Licencing Authority L. A. Durgapur, West Bengal. — non issue of the driving license card

Dear sir,

I am an associate professor in computer science and engineering department of national institute of technology, durgapur.

I have applied for the renewal of my driving licence number wb[protected].in my mobile phone the application number was sent as [protected]. The application date was 08.08.19 and the print date was 02.09.19.

When i searched the site https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan, through "know your dl status" i found the driving license validity details from 08-aug 2019 to 19-aug 2024.

But till date i have not been given the renewed driving license from the durgapur city center w. B. Driving license office.

I am attaching herewith the scanned copy of "know your dl status" which i found from parivahan.gov.in and my old driving license.

Please do the needful at your earliest convenience.
