Incorrect lens power

I bought a glasses from Lenskart. They were delivered to me on 31st Jan 2014. The frame was good but the power of the lenses were different from what I ordered. My power was -2.75 for right as well as left eye. They delivered me the glasses with power of -3 for left eye and -2.75 for right eye. I didn't know about it at that time and trusted the company. only recently when I visited a few doctors for Eye test I got to know that power of my...

I have spend 30 minutes at Lenscart outlet at somajiguda hyderabad and selected a product and the price tag shows Rs 629, and when i proceeded for billing they are asking me to pay RS 1045, when questioned the manager he says its their policy to change the prices and they dont have resources to change the price tags when the price changes. That to he says they change it everyday for no reason.

AS per law these guys are not suppose to change anything above the price tag, I going to file an FIR against the manager who was abusive to me and also on Lens cart for charging me double the MRP.

Attached is the letter from manager he gave me in writing that they charge more than MRP.

Please do the needful and take action against Somajiguda branch Manager of lens cart and give me a explaination or I will file and FIR against the unlawful thing you guys are doing.

    Very bad service. I ordered my lenses from Borivali west Sie.V. road address. first, they told me that I can receive that within 7 days from the stores only but mistake of them for typing address, I received in after 11 days from the stores only. ** next day I was travelling to out of station and at the function when I wore the lenses which is two different in both the eyes. after returning the lenses they were saying within 7 days I will receive it from the store but today after a week they are asking me my address as they will place the order today. Such pathetic service.

      Order date:10 nov 2016 15:25:15.
      Product cost : 1250

      Payment was made as 50 rupees cash + 1200 rupees store credit.
      The provided glasses were too small to fit so returned them.
      I asked for refund of complete amount 1250 in my bank account.
      Numerous promises were made but till date 1200 rupees not credited in my account.
      Now its already 1 month, so why lenskart should not pay me with the interest? For keeping my money over 1 month.

        Dear Concern

        I am writing this mail with huge disappointment n regret that I shouldn't have gone to your showroom in fact I should have gone to some local vendors at least they are capable of delivering the promise.
        I really don't think you n your management has any idea how much problem I am facing specially when I don't have any spare eyeglasses as it was broken.
        It was my birthday when I visited your showroom in elante mall first time and me n my wife we both were happy as we really like the frames.And before placing a order I have requested your showroom staff to kindly provide specially mine one on urgent basis n they said don't worry sir you will get your glasses with in a week.We were ok with the week's time as we were happy with the frames that we got at your showroom.
        But when I got the message regarding the delivery time which was mentioned 1st of Dec, then I again enquired with your staff on phone regarding the delivery time as it was more than what they have promised and again they said don't worry sir you will surely get your eyeglasses with in a week's time.
        But even after a week when I didn't get my eyeglasses, I once again visited your showroom and I was surprised to see the behavior of same staff member who sold me those frames .when I asked them about my glasses, and the reply was sir you can cancel the order or you have to wait as we can not do any thing.I don't believe this is the way you behaive with the customer once the customer gets trapped in your sweet talks.Nobody was there to take the owner ship and moreover they were giving me the idea's of cancelling the order.And then once again one of your manager again promised me sir don't worry I am writing the mail right away for delivering the glasses on urgent basis and it will be delivered at your home address .
        But again what I got in my hands is fake promise. And when I got the mail the mail from your customer support regarding the delay and 300 points which you will add in my account. I was actually surprised because it was actually like giving a bribe to keep the mouth shut and wait for more few days. I was actually surprised that you guys actually believe that after facing so much trouble in dealing with your company I would put a step in your showroom again. I really thought that lenskart is a big brand and I trusted you guys but now I feel like I have been cheated.
        I would never ever recommend lenskart to any one infact I am thinking of posting this incident on social media so that people will come to know about your after sales services.
        Still I have no idea how many days you will take more as it's already been more than two weeks.
        And I think it shows how incapable your management is and feels like nobody is even care.
        Never thought that I would face disappointment from you guys.

