Jis ki maturity date 28/8/2017 thi, meine policy ke orginal papers mr. Pranav mishra ke through deposit kar diye, lekin abhitak uska koi payment nahi mila hai. So pl check and payment my policy amount.

I have applied four times for ecs but no action is taken niether i was informed about problem and whenever i have submitted cheques in gomtinagar branch but checques are submitted five or six days late and intrest is applied for late and also cibil becomes low. Five months before when i was applying for additional loan it was dismissed... Where i should go

        सर, सविनय अनुरोध है कि मेरी पत्नी स्वर्गीय रमा श्रीवास्तव के जीवन पर[protected] पालिसी जारी थी, पॉलिसी धारक की मृत्यु[protected] को हो गयी है।
        फिर मैंने सभी सर्टिफिकेट गोरखपुर ब्रांच नंबर 2 पर जमा कर दिया था, लेकिन मुझे अभी तक क्लेम राशि का भुगतान नही किया गया ।
        लगभग 2 साल के बाद निगम के कार्यालय से एक पत्र 31-3-16 को मुझे प्राप्त हुआ जिसमें बताया गया कि धारक ने अपनी उम्र गलत लिखाई थी, जबकि पालिसी लेते समय बिमा धारक की उम्र बिमा के नियम के अनुसार थी।
        मैंने कई बार इस सन्दर्भ में निगम कार्यालय से संपर्क किया पर उन्होंने कोई सही जबाब नही दिया, ,
        निगम द्वारा मुझे बेवजह परेसान किया जा रहा है और मुझे अभी तक कोई भुगतान नही किया गया,
        अतः श्रीमान जी से अनुरोध है कि मुझे मेरी पत्नी के death claim का पेमेंट कराने की कृपा की जाये।

          My e service account doesn't work properly...so plz kindly delete my account..or rectify the problem..uploaded certificate is under processing.i have an account in LIC e services .I want to register in e services.i have 6 policies.i forgot to put under sign of policy certificates and upload .then it is open.it shown that you are not eligible reason for request under processing.but 10 days over.it is not open.if you are dealitng my account.i newly open correctly for e services.

          My LIC e services in premier services I got user id and password.i have 6 policies.in e services I printed all my policies to upload in step 3.but I forget to put sign under documents.my pan card also uploaded.after uploaded I opened e services and shown you are not eligible reason for request under processing. It can not open.may be it hanged. I went to branch for solve the problem.but the request id. no was not found in their complaints. My e services user name Putrevu1975.please rectify the issue.if not u deregister my account.then I start newly with correct prossess and LIC app was shown authentication failed.how can I authenticate.please solve the above mentioned querries.thanking u sir

          I am registered portal user of lic. I have user id and password. I m tried open e services premier service. First i enroll all policies of mine. I print out the policies details statement. Here i forgot to sign under documents. I upload the document with my photo and pancard.. Then it shows you are not eligible reason for your request under process from 15 days.. It can not be open.. Only step 1 is visible. Others are not shown some technical problem maybe done. Please varify my e services and solve the querry. If it is not, you deregister my account. Thanking u sir

          I am p. S srinivasa rao having 6 lic policies. I m register policy user. My user id putrevu1975 l open lic e services through my user id and password. I add all policies for premier services.. I add all policies and uploaded. But i forget to put sign under polices document. Next it cannot open. Step 1 is not highlited. And shows you are not eligible reason for your request was under processing from almost 18 days. It cannot open to re upload and not highlited. Please check and rectify issue. Otherwise you deregister my account. Then i newly opened. Thanking you

              I had registered bill pay in hdfc bank, rs 82779 was first cut on[protected] from the credit card and again rs 82779 was cut from the debit card in the account, so plz refund the credit card amount. I had given standing instruction to pay the premium one time only why two times money was deducted? Plz check the account and refund the money in the credit card asap

                My elder brother mr. Sandeep mohan verma dies on 17.04.2017 due to high voltage current when he was working at mill. We already submitted all the required documents within time limit and lic settled the first claim in both the policies but now lic is not paying second claim of ascendant death benefit as per policy. We many times call to agent and in last he says that go to branch office of lic and meet manager when we meet lic claim settlement manager mrs. Reenu garg she is asking for certifying all the documents again from police station and asking for a document from civil court justify the death called fr/cs report and using the word prescribed fee for this work. Branch manager is also helping her for this work
                Now my question is that-
                1. When i already sublimated documents why she is asking for submitting again.
                2. Branch manager is asking for certifying the documents from police station.
                3. Not providing the copy of norms to satisfy his requirements of certifying documents.
                4. What is the definition of prescribed fee for this work?
                5. Is police station and court having no work to do else certifying the documents required by lic?
                6. Is customer is duly bound to provide the documents and verify pm/fir/fr/cs copy from police station and court again for death claim and submit to lic second time.
                7. What is the responsibility of lic regarding claim. Is lic has no power to verify the documents on its own.

                    Dear sir

                    I am madhava rao marri, my father has expired in the train while traveling to visakhapatnam from raipur on 9th may 2017, at muribhal station of odisha state. Death declared by chc muribahal. Post mortem done at govt. Hospital titlagarh, odisha.

                    I obtained a death certificate from chc muribahal but they issued only one copy and they are telling that they'll issue only one, that's there procedure.

                    My father has two policies from lic of india, the policy numbers are as follows

                    My mother was the nominee for above both the policies

                    Now the problem is to claim the above policies, the lic of india officers are asking only original copy of death certificate as attachment, but i have only one copy. If i submit that i can't have original for other transactions like bank, legal hire, land registration.

