I am extremely agitated by the behaviour of on of your store representative in vaishali nagar, jaipur, rajasthan. While my friend was just entering the changing room, the representative asked him to move out, and let the other customer enter instead of him. Now why exactly does your company hire such representatives who are highly incompetent and rude. This behaviour of your employee has surely made a dent in my perception about levi's and i can make you sure of negative word of mouth. Do you offer customers and invite them to your stores just to insult them, this is an extremely unecxpected behaviour. You make sure to lay off such employees or your goodwill and brand image is surely degrading by hiring such # and arrogant staff.

I bought jeans recently from levi's store pla hisar on 26th jan 2018, against bill no.2182 item code[protected]. It's colour and quality of jeans has become worse within one usage. Store management is not responding properly to the complaint. It is very disappointing to see such expensive jeans with poor quality. I request you to replace the piece as soon as possible or i will file this case in consumer court... Thanks

I have a message on my number that i have 805 points in my account and when i wanted them to be redeemed the store people here said that the card is invalid and hence no redemption can be done. I tried to contact customer care the person at other end told to contact later. I fail to understand what kind of business are you people running where customer is not given any priority.

I've only worn levi's jeans since the time i could buy my own denim. You have always provided a great fit however, the skinny jeans which are the only style in the market as of now do not suit everyone. On the other hand, your curve collection provided perfect fit jeans for all kinds of body types. The curve jeans that i bought years ago are now all starting to get frayed and i'm searching desperately for jeans that i can wear, but nothing beats your curve collection. Please get back your curve collection.

We have been your loyal customers for more than 20 years now. But now i are facing some problems. My brother gifted a tops to my daughter from delhi and it is not the correct size for her. I stay in orissa. I have been writing mails to [protected]@levi.com but nothing has been done so far. An executive called once and promised to get back which she never did till now. It is a small job for you. Just allow me to exchange the product or give me a refund.
If you send me your mail id, i can furnish you with all the trail mails and the pics.
This kind of slow and irresponsible customer service from such a big brand doesn't suit you.
Kindly resolve my problem.

I've recently purchased levis skinny fit jeans ON 8/5/2018 from the brand store located at hyderabd chaitanyapuri. Shop named LEVIS-ADITYA ASSOCIATION HYDERABD. #[protected]/1 to 15 shop no.2
We dint even used the product and due to oversize went for exchange. Jean slightly got stained and we are not aware how it got stained. The product was not even used. The assistant manager named srinivas of the store and assistant sales person named jayasree responded rudely and talked harshly with us.this is so disgusting.. we are unhappy with the levis and managing persons over there.and the product is even exchanged..we left the product in store itself.we dint even recieve any printed form of leaving the product in depression itself. Even the money is not refunded. We are so unhappy with levis.
Please see to it that the product is exchanged and apology from the store persons..

Hi team,

I had bought black jeans from levis, chinchwad outlet housed in the building opposite pimpri central. The item was bought during levis nov/december stock clearance sale.. I realised a few days ago that the cloth under left inner thigh area had given way and eventually it is now torn.. This is highly disappointing as levis holds such high esteem in its customers opinion.. Please advise..

I purchased a pair of commuter jeans from levis. However, the piece was defective and i returned to inorbit levis store in november 2017. They promised to return a new piece after quality testing and asked me to wait for 2 weeks.
I waited patiently without any update. I visited them again in march 2018.
They promised to send by post. Never sent any

I bought jeans recently from levi's exclusive store recently. Colour and quality of jeans has become worse within one usage. Store management is not responding properly to the complaint. It is very disappointing to see such expensive jeans with poor quality. Jayanagar 4th block store where i bought jeans have collected the jeans to send it to levi's company for quality check. But actually they kept the jeans with themselves for one week and returned it saying that company did quality check and no problem found with jeans.

This is to inform a very insulting experience i had from levi’s highlite mall calicut store. I have been there with my family on 28/04/2018 at 10:15 pm for the purchase. The store was open and we went in but one of the staffs was not not in a good mood entertaining us. However we had selected the dress and when we went for paying the bill the staff didn’t have any hesitation to take out his rage on us. I was surprised to have such insulting experience from a brand like levi’s.
The staff rejected to take the payment through card and when requested he was rude and did not hesitate to take out his ill mood over us. Other stores where we purchased has given us favour while levi’s just did not bother to do favour but did not hesitate to abuse the costumer. This is indeed a disgrace to the brand like levi’s.
I was told by the same staff that he is not bothered if i complain through email. And he was mocking us by giving the id. I would suggest you if your store is not to be open after certain time then better close the store rather than welcoming us in and abusing.
I have enough reasons to go for legal procedures against your staff. I expect a quick reply from the levi’s.

