I ordered a spectacle from lenskart.com (order id #[protected]). but as they used poor quality products, just after 2 weeks, some permanent black spots started coming on the lenses. after this i complained to lenskart and they offered me a lens replacement only on the old frame.
Till this moment it was tolerable. now when they delivered the spectacles with new lenses, the frame was damaged. this time its enough. i again complained. now what they are offering me is - credit amount into my lenskart account and not into my bank account. so this way they are forcing me to buy their products once again, the products which i am sure are of poorest of poor quality. i have 2 concerns here -
1. why will i buy poor quality products again?
2.initially their executive gave me some discounts, so i end up spending a little less amount then original. lenskart will credit only the amount which i spent. and now those discounts are not available. so i won't be able to buy the same product again. if i go for a cheaper product then some credit (around rs 1000) will be left in form of credits, which will be of no use. so this way they forcefully charged the amount more than the price of product as neither i won't be getting the remaining amount nor the costlier product.
This all is after facing so much problems of order and following up with their representative multiple times.
Lenskart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
