I would like to bring to the notice of all the fradulent practices of Lenskart.
In April15, they gave me an offer of 1000 Rs Paytm cashback. But I didn't get any. After doing lot of complaints online I was given 1000 Rs. cashback. Which later on turned out as a gift voucher. But again when I used this gift coupon in Jan16 it's worth was only 300. This is how they dupe the customers. And again they offered me a Gift Voucher, Whose validity they've put only till 6th Feb. Why would I need a new spec within a month of ordering an earlier one?
And the way their customer service is made up of it looks like they've recruited bunch of rude guys who don't even listen to the customers.

However, as you have returned two products so, as an exception, we have again reactivated coupon code for you. We have already emailed you the coupon code worth Rs 1000/- along with its validity.       One year warranty specified on lens and now they say no warranty (Tokai lens)

      I have purchased spects from lenskart and paid a good amount to buy Tokai lens which they say are world's thinnest lens. The page clearly mentions about warranty and even engineer who visited my home(his name is Eshwar) sold it to me saying that it will cover breakage.

      When I reach them last weak over lens breakage, they say it is not covered under warranty while web page clearly calls out for 1 year warranty..

                    First time with lenslart. Really terrible service. My order #[protected]. While placing the order website doesnot show expected time frame (unless if its in a fine print that u cant notice). So i thought like other online websites 3 to 5 days wpuld be common. But now after waiting for a few days i called lenskart and operator tells me it will tale 10 to 12 working days. Which is so lame. That was not it when i aske her y that long she told me it was bifocal so making lens takes time. When i asked operator that status still shows in processing on the websit and is not going to the next step of preparation. But operator kept repeating that it takes 12 working day and offered no help or could not understand my needs that i have placed the order for my mom and waiting 12 working days is a lot of hassle for my mom. After such a parhetic experience will never do business with lenskart.

                        WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN. I have ordered Contact lenses having order no : 533516 from lenskart HSR outlet. On 22nd Dec., it is received at the outlet. The executive told me, it will be deliver to your mentioned address by 23rd dec. It is almost 1 week and the product is still not delivered, and eveyday they are saying like your product is out for delivery. Thanks for such a great experience, and making me regret to shop from lenskart. Worst experience ever..

                          Initially the home eye check-up team couldn't correctly gauge my power and delivered eyeglasses with faulty number. After a lot of customer care hassles and multiple replacements I was finally delivered a VC 6435 ( Order #[protected] ) frame from Lenskart somewhere in mid August. The frame boasts of an years warranty but to my sheer amazement one fine December morning the temple snaps from the hinge out of the blue. I was disgusted but kept my patience and contacted the Lenskart guys and informed them about this manufacturing defect. Instead of apologising for the substandard product and service the customer care executive had the audacity to blame me as an irresponsible user and not only this, he went a step further pestering me to get it repaired from a local shop. I was completely bewildered and dumbfounded by Lenskart's attitude..a company which boasts so much about service and customer satisfaction. Timely Grievance redrasaal of Mr Abhimanyu Sen through this platform has given me a ray of hope that my complaints would be heeded to by Lenskart and a replacement or repair would be initiated at the earliest. I am hereby attaching all the relevant details with the picture of my frame. Expecting a swift response...

                            It is for your kind information that I have ordered on lensKart a order no [protected] dt. 5/12/2015 which was cancelled by me on same time and same day but till today i.e. on 24th Dec.2015 I have not get back my refund amount of Rs.1809/ after so many phone calls, mails. In this regard I have already provided three times my bank account details to them but all are in vain. All time they mailed me false information that your problem has been resolved and your complaint ticked have been closed. I want to ask with the Ministry of Finance why this cheater type companies are being permitted to deal on online businesses and I also want to contact with Mr, peyush Bansal, CEO. My complaint may be forwarded to Finance Ministry to take the legal action against Lenskart

                              Hii this is Abhimanyu sen, I ordered a spec from lenskart on 22nd of october' 2015. order ID [protected] and the model is vincent chase size zero VC T 2406 black red C1 5. Within one month that vincent chase spec broke the stick of the spec came out. they are selling bad quality of frame. I then and there called them and complain they said they will send their representative asap but nobody has come to collect it i mailed them several times but they are neglecting the issue and have not taken any action..they are saying now to send them the images of the frame. After sending the images they still have not taken any action so far. I spent 1700 for the lenses and the frame. But this is not done within a month its broken and thier after sale is very poor. Thus seeking your help to solve this problem. It is not a fashionable goods..its an essential material without spec I couldnt able to see I have (-)power its a serious issue.                               yeah lenskart is WORST... all under level quality products
                              Apropos to the grievance redressal of Mr Abhimanyu Sen I take the platform to bring your kind attention to the similar problem which I am currently facing.

                              Initially the home eye check-up team couldn't correctly gauge my power and delivered eyeglasses with faulty number.
                              After a lot of customer care hassles and multiple replacements I was finally delivered a VC 6435 ( Order #[protected] ) frame from Lenskart somewhere in mid August.

                              The frame boasts of an years warranty but to my sheer amazement one fine December morning the temple snaps from the hinge out of the blue.
                              I was disgusted but kept my patience and contacted the Lenskart guys and informed them about this manufacturing defect.
                              Instead of apologising for the substandard product and service the customer care executive had the audacity to blame me as an irresponsible user and not only this, he went a step further pestering me to
                              get it repaired from a local shop.

                              I was completely bewildered and dumbfounded by Lenskart's attitude..a company which boasts
                              so much about service and customer satisfaction.

                              Timely Grievance redrasaal of Mr Abhimanyu Sen through this platform has given me a ray of hope that my complaints would be heeded to by Lenskart
                              and a replacement or repair would be initiated at the earliest.

                              I am hereby attaching all the relevant details with the picture of my frame.

                                  Ordered 2 sunglasses on lenskart.com dt : 6th dec 2015 & paid by using debit card and account got debited but now i am seeing on lenskart showing payment method cash on delivery and courier people asking cash on delivery now i want my cash back or the product i ordered.                                       This is to discuss about my awful experience at Lenskart - dont know how people are rating them so high. My order: [protected] was placed after their person came for home eye checkup and collected all details for measurement and submitted. First of all, he committed 30% discount and then, while paying money - he told its not applicable. As I already spent 2 hours with him, I just continued to pay huge amount. Then, the specs came after few days and worst is: It doesnt even fit in size even after their person only took sizing and submitted. When I asked, they told me to go to Lenskart store in my city and get it fixed. When I went to their store, the person tried to fix it and just broke! (I can understand what is the third-class quality at such high price). Then, he told me - not to worry - as its broken by their person, I can just take photos, take intimation from Lenskart for return and send it to them. They will process full refund and then, I can take new one at their store. I did the same and got approval for sending it back (Return ID: 706442) and then, they called me and said that I have broken it myself - if their person have broken it, where is the PROOF!? I should not have taken it back (though in that case, I could not have sent it back too and lose amount!) - so, I am dishonest, liar and I should forget my money. After spending 15 days of time with these guys, I lost many hours in calling these guys and finally, Rs. 5000 approx. As I could not wait for lenses that much, I got it done with local shop in Rs. 750 which is thousand times better than Lenskart. They have crossed all limits for humiliation and I am planning to lodge complain in consumer care - not only for Rs. 5K but compensation for humiliation too.
