There were repeatedly massaging from lanskart. Com, without permission they disturbed our lives. They theft my number from some unknown sources and used for their promotional advertising. They were never mentioned the option on unsubscibe in their massages. Delivering of wrong specification Rayban sunglasses.

harassment in the name of promotional sms

Refund amount not returned till now

Misleading customers with fake promises

Dont ever buy from Lenskart

I had a miserable purchase experience with Lenskart. I am an avid online shopper, and customers opt to buy online for convenience, but it is not so with lenskart. I ordered for Ray Ban Aviator Sunglasses (RB 3025) for Rs.5990 - Rs.1197 (redeemed reward points) = Rs.4793 on 21st Oct and it was delivered to me only only on 30th Oct. Even if one has to accept the delay in delivery, cannot accept the shabby way in which it gets delivered....
