Purchased top top ladies v shape sandal from outlet mahajan enterprises, lawrence road amritsar on 10.11.18. After using 3-4 times, the polish o[censored]pper layer started fading.
We contacted the outlet on 09.3.19 but they advised that since the warranty period is over, it can't be repaired.
I told that it doesn't mean that immediately after completion of warranty period, goods must start deteriorate especially any product of your well established brand. But they didn't pat any heed and offered 50% discount on any fresh purchase. I rejected as now i don't have faith on quality of products.

I hope my grievance will be taken in good spirit and be resolved at the earliest.

I bought a shoe from liberty shoes in last morh, jammu 1 month age... But after a month its sole and lower part of the shoes got detached... Price of the shoe was rs1499/-
And warranty was 3 months but it doesn't lasts a month even... I talked to that person 2 times who had sold me that shoe, he advised me to keep repairing and using my shoes.. Thats not the way of getting your issue resolved... Very disappointing... I rated it as i hated it...

I have purchased shoe from liberty showroom situated at rama magneto mall bilaspur chattisgarh in the month of december 2018 but after 3 months o[censored]se, i am facing sole issue in my shoe and it seems to be defective.
I purchased first time from famous brand like you and this type of defectivity is never expected from such a brand shoe company. I am really hurted.
I therefore humbly request to replace the same, if possible.

Rs.1500.00 i have trusted brand name and quality but its quality is not match with the rs.250 chappel i purchase 6 month before but started to use one month before in this period it is tare and looks ugly when i went to showroom that staffe behaviour also not good enough kindly suggest what we pay we expect that quality it should be worth for our money

I have purchased one pair of shoe of material code[protected] article name d10-3 brand force 10 from ur liberty store paontasahib dist. Sirmour h. P. Within 2 months the upper net of shoe gets damaged. I have submitted the pair with copy of bill on 10/2/2019 at paonta sahib store but they refused to replace. So i request u to look through the matter & replace the shoe as early as possible.

I purchased the 50 pair of shoes (Liberty jungle shoe warrior) through supplier last week... For using in training of bsf officer àt bsf academy tekanpur... Gwalior (Mp).
Shoes quality and material are not up to mark and only one day use its are defective...
Please solve this issue...

I have pirchased one pair of gliders shoes with amount of 1699.

When i have wear that shoes and walk with it. It’s creating a irritating sound from the sole of shoes.
I have concern with the shop owner and he said will repair it out. And they send that shoes for repairing and he said it will take around 4-5 days to repair.

After 7 days i went there and received my shoes back but problem is still there nothing was repairs.

And no satisfactory response from the staff. Main thing that i was notice is members are lying to sell the product.

At the time of purchase he said me we have only one peace of this product is available.

Here i have attached invoice of my purchased product can you please help me in this case.

I don’t want my money back but i want satisfactory product.

Sir, i had purchased one pair of shoe from liberty shoes ltd. Plot no.6 khasra no 28 surendranagar high court building lucknow 226016 dated16.11.2018.
The front of the shoe started to unravel suddenly and seems to be defective.
Kindly replace it or refund or any other remedy can be provided by you to me.

I had rdered 2 sandals on 25th oct 2018 and i still have neither got delivery or nor refund. I want raise complaint. Worst experience in my life. I need my money back.
I tried to contact liberty shooes via phone which is not working. I have raised the issue via email and they not replying. Please do needful.

Your refund is under processes. You will get your refund within 4 to 5 working days.
This was 6 days back and still not received any refund. I want my money with 1 month interest now

I went to buy a office slipper the cost mentioned on the slipper was 499/- so i said yes to buy that the sales peraon replaced the same design slipper with a price tag of 699/-.On compalining he said it is not of my bissiness.I have the proofs and pictures of both the items

Then when I asked to return the product the store person denied and misbehaved with us.

I would recommend not to use liberty...abandon such anti customer brands

I stay in thane, maharashtra. I went to your pokharan road no.2 shop to purchase school shoes for my son. My son did not come with me & therefore, i carried his existing shoes (Size - 6 & color white). I wanted similar size shoes, but in black color. I showed them white color shoe & requested them give similar size shoes in black color. They said they have shoes. They gave me black color shoes. I did not verified size of the shoes, assuming that it must be of similar size. I trusted them & purchased shoes without verifying size.

I went home & showed shoes to my son. My son immediately noticed that its bigger in size. On the same day, i went to this shop again & asked them why did you gave me bigger size shoes, when i had given them same size shoe for comparison? Shopkeeper owner leady, didn’t listen to me my problem & started shouting at me saying that we have given right shoes.

They gave me size – 7 shoes instead of size – 6. When i asked them, do you have size – 6 shoes.? They said they don’t have in the stock. When i asked them, why they gave me bigger size shoes, they did not give me any reason, neither apologies for mistake. Rather than shouted at me.in fact, she told me don’t come to my shop. I will not give any shoes to you.

This leady doesn’t have any manners, how to talk to customers & address customer problems. I want liberty to take a strict action against this shop. I noticed that many people have registered complained against this shop/leady on internet.

I have bought coolers brand zest-n black coloured slipper from liberty showroom which has manufacturing defect from starting which i felt after 8 days of purchase. Then i went to the liberty showroom from where i bought and complained about it. There the shopkeeper told that your complain will be reported to the sales executive but no action has been taken till now.
Please take immediate action on this and contact me.

I had bought Liberty Black Velcro Shoes at the Liberty Store ( Shoe Arcade) .The Velcro was missing in the shoe. It was just 7 days I had bought the shoes for my son. The lady was not even considerate to listen my problem and started shouting at me.. I had a very bad experience in the shop.

A Velcro is always properly stitched in the shoes. Within 7 days a Velcro cannot be missing . Rather than providing me any solutions that lady started shouting at me before all her customers.
Any shop always looks for customer satisfaction or tries to cater customer Grievance. With my experience I would never go to this Liberty shop again to get Insulted.
Very arrogant and rude in nature lady owner. Behavior is rude towards customer

Also refer the reviews on google for this shop. I did a Mistake, I trusted on Liberty Label and did not consider the reviews

I purchased liberty footwears from a liberty showroom in my city. The mrp. Of the product is rs.1999/- and i paid the same as their was no discount on the product. But when i checked its price on "libertyshoesonline.com", the same product is on discount and the price is rs.999/-. On contacting with the showroom manager and telling him about the issue, their was no solution. He just told me that we dont know why is it so & the product is not on any discount.
