I have purchased formal shoes (Article name - agk-02), (Material code[protected], (Colour - brown), amount rs.1800/- on 14th feb 2018 from liberty showroom modinagar.
Shoes are not at all comfortable. Material of shoes is also not good enough as when i wore them first time, i found heavy wrinkles on them and my ankle also got damaged by wearing them. I complained at the showroom already but after that also that product has not been improved till now.
It is my humble request to kindly see the matter otherwise it may cause harm to your name and fame. I hope you will take an appropriate action very soon.

Hey, i just want to complaint that, the sole of my right shoe is tilted towards the right toe due to which i am not comfortable enough and my toe is continuously getting swelled and डॉक्टर has recommended me to change my shoes.

I just expect you to exchange this pair shoes asap. I am the sending the bill receipt and the picture of shoes attached.

I purchased one month back Shoes from Liberty and got surprised with worst quality. Just use 4-5 times, it got defective and opened at various joint positions from the sole.

I never seen such defective and cheap quality in any of the shoes company.

I will raise this matter at very high level and must everyone aware about such poor cheating of Liberty.

Really it is too worst....

Hello, I am Rajendra singh. I purchased a pair of shoes from LIBERTY SHOES LTD.Shauquat Ali Road opp.Jamia Tus Swalehat Village Madiyan Nadar Bagh civil lines Tehsil Sadar Rampur. The outer layer of the shoes is being damaged by itself and the sole is leaving its grip . I went to the abovesaid showroom on 29.01.2018 and registered my complaint. He assured me to solve the problem on the next day. Today is 01.02.2018.I have asked him twice about my complaint status without any proper response. Further I did not get any message about the complaint.If my problem is not solved neither I nor any member of my family will ever go to the LIBERTY SHOES LTD. I am sending the photos of the shoes and the bill along with my complaint.

Hello sir, my problem is that customer care has stopped my complaint without proper resolution of my complaint. Please help me in this regard.
Sir, i had a pair of shoes for liberty exclusive showroom, uniasia international, patankar chourah, gwalior, madhya pradesh from 4th september 2017, whose brand name is - force-10, article name hk001 and billno.1273!
The problem is that these shoes have been only 15days used and its surface has started cracking and sole rubber damaged. But due to shopkeeper lack of response, we have started to feel weak, and in the same way i am feeling financially cheated while liberty is an honest and trustworthy brand,
So please help me to replace my shoes!

Respected sir/madam.in india online shopping business is growing very fast but who oversees the rules and regulations regarding the quality and service of the product they deliver to the customer. We have been supplied fake (Duplicate) 'liberty' sports shoes which got torn within 2-3 months and company's return policy says it must be returned within 15 days now in the item such as shoes how can you check the functioning, quality workmanship in 15 days i would request you to look into the matter and arrange to provide justice for the inconvenience caused to us and dishonesty shown by liberty because they have supplied fake product to us so that they must learn the lesson that the customer who had trusted while purchasing thousands of products should not be treated like fools otherwise indian public would loose faith from online shopping and the digital india dream of honourable pm shri narendra modi will get affected resulting loss to the economy. We are confident that stern action would be taken against liberty and original and new action shoes are supplied to me so that we may restore our faith in online shopping and regulations towards online suppliers. I purchased a pair of shoes from sector 23 market liberty outlet in gurgaon. Within 30-40 days, the sole of both the shoes got cracked at the same place. I complaint about the same to the outlet but they denied to replace the shoes saying that the company provided replacement warranty only within 30 days. Then i contacted liberty customer care via email complaining about the bad quality of their product. Instead of resolving the problem, they forwarded my mail to the sector 23 outlet who contacted me again and asked me to pay for the sole replacement. I would like to understand if customer is purchasing a branded product and has already paid for the product as per the mrp, why should customer pay for the liberty bad quality products.

Sir i have brought windsor model as standby shoes. About. Two year back. I used occasionally as i am senior citizen.
I found that sole rubber is deteriorated. I have been using this model for long time and never had such complain. Infact i had always replaced in good condition as i was tired o[censored]sing old shoes. I bought this from vapi gujarat liberty shop.
How can you help your old customer?

This is about a ladies footwear (healers) that has been broken by itself, I was assured about the quality and the brand by the center but somehow it didn’t even last for 20 days and now I want a replacement. I’ve been an old customer of the brand but things are getting worse day by day as I’ve faced this kinda situation before with the different product.

The shoe is very comfortable and i have been wearing your brand shoes from my child hood. Recently i purchased a shoe from your online store 13th dec 2017. I have purchased 1 pair of sports shoes from your liberty showroom mansarovar, jaipur 2-3 months back. It's size is 6. I have full confidence in liberty, thus i didn't take care of receipt. I am a regular user of your product. Unfortunately my sport shoes developed some cracks and i was confident that liberty will replace or repair it but when i giavr the shoes to showroom owner vide his receipt no. 2479 dated 26-11-17 they have return the same after a week without repair. Please let me know where should i go and get the solution.

I am observing serious quality issue on the product and the same is totally damaged and beyond use with in 3 months of purchase. After one month o[censored]se i have got an issue regarding damage (Entire sole broke / tear of right foot shoe) i had been to your above showroom with the issue to rectify it. Please exchange the same with the new pair of shoes. They kept the pair of shoe at the shop but so far no response from them. Shop keeper has given us atleast 3 month gurantee and the shoes are well in gurantee period.in november first week we informed the shopkeeper about the same verbly.in absense of original bill we have taken time to get the details of payment from our bank to prove our date of payment authication.

There are two cuts on my right leg shoe. And also there is some problem in left leg shoe.
There is a type of stretch on both of my shoes. I am complaining this because my shoes are in gaurentee period.
I request you to act as fast as you can on my complaint.

As a constumer of liberty shoes. I purchased the shoes from the store 10days before and in only 3days o[censored]se the shoes which i had buy from your store is now no more use for me as clutche of shoes got broke and as a costumer i complaint to the store about my broken shoes the person who was selling liberty shoes denied me to change this shoes and gave all the fault to me like your child has broken she might have done something wrong with shoes and most important thing that person misbehaved with me and was being very rude he doesn’t have any right to say something wrong. It’s company fault i want my shoes to be changed and the person should be punished for misbehaving. So please take action against your person and my shoes should be changed.
If you fail to do your job we will file the case in consumer court against you.

I purchased sports shoes from your show room in arekere signal, bangalore. But shoe laces are big. Iam daily going for zim because of big shoe lace, i unable to do zim properly.
