I have purchased one shoes on date 08th sep 2018 from sharma enterprises crown interiorz mall for my son and product cost was rs.699/-.

The shoes size was small and i went for exchange but they reply we can't exchange because of shoes shole was little bit dirty and manger behavior was not good.

Kindly do the needful.

Sir,
We have purchased the above said lady slippers two months before in coonoor
Tamilnadu, at liberty show room.
This slipper is meant for comfort but we have faced severe problem with innerbed started peeling off
As we are regularly purchasing from liberty show room and this sort of problem never occurred and the company is to replace the material without any cost
Arrange to send the replacement immediately.

I purchased a shoe article name FL-034 hsn no : 64039 from Pinky Sales, sector 12 Dwarka GsTIN no : 07ATWPK3779K1ZP on 3 rd june 2018. The upper of the shoe was damaged within 3 days and then when i sent a staff to get it returned the store staff misbehaved to an extent that i had to file a complaint against them in Delhi polive, the store manager's name is Sunil and Sales staff is mr Vimal,

I had previously purchased the model 3 months back which was also damaged but we were not able to get it returned as the 7 days return policy was not applicable on the same.

I left the shoe in the store itself and i wanted a response from the company itself, till date i havent recieved any.

I want to highlight the product quality as well as the staff service that liberty offers to customers, has dropped to this extent.

I request you to take this matter seriously as this is not acceptable and such habits have to be answered by the brand itself.

I just visited your Liberty Outlet located at Krishna Tower Chakrata Road Dehradun Uttarakhand and was not satisfied by the services provided by your representative and when i asked about ant complain register or feed back form, both were unavailable at this outlet also no CCTV camera is installed in the showroom to give any visual evidence how the workers are behaving with the customers. There i met with Mr Sachin Shah who is working as store manager. After repeated asking he is not ready to give his i card or similar and when i asked him to give details about him he had given me a piece of paper ( not whole paper) and told me to write his name and other details and provided your toll free number to log a complain. As he is not bothered about the customer and about your prestigious company. They are really not bothered what a costumer want or what to sell to the customer. Sir this is not the way to run a outlet of a prestigious company like you.
They are jugging the customer by the look and by the foot.
Kindly go through the mail and revert back in a positive manner.

Dear concern

Please to be inform you that i have purchase liberty shoes on dated 16th july 2018 from liberty shoes ltd madia katra agra of amount 1800 (Bill copy attched with this mail).

But after 28 days on 13th aug 2018 i have submit my shoes madia katra agra for shoe soul cracked. Mr sunil from liberty house maida katra agra assured me to my shoes will be repair and deliverd me by 21 aug 2018.

But till now i am not get my shoes. I asked mr sunil for my shoes. But he is say that i m sending your shoes to company for repair. I do not know when your shoes repair.

I am regular customer of liberty shoes. I like liberty shoes brand because this is a soft, comfortable but i am very dissappointed with the service of liberty shoes company.

Regular customer of liberty products but on[protected] i have purchased shoes from a retailer opposite district lines karanagar srinagar vide retail invoice no. Gstin 01aaacl3146k1zv @2200/= article no. Fl-1452. Unfortunatly after some days i have found some stictching cuts on the upper side of the shoes which gives a bad look in it and is hence defective and also the sole of the shoes have also been rubbing away. Although the same has been brought into the notice of the retailer but he showed very coldness with regard to considering the geniune complaint. I purchased all season sandel model no. Lok-777 at your margao outlet in goa on 30 of may 2018. The warranty for same is for three months and my sandals side strap came out. I have lost the bill and so i am requesting you to do the needful to help me get it exchanged. Enclosed herewith is a photo of the shoes, acknowledgement slip from shops and bank entry for the payment. Hoping that you do the needful.

I purchased sHandel/ shleper from Rama shoes Store jhansi on 04 March 2018. After use for 5 months, noticed left side shoe cutside shoe sole supporting part has torned and completely cut. Then i complained at ur dealer abt this. Store manager saying that sole warranty of only 2 months so it cannot be exchanged but it can be get it done with repair. Am regular user of liberty shoes since 10 years but only this time it has happened i lost faith in quality o[censored]r company shos because sole damaged with in couple of months. I[censored] exchange with new shoes it is highly appreaciable otherwise i do not want

This is not acceptable as the shoe is only a moth old and has become useless as lace does not hold on.

I purchased shoe, model GI-JHD01, from MRR Store Ranchi on 22 May. After use for 10-15 days, noticed that last hole for lace had torn off. Normally laces tear off, but for first time have seen buckle hole tearing off. It is difficult to tie on lace and shoe slips out of leg.
I had given compliant at Ranchi Show room on 30 June, but they say only 75% is refundable.
This is not acceptable as the shoe is only a moth old and has become useless as lace does not hold on. I am looking for replacement with no charges.

