Adavance rs. 800/'-but till date not delivered i am 69 year's old suffering from highler tenstion diabitic pesent during this period specticals not delivered hence medical expense is rs. 4500/-. So
Frencizis holder spoil reputed lenscart brand name. So insist to free home delivery with compensation amount rs. 4500/-with in a three days otherwise i will forward serious matter to jago ghrahak jago, customers protection, consumer court, consumer forum... My mobile no. [protected].

Immediately and resolved the serious matter with serious sr. citizen's 69 year's old customers cum pesent who suffering from highper tensions and diabitic also. Till date lenscart. com deposited amount of rs. 800/- + rs. 4500/- in Saraswat bank pune sinhagad road branch sun orbit suncity road pune. 411051. Savings Account number is 1976. When deposited??? ??? ??? This is a limit to heress and depressed the sr. citizen's 69 year's old pesent coustemer??? ??? ??? Do this today's for avoid my mental stress...

Till date nobody resolve this serious matter for sr. citizen's valuable reputed 69 year's old coustemer cum pesent after 50 days till lenscart haven't deposited my amounts rs. 800/-& rs. 4500/-in saraswat bank sinhgad branch pune. 51. No any positive response from any one how customers care pesent customers like this??? I will put up this serious matter to jago ghrahak jago, , , consumer forum, , , ghrahak SURAKSHA centre... There is no way till I am depressed and suffered to f here's mentally dipressed if any maker serious issue hospitalized any serious issue lesnscart. com fully responsible for it??? Mind Well???

    I ordered from on 18th Mar they sent wrong part in five days. When I complained they collect wrong from from me and In formed me that the Frame I selected is not in stock and proposed md to choose different color. I had not option but to choose something else which I didnt like. I selected black. I even knowing the delay the took two days to process the order. Order deli to me on 1st April and I surprised to see again wrong Frame.

    What the hell is this? It seem they are playing a game...

    I complained again and waiting for their action
    To be honest, Lenskart is Bakvas in service. No sense o[censored]rgency. For Lenskart s mistake their customer is suffering. No matter for then, they will keep talking like a they are doing favor on me.

      Hi

      I have received my spectacles one month ago in Lajpat nagar store and found that it is loose to me then one of the lajpat nagar team member asked me to come after they will call me in 2 or 3 days, I didn't received any call from them and I visited store in 4 days and found that lajpat nagar store team was not able to find spectacles. Again they said that give your home address and they deliver to me . But as usual no call or any spectacles I found in 10 days then I called lenskart customer service they resolve it And I found mu spectacles in same condition that is loose to me.
      For one spectacles I have waited for more than one month and still not satisfied.
      Sir what kind of service are you giving .
      Such a bad experience and I want just take your spectacles back and return my money.

        This is to inform you that last night i faced very horrible experience from your side. Actually what happened was, suddenly i got started to receive so many massages having only 'verification codes' on my mobile number. I took it as normally, but i shocked to see it was not getting stopped.continuously i was getting those useless massages until and unless full night. You will also be shocked to know that i had received more than 12003 sms unless full night And because of that my iphone got disabled its not working now. I tried to contact you guys but got no response.your numbers were not contactable.Now i want you to reimburse the entire loss with the compensation what i faced just because of your organisation . because i have a strong doubt that you are misusing my contact number and cheating peoples by my contact details. So i want to get it resolved as soon as possible.

          On 19 March lens kart representative tried to place an order on my behalf from his own device. He told me to make payment from account first. I made the payment but he could not place the order. He assured me that my amount would be refunded in 2 days but nothing happened. I continuously followed up but i have not received the refund yet. Had a very bad experience with lenskart in this regard. Product are also not good. I made another order which i used but have to return it within 5 days because it was not worth and comfortable.

            I had asked customer care to refund the money for above order and they are asking me to visit or speak to the store from where I ordered. This is insane. I am asking for refund of my money and store shouldn't have authority or control to dictate terms to the customer. Lenskart service is apathetic (call centre/email support). For any enquiry you do they give standard reply - "Please visit or call the store"...What are they getting paid for??? Can't they communicate to their store internally??? Isn't your System/Process centralised to process a Refund request??? I will file a case against them in consumer court if they don't process it in 24 hours.

              Such a bad experience I have been associted with lenskart from 2013 and I found now quality of frams is very poor this is second time my fame broken and not repaired by lenskart team
              1. I have bought john jacob fram and broken with in 10 days lenskart refused to repair.
              2. again new fram is boken and refuse
              now you people suggest where can I put such a expenssive glasses of broken frams because lenskard doesnt have new same frams.

