I have ordered and eyeglass on 26th of October-2016 and after 7 days they called me and telling the item which I ordered is out of stock and I need to select another item. Alternate eye glasses are not available in same price and they asked me to pay more amount. This is a kind of cheating. If the item is not in stock, they should not take the order. Otherwise they could have to inform the same day or next day. They waited for one week and informing to take another frame. This is not a kind of professional service.

I have selected and informed you few items in the call itself and you are not ready to give it for me. What I understood by talking with you is, you don't want to rectify this issue instead you were compelling me to buy some cheap items in you your website by alternate of the item which I ordered. This is not fair. This is not a mistake done by me. If the item is failing in the quality check you are responsible to rectify it. I dont want to buy an item which is suggested by you people. This is very much disappointed for me and this is such a bad experience for me.

One more day is completed, no solution is provided from Lenskart end. I have send around five mails to them today, not at all responding. This is the first time, I am facing such a worst service from an online seller.

If you are claiming that the item which is having a manufacturing defect, you have to give an alternate item in same brand. You are compelling me to purchase the brands like Vincent chase and john Jacobs which are very poor in quality. I dont think it is a fair. Those brands are manufactured by lenskart only and I think this is your strategy to sell those worst brands.

    I had bought my glasses 3 months BK from janakpuri branch of lenskart ...

    ORDER NO. = [protected]

    At the time of delivery everything was fine..
    But after 1week o[censored]sage there started a crack on the temple region of the frame..
    As I had bought titanium frame it doesn't have any joints in between, it's one piece...

    So I went to the same janakpuri branch.. Nd complained about it, but the executive out der assured that the product is under warranty for 1 year so I can get assured dat anything that happens will be taken care off...
    Today I went again to the branch as the frame got cracked from the same region...
    But now when went there they simply refused... I and said that physical damage is not covered... WTF
    and we cannot help u wid it...Damm they simply refused... Wats dat
    Nobody is ready to understand the problem

    First of all, I want to thank for the support consumercomplaints.in Without which my problem could nvr be resolved, I have recieved a call as well as mail from lenskart regarding complete replacement of the frame wid glasses 👓. And today only I even recieved my specs.. Earlier they were little reluctant to give complete refund or return but on my continues requests, finally dey agreed 👍.. It waz difficult as dey were insisting that I will have to pay half of the amount.. Den dey said I have to pay 1000 bucks but wen I refused for all dat dey finally agreed to replace the product completely... Thank u guys U people r doing a great job..

      Dear sir/madam
      I order 3 pair of bausch and lomb monthly disposable lens vide order number : [protected].
      But after placing order i recieve a call from lenskart office from no [protected], the preson calling shows lenskarts inability to deliver the lens as that are not available but offer me some other lens (Aqualens) and says that that are also of better quality as bausch and lomb. I show my inability that i never use that lens but he again assured me for quality and refresh my order
      I reciever 3 pairs of lens but when i start using lens,
      1st lens tear in 11 days
      2nd in 13 days
      3rd just in 2 day
      One pair still unused with me.
      Please do the needful so that my loss is recovered.

        Sir, I have loss my wayferer sun glass temple when I met with the shop, he said ' I don't have the temple u only talk to the customer care, when I take this piece for service Delhi service centre return the sunglasses ' he told like that . Now I need temple, I called two times customer care, and that is 1 hour speech, I recharged for 1 hundred, that I loss for the call. I[censored] not take the serious this issue I will go for consumer court, or else lenskart face the big problem from my side, I have irritated because of your services, my number is [protected].

