and now am in a
                          state that begin to hate online purchase.

                          since am getting time now am writing more, Many of my colleagues waited for
                          my product arrival. Before purchasing online, many scolded not to purchase
                          online and especially for eyeglass, why are you going online? Without
                          wearing how could you believe?.

                          For all of them I strongly suggested your site and explained very good
                          offer they provide. They just asked me , ok first you purchase after that
                          we will try.

                          Many days waited for the product and finally received and everyone got
                          happy and after opening the product, every one started laughing and they
                          started scolding that's why we said not to go online.

                          Still after that I strongly argued that their customer support is good and

                            I had placed order for two spectacle frames under buy one get one free scheme (Order #[protected] online through the website of the company www.lenskart.com. I made my payment of Rs 1990/- (One thousand nine hundred and nenety only) through credit card on May 16, 2012. I was given message that my order was dispatched on 19.05.2012 via DTDC courier (Consignment No. X0677317). But, I did not receive the consignment up to May 26, 2012. When I tracked it online through DTDC website, I found that the consignment was returned to the shipper due to non availability of service. It was delivered to the shipper (Lenskart) on 26.05.2012.

                            I then gave a mail to the customer support team of the company and asked to send the consignment back through speed post. For this, they gave reply that once the product comes back to their warehouse, they will contact me. I was waiting for another week or so. Later, when they did not receive any phone call or e-mail from the company, I only called the customer support team on the number[protected], and inquired about the order. Again I was told the same story that they have not received the product back.

                            Afterwards, I waited for another week and gave a e-mail regarding my order. Again I got same reply. Later, I gave mail to them after 3-4 days, for which now they are not responding. I asked them to cancel my order and pay back my money. For this, there is no reply. They are neither dispatching the order, nor paying back my money. Today, it is one and half months over after my payment. The company is not responding.

                            Please do the needful to get my money back.

                              This is the regarding the Order #[protected]Invoice #[protected] that I had placed for prescription glasses on your site LENSKART on 01-May-2012.

                              Please note that the Prescription Glasses are delivered but with the wrong prescription.

                              The prescription for the Right Eye (OD) mentioned was |SPH -3.75 |Cyl 0.50 |Axis 90
                              whereas it has been delivered with following prescription |SPH -3.75 |Cyl 0.75 |Axis 90

                              Kindly RESHIP the SAME order with the correct prescription ASAP without any further delay & also arrange for PICKUP of your previous delivered glasses.

                              Needless to mention, I am assuming that there will be NO further charges levied for re-shipment of the order.

                                We have ordered a set of watches and the order number is :[protected]
                                One of them one was defective so we wanted to send it back but the courier person said that the entire order needs to be sent back and you can choose the new order again. We sent both the watches back. Also sent the pen drive (free gift which I forgot to send it initially) by paying the courier charges. Once everything is sent back they said the cheque is sent through couries. After 1 week when I followed about the status they are saying that they have sent me a template email saying that they are checking with the concerned department. Earlier they said they have issued the cheque and now they say that they are checking it with the concerned department. This entire saaga is on going for last 1 and half months and we have been suffering to cancel the order and get the money back. Customer care number +91 [protected] for existing customers never works. If we call on the main customer care number[protected] they do not have a clue what is happening and they always say that they will escalate it to the corresponding team and ask them to call back which doesn't happen. Been following on this for last 1 and half months.

                                  i orderes a pair of contact lenses online on 29th february. the website said that the product will be shipped to me within 3-5 days. i have been waiting for the products since then but i didnt got it. every time i contact them they say that "it will be shipped in 24 hours. " & 'it is under processing. but they have not dispatched it since now. i have made payment already for one order also.
