I have applied for outstanding balance of above said loan on 11.02.2023, they have given the out standing balance amount as on 28.02.2023, but the period have expired for closing the account. They said if you want new balance, apply after the march emi completed. now I have applied for the Outstanding balance as on 20.03.2023 with enclosure (i.e exit interview form on 11.03.2023. But, I did not recived the loan outstanding balance.

Today, My father and I visited LIC office Rajam Branch Srikakulam District Andhra Pradesh branch to get loan based on my father's LIC Policy.

The employee in loan section did not turn up for more than 30 minutes because he was in meeting along with branch manager. My question is who schedules meetings in office hours when there are more than 10 customers are waiting for him? Then the employee finally turns up and declined to...
