It is to my utter surprise how careless a reputed brand like you could be. Leaving alone timely delivery, your company has been shamelessly avoiding communication.

I am a distressed customer whose product has not been delivered ever since i placed an order about 1 month ago!

Let me show you the timeline.

Wrong order received. I complained via mail on the same day attaching all the product pictures.
Why was it wrong? I order two different sizes. The box was labelled differently, infact the products were labelled 'l' and 'xl' but they were the same size. The labeling error is shocking.
I received a call from mr. Akash assuring me with a quick replacement service. And as requested by him, i sent more pictures of the faulty products.

Some random person from blue dart (Truecaller says it is sanjay) starts calling me asking if i have returned the product or not because apparently they don't know where it is! He asks trivial questions like "who collected the package? What did he look like? Are you sure you gave him the package? What was his name?". This person disturbs me 4-5 times by calling and talks to me in a bad tone. I asked him if he wanted the receipt of pick-up.

I receive a call assuring me that there has been some default from the courier company and that when my package is received at the warehouse only then can they dispatch the replacement.

I receive a call from mr. Akash saying that they have received the package and shall be dispatching the replacement product "either today or tomorrow morning"

I asked for a written status report.

I call at your office and talk to mr. Akash who apologizes and gives me lame excuses.
I ask him to make me talk to some higher authority and simply cancel my order.
Another person picks up the call and he was asked for his name and designation before we could start a conversation, he puts my phone on hold and eventually hung up.
I tried to call on the same number several times but nobody answered.

I wrote the entire timeline of event complaining about the issue and said that - this is surely the last time i ever buy your products and i will put this mail on all social networking websites to let the public know how careless and unprofessional liberty is.
I mentioned that i wanted to cancel my order and want my refund asap.
I received a mail saying “daer customer,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you!!!

Mistakenly your had been cancelled, this is highly sellable product, so that time this was not available, as of now we are sending your product and you will get with two or three days.

Well is they didn't have the product in stock why was it available online? Also if that was the real issue then why did they not inform me about the delay?
Today is 7 july 2015 and as of now, i have not received any status report.

I am distressed and highly unsatisfied with the way this company has been cheating!

I wish to get my refund, apology and compensation. I am not interested in dealing with liberty in any manner whatsoever.

Prof. (Bionanotechnology) at gujarat forensic science university, directorate of forensic science, gandhinagar. On 27 april 2015, i bought liberty shoes (Invoice #[protected] for order #[protected]) from online portal (Http://www.libertyshoesonline.com/fortune-men-s-black-formal-non-lacing-kingfhe...⇄ Html) that was having displayed cost of rs 1399/- (As displayed on website) and after deduction of discount it was showing final cost of rs 1049. So the value of discounted should be rs 350. After placing order, the product which i have been supplied is having cost of rs 1299 (Sr no:[protected]. Usually everyone does online purchasing just sake of discount and benefit. I also did for the same. As i observed discounted value of rs 350 but the product which i have supplied was already having cost of rs 1299 and so the discounted value was rs 250 only which i have given. After getting ordered product i mailed several time (6 may, 7 may and 9 may) to liberty customer care and asked them, either to provide me the product of same value rs 1399/- or refund me my whole amount. Customer care person bearing name ms. Arpita singh ([protected]@libertyrevolutions.com) responded to my mail. The response which i got was very disappointing. They mentioned it was their technical mistake and they have rectified it. Even customer care person (Ms. Arpita singh) goes out of the way and used cheap language by mentioned "as an apology we will provide you a discount of rupees 100/- on your next purchase." Now i just want, either they provide me product of same value that is rs 1399/- or refund me my whole amount. As ms. Arpita singh has offered me they will compel my loss in my next purchase by providing my discount coupon of rs 100/. I would like to mentioned here when i am not satisfy with my first purchase “ why i will do purchase from your company again”. Now you are requested to provide me either product of same value that is rs 1399/- or refund me my whole amount. If you will not settle this matter we will take action against your company for unfair trade practice.