          I m complaining regarding order number 1558930.I went to the shop situated in anand bajar, indore on 2nd September and placed the order, they said they cannot place the order at that time due to power cut of the shop they will place it soon and I will receive an sms regarding it till that evening ..which I did not got ..so I called in the shop on 3rd September and they said I will receive an sms soon ..which I again did not got ..so I called in the shop on 5th September in the evening and said if I did not receive an sms within 1hour I will cancel my order and I want refund of my money ..they said I will receive it soon ..but again I did not received it so on 5th I went to the shop to cancel my order and refund my money...they gave few excuses and some how convinced me into not cancelling my order and gave me a paper receipt stating my order and full payment of my purchase and that the order will be delivered to me at my home..I got an sms stating I will receive my order till 17th September ...which I did not got ..so I called in the customer care to track down my order and why it's delivery is delayed and they said to me that it has not been dispatched yet because I did not paid for it..what the [censored] I told them to contact the branch..I called in the shop again ..and again they gave me some stupid excuses. .and said they will again place my order and I will get my glasses within 10days ..I mean what the [censored] They are not some thing for improving your looks you really need them...I have placed the order on 2nd September and here I m not getting it till the end of September...I mean what type of services are you giving? ?? Now I feel I should have just went to some regular shop who would have given me it within 3-4 days !!!
          So I request you either you appoint some qualified and trained staff or you should just shutt that stupid branch !!!

            I have placed an order for my spectacles on 11 September 2016 at Lenskart I'm Bangalore. The store people have assured me a guaranteed delivery by 14 September. They have talked to me very well till the payment of ₹3000 is done. I have placed the order just because of the trust I had in them and have told them that I would have to take leave and won't be able to work without my glasses and they assured me a delivery by Wednesday.After that when I was calling them my call was not answered. When I asked they were telling that due to the bandh they were closed. I have called to the land line As well as the mobile which I received from the customer service. On the actual day they have finally answered my call and they have told that they can't delivery it in that day as there was a bandh in Bangalore. The funny thing is that their warehouse is on Delhi and it was affected by Bangalore bandh. Later they have assured me that it will be delivered by 15th afternoon. I have raised a complaint regarding this in their website. The customer service is calling me and telling that we will take time to process the order and they cannot assure the date of delivery. When I called to the store now they're telling that it is now in Bangalore and after sometime they tell it is shipped and they are expecting it today. Please don't fool the customers by telling fake details and don't play with their trust.i will never recommend any one to shop with you.

            I'm bored of listening this from 3 days.

            The latest update is that courier is delayed and at 6:40 it was coming in half n hour and now after an hour, a store executive has gone to check with the courier (after me calling though) about the status. And I'm waiting for the call which is supposed to come in 10 mins and I'm bored waiting for 20 mins

            Thanks for the great shopping experience which had wasted a week of mine.

            And last night I got a call saying that my order will be delivered to my house address by 12am. When I called them, at11am, to intimate regarding, i got an answer that the specific store employee is still at his house will be delivered in half an hour. And later at 1:00pm I called them and again half n hour. And at 3 i called again and same in half n hour. Totally I called them around 10 times today and half of the time my Bal won't be answered. At 3:40 i got a call saying it'll be delivered by 4:30. At 4:30i call then and what do u expect my Cal was not answered. Hurray i successfully lost ₹50 calling them.

            Just got a call from the guy. Finally I think I'll receive my order. Should see if my eye sight is fine till now. I'm sure I'll never shop with u again. And I'll never let any of my friends too. Please guys employ someone who makes your pride better not someone who just gets you orders. It'll spoil your reputation.             I for my order finally. After a week. I'm just unhappy about the way they have tried to make me believe their words. The lens is beautiful really guys it is a pleasure to my eyes after a week. My only concern with you is about the staff. Please let them tell the truth because I have heard that my order will be delivered on half an hour today only around 5-6 times. It can help you once or twice but not this many times. Great art work guys.i love the glasses really.
            Just a suggestion to people who are buying from Lenskart:
            If you have less power and if you are ready to wait then they're great. But if you are on am emergency or your don't have any spare, i won't recommend. Because it's not possible for everyone to wait.
            Thanks for the work guys and sorry if I've troubled you. It's just because of the fact that I'm troubled.
            And finally ask your staff to make sure they give the correct time lines to customers. If you fear to lose the customer then just convince them to wait. Don't just give fake promises.

