    I am the active agent for Life insurance corporation of india from Dec 2016 to jan 2023 but in IRDAI Pan lookup portal it was showing inforce. let me know how can i surrender this agency liscence and how to remove pan card from

      Kindly deactivate and remove my PAN from IRDA.
      I already resigned from LIC agency on 15th June 2022 but still in IRDA site my PAN showing inforce due to which I am facing problem in my current job
      My agency code was 03720548.
      So deactivate my code immediately.

          Sir due to my current job bajaj allianz Ltd. my new company not allow to any agent code from any insurance company

          I already submitted No objection certificate but it didnt delink in the portal, also, they are asking for form 1c .

          It's my humble request to you to please process to terminate my agent code with immediate efforts from IRDA PORTAL otherwise I am not eligible to join my new job.

            I took policy in Sahibganj Branch on 30/6/2007. My policy number is[protected].
            I tranfered from Jharkhand to Tamil Nadu in 2020. After That we connected with Tamil Nadu, Madurai Division,
            I registered my policy and Bank details in NEFT
            So please send my LIC policy maturity amount to my Bank A/c.
            I was sent morthen 5 mail to Sahibganj (Jharkhand) branch but still now no reply .
            Please arrange to sent my maturity money

                      I am Chekka Venkatesh, I was took Agent code in Life insurance corporation of india, my Agent code is LIC06525642 which was already terminated on[protected],
                      but when i checked in irda pan lookup portal my agent code status is still showing as INFORCE, so please change status and remove my PAN from irda pan lookup portal,
                      my PAN number is AYHPV8358D.
                      Please find the attached LIC confirmation letter which is stating that my agent code was terminated on[protected], I want to work in HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company which appointment is on hold, so please do the needful on high priority basis.

                          I have to submit that gap for premium due (06/2022) is shown under my SSS policy[protected] though premium was recovered from my salary in time by LIC D-1, Bangalore. . Now policy is being serviced by 610 branch of LIC Divisional office-1 at Bangalore. Now I am retired from LIC in DM cadre in April 2023 and now I have to change my policy mode from SSS to Ordinary to keep my policy in force. Mode conversion is not done without adjusting the above gap. Hence I followed up with LIC branch personally and also through mail correspondance while I was in service. . So far action was not taken by the office. Hence I request the concerned to take the needful action at their end immediately in this regard. Tq.

                                I Am pradeep Devangan, S/O Ram Lal Devangan, I was working as a LIC Adviser in LIC office Chirimiri since 2014 to 2016. My Advisor Code[protected] was terminated in 2016 as per my written request then I have recieved a Termination letter from Chirimiri branch in 2020.

                                My Advisor Code shows it is still "INFORCE" in IRDA Portal. Now I am doing Government service and I am Asked to withdraw my PAN Card from IRDA Portal because it will be a Dual Employment situation for me which is Affecting my current Job Position.

                                So I Kindly Request you to please cancel the Agent ID and Remove My Pan Number in The Inforce status From IRDA Portal so as to help me secure my current job Position.

                                      Applied for my agency code termination since September 2021 in LIC branch office in Bhilai branch-1 Civic center c.g
                                      Till date not removed my PAN details from IRDA PAN lookup portal and inspite of reminding regularly on mails no action taken and saying casually that IRDA site is not opening and still on PAN look up site of IRDA still my agency code is Inforce where as same time parallel y applied in Star health for termination they resigned long back in April 2022
                                      Kindly do the needful asap as my current employer HR is asking for resignation otherwise will terminate me against dual employment compliance issue...
