When was placed my order they r response very quickly but i will return my order due to inconvenient same day when i get my courier and i send it return in local courier i spend my money 200rs they r delivered after 3days but lenskart customer care r processing more then one week same time now it self they r need 48hours when i buy my product that time they will deduct my money within 5 seconds worst website...

I was interested in purchasing a frame from lenskart on dt-31/03/16, when i chose the frame and headed towards the payment page, i have completed my transaction of rs-1569.75/- from sbi net banking having acc no-[protected].But the order was not placed despite of being amount was deducted from my account.Hope you take quick action against him.The following details of my transaction are:-

They have cheated me Rs 3190 and i am filing FIR against them. My order no. [protected].

They have failed to give the refund when after 12 days and they are not providing the transaction details. This i believe is a scam website....

I have ordered two sunglasses and my order number is [protected] .Out of two sunglasses I didn't like one.when i contacted for the same, the supporting staff told me that they transfer my call to the concerned department but after putting my call on hold they just cut my call...

Today I have purchased 3 rayban glasses from lenskart. There was some promotion going on and when I applied Promo code as INDIA, the order was placed with 100% discount.

This is not my fault and I have an email stating that my order is successfully placed. Now when I was waiting for my order to arrive, Lenskart cancelled them without even notifying me.

I have purchased a spectacle 4 months back, which had a 1 year warranty on frame coating.
On getting some frame coating issues after 4 months, I contacted Lenskart for warranty. They asked me to send back the spectacle and they would replace the frame.
I had sent the spectacles back to lenskart for frame replacement on 24 Feb 2016. But till date they are just asking more and more time.
I have spoken to around 20 different...

This delay effected my father. we were promised that it shall be delivered within 10 days of time i.e on 7th march and it shall be home delievery and they deposited full amount of 1203...

The quality of frames supplied are bad. Within few months the frame temples started breaking of its own due to poor and thin plastic used, The screws started coming out from the nose pads. They wont fit again due to poor threading. In fact all the threading and screws do not fit properly and come out. I am really upset with the quality of frames supplied.

I was always wondering how on earth was Lens kart providing such major discount. I want to Lawrence &
Mayo and identified a model Tommy Hilfiger TH5622, the rate was INR 5500. I looked at the same model in
lenskart and found that the rate was INR8450. it is almost INR3000 higher than a showroom price. So your
business model is to have a very very high margin and then provide discounts saying free lens, 29% off, br...

I had purchased a frame for rs2746/- as there was an offer the original price was 3999/- but when i sent it for a exchange of colour they took 1 and half month to complete the process and buy the time the frame went back to them the offer which i had purchased the frame was not there anymore. I ordered a pair of glasses of VC and the optician took my eye power, when i checked the power i told him its wrong. He said its due to transposition and that its the same power but just a different way of writing the power. When i got my glasses and wore them, I started getting headaches due to the wrong power and again went to them to get them checked. The optician spoke very rudely not accepting his fault. I gave the glasses for exchange....

I would like to bring to the notice of all the fradulent practices of Lenskart.
In April15, they gave me an offer of 1000 Rs Paytm cashback. But I didn't get any. After doing lot of complaints online I was given 1000 Rs. cashback. Which later on turned out as a gift voucher. But again when I used this gift coupon in Jan16 it's worth was only 300. This is how they dupe the customers. And again they offered me a Gift Voucher, Whose validity...

I buy 2 sunglasses without power lens product but company send me one power lens product...is this company mistake?...should i complaint for that reason...

I have purchased spects from lenskart and paid a good amount to buy Tokai lens which they say are world's thinnest lens. The page clearly mentions about warranty and even engineer who visited my home(his name is Eshwar) sold it to me saying that it will cover breakage.

When I reach them last weak over lens breakage, they say it is not covered under warranty while web page clearly calls out for 1 year warranty..
