Premium for rs. 4198/- paid on 25/09/2017 for policy no[protected] by sbi net banking system vide payment id jsbi[protected] and lic order no 09893733 under lic pay direct option on lic website. Payment has been deducted from my a/c on the same date, but till date i have not received premium receipt, kindly arrange to send the receipt in the below mail id at the earliest.

    PLEASE RESOLVE THE SAME. Please accept or reject the request. Please dont keep open for so many days.
    Once it is resolved i am awaiting to use the premier services. iam not able to use premier services due to this.

      Sir, we pay premium online through net banking for two policy's in 26 may 2017 rs 1359 for policy number[protected] and other 12 jun 2017 rs 1430 for policy number[protected]. Both policy receipt not generate and policy deposit also not shown in your portal but both policy cash deduct my account. Pls help me to generate policy receipt. Having this problem next premium also intrupted. We provide transaction statement in order to these mentioned problem.

        I have submitted my insurance premium of policy no.[protected] through csc. Premium amount has been deducted from that account but receipt could not be generate. I need receipt.
        Kindly help to generate the duplicate receipt for this policy. I am also a csc holder. And also give the option to print duplicate receipt in csc portal as well as in your site.

          This is a serious complaint against ms. Hiya banerjee of modipuram, meerut branch who has no courtesy to deal with the customer and misbehaved always. This is bring to your kind notice that our one policy has matured in the m/o may, 2017 in the name of satish sharma and till date payment is pending. When asked to such delay she told on phone you can do anything against me my behavior will not changed if you even serve the legal notice we have our legal department to deal with it but i will release the payment as per my convenience.
          Sir, this type of staff mentality defame such a big company who known to settle the claims in a very sensitive manner. Hope you will be understand our problem and resolve the same.

              My agency code and user id is 00806154.in my agents portal when i try to see the policy status of my policy holder information appear cannot reach to site. I facing much problems in collecting the renewal premium from my policy holder. As i dont know the status of policy. Please see the matter and solve this problem at your earliest please so that i can see the policy status and serve my policy holder nicely. This problem is from last one month i contacted to divisional office jodhpur reply was this is out of reach for us this problem can be solve only at central office level. Please solve this immediately.

                  Sir, i had issued a ch. No.879504 dated 27/09/2017 for rs.3000/= (Sbi, mandvi branch, vadodara) for opening a new lic policy for 3 lakhs to shri pankaj shah. However, yesterday, i had told shri shah regarding change of policy amount for rs. 2 lakhs instead of rs. 3 lakhs. Now, formalities like medical check up etc. Are yet to be completed. My question is how can the agent deposit the issued cheque without completing formalities like medical check up? Generally, a cheque or amount is asked to be deposited by agent after completion of formalities.in this case, keeping a faith that cheque will be deposited after completion of formalities, a cheque was handed over. Now, it is my humble request to refund the same amount through ecs as the formalities are not completed. I shall be thankful if you please look in this matter at the earliest possible.

                  Shri Pankaj Shah is LIC agent and is said to have been in Manjalpur LIC Branch.
                  I have paid LIC premium 15, 207 Rs. on 28th Sep-2017. Payment done through LIC portal--SBI, money has been deducted from account but receipt not generated. I have transaction reference number as JSBI[protected]IGACCFITY5.
                  I have made the payment for my two policies. But both the policy status is showing lapsed.

I have been visiting lic digboi branch often but the lic staff doesnot give importance to me. The lic staff doesnot know how to deal with the customers lic takes preminum in time but when it comes to the customers they does not know how to deal with the customers such a irresponsible behaviour by the india’s largest insurance company.in context to this i will never open a lic policy again in lic.

                        Speed post letter stands delivered as per enquiry made then but no reply was received from your office.

                        In the correspondence i had sent
                        A. Adhar card copy self attested
                        B. Existance certificate
                        C. Change of address - current address - v 10/1, dlf phase 3, gurgaon 122002
                        D. Change of signature from full to half.

