I have purchased Liberty force 10 shoes for my daughter on 10.09.16, but after 15 days Sole came off, when we make complaint by shopkeeper SS SHOES, 80 FEET ROAD, MAHESH NAGAR, JAIPUR, they told that they will repair it but after 8 days shoes did not given back to me and shopkeeper's attitude is very aggressive and angry. on 9th day they give back shoes to me with local repairing and pesting which will not for 10-20 days. during this period I make so many calls to them and visited their shop so many times.

Who will pay the fuel cost and mental harassment?

I give a order for one shoes on online on dt.03 October'2016 through my order no.[protected]. on Dt.04th October I received a SMS from your end that my Order No.[protected] is shipped through DTDC COD with AWB No.I[protected].
But till date I not received my shoes and also not track that consignment also.

I have purchage a liberty shoes article name - jp-bt08 at 10 sep_16 from liberty shoes ltd. b-30/2a-27a lanka varanasi at price of 1799/ and started to wear shoes near about 25 or 26 sep_16 continue but i found at 07 oct_16 that the upper material of my shoes scratch in right leg shoes at three more places. i had gone to showroom where purchage shoes and told there to showroom manager about my problem and show shoes condition told him to replace it but he told me that its not possible to replace and he suggest me that please give me your shoes we send it for liberty company to repair it.
Is this right that only under 15 days wearing shoes have created problem? it is a fraud with customer. i never bare about it.
Please suggest me what can i do?

I was bought a liberty shoes from shubham enterprises, kamaleshawarm, behind petrol pump vaishali nagar, ajmer on 7th sep 2016 and i used it on 13 sep. 16 when i attend the relatives function but these shoes look like very tight and give me wound in my both foot so i am not able to walking and taking treatment for recover this. When i approach the vendor on 14 sep.16 for exchange the shoes or refund the money but he did miss behave with me and refuse the exchange to shoes although i handover the product him in good condition with all packaging box etc. So i request you please help me short out this issue asap and exchange the shoes of refund the money with compensation because these shoes give me wound and so that i miss the my lots o[censored]rgent work [ as i am an advocate and working with reputed international ngo, educate girl as legal consultant] i have been left the shoes at vendor's store. He refuse to exchange the shoes and refund the money.

I buy one pair liberty leather shoes from bhootnth market showroom lucknow 226016 as on date 08 may 2016 through credit card product fortune. Within four month shoes loss his stetch, pasting, leather fetched from many places. When i contact from showroomowner, he says that he is helpless for resolved my problem and complaint to company.

At the time of sale he says six month guarranty/ warranty against manufacuturing defect.

I had ordered for a fortune shoe by online and rs.999/- was transfered to you as per order # [protected] on 21st august 2016. On 24th aug, i got an sms stating that "your order no. [protected] is shiped through dtdc prepaid with awb no. Z00754903."
Since there was no responceon 31st aug. I sent a message and got replythat "because of no service dtdc returned back to us theareafter we sent the shipment through india post."

Yesterday on 5th october 2016 i got the parcel covered with liberty folding paper, the carton of liberty, while i opened the box i was surpriced to see there was only some english magazines in it;and i am cheated.

I never expected such an action form liberty. I request that you may look in the matter seriously and do the needful to gaert my shoes at an early date. My mobile number is [protected].

I had purchased a pair of school shoes for my son on 31/05/2016 from hsr, sector-1, bangalore. Within less than 10 days, the sole of the shoes started coming off. I was informed by the store manager that they will service it and i should visit him after 2 weeks or so as the service guy is out of station. Ok.
Then i handed over the shoes for service to the store manager after 2 weeks or so, the shoes were not repaired properly. It was highlighted to the store manager the same time but since my son has just one pair of black school shoes, i could not afford to leave it back at the store. Again today, i went to hand over the shoes for repairs, this time the velcro has also come out completely. He started misbehaving and told lies and was very unco-operative. Please look into this matter and let me know if you need any more details.

My name is kunal mahajan from pathankot (Punjab). I bought slippers from liberty showroom dangu road pathankot on 08/05/2016 at 1500 rs. But it has broken in just 20 days. When i compaint about this to showroom they did not resolve my problem and they said they cannot do anything after that i have send mail to their customer care email [protected]@libertyshoes.com than i receive their reply they give illogical reason that this product is their best sailing product and they didnot give single complaint regarding this product and this is accidental case how could they give such nonsense reason for the cheap quality of their product. I seriously feeling very bad for showroom and comapny behaviour. They harrased me. Sir please resolve my matter and give advice to company to improve their poor service.

This is very disgusting to let you know that a brand like yours needs to address a complaint for your product. You enjoy a reputation of being a market player but I don't agree to it. What kind of reputation is this which does not meet the standards and does not come good to the expectation? This is highly frustrating and disappointing.

I came to know about the quality of your products from words of mouth but my experience turned into a horrible one. I bought a pair of shoes from one of your stores and the shoes left me in the lurch while I was supposed to be attending a meeting of high importance. The pair left its heels and a whole cloud of dust entered my shoes leaving me embarrassed with my colleagues. Is it the actual display of a quality product for which we pay through our nose? I must say a big NO.

I have purchased liberty shoes two times and both time i found low quality of shoes first time within a moth sole got dismantle and second time its getting tear off due to too poor quality of products.
Even second time i went to shop from where i purchased but they have just done some stitched which again got torn up.
I had bad experience with liberty.

I have purchased shoe on 18th july'2015 from liberty shoes ltd, shop no. 121 sahara ganj mall, hazarat ganj lucknow. After 3 month the shoe got many deep marks of scratches on leather and upper layer start eroded. The sole also got dismantle. On these marks the leather material has tear off due to too poor quality of products. I have complained many times at your shop for replacement but nothing was done by your staff. I have been using liberty shoes since 1988, no problem was faced by me earlier like it. Kindly go into the matter and arrange to replace it.

Purchased a sandal on 15.08.15 after wearing for two days it got torn out. The skin top got totally damaged. Dealer refused to change the product. Matter discussed with north executive mr.
