I made a payment of INR 49, 913.00 toward my yearly premium on 12 March 2023 at time 9.28 AM

The amount has been debited from my bank account (Indian Bank) but I have not received a receipt/confirmation of the same.

Requesting you to resolve this issue at the earliest.

      Today, My father and I visited LIC office Rajam Branch Srikakulam District Andhra Pradesh branch to get loan based on my father's LIC Policy.

      The employee in loan section did not turn up for more than 30 minutes because he was in meeting along with branch manager. My question is who schedules meetings in office hours when there are more than 10 customers are waiting for him? Then the employee finally turns up and declined to issue loan to my father because there is no agent signature.

      My father policy is in LIC Hyderabad office and the agent is also in Hyderabad office. We tried to get loan in LIC Rajam office. This is our home town. Why does LIC need Agent sign to issue loan?

      Further, we got to know about all this after waiting for more than 30 minutes. Total waste of time. Total inconvenience. Hope you look into this and provide a resolution.

        Today, I visited LIC Office Rajam Branch (Srikakulam District) Andhra Pradesh state. I visited along with my father to take loan. My father is an LIC policy holder for 9 years now. The employee who issues loan didn't turn up for more than 30 minutes because he was in meeting with Branch Manager. My question is who conducts meeting during office hours when there are more than 10 customers waiting for the employee. and when asked about the employee, the employees gave a harsh reply and shown rude behavior. After that employee declined to give loan because agent signature was needed. My father's agent is in Hyderabad branch and we tried to take loan in Rajam office. How can we get his signature? Totally wasted our time bigtime. Total inconvenience.

          Due to no business my Agency was lapse but my agent code is showing Inforce in pan lookup irda portal.

          And my agent code was LIC11046118
          Date of Appointment 27/08/2015

          URN NO is LICI[protected]
          MOBILE NO - [protected]

          Kindly Remove My Agency from pan lookup from IRDA Portal.

            Dear Sir,
            I have taken home loan from LICHFL in the year 2018, at ROI-8.4%. My loan number[protected]. But within 5-6 months ROI first increase to 8.7% and then to 8.9%, now presently increase to 11.05%. When RBI reduces the repo rate, they didn't decrease the ROI but now when increase they abnormally to 11.05% from 8.9%. Several times I mailed to the concerns and also went to office regarding the above matter nothing happens. Please help me, to reduce the ROI in correct figure. Hope I could be able to make you understand.

              Dear Sir,

                I have taken home loan in 2018 from LICHFl. My Loan number_[protected]. At staring my ROI is 8.4% which first increase to 8.7% then 8.95% then now presently 11.05%. I write mail several times, also went to meet them but nothing happen. My Loan approve from LICHFL, Area Office- South Kolkata, West Bengal.
                Requesting you to help me so that the ROI- 11.05% which is very high to reduce to manageable one. I sincerely paying all the EMI on time and have no dues till date. please help...

                      I am a beneficiary of Artists Pension Scheme and Welfare Fund ((Annuity No.011M[protected] and PPO1646KL2016). I am 89 years old. I have not received my pension under Ministry of Culture disbursed by LIC from April 2021. I have registered complaints with the public grievance redressal and the Ministry of Culture intimated me that the LIC has disbursed the pension for the year 2021-22 and 2022-23, which I have not received. I have duly sent DLC and Income Certificate to LIC. Kindly take necessary steps to disburse my pension at the earliest.

                        Sir i chandan kumar rai f/o divyansh rai lic policy no.[protected] submit the following few lines for your kind consideration please;

                        1. Sir i have paid amount of rs.11526.64/- ie due installment premium of aforesaid policy on 25.01.2023 vide transaction reference no. Hga7p1825f[protected] (details attached).

                        2. I also add this policy for paying the installment premium via smartpay and accordinlgy, the amount of rs. 11526.64/- again paid for the saim quarter premium on 24.02.2023 vide transaction reference no.Hga7p153bc[protected] (details attached).

                        Hence, i requested to refund the amount of rs.11526.64/- as soon as possible.

                                  I had taken a policy jeevan anand policy no[protected] but could not deposit the premiums. The amount with the lic now lying is approx 2.50 lacs which the lic is refusing to pay . Just getting away by saying that I could not deposit the premium. It is my hard earned money. Why will the company not give back this amount. Pls help

                                    I have the agent code 03315102 since 2010 showing
                                    terminated on IRDA portal and for the status as change as Resign
                                    I submitted application to LIC INDIA BRANCH BANSWARA on date
                                    10/01/2023 they only provided me CESSATION CERTIFICATE on
                                    date 17.01.2023 but haven't changed the status as Resigned
                                    till time I requested him 2-3 times by visiting their office but no
                                    Solution found. My current employer asking to change IRDA status
                                    Change as Resigned and sending me the reminders for status change. Kindly help me in this regard. Cessation certificate enclosed for your reference & doing the needful.

                                      Regarding above i have submitted 19/05/ 2022 in jamkhabhaliya branch under Rajkot Division for surrender value But till today NOT received amount. So many times I enquire about this policy nut we received, "technical error and we send feedback to our higher authority" But sir nobody is interest to solve the problem till today NOT received amount of my above policy.
                                      Sir I need the money that's why I surrender the policy.
                                      Please take it immediately and send me money.
                                      Sir before 10 days I have send a email to CRM but yet not received any reply from higher authority.
                                      Even sir nobody is interested to solve the problem.
                                      Sir more than 6 month is enough to solve this query ???

                                        Unable to verify mail id and phone number.

                                        When I login to LIC portal, it is asking me to verify mail id and phone number. When I entered the otp received in text message. It is showing as error like
                                        "Unable to connect to this network, please try again later" .

                                        Kindly please resolve this issue....