                I bought 6 pair of Bosch lenses, ordered from lenskart store.two were broken from circumference. I launch complaint on store first within a week. Got revert after a week to contact at customer service desk. Again I contacted service desk twice.
                Still got no revert.

                No one responding. Is this service which we lenskart give to its customers. Very bad.
                As per policy I had login complaint within 14 days still no revert.

                  Placed order for contact lenses, no news or delivery till next 25 days. Called customer care. It's pthatic. They are not aware of order status. Promised to revert in 48 hrs. But no show after 48 hrs. Same story reoeat- call customer care and they are still working to know status again promise 48 hrs to confirm status and again no show after 48 hrs... After 3 weeks, cancelled the order. Lenskart is not bothered to even inform status after repeated complaints... Worst store, they are cheating customers.

                    This is regarding delaying of refund process. I have ordered two eyeglasses but have cancelled/withhold it next morning as u said your power is doubled. So I went ophthalmologist and checked my power again, he replied their is no change u can continue with your old glasses.
                    I informed you about this and asked for refund, you said it will take 10-12 days once we get bank details. I have provided details on 12 of Feb 2017 but have not received amount till date. Since then I have contacted store 4-5 times but their answers were not satisfactory. Now their landline no. is not responding.

                    Kindly suggest if I should escalate this to higher management or consumer court.

                      Dear Team,

                      I brought two lens boxes which I paid was 2185. I am not satisfied with that so, I requested for return. But LensKart customer got one box(i.e 1443 rupees) it seems and I dont have any idea what happened to that another box(i.e 742 rupees box). Now they blamed me that I didn't return my another box but they blindly believed the courier boy.

                      Now, My question is very simple,
                      I requested Two Return Item but the courier boy gave single item. Why they didnt ask any questions to him and me? and moreover I didnt get any message like they received single item what about another one?

                      As per support team said they received single item why they not updated the website? If that happens I could have realize that they received single box. That also not happens!
                      Please give priorities my complaint and do favor.

                        I purchased 2 boxes of contact lenses(1 right, 1 left) Order ID [protected] from lenskart.com . I paid for the product through cash(COD). Lenskart sent me an incomplete order so I returned it and opted for NEFT refund. But instead Lenskart gave me store credit. I sent a mail to their support team and they told me that they have heard my complaint and will get back to me within 48 hours. They gave me a vague reply that I am not entitled for a refund through NEFT. When you open their site they say that they have a no questions asked return policy. But in reality Lenskart has a very poor support staff. When I used real money to pay for the product I should be entitled to receive that back in the form of real money instead of store credit. Why will I ever buy another product from the site as I have received such a poor response from them? And they have taken my real money which I now can't use for some other useful purpose.

                          I placed an order in lenskart store in HSR, Bangalore. Unfortunately, both the spectacles were defective. We decided to return and have been following up for close to 2 months now, but not getting the refund. I have to keep oscillating between the lenskart customer care and the store. I just get a response saying it will be done soon. But that soon is just not turning into the present.
                          I had raised a ticket in lenskart and it was closed saying the refund is processed when it was not. I reopened the ticket and nothing happened after that. It has been a pathetic experience, there is no escalation matrix to escalate the issues and the customer care has standard answers to give.

                          This is reference to our telecom regarding the returned of my order (order no. [protected]) which was placed on 14th January 2018. I was confirmed by Mr. Kartik yesterday the product was received at your end and my power issue was resolved by issuing progressive lances however today it was surprised me after having ward with you that the product returned was not yet updated at your system.

                          I have placed the order on 14th and it was delivered to me on 20th January 2018. I have made a return request because of non adjustment of the specks power for the same and it was picked up on 27th January 2018 at 14:35 Pm. Yesterday Mr. Vikram your representative visited my place again and suggested for progressive lances without antic layer within the my paid amount (Rs. 2800/-) other wise advise me to pay more around Rs. 2000/- for the progressive lances with antic layer.

                          I was highly dissatisfied with your service as your representative having no experience for adjusting the right power of the lenses at the 1st checkup itself and hanged me up for last 14 days without resolving the issue.

                          Now I am requesting you to refund my amount (Rs. 2800) to my account without any delay.

                            Such a bad service and pathetic customer handling by lenskart. They are cheating consumers on the sake of online marketing. I have placed an order [protected] on 11th january and still it has not been reached to me. I have called customer care 6-7 times and each time they will only say that we will come back to you with in 24-48 hours but then no show. There is a glitch system and they are not accepting it. I am attaching proof as one of my order is in pending state from 1 year.

