Sir/ Madam,
I ordered a sunglasses on 26 january 2012. But they delivered me a sunglass which is been used by children. After that continuously I followed them for replacement and every time they promise me for replacement. I have a proof for this in form of conversation made through mails.
But till now they have not completed their promise and they done my loss in form of money and time as well as mentally harashement.
So with this complaint I request you to take necessary strong action under cyber crime, for cheating me, against www.lenskart.com