        I don't think you have any idea how much trouble I am facing right now.let me tell you most of the time I spent on laptop in my office n it's been more then 15 days since I have placed my order.Thanks to you and your team efforts I can not concentrate on my work.i can not spend more than half an hour's on laptop n if I do so I start feeling headache.Not only me but my is also suffering just because of your mismanagement.You guys are actually making me feel like handicap.My boss thinks that I am making excuses.
        Today again I went to your showroom just to understand where are my eye glasses.but still it has not reached there also.This was third visit to your showroom.
        This irresponsible behavior of your is forcing me to drag you in consumer court.So that I can save others from you .
        Need your explanation on this and want to understand why I should not go to consumer court or post your apologies on social media and what steps you are taking to cover the damage.

          My Order Id is [protected] and Return Id is 138970, the glasses were picked up on 17/11/2016 and it was told to me that the return will be initiated with 3-5 working days, inspite of calling them several times they had not initiated the refund, they are just giving excuses that the product has not been received by them yet. There courier people had picked up the product inspite of that they are making excuses. kindly resolve this asap. Thank you.

            I ordered two spectacles from lenskart store hyderabad.. They said to me that u will get your order with in 7 days but first ordered i received in 15 days.. But this was not my order that i placed.. Then they said they will send same frame to delhi (Okhla) office for replacement.. And i paid my whole amount.. And this time after 10 days they said your order is lost by courier company.. And again placed the order...
            I talk with lenskart representative for compensation this time.. He said give two days i will talk with superior but no reply came till date...
            One of the representative was saying i am the senior most.. I said no means no only..
            Then i said can i talk/meet with your management person he said no.
            Its not in company policy.. Then i said can i read your company policy then he said no...

              I ordered some sunglasses from lenskart, i didnt like them according to lenskart policy i created a return request within 14days but they were not picking up the product. After so many complains they picked up they product but today already a week passed after the pickup but they are not returning my money, i requested them many times to refund the amount but they are not returning my money.                     I went to the lenskart store last week to purchase contact lenses.The guy at the store should me some products on the website.. I asked him about the Bausch and lomb Iconnect contact lenses(6 lens box) and he told me that they the don't sell this product...To his surprise I showed him the lenskart website where the product was available.His mere reply was sorry... Why do you show the product on website when it is not available in the store..!??

                    Moreover he showed me another product(bausch and lomb soflens 59)priced INR 649...Later I checked the website again and the same product was available at two different prices...??!!

                      When I recently ordered Tommy Hilfiger eyeglass through lenskart. And they delivered 15 days late from the due date. And then power is so bogus that it doesn't fit me either. And now when I requested for return within stipulated time frame on 26.10.16, then also they not reluctant to pickup the item. Even after writing several emails I have failed to get a response. Kindly treat this as a very serious issue. And if not solved within 24 hours, I will be bound to send physical communications. And all expenses incurred after that will be the responsibility of the Lenskart else I am not going to spare them.

                          Lenskart is taking orders on premium brand eyeglasses and after one week they are compelling customers to buy some other quality less eyeglasses which is manufactured by lenskart itself by saying that the ordered item is failed in quality check. This their strategy to sell worst eyeglass brand items like vincent chase and john jacobs. They are not at all replying to the customer for any queries.
                          This is unfair and unprofessional. This is the first time I am facing such a behavior from an online seller.

                          This doesn't make any sense sending mail everyday without doing anything. This 10 day already over I ordered an eye glass and waiting. From your end no action have been taken so far. What you are going to do on this ? How long I have to wait to get my eye glass. I am struggling here with out a spectacle. Why you are not considering your customers those who are already paid to you?

                            I have ordered and eyeglass on 26th of October-2016 and after 7 days they called me and telling the item which I ordered is out of stock and I need to select another item. Alternate eye glasses are not available in same price and they asked me to pay more amount. This is a kind of cheating. If the item is not in stock, they should not take the order. Otherwise they could have to inform the same day or next day. They waited for one week and informing to take another frame. This is not a kind of professional service.

                            I have selected and informed you few items in the call itself and you are not ready to give it for me. What I understood by talking with you is, you don't want to rectify this issue instead you were compelling me to buy some cheap items in you your website by alternate of the item which I ordered. This is not fair. This is not a mistake done by me. If the item is failing in the quality check you are responsible to rectify it. I dont want to buy an item which is suggested by you people. This is very much disappointed for me and this is such a bad experience for me.

                            One more day is completed, no solution is provided from Lenskart end. I have send around five mails to them today, not at all responding. This is the first time, I am facing such a worst service from an online seller.