I am prateek khera and i am writing on behalf of millennium public school, hisar. This is regarding the order for 45 pcs. Of shoes that i placed 10 days back (24/04/2015) with one of liberty distributors himanshu garg. As you can do the math, its been 10 days and there is still no trace of the order. Now thinking that things weren't moving ahead, i approached liberty marketing person shivam on 01/05/2015 giving him a complete download of the situation demanding the order to reach me within a day but it is excruciatingly painful that the order is still not delivered. This is immensely unprofessional as 45 children in my school are not being able to wear complete uniform, singularly for the fault of liberty's management. I have ordered two items from official liberty page as libertyshoesonline.com with order #[protected]. But have not received one item in the package. The order had cash on delivery option while delivery and have paid full amount but one item worth rs. 899 was missing in the package. Delivery package was fine so contacted phone no. Given in the shipping address. That person told me to resolve the issue and send me missing item same day. Have called him so many times and no update 3 weeks after receiving the incomplete order. I am highly disapointed with the kind of service they are providing and either want my missing item or my money back.

I bought a kids shoe of size 3 from liberty force 10 at a price of rs 650. The receipt provided clearly mentioned the shoe can be exchanged in case of manufacturing defect within 15 days of purchase.
My son wore the shoe to school and the sole came of on the very first day. When i took the shoe back to the retail shop (Within a week of purchase), the manager was rude and refused to exchange the pair upfront. After much persuasion he agreed to get it repaired. I am deeply disappointed as i was eligible for a replacement as per company. I would like to register a strong complaint and seek your feedback if i can go to the consumer court to redress my issue.

I brought liberty shoes (Force 10) from liberty showroom, bashratpur, gorakhpur. The mrp of the shoes is 550 including all taxes but showroom charges us to pay a total amount of 599. When i show them the real price of shoes (Which is inside the shoes,) they are not ready to cooperate us and ready for hot talks. About this behaviour i really felling hurted. Pls solve this problem otherwise i have to go for serious legal action.

I ordered for 3 pairs of shoes/sandals with Liberty on Dec 13th 2014, i received only 2 items after 10 days, When i called up and asked Arvind (he is the one man army attending to all Liberty online customer service calls!!!), I was told that the item is not available and that the money will be refunded in 3-4 days. I waited for a week but the money is not refunded still. When i called again he said that he will deliver the product, but i told him that since he didnt deliver the product as promised earlier, i bought the shoes from a Liberty retail store nearby and that i want the money to be refunded. He said that he will send the cheque for 349 Rs. in 3-4 days, but i have not received still. I have sent him many mails, but i have not received any response. Since Liberty doesnt have any toll free number, I have to make STD calls from Chennai everytime i have to talk to him, and spent more than 100Rs for the calls already. Someone picks up the call and puts it on hold for a very long time before he attends it! Can someone suggest how i can get the money refunded back to me?? thanks Jane

Dear manumanufacturer, I am based in Kuwait I have found your brand gliders of very good quality me aanand family has been using it for years. Of lately keeping the trust in the brand I bought a pair of shoes just after one month the lleft shoe looklooks worn out I think tthe leather is oof bad qquality.

bought industrial safety shoes on 22/08/2014 vide tax paid invoice no. 11733 from company's exclusive showroom on GT Road, Gharunda, India. worn the shoes just for 10 days and found sole coming out and cut on the inner side left shoe near sole and upper joining. Company refuses to give any replacement as it is bought from sale stock..whereas while display on sale nothing is mentioned as factory seconds or defective material not covered in warranty.. neither it is mentioned on the invoice anywhere... need a court case against this fraud and irresponsible company making such sub standard shoes for industry usage.

I purchase Liberty Shoe (Fortune) in Liberty Dealer Within 20 days sole is damaged with poor quality of piece. After complaint in [protected]@libertyshoes.com and [protected]@libertyshoes.com There is no reply and no action. Even i called to Liberty Customer service there is no action by phone. Liberty is fraud company in India with cheating persons working in the company. May be owner also.

