I have purchased a sandal mens fdy 0162 from Giridih, Jharkhand but, within twenty days, condition of sandal is not wearable. After use of a few days sol and leather both broken at several places.
I am shocked with brand Liberty.

So, Please accept my complaint and requested to do the needful at the earliest.

on 12-Dec-2021. And it got damaged after three months. When I went to Liberty shoes store, he told me that it is not possible to replace or repair. Please solve my problem....

We bought - Liberty Ladies sandals - article # GI-YQT10 on 11th March - vide Invoice # 7628 . (copy not available) . It was bought from Gurgaon Liberty Showroom . The price of product - Rs. 2499.00

The sole of the sandals cracked from 2-3 places - pics attached .

Would like to file complaint - as being priced at Rs. 2499.00 and product of Liberty Shoes - the bad quality was not expected...