                            If you are claiming that the item which is having a manufacturing defect, you have to give an alternate item in same brand. You are compelling me to purchase the brands like Vincent chase and john Jacobs which are very poor in quality. I dont think it is a fair. Those brands are manufactured by lenskart only and I think this is your strategy to sell those worst brands.

                              I had bought my glasses 3 months BK from janakpuri branch of lenskart ...

                              ORDER NO. = [protected]

                              At the time of delivery everything was fine..
                              But after 1week o[censored]sage there started a crack on the temple region of the frame..
                              As I had bought titanium frame it doesn't have any joints in between, it's one piece...

                              So I went to the same janakpuri branch.. Nd complained about it, but the executive out der assured that the product is under warranty for 1 year so I can get assured dat anything that happens will be taken care off...
                              Today I went again to the branch as the frame got cracked from the same region...
                              But now when went there they simply refused... I and said that physical damage is not covered... WTF
                              and we cannot help u wid it...Damm they simply refused... Wats dat
                              Nobody is ready to understand the problem

                              First of all, I want to thank for the support consumercomplaints.in Without which my problem could nvr be resolved, I have recieved a call as well as mail from lenskart regarding complete replacement of the frame wid glasses 👓. And today only I even recieved my specs.. Earlier they were little reluctant to give complete refund or return but on my continues requests, finally dey agreed 👍.. It waz difficult as dey were insisting that I will have to pay half of the amount.. Den dey said I have to pay 1000 bucks but wen I refused for all dat dey finally agreed to replace the product completely... Thank u guys U people r doing a great job..

                                Dear sir/madam
                                I order 3 pair of bausch and lomb monthly disposable lens vide order number : [protected].
                                But after placing order i recieve a call from lenskart office from no [protected], the preson calling shows lenskarts inability to deliver the lens as that are not available but offer me some other lens (Aqualens) and says that that are also of better quality as bausch and lomb. I show my inability that i never use that lens but he again assured me for quality and refresh my order
                                I reciever 3 pairs of lens but when i start using lens,
                                1st lens tear in 11 days
                                2nd in 13 days
                                3rd just in 2 day
                                One pair still unused with me.
                                Please do the needful so that my loss is recovered.

We would like to inform you that we can provide you refund against your order in the form of Store Credit which you can redeem for your further purchasing on Lenskart and we also tried to arrange a reverse pick up for your order. Unfortunately, we do not have the reverse pick services available in your area. Therefore, we would request you to send your product manually by any national courier of your choice at the address which we have shared with you via email. Once, we will receive your product, we will process the refund in the form of Store Credit.

                                  Sir, I have loss my wayferer sun glass temple when I met with the shop, he said ' I don't have the temple u only talk to the customer care, when I take this piece for service Delhi service centre return the sunglasses ' he told like that . Now I need temple, I called two times customer care, and that is 1 hour speech, I recharged for 1 hundred, that I loss for the call. I[censored] not take the serious this issue I will go for consumer court, or else lenskart face the big problem from my side, I have irritated because of your services, my number is [protected].

                                    I m complaining regarding order number 1558930.I went to the shop situated in anand bajar, indore on 2nd September and placed the order, they said they cannot place the order at that time due to power cut of the shop they will place it soon and I will receive an sms regarding it till that evening ..which I did not got ..so I called in the shop on 3rd September and they said I will receive an sms soon ..which I again did not got ..so I called in the shop on 5th September in the evening and said if I did not receive an sms within 1hour I will cancel my order and I want refund of my money ..they said I will receive it soon ..but again I did not received it so on 5th I went to the shop to cancel my order and refund my money...they gave few excuses and some how convinced me into not cancelling my order and gave me a paper receipt stating my order and full payment of my purchase and that the order will be delivered to me at my home..I got an sms stating I will receive my order till 17th September ...which I did not got ..so I called in the customer care to track down my order and why it's delivery is delayed and they said to me that it has not been dispatched yet because I did not paid for it..what the [censored] I told them to contact the branch..I called in the shop again ..and again they gave me some stupid excuses. .and said they will again place my order and I will get my glasses within 10days ..I mean what the [censored] They are not some thing for improving your looks you really need them...I have placed the order on 2nd September and here I m not getting it till the end of September...I mean what type of services are you giving? ?? Now I feel I should have just went to some regular shop who would have given me it within 3-4 days !!!
                                    So I request you either you appoint some qualified and trained staff or you should just shutt that stupid branch !!!