                        In the past i have not received some monthly payments of annuity.
                        9 from 01.02.2012 to period of ten months up to jan 2013

                        Reconciliation statement from 01.02.2012 to jan 13 will be appreciated.

                        I have received an sms for existence certificate. Do you want it every year please send form and the requirements

                        I need nomination form as i do not remember whom i had nominated
                        In 2006.

                        Please let me know contact detail and office address in delhi where i will go and solve all issues which are a matter of few minutes.

                                Today I feel regret on the worst decision of my life to go for Housing Loan from “LIC housing finance Limited at the time when I availed housing loan from LICHFL they offered me 10.7% saying it will keep changing based on the LPLR .
                                But today when the nation is at a ROI of 8.35 to 8.5 i am paying 11.50 %.
                                I was shocked to see I am being charged ROI of 11.50% which other banks had three years back. When I started inquiring the reason they offered my an ROI of 9% which again is high compared to 8.5 of other banks.My Loan ROI was increased by LICHFL without to give any Notification notice, call or Mail and even they kept remain continued when the Market ROI is going 8.3 to 8.5.
                                when i discussed with LICHFL Branch (K.G Marg) they said that 1180 Rs, to be paid for decrease the ROI.
                                and i have given a cheque of 1180 rs, But i want My EMI amount reduced instead of Tenure.and the date of given cheque is 28/9/2017 and my ECS date is 10th of every Month.so i want to avail rewrite facility in next Month EMI (10 th October 2017)with the Current Market ROI 8.35. and i want notification mail or call regarding any fluctuation (either the decrease or increase) of ROI in future.and Please share the Schedule of Amount After Rewrite.

                                  I have made payment by using lic online payment for my father policy on date 28/09/17 through my sbi debit card but after payment lic portal show error and saying transaction failed but amount debited from my account, further on same time payment made as cash at lic counter where they accepted premium and given recipt now my account still showing deduction of rs.1835 which is need to be credited if transaction failed and payment received by lic as cash on counter

                                      My policy no. Is[protected] which survival benefit rs.7500/- was due on 25aug17. On 25aug'17, i got a sms from lic that the same amt. Paid to my a/c no. [protected] (Pnb) but that time my a/c was dormant and no. Cr. Entry can be pass on the same.
                                      On 02sep17, i went to my pnb branch and again activated my pnb a/c but the entry of survival benefit rs.7500/- was not cr.in the same. I went to the lic branch no. (310) and told them about the matter but they said that amt. Is cr. To the same a/c.

                                      Kindly do the needful and help me to get my survival benefit.

                                        Sir,, me ret. Person took beema bachat policies in october 2010,,, in2013 on money back was received non taxed. In2016, 2nd money back received was taxed asper my slab,,,
                                        In april 2017 isurrendered 2 policies,, but to my utter sorrow 1%, tds was deducted on the entire amount my basic single premium amount plus,,, loyalty addition amount,,
                                        The firm26as,, of income tax depicted the basic amount plus loyalty addition.. So is it not unfair tha premium deposited i have to pay tax in return next year?
                                        My premium amount was approx 8lacs
                                        And 26as shows basic as 888000..
                                        Loyalty addition should only be taxable
                                        Lic manager told me that,, the computer soft ware is like that,,, eminent ca also say it's wrong,,, pl save us from the loss of more than 250000 as extra tax,,, in banks only interest is taxable,,, how in lic,, basic deposited amount is taxable,,,?,,, yours,,, dr sudhir kumar jha,,

                                        TDs was deducted on my 2beema bacht policy surrendered in april2017 to 12..N branch Dwarka new delhi.
                                        Form 26AS, , , depicts TDs on entire basic amount paid by me as single premium, , plus loyalty addition, , ,
                                        No details given by me, , , by Lic, , ,
                                        How premium paid by me can be taxable ??
                                        The policies was taken by me inoct 2010
                                        Pl see the matter to save from huge loss
                                        Only loyalty addition or bonus can be taxable, , , not the basic premium paid
