With reference to my verbal conversation, mailing watsapp & customer care contact number non response since 2 days to many number which u have provided in google and on bill.

Summary : I bought liberty shoe ref- JP-B07 43/9 from your liberty stores at kakinada andhra pradesh.As on 09/10/2022 i have visited your stores to show the damaged shoe, for which the outlet inchargeMr. Jeeva have responded and forwarded the complaint further to his superior, Waited for hour of time, He said sir ill look into it by tmrw morning will call u.I have waited till evening i called him and asked about the shoe for which he said sir it is in discount cant help, i asked his superior number he has given and spoken to him he is in travelling unable to cope up better, Next day i have visited ur store and spoken to the store in charge he said sir i have got message that replacement is not possible, service is there, i asked will it be ok with service bcoz physically me and ur in charge have saw the damage of the shoe cant be do any service, later ur manager Mr. Ravi kumar hopefully he is sales manager he messaged to the store manager tell him to buy one more and get 15% discount, I don't know how can he say like that. I request u all to please look into the images, forwarded written complaint to [protected]@libertyshoes.com [protected]@libertyshoes.com but no response.No one have received my calls for the given contact number on the bill and searched in google, Mr.Ravi kumar is just looking my watsapp messages and not even bothered to reply .

The sole has opened from front and the upper part of the footwear is damaged in 2-3 wear.

I bought Force 10 White and Black shoe on[protected] at Kamahalli Liberty Show room Bangalore.
Black shoe he is wearing daily . White shoe is weekly once. As he received white uniform after a month, he wore white shoe from mid of July month only.
After used for couple of times, the outer skin starting coming out. Unable to clean or polish. Contact liberty customer care email along with Invoice and shoe image. But still no proper response. But Force 10 black shoe is still good. When I checking internet for similar issue, same Force 10 white shoe some other customer raised issue. It look like quality issue. Inv No.2513

Soal cut as per warranty not giving replacement

It's not fair

I bought this liberty footwear on Sunday i.e. on 01-05-22, when I wore it the next day the strings on both the sides started to come out making it loose, I went to the Liberty showroom from where I bought this footwear. The showroom employee or probably the manager told me that they would get it fixed. The next day I went to take it back, they had repaired it but it was not looking like a new one, the strings were looking black instead of the original tan color and a layer of adhesive material was also visible on it. I requested them to exchange it as it was mentioned on the pay slip that if there is any manufacturing defect they would exchange it, but they did not and instead told me that we can't exchange and you'll have to take it like that only. it was worth 1300 rs. I am very disappointed in the company and it's store manager, they are selling poor quality stuff in the name of a brand. looking forward to getting this issue resolved. Thanks.

I have purchased a sandal mens fdy 0162 from Giridih, Jharkhand but, within twenty days, condition of sandal is not wearable. After use of a few days sol and leather both broken at several places.
I am shocked with brand Liberty.

So, Please accept my complaint and requested to do the needful at the earliest.
Complaints on [protected]@liberty.com has rejected and No response to be found. Either replace it or I will complaint to customer forum.

Dear sir/madam,
I purchased one pair of shoes of Rs. 1999/-
on 12-Dec-2021. And it got damaged after three months. When I went to Liberty shoes store, he told me that it is not possible to replace or repair. Please solve my problem.

I bought a black leather pair shoes on 4.4.2022 from its factory outlet in NH7, Bhucho Mandi showroom. I just started to wear it on a marriage in[protected]. But after sometime in between the merriage, the soul of the shoes has been fully cracked and damaged.

I want to to return it. Where it can be returned and get my money back. I have bill copy with me. But it mentioned, no return no exchange on discounted items. It means company manufacturing too worst quality shoes which cannot be wear for one 10 days.

I have worn it4-5 times and the condition of sandal is new but the sole got cracked and the rubber of sole seems expired.

I have bough shoes date 04/02/2022 i bough shoes from these shop in case which turned out to be bad and i pad online he don't me bill
if don't, get any solution then i will a defamation case with you

I bought liberty jungle boot shoes from sethi army store ambala cantt haryana.2 months ago shoes sole was broken.please exchange it to new pair of jungle boot liberty shoes.

Last year purchased ladies loafer shoes from elante store amount around Rs. 2600 but after 2 times use of shoes, Soles started separated from shoes and for this I informed to elante store but still problem is same. I purchased this shoes just because of trust on Liberty brand

It is my humble request please replace the shoes or repair the shoes properly . If you see my shoes you definitely believe me because the look of the shoes is new and you can believe just used 2, 3 times only.

I hope you understand the issue and resolve my issue on priority.

Hi, I am Dalip sharma, I have bought a leather shoe from your Uttam Nagar Show room around 1.5 years back and wore it around 4-5 months occasionally because of work from home. Now i used it regularly from last 1 month and the sole cracked like some cheap shoe.
When i bought the shoe the salesperson told me that Shoe and its Sole of this shoe is of best quality and if you get any issue we guarantee that and now when i called them they said its normal if we don't wear shoe everyday the sole used to crack which is such a bad statement. Even when i asked to get the sole change he said charges are 800 but it takes 3 months.
Why would i buy any liberty shoe ever. I thought i bought a Best product but sadly it was the worst.

Shoes quality very very poor we buyed school shoes it broke just within 10days. Very disappointed with liberty company's quality.

We bought - Liberty Ladies sandals - article # GI-YQT10 on 11th March - vide Invoice # 7628 . (copy not available) . It was bought from Gurgaon Liberty Showroom . The price of product - Rs. 2499.00

The sole of the sandals cracked from 2-3 places - pics attached .

Would like to file complaint - as being priced at Rs. 2499.00 and product of Liberty Shoes - the bad quality was not expected .
