I had bought my shoes in the month of june. Its getting mostly 3 months from which date im using it. But its cracking from eveywhere except sole. Its looking vry bad even im not wearing tht much bad its looking. So now tell what should i do i bought it at the cost of 2300 near about. But the shoe is of very poor quality. Is there is any process to change or exchange or refund my mean to say that can u help me buy any how....

I bought this shoes on may 1 this year but stareted using these shoes from 1st of july and within two months the shoes got damaged. When i went to the shop from where i bought them they asked me to write complaint on the website to solve this issue and i have attached the photo of the bill given by the shopkeeper. I am purchase shoes from liberty show room at bhajanpura. On dated[protected] in evening around 7:30 pm.. And my shoes payment is done by debit card. My shoes is damaged within a month. Both shoes is damaged from the soles and both shoes upper damaged. I am regular customer of liberty.
So kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I have a pair of liberty warrior shoes.in this pair of shoes, i have observed that right hand side shoes sole having manufacturing defect. Some rubber material come out from sole. I know that "liberty shoes" is the leader in shoe market. I did not expect such type of manufacturing defects. I am not sure that company qa will take it in their improvement scope.

I have purchased Senorita Chappel one month back in Keelkattalai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu at Liberty show room. I have not use more than three times but broken heal. I have visit the showroom and show the chappel but he his not responsible for it. At the time of purchase he said 6M warranty for this Chappel, currently I don't have the bill. If you want I will take the photo of damaged Chappel.

I recently visited to liberty to check out some new fresh arrival so these gyuzz shows me some good shoes even in 50% price.
