Since the last 29 years i have been using liberty shoes without any complaint and due to this blind faith one of your dealers/showroom at ludhiana, has cheated me by selling an outdated/defected /poor quality shoes. It was late in the evening hours when i bought the shoes. The cardboard box /packing of the shoes was missing. They told me that the box was destroyed during transit. This the reason where i doubt the product is outdated or defected or of very poor quality or may be fake, because i cant believe how the shoes could break down in just three months. Please help me to find a solution.

I purchased a windsor shoes from my city. It has passed more than one year but was not in use. I regularly used it from the last month. And only in 10 days of regular use its lower leather cracked and is in very bad situation. The exclusive showroom employee are saying that there is no solution from our side and also from the company side. Is it true? If it is true that you can not solve our problems about your product then there is no chance to purchase your product in future.

I visited one of your outlet at keelkattalai, chennai, tamil nadu, india. I had asked for non marking shoes. Since the price was high. I told my budget is around 1k. He was very good damn rude, sarcastic in reply stating "you won't even get slipper for 1k". Is this the way you treat people who visit you your outlets? What a shame. I'm gonna write this in facebook and in all possible social medias and would never recommend anybdy to visit liberty shoes ever.

I have been a customer of liberty and i am wearing liberty shoes from past
5-6 years, but this time i feel shame to complaint about the shoe

When i used the shoe for first day itself, i found that in right side shoe there was big nail just below the inner side of the foam leather. It hurt me for the entire day and suffered lot. On 1st november 2017, i went to the shop with the complaint and shop keeper acknowledged the complaint. Voucher for the same is attached herewith.

On 3rd november 2017, i got a call from shop keeper that the shoes are ready. When i went for collecting my shoes, it was horrible that the shop keeper cut open the inner foam leather and removed the nail and just pasted / stiched again (May be from local road side shoe repair person) and given it back. When i insisted for replacement, he denied for the same.

The shop keeper was rude and unethical that he is not supposed handle the manufacturing defect and customer will have to take up with directly with the company. Moreover, he himself fires the poor quality of liberty shoes. He was telling that he is just doing favour to me for carrying out the repairing work. He also added me to go and lodge the complaint for which you will never get any response from liberty company.

I really surprised how such well known branded consumer product company of liberty can do this?? I am expecting new replacement of my shoes from liberty. Hope you will take necessary action to instruct the show room vendor for the replacement.

Recently school tied up with your brand & asked students to buy force 10 dash black top side netted with lace. My younger son's box mentioned k0601 model. I want size 12 or 13 no shoe for my son. I had bought my shoes in the month of june. Its getting mostly 3 months from which date im using it. But its cracking from eveywhere except sole. Its looking vry bad even im not wearing tht much bad its looking. So now tell what should i do i bought it at the cost of 2300 near about. But the shoe is of very poor quality. Is there is any process to change or exchange or refund my mean to say that can u help me buy any how.

I bought this shoes on may 1 this year but stareted using these shoes from 1st of july and within two months the shoes got damaged. When i went to the shop from where i bought them they asked me to write complaint on the website to solve this issue and i have attached the photo of the bill given by the shopkeeper. So please look into this matter and reply what is the solution of this problem.

I sent this order with full online payment of rs.930.82 on[protected]. I received 2 items out of 4 on[protected]. I sent mail to company in this regard.
I again received 1 item on[protected] amd 4th one again not sent. I again sent mail to company in this regard. I called on company representative phone no. [protected] in this regard. I was told that due to quality issue 4th item is not available. Your balance of rs. 158 will be credited to your liberty account. I requested to send 4th item of smaller i. E. 6 size. The representative agreed and revised order # [protected] on[protected]. On liberty site my order is confirmed but till date not dispatched.
I have repeated requests by mail and phone but no result. Company not responses any mail or calls.

I am purchase shoes from liberty show room at bhajanpura. On dated[protected] in evening around 7:30 pm.. And my shoes payment is done by debit card. My shoes is damaged within a month. Both shoes is damaged from the soles and both shoes upper damaged. I am regular customer of liberty.
So kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Matter : found manufacturing issue and i visit same showroom for change product without use dated on[protected] but dealer not change and repair with some excuse

I did online purchase for 5 pairs of shoes on my invoice number [protected]. On 7 august 2017. Delivered to kochi kerala on 16 august 2017. One pair of size # 6 gliders was defective. Both the shoes were for the left foot.. I am attaching a photo below. Can you send me the shoe for the right foot along with the new order.? I kamal narain misra booked a foce 10 liberty shoe using my discount voucherof rs. 500. At the tome of booking the cost shown was 299 +58=357

But at the time of delivery he was asking rs 414/- i asked how the rate is increased. He said i will come with detaiis. And till date he has not delivered my shoes. I have not returned back my shoes.
When i am tracking it is showing returned back. It seems disgusting and a mental harassment to me. Please send my shoes immediately.

Sir i have complained about liberty shoes amy-21. We get this shoes from our company as price of rupee 1397. But the price printed on shoe box is mrp 799. So please provide us information about the mrp of this model of shoes. And we also want to verify that this model of shoe is exist in market or not?. I bought a pair of shoes from a showroom at city center, rohini named as liberty retail revolutions ltd. The shoes (Article no. Gi-ws 506 brown 43) were bought on 8th of june 2017 wide bill no 1814 @ price of rs. 2500. And just after 15 days o[censored]sage the sole of the shoe started coming out and since its a rainy season, i encountered this thing when the water started coming into my shoes. I repaired them by myself but that didn't suffice. So, now i want to get my money back as i've given those shoes to the seller mentioned above.
