My name is Rohit Kumar, and I am writing to you regarding our home loan application with LIC HFL (File No: [protected]).We had applied for a home loan amounting to approximately 18 lacs. We diligently provided all the necessary documents to the agent as per their requirements. Additionally, we made a payment of 1130/- via cheque for the applicable fees, and an online payment of 4, 838.00 for other associated charges.

Regrettably, despite our timely submission of documents and payment, we have been waiting for almost 3.5 months without receiving any updates or progress on our loan application. Moreover, the amount paid towards fees and charges has not been recovered or accounted for.

In an attempt to expedite the loan process, the agent requested an additional payment of Rs. 5000 via Paytm. However, this payment did not yield any results, further adding to our concerns and frustrations.

Given the circumstances, we kindly request your immediate intervention to address this matter and facilitate the prompt refund of the paid fees and expedite charges. We believe in the professionalism and integrity of LIC HFL, and we trust that you will take swift action to rectify this situation.

We sincerely hope for a favorable resolution to this issue, and we look forward to receiving a positive response from you at the earliestThey did not allot the loan after waiting for 2months.Also, agent took almost 15k in the whole process.

I am Sonali Negi visited to your Branch yesterday 29th May, 2023 at 1:45pm with Govind Sayal (Policy Holder)for Revival account. We met the Ms. Sangeeta Sachdeva and she said you need to do medical examine one of the affiliate doctor will contact us in 2-3 days and then you can visit again but we did it from out side same day only to save our time and also we are traveling. So we asked her the last time she said Office will close by 5pm so sharp 3:45 pm we visited to Lic office along with the medical examine paper and all the necessary forms filled. we went to her table and she gave us so bad expression and just denied to take the papers @3:55pm she said it will take time to convert document come tomorrow and also with weird expression with so much attitude she said examine paper is required we said Mam we have everything she checked and just passed the time 10 min and said eventually it is not possible now.So is there no value of your customer's time? are government works don't work after 3:30Pm? Is this necessary that people have to visit Lic office 2-3 time to get there work done?

Hi, I am trying to reduce the ROI which is very high but unable to see the "Change ROI" option on the website after login. I requested to get the monitorium benefit as Supertech gone in insolvency and since last 11 year I am paying LIC HL EMI on time. But till the date I have not got my house and only paying EMIs every month.
LIC HFL not allowed me to stop the EMI till my possession and also unable to reduce my ROI through REWRITE...

My son Raziq Shaji has a LIC Policy and it matured when he turned 18 yrs, he has approved an amount of Rs 50000/-and it is not credited in his account as his name is changed. Currently he is in Australia and he has a legal name change certificate from Australia, and I am happy to provide that certificate. But the office in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India, are not accepted that certificate and they declined to proceed the amount to his account.

Currently he is in Australia and he has a legal name change certificate from Australia, I am happy to provide that name change certificate. I am not able to login to the new lic portal, i was having working login in old portal but the new login doesnot work for me. I have written multiple emails also but didnot get any response from LIC. Please help me how to login as i have multiple LIC policies with me.

On may 15th 2023, i did a lic insurance renewal payment at 20:16:16 using SBI debit card, the money got debited from my account but the transcation reciept is not found, its showing no transcation found in the website, i did the payment through online via the website's pay online section(without log in). please issue a refund if the transcation in not done in LIC. or please try to contact me as soon as possible and help me in some way.
