Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Chekka Venkatesh, I was took Agent code in Life insurance corporation of india, my Agent code is LIC06525642 which was already terminated on[protected],
but when i checked in irda pan lookup portal my agent code status is still showing as INFORCE, so please change status and remove my PAN from irda pan lookup portal,
my PAN number is AYHPV8358D.
Please find the attached LIC confirmation letter which is stating that my agent code was terminated on[protected], I want to work in HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company which appointment is on hold, so please do the needful on high priority basis.

      I have to submit that gap for premium due (06/2022) is shown under my SSS policy[protected] though premium was recovered from my salary in time by LIC D-1, Bangalore. . Now policy is being serviced by 610 branch of LIC Divisional office-1 at Bangalore. Now I am retired from LIC in DM cadre in April 2023 and now I have to change my policy mode from SSS to Ordinary to keep my policy in force. Mode conversion is not done without adjusting the above gap. Hence I followed up with LIC branch personally and also through mail correspondance while I was in service. . So far action was not taken by the office. Hence I request the concerned to take the needful action at their end immediately in this regard. Tq.

            I Am pradeep Devangan, S/O Ram Lal Devangan, I was working as a LIC Adviser in LIC office Chirimiri since 2014 to 2016. My Advisor Code[protected] was terminated in 2016 as per my written request then I have recieved a Termination letter from Chirimiri branch in 2020.

            My Advisor Code shows it is still "INFORCE" in IRDA Portal. Now I am doing Government service and I am Asked to withdraw my PAN Card from IRDA Portal because it will be a Dual Employment situation for me which is Affecting my current Job Position.

            So I Kindly Request you to please cancel the Agent ID and Remove My Pan Number in The Inforce status From IRDA Portal so as to help me secure my current job Position.

                  Applied for my agency code termination since September 2021 in LIC branch office in Bhilai branch-1 Civic center c.g
                  Till date not removed my PAN details from IRDA PAN lookup portal and inspite of reminding regularly on mails no action taken and saying casually that IRDA site is not opening and still on PAN look up site of IRDA still my agency code is Inforce where as same time parallel y applied in Star health for termination they resigned long back in April 2022
                  Kindly do the needful asap as my current employer HR is asking for resignation otherwise will terminate me against dual employment compliance issue...

                      I have done LIC policy from Shyambajar (Aurobindo Sarani) branch. Now I want to surrender my policy and I want to contact with that branch. I have tried the phone numbers of that branch which I have. That is.[protected] / 1163. But I failed to connect. I have mailed to the branch but no rpl.
                      Please help me out . It will be great favour for me.
                      Please guide me the process of surrender the LIC policy and the Shyambajar (Aurobindo Sarani) phone number.

                                Delay in Loan disbursement even after property Registration

                                We have Purchased the Independent Builder Floor, our loan with LICHFL got approved after submitting each and every document thatLICHFL requested

                                We got the approvals to go for Registration and assigned Legal Advisor to collect Sale Deep after the property Registration

                                it is one week since we have Registration and still the Loan amounts not Released and no proper response from the branch on the timeline to release...

                                Pls, remove my pan urgent basis. I am not working in the agency but my pan no. is at irda site kindly remove it quickly .

                                I have give my PAN removal request two times in LIC patna office but still my pan attached with LIC showing in IRDA. i want to work in different company.

                                Kindly remove it on urgent basis.
                                Hopefully, you'll solve my problem as soon as possible...

                                  Please delink my pan IJHPK0682N no from lic agency portal . My pan no is reflecting inforce in panlookup irdai site. I have resigned long back.. Since given all documents not processed for irda by lic.i have already given application so many times within 3 years . Please do the necessary. As I have joined Kotak Mahimdra bank for job.