I purchase gliders shose on 29 th may 2018 from show room near mansrover park delhi road rohtak and shose damage within 15 days i complan on show room but they not reply to me.it is realy getting so difficult to wear. I am an old buyer of liberty shoes so not expecting this kind of Ignorance . I am finding it very hard to wear those shoes.if my complain neglected again than it won't be a good customer relation by your side.

I have purchased Senorita Women slippers on 01 April 2018 from liberty shoes ltd. sector-14 panchkula. During the purchase it was committed to me that there will be 3 months exchange if any damage is found in the product. Now sleepers were damaged within 1.5 month and as i was not in the city i was not able to report in may but when i have went to the dealer on 3rd June 2018 they asked that according to company policy we will not exchange the product and we will only repair it. Now i want to ask that if your policy claims for 2 months then why during purchase i was committed for 3 months. If i was already aware that exchange policy is of 2 months then i given it to somebody else to visit the store. Now store dealer is saying that they will do pasting but its leather for which i have purchased is removing. Now how can you justify that the leather will appear pasted and will you guarantee me that it will not remove again. I am attaching pics of my sleepers along-with Bill. I hope you will help me out in this regard.

Product is not good model design is not like, and size is not compatible this is big size and this is very loose and walking time this is removed by my leg i want tight fitting so i will again time purchase so request to company please solve my problem and return your product

My self dr suchita from noida... Few days before i purchased a footwear from your library show room noida.. But unfortunately my footwear was not gud quality... Within few days sole of footwear get faded and become loose in a few days... As per i m your regular customer.. I went to outlet regarding my complain.. That guy take my problem seriously and drop msg to you.. But know problem is you guys give blame to customer. That is not gud... If you give excuse of sweating foot... Than plz send expert to check my foot.. Because. I have dry foot problem... Plz take seriously it a costly footwear that a come mana can't afford to bye again and again.. Thanks

I have purchased one pair shoe from liberty showroom dwarka more on 12 dec 2018 price 3499/- after one month my shoe pesting remove from his sole i have deposited the same after one week a received the same but after two month the same problem facing again i deposited the same on 19 apr 2018. But till time i have not received my shoe. Shoe is also defective. Pl exchange the same and also inform to your retailers in this regard for your good name and qoulity product

I bought a shoes on 18 mar 18.
Its quality is very poor and getting torn within one week. Dealer is just replying that he has lodged a complaint with the Company but on question of when this problem will be sorted out?, his reply is he can't say anything about its solutions. One time he repaired it's side joint pasting which again became unpasted.
I have faith on Liberty not on Bijnor dealer. I request it's solution within time frame.

I have purchase an open sandle of worth rs. 1700/- from your showroom situated at ghumar mandi ludhiana (Punjab). It is stated that i am regular customer and i bought many shoes and sandle from your showroom and its comfortable but this time i am very uncomfortable about your product. The sandle is giving very heat to my feet. I am very uncomfortable in summer so, kindly requesting to exchange my sandle and you are requested to convey the message to the relavent showroom owner

I bought 2 liberty slippers from lajpat nagar showroom, new delhi. There was buy one get one free offer available. Both the slippers were worth rs 2200 each for the price of 1. I am amazed that such a renowned brand can make such uncomforatble slippers that i am unable to walk.
While trying it appeared good on my feet and comfortable but the problem started when i started using it. It is so uncomfortable and hurting my toes badly, also slipping away from my feet. Since there was no exchange or return policy available for the discounted product, i feel cheated for buying it.
If you can kindly replace me for a slipper /shoe for similar amount i shall be thankful.

I have purchased a pair of shoes from liberty shop, vidyaranyapura, bangalore by spending about 3.5k

To my worst experience i saw the shoe is cut within 3 months that too with rare usage.
I hence approached the store manager with a complaint and i was told that the performance warranty is only for 2 months.
How an established company like yours be so irresponsible in addressing a genuine complaint.
I got again a surprise by the way the store manager offered me to repair it by stitching and returning the same stuff.
Iam dejected as a consumer and never expected that the shoe will get spoiled at an early date .
A delighted customer is the best advertisement and vise versa too.

Request you to kindly address my concern

I have purchased formal shoes (Article name - agk-02), (Material code[protected], (Colour - brown), amount rs.1800/- on 14th feb 2018 from liberty showroom modinagar.
Shoes are not at all comfortable. Material of shoes is also not good enough as when i wore them first time, i found heavy wrinkles on them and my ankle also got damaged by wearing them. I complained at the showroom already but after that also that product has not been improved till now.
It is my humble request to kindly see the matter otherwise it may cause harm to your name and fame. I hope you will take an appropriate action very soon.