Hello, I was two weeks ago in Chennai India, and I went to a store near to the hotel I was staying crowne Plaza Hotel. I bought three times in that store. The third time I went because I wanted to buy cloth for my husband and when they were doing my ticket they took to long that when they gave it to me I was in a hurry and didn’t check the bill. I arrive to my hometown and while I was checking the ticket and the product I had 10 items and they marked me 13. They put in my ticket products size S which doesn’t even fit to what I bought.
The name of the girl who attend me was Jasmeen.
I would like to know how can we fix this mistake.

I bought a levis jeans from for rs 2500 and after 10 days it got torn from thigh area completely and color of the jeans faded totally very poor quality of the product. This is not expected from a brand like levis
You are only fooling people by taking their money and providing zero quality and when i went to the store they simply ignored my complaint.

I bought a jeans 4 months before. I paid nearly 2.5 k and expected more quality from a brand like Levi's. It was my first jeans from Levi's and it started tearing from the thighs area. And also the colour is starting to fade so suddenly. First it was very comfortable to wear. But now it's not all comfortable and not all satisfied with the quality .

The levi’s jeans i purchased has torn off near the thighs just like that and suddenly. It is so embarrassing... This is the second jeans with which i faced the issue..
First one was last year and the shop didn’t even act on it..
You pay around 4k for this non worthy pant..
I was a levi’s customer since 10 years and have had very bad experiences for past two years..
The brand is no more a brand.

I bought one skinny levi's jeans jeans in august 2017 from dwarka sector 7 levi's showroom. It got so loose now that i regret buying it.in fact within 3 months it got loose completely. I wasted 3k bucks on this #. It was for the first time i bought levi's jeans and now i regret.
I had blind trust on levi's seeing people's review but when i bought it for the first time it seemed excellent but with time it lost all it's quality and grace. I simply want now exchange or refund.

I had done shopping of 4 shirts and 1 single casual black jeans from virar (W) branch. I am not at all satisfied with this clothes quality i have just wore it for 2 or hardly 3 times and shirt has completely lost its colour. And that black jeans is completely turned into white. I am just got upset with it. I had trusted the levis brand and bought clothes of rs 22000/- its not a small amount. I just want the solution of my clothes as earlier as possible. If ill not get the proper response i’ll definitely go to the consumer court. I just want my clothes to be changed or i should i get money back. Ill be waiting for your reply.

Siri bough a black colour jeans on 24 jan 2018 from stanmax store in v3s mall located in nirman vihar costing rs 1440/-.
In just 1 month o[censored]se it has started discolouring and white patches can be seen on the surface of jeans which are growing very rapidly that clearly means its a poor quality product...
I have trusted levi's since my childhood and my family also wear clothes by levi's but i have never seen such a poor quality clothing which discolourises in just 1 month and on even irregular uses.
I request you to provide me a replacememt for this jeans with a better quality one this time as soon as possible.

I bought black jeans of your brand few days ago... And m not satisfying with the material.. It is snagging.. Threads from other clothes are attaching to it... It is black.. So it doesn't look good at all.. Whitish thread is all over the jeans.. I tried brushing it.. But how long should i do this.. Every time it will get snagged.. Am i paid 2400rs. To brush it every time. I hope you will give me satisfying reaction. This is my first levi's jeans.. I hv waited for so long to buy this on my own. I expected so much from ur product. Local products are much better.. Atleast their jeans dont snagged.

With in few days i have noticed that cloth fiber from jeans was continuously coming out i informed store person they said wash it once, i followed their instructions but problem was still there after few days i noticed small holes in the jeans.
I went to the store talked to the store manager he said they will replaced it and they need some time after 10 days i went back asked status he said come back after 4 days again after one week i went there, store manager told me there is sale going on so they can not bill right now today after 15 days when i went there again they are again giving excuses and saying that they are not authorized for this
So i want to ask levies where is my fault i paid you and i am struggling for the product since last 5 months.
I request you to take appropriate action on this