                    Now what i have to do, i don't know please help me.

This data is not belong to me and i have never sign as a guarantor for any loan account documents and executive told it is only for reference of your friend loan application. Below are the details about the cibil report please re-verify and send the correct information to cibil. Due to these data i am unnecessarily facing issue while applying for any loan.

                          I the undersigned amol sonawale policy hol
                          Der[protected] had surrendered the policy on august 21/ 2017 in your office located at ghatkopar east.

                          However my policy emi for august 2017 for rs 2042 had been still debited ffrom my state bank of india account number [protected] held in the name of amol sonawale.

                          I received my policy surrender amount in my another account [protected] central bank of india on[protected] for rs 102327 however had not received the emi which is debited on aug 2017..

                          Hence request to refund my amount of emi 2042 debited on aug 2017 back to me. As i had already surrendered the policy on august 21, 2017 and the emi was debited on 28, august 2017. Which is not fair.

                          Please refund as i am in need of money,

                            Sir, i am nikesh paul, i am a teacher in wb but residence of jamtara jharkhand but my policy is opened in wb, when i went to jamtara lic office in deposite counter approx 4 times they refused to take and told that i have to deposit it in asansol in wb because my policy is opened there.
                            First time they told link failed twice also but when i saw that they taking premium of other then i told them and he replied that i have to open lic policy in jharkhand not in wb now

                              I would like to know you that my husband was a railway govt. Employee & was having a life insurance policy no.[protected] with sum assured-125000/- & he died.
                              For which i have claimed for death claim amount but lic is making me frustrated & harassed me for the death claim amount.
                              All the documents i have submitted already to lic and also two times enquiry has been also done & told me that this time you will provided the death claim amount soon.
                              Also all the premium installments have been paid and was up-to-date & were accepted by lic.
                              Than why lic is having problem in making me payment.
                              Lic breaks new record 99.92% of death claims settled in[protected] is this statement is true.
                              If lic will not give claims like this way than no body would buy life insurance policies for family protection & dependents security. I would personally tell my children, relatives & society too not buy insurance policies as i suffer lot & not got any payment for death claim yet for my husband's life policy.
                              Also no information or notice regarding the claim has ever made by lic to me.
                              Please provide the death claim amount.

                              Also all the premium installments have been paid and was up-to-date & were accepted by lic.
                              Than why lic is having problem in making me payment.
                              Lic breaks new record 99.92% of death claims settled in[protected] is this statement is true.
                              If lic will not give claims like this way than no body would buy life insurance policies for family protection & dependents security. I would personally tell my children, relatives & society too not buy insurance policies as i suffer lot & not got any payment for death claim yet for my husband's life policy.
                              Also no information or notice regarding the claim has ever made by lic to me.Also my son several times visited Lic Offices in this regard but no response by Lic
                              Please provide the death claim amount.

                                I have bought a product of lic before implementation of GST

                                Then why should I give you extra premium with GST

                                ऊन चिजों पर आप gst कैसे लगा शकते हो

                                  Lic of india, still follow& continue lapse policies. People`s money worthy & earn after hard work. So their money much valuable. No one like lose money, even though a lot of problem occurred. Life insurance corporation of india, did not given a single rupee;if premium did not paid at least 3 years. So laps of polices, want to avoid for a better reason. Kindly look into the matter.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I got a later on home address last week referencing to policy number:[protected]. Saying i have not submitted the

                                    Premium. I asked to branch office arrah, but they took details but not helped me till date.

                                    As per my knowledge, i have not opted any lic plan in past.
                                    Once i got discussed with lic agent in 2015 regarding lic plan "jeevan anand". But i said to him, i am

                                    Interested but my financial condition is not okay this time, i will take plan later and also said i

                                    Will submit kyc at that time via email as well as will transfer the premium amount.
                                    He was asking the details to fill the form i said i will share at that time when i will take the plan.

                                    He said no issue, you can give details now and you take plan later.

                                    He asked me details to fill the form and also to sign the same application from.
                                    Now i got the later. Here as i can check some different plan: 822: lic’s anmol jeevan.

                                    Now, i have below points could you please answer:
                                    1) i have not signed any application later for mentioned plan 822.
                                    2) i have not given any kyc document.
                                    3) i have not submitted any photograph as per my knowledge
                                    4) i have not paid any premium.
                                    So, my concern is how anyone (Agent) can open lic on behalf of a person without above mentioned

                                    Details.
                                    My complaint:
                                    1) misusing of my details.
                                    2) how agent made my kyc.
                                    3) why he opted plan 822? "where death benefit will be claimed". Is there any conspiracy?

                                    I got a call from LIC and they said agent can open a policy on behalf of the customer. if they know the customer.

                                    They explained me the meaning of KYC(KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER) and agent know you.

                                    Also, he said you want to continue or not the same policy. As this policy is really good for you.

                                    I replied I am not interested you can close. I have not paid any premium as well but my data is used wrongly.
                                    But he said data is not used wrongly.

                                    The conclusion of call:
                                    1) They will close the policy:[protected].

                                      A policy from life insurance corporation of india in the year 2015 vide policy no.[protected] on the monthly premium basis. But last two years the premium
                                      Paid by me with late payments and interest also paid by me. Sir, what is my fault when i request them to deduct my premium through ecs. I submit

                                        I am never able to log in to the lic website for the last few months. Last time also my husband had to go to the branch to submit the payment. Even the app is not working. How does one communicate with them?? For paying premiums and checking the other details of the policy, it is now become very frustrating as the portal does not move to the log in page. I thought the app will help but that also does not move beyond log in.
