The security went to Anushmita Rakshit and she asked me to leave and come some other day between 10 am and 3 pm, since she was too busy. Foreclosure of home loan

Hi Team,
I have home loan from LIC HFL- Loan Acc/No[protected].
I want to foreclose my loan, following up with branch from Feb 2023 till now they are not processing for foreclosure.