              My order no.is [protected] which is not being received by me because of misbehavior of the delivery boy...your company must have the objective of customer satisfaction ...on delivery of product we are unable to verify the product delivered by the delivery boy. ..payment should be made after the product is verified by any consumers. .we used to verify the product in front of him...but his behavior was extremely rude...please employ well cultured employees. ..as a result we have not received the product ...hope for your better service .                 I bought an Spectacle (frame + glasses) from Lenskart, Indore for wich I paid Rs.3000/- approx From day 01 am facing the Problems in seeing nearest as well as distance vision. If I wud lik to see long, in that case i hv to put this on Half of my Nose. I went 2-3 times there but dint get solution. When ur Doctor was checking me, at that time he asked me to read from the distance of approx 01 feet. Still am facing the problem and bound to use my old one.
                I hope u understand the matter and revert me with some gud solution.

                  I bought a specs from Lenskart faridabad store 3months back, but the frame is deffective.co has given a 1 year warranty, but the store officials refusing to repair the same, I am giving you 24 hours time to do, otherwise I Will be compelled to forward my case on different platforms

                    I have audio as now i always open my voice recorder to show evidence when i deal with branded shopkeepers as their promises are always fake and this time it was heights when the staff said i asked u to come for pick up of specs in the evening and i was there at 7 clock and still i had to wait half and hour and had to miss my religious rituals 'aarti'. I dnt know at what tym is the evening for lenkart showroom staff and they tortured me mentally so badly that i was about to cry. She insulted me like i am valuless customer for her. She promised to deliever on thursday evening or friday morning and still blamed me that i was wrong and she asked me to come on saturday. Such a late delievery and that too without giving toll ticket which should have been provided while depositing my specs for repair . But i didnt recievd any. If staff is being paid for treating their customers like this than i think this showroom should be closed if they cannot provide without good staff quality

                      This is regarding my latest order, order no. [protected]. I took the order from shop for my mother and they told it can't be given before 15th sept, i asked them to cancel since mother won't be staying till 15th to which they told we can deliver order in hometown also which is in patna. I told she will be reaching patna on 10th, they told yeah anyway delivery will be after 10th. Still after one day i called customer care and told them not to deliver before 10th, they assured me there is no chance of it being delivered before 10th. Today i got a message that it's out for delivery when nobody is in hometown since today is only 06th. When i called customer service they are telling speak with blue dart, did i ask lenskart to take money from my neighbour? I only paid right, why it's my duty to speak to bluedart, am i working with bluedart or you. Why lenskart customer service and shop guys giving wrong info about delivery. I[censored] can't deliver the product cancel it and return my money.

                      I also did call bluedart which should be none of my business since that is not seller it's lenskart who i paid money, they told me they will work with team and cancel today's delivery and do it in 10th, they did not do anything and delivery guy called me, i told no one is at home till 10th, he has updated it as home address is not locatable which is nonsense since he was already near my house, i told him to deliver on 10th, he just cut the call.

                      Either deliver the product on or after 10th or cancel it and return my money, lost interest in buying products from lenskart which only cares for customer till money is paid to them, if it was flipkart or amazon they would have assured i get my product with no hassles and with full ownership.

                        This is reference to my order #[protected] & #[protected] wherein I bought 4 sunglasses from Lenskart.

                        After receiving the product we raised a request to return 3 of them and the same were picked up by the courier guys on 9th of August by Bluedart. However, Lenskart has only refunded the amount for 2 glasses and they state that they have received only 2 of them. I have also shared the courier receipt which mentioned 3 items in 2 boxes (attached is the copy of the receipt), however, all I hear from Lenskart is that the issue has been escalated.

                        Almost a month now and there is no resolution. I want someone to raise this issue to the management team of lenskart and ensure that the balance refund amount is processed at the earliest.

                          I have taken the appoint of home-eye-checkup at bhubaneswar through online portal of lenskart.com. And it has booked with the request no#[protected] under the promotional offer of family79 for 25th august, 2016 from02:30 pm-07:00 pm. But interestingly one of the member from bhubaneswar lenskart team called me on given mobile number and demanding more amount. I have asked the same in which basis i will give the extra amount to you. Because nowhere on your site mentioned for giving the extra amount for checking the family members. There is no clear cut terms & conditions regarding the same. While i have asked the same to him he has rudely spoke with me and cut the call.