                            As per the product scheme they should refund me the full amount and send the order to me. But still no one is even responding.

                              I will never again even think about lenskart while it comes to specs and eye power checkup.

                              On Mid January arround 13-14th I have ordered a home eye checkup from lenskart.The power given to me was completely wrong, when I have received two specs from lenskart I had started trouble adjusting them. I ordered one more eye checkup within next two days and the new optician from lenskart confirmed the power was wrong, but the power he prescribwd was wrong again, I have confirmed the same from Manipal Hospital. I initiated a return the very same day, and no courier partner was even assigned for the same for almost 3 to 4 days, I had to call the customer service several times and then finally the same guy who came 2nd time for the eye checkup came and picked my order. After 2 or 3 more days when I called the customr service I found out the orser was not even returned. I had to explain the whole story over and over again when finally 2 days ago I came to know the money came back as lenskart store credit, where I HAVE MENTIONED TO LENSKART CUSTOMER CENTER AND THE PICKUP GUY OVER AND OVER, VERY EXPLICITLY THAT I DO NOT WANT STORE CREDIT AND WANT A REFUND TO THE SAME CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. When I called again the customer center foe the same the service representative keeps saying you have to wait until the order gets back to warehouse where we will do a quality check(i barely used the spwcs, point to be noted).When I am asking please give me a certain date, say today is 31st January, by when I can expect lenskart will initiate the refund, his answer is there is none, and he keeps repeating the same sentence, trying to councill me and asking me to stay calm.

                              This is probably the worst possible experience I have received from any store, which is also claims to be related with medical and health industry. I want to report this scenario and is also asking everyone try and keep away from this company. I am also thinking about filling a legal complaint against lenskart.

                                This is open for almost a month now.
                                I had mistakenly returned a wrong product. Instead of returning Vincent Chase I returned an IDEE product which was brand new and looked similar but was costlier. I initiated a ticket, to re-return the correct product and have mine back. Re-return was done very fast but when it came to returning my product Lenskart says, they had received the IDEE product with one lens missing and they will return the same which is absurd because
                                1. Why will someone ask back for a product with missing lens
                                2. the pick guy would have noticed a missing lens
                                3. Refund is done after checking the product says Lenskart policy and I did receive a refund
                                All this means that I had not returned a defective product.

                                I want my product back or anything instead of that.

                                  I bought a glasses from Lenskart. They were delivered to me on 31st Jan 2014. The frame was good but the power of the lenses were different from what I ordered. My power was -2.75 for right as well as left eye. They delivered me the glasses with power of -3 for left eye and -2.75 for right eye. I didn't know about it at that time and trusted the company. only recently when I visited a few doctors for Eye test I got to know that power of my left eye has increased due to the wrong lens power. I am highly disappointed. I am suffering due to their negligence... would like to suggest other customers that even if you are buying spectacles online just get it checked from nearby optician before wearing them. my loss is done but may be i can help others.

                                    I have spend 30 minutes at Lenscart outlet at somajiguda hyderabad and selected a product and the price tag shows Rs 629, and when i proceeded for billing they are asking me to pay RS 1045, when questioned the manager he says its their policy to change the prices and they dont have resources to change the price tags when the price changes. That to he says they change it everyday for no reason.

                                    AS per law these guys are not suppose to change anything above the price tag, I going to file an FIR against the manager who was abusive to me and also on Lens cart for charging me double the MRP.

                                    Attached is the letter from manager he gave me in writing that they charge more than MRP.

                                    Please do the needful and take action against Somajiguda branch Manager of lens cart and give me a explaination or I will file and FIR against the unlawful thing you guys are doing.

                                      Very bad service. I ordered my lenses from Borivali west Sie.V. road address. first, they told me that I can receive that within 7 days from the stores only but mistake of them for typing address, I received in after 11 days from the stores only. ** next day I was travelling to out of station and at the function when I wore the lenses which is two different in both the eyes. after returning the lenses they were saying within 7 days I will receive it from the store but today after a week they are asking me my address as they will place the order today. Such pathetic service.

                                        Product cost : 1250

                                        Payment was made as 50 rupees cash + 1200 rupees store credit.
                                        The provided glasses were too small to fit so returned them.
                                        I asked for refund of complete amount 1250 in my bank account.
                                        Numerous promises were made but till date 1200 rupees not credited in my account.
                                        Now its already 1 month, so why lenskart should not pay me with the interest? For keeping my money over 1 month.