I had purchased a set of liberty Perfect school shoes (pic attached) from a good showroom located in Chandigarh for my son just months back, and I was shocked to see the quality of the shoe in just 2 months of my purchase. Daily use of the shoe is for not more than 4-5hrs at his school. In the past I have been buying shoes for myself ad for my son from liberty brand only, but this is the 1st time I came across such a bad quality shoes. I would appreciate if these shoes are replaced with a new set of shoes ASAP, if you are unable in replacing them do let me know, and then I would be forced to go to the consumer court as this is a big quality issue from one of India's biggest foot ware company.

I am waiting for a positive reply from the company and a replacement of your product ASAP.

PS: Even after sending so-many mails and messages on Liberty's FB profile, No action has been taken.

Liberty shoes is really a pathetic company. I never expected such kind of behaviour from company of such reputation. First i am provided defective shoes, then i am mistreated and not listened to in its showroom and afterwards when i send emails to company, i get no response. This is really pathetic.

We bought liberty glider shoes on 12-12-12 from 408, lajpat nagar, jalandhar. After coming home, when I wore the shoes, my ankles got injured as the shoes rubbed against the skin and removed it from my ankles. I took the shoes to the showroom and reported the problem. They kept the shoes for 4 days. When I went to collect them, they told me that they had been fixed. The shoes had became too dirty and I told them to return them in the same state of cleanliness as I gave them but they refused and said that it is natural as the shoes were taken for repair and it is not their responsibility. Seeing that they were not ready to listen, I came from there. After coming back, I found the shoes had still the same problem. But i started wearing the shoes thinking maybe it will get better with time. But only after a month the shoes have begun to open from its sides. The quality of the shoes is really bad and the service, of the showroom is pathetic.

I have purchased one shoe pair from Liberty show room in Lucknow UP on 2nd Nov 2012. On 3rd use of the shoe I found hole in left shoe inside cover. This is painful after paying Rs 3000 for shoe and got so quality with in 3rd use. I have sent email to Liberty email but no ack. yet , no calls as well.
I did not expected this from Liberty. It would have been better to buy some local 400-500 shoes and use for 5-6 months and throw.
Why to invest in Liberty ....

I am an Army Officer, who by virtue of belonging to Karnal have been patronising Liberty Shoes for over Twenty years. During end 2010 I had purchased Liberty Shoes(Gliders, Black colour,Size 6) from the Liberty show room in Treasure Island Mall at Indore(MP). Within just seven months of purchase the sole rims started powdering off followed by the soles devaloping cracks. Since mid 2011, I have been approaching the shoe shops selling liberty shoes to advise remedy. But nothing positive has been advised by any one. Today I went to a proper Liberty outlet on the Rajpur Road Dehradun. He asked me for the Bill; which I do not have now. He only told me that the guaranty of these shoes is from date of manufacture onwards; something no retail seller intimates the purchser at the time of purchase. I, do not have the Bills with me any more and not even the container pack.
I request that either my shoe be changed or alternatively its sole be changed. I may please be advised action accordingly.

Earlier I had purchased a air of DR. soul slippers cost for my mother on mothers day. But there was a problem starts occurring, problem was that the upper soul was start fading and there was outer side there were stritches of thread that was also start come outside. Then I complained about the product to the showroom of LIBERTY where I purchased that slippers to my mom….

After complaining they made to change the slippers in one month i.e on 23rd june but worth in 5 days it started again fading, and 6th day one stitching came out again.
So I again go to the store and returned the sandals to the store on 9th july,2012.

Acc. To JAGO GRAHAK JAGO I post the written complained letter to the customer service head, liberty shoes, liberty house road, karnal (Haryana-132001) having phone number [protected]. After that I contact to MR> VISHAL OR KULDEEP (Executive of liberty ) but they never registered my complaint and they always tell me call on next day, this will happen every time. They were talking very rudely to me every time whenever I talked with the both person… I had said please reply me in written form. But in 4 weeks I didn’t get the revert letter yet from that side.

Here I am want to take this action because that amount was a big amount for me because i know how I collect that amount for that slippers.
Now I don’t want these slippers made be changed but I want the amount which I paid for that slippers. if possible then take action for my complaint about the slippers as soon as possible.