                            Worst quality & customer support.. So be aware before buying from lenskart. Need a lot of improvement, the attention to the customers is lacking.. Followup with customers, explaining the stuff to customers is definitely lacking. At the stores needs to be trained, also the person who is testing your eye need to be eye specialist doctor. I had worst experience, employee test my eye and give a prescription slip

                            Then i bought a specs from them. After that i got some eye irritation so i went to another optical store to check my power. Doctor said your power of old specs only who said like that, i replied lenskart. Lenskart was very cheap quality, fraud and not made by man, fully by robots. It was great shock to me

                              I bought unbreakable glasses from lenskart on 22 august... N they got broke within 15 days of purchase. They gave me warranty card also now on contacting customet care they say here unbreakable means breaking of coating.
                              On repeated request to make me talk to senior customer care officer the attendent fixed me a call back n no such call came.

                              I request u not to go by their fake promises even if they issue a warranty card they will deny repairing or exchange of lens. Beware of frauds like lenskart

                                I ordered Rayban prescription glasses from Lenskart on July 6 2016. First off it took numerous calls to get it delivered as their courses service wouldn't call or deliver but send me status - customer not available.
                                Next after using the frame for 3 weeks plastic near the temple side started to peel off. Called customer server and got ticket [protected]. Reached out to customer service on Aug 10 and since then started getting run around. Every time it is 24 hours resolution when I get email from you and now it is close to 6 days. I am not really sure if you honor your 24-48 hour resolution commitment. Here is picture of defective frame. it is not 9 days and latest i hear they need clear pictures. I am uploading them here as well. Tell me what is not clear?

                                  Placed on July 8 for contact lens and solution.
                                  First problem delivery not made . Repeatedly calling resulted in me being told that courier person can't find anyone at home or can't find address. When I as ready to guide him even. Maybe courier company fault since i know blue dart is a horrible company even my local icici branch says so.
                                  Then provided with alternate address. Product reached yesterday 4th August.

                                  First problem one lens box containing 3 lenses not present.
                                  Second lens solution has leaked in transit.
                                  Upon telling courier person about state of such. He refused any questions. And sed we can't courier liquids and if do say at your own risk be it.

                                  When I said I refuse to accept the package and shut the door. He threw packpackin front of my building security's cabin and left hurling abuses.

                                  If that wasn't enough he was asking for 200 to settle the issue and come and collect it from me and return it.

                                    I bought my glasses from lenskart 2 weeks ago for rs - 3750 from their retail store. The lens used for the glasses is extremely poor quality. I was told they are scratch proof and all other proof but in 2 weeks time it is getting smudges all over the lens and is irritating to clean and every time. I feel cheated. I used glasses from vision express and they were much better and had no complaints.

                                      I am Vasu Govani. A Lenskart customer. I had ordered a pair of glasses according to my prescription before coming to The United States. I got my delivery on the day of my flight so I couldn't try it or comment on it. But as I wore those glasses I had trouble seeing things, as I didn't had any option I had to wear those ones until I could get a new one from here. I had headache and eyes pain and I am really annoyed with it. There was the same issue with my contacts before but I didnt take it seriously but this is my second time with lenskart. I want some solution at this time.

                                        I have ordered for Contact Lens from Lenskart. Some from the Lenskart team update my contact address without my knowledge. Lens was suppose to be delivered on Saturday, when i logged in i could see wrong address updated i informed Lenskart team they acknowledge the error by their team. They informed the delivery team to deliver in the right address but it was still delivered at a wrong address. Its now 2nd week but the team has not given any resolution. Every time i contact they will just inform me they will get back to me within 48 hours. During one instance when i connected to the contact centre they mentioned i need to collect it from the address which they have delivered. When i asked them to connect to his seniors, he confirmed they will get back to me within 48 hours, but till date there has been no response
