The LIC Agent portal for checking Customer policy status site is not reaching for the last few days. I am unable to check the policy status of my customers. Please look into this resolve the problem as soon as possible. Below is my email id and Agent code.

      The agent gave me only policy receipt and till now I have not received policy bond.
      I do not live in the same state where the insurance was taken and due to some family and work related issues, I am not able to visit the branch in person.

        Dear sir,
        I, jitendra singh pujara with policy no.[protected], had a complaint againt lic since, i got a account payee check of 20000/- from lic of india bank of baroda from lic of india khatima branch which was issued on 27/7/2017 i had deposited this account payeecheck on 6/10/2017 in idbi bank pilibhit branch in my account no. [protected], ifsc code ibkl0000310, this check got returned by the idbi bank on 7/10/2017 because of insufficient balance in the account from where the account payee check was prepared, i want that strict action should be taken against this negligency. Hereby i am attatching proff of check depostion and the msg i got from idbi bank. Please take proper action and make a reply against my complaint as soon as possible. I am waiting for your reply

Now, day before yesterday i login my user id to pay premium online but there a updation in my site, now my first name, profile, sex, address all are changed i cant view my policies to pay premium online. I can view only my husband and son's policies not my individual policies. I think there is change in my first name in your migration. Kindly help me to do the needful sir. I have submitted all the relevant information to the branch. When contacted the branch officials, they informed it will be credited to my given account number on the next woking day but till date i have not received the amount even after lapse of 13 days. No proper response from the branch.

              I'm a policy holder. For the past six months amount is not been debited from my account. So, i checked and paid the amount with the late charges. And this month the due date is 25th, till now the amount is not been debited. So, when i try paying the due online with my registered account, an additional amount of rs. 125/- is added to my due amount as cd charges. This is not at all fair to take monthly rs.125/- as cd charges. So, is there any way to link a new bank account to my policy online. Please help me with some suggestions and ideas.

                    Sir, we pay premium online through net banking for two policy's in 26 may 2017 rs 1359 for policy number[protected] and other 12 jun 2017 rs 1430 for policy number[protected]. Both policy receipt not generate and policy deposit also not shown in your portal but both policy cash deduct my account. Pls help me to generate policy receipt. When asked to such delay she told on phone you can do anything against me my behavior will not changed if you even serve the legal notice we have our legal department to deal with it but i will release the payment as per my convenience.
                        Sir, this type of staff mentality defame such a big company who known to settle the claims in a very sensitive manner. Hope you will be understand our problem and resolve the same.

I facing much problems in collecting the renewal premium from my policy holder. As i dont know the status of policy. Please see the matter and solve this problem at your earliest please so that i can see the policy status and serve my policy holder nicely. This problem is from last one month i contacted to divisional office jodhpur reply was this is out of reach for us this problem can be solve only at central office level.                                 Sir, i had issued a ch. No.879504 dated 27/09/2017 for rs.3000/= (Sbi, mandvi branch, vadodara) for opening a new lic policy for 3 lakhs to shri pankaj shah. However, yesterday, i had told shri shah regarding change of policy amount for rs. 2 lakhs instead of rs. 3 lakhs. Now, formalities like medical check up etc. Are yet to be completed. My question is how can the agent deposit the issued cheque without completing formalities like medical check up? Generally, a cheque or amount is asked to be deposited by agent after completion of formalities.in this case, keeping a faith that cheque will be deposited after completion of formalities, a cheque was handed over. Now, it is my humble request to refund the same amount through ecs as the formalities are not completed. I shall be thankful if you please look in this matter at the earliest possible.

                                Shri Pankaj Shah is LIC agent and is said to have been in Manjalpur LIC Branch.
                                I have paid LIC premium 15, 207 Rs. on 28th Sep-2017. Payment done through LIC portal--SBI, money has been deducted from account but receipt not generated. I have transaction reference number as JSBI[protected]IGACCFITY5.
                                I have made the payment for my two policies. But both the policy status is showing lapsed.

I have been visiting lic digboi branch often but the lic staff doesnot give importance to me. The lic staff doesnot know how to deal with the customers lic takes preminum in time but when it comes to the customers they does not know how to deal with the customers such a irresponsible behaviour by the india’s largest insurance company.in context to this i will never open a lic policy again in lic.

                                      Speed post letter stands delivered as per enquiry made then but no reply was received from your office.

                                      In the correspondence i had sent
                                      A. Adhar card copy self attested
                                      B. Existance certificate
                                      C. Change of address - current address - v 10/1, dlf phase 3, gurgaon 122002
                                      D. Change of signature from full to half.

                                      In the past i have not received some monthly payments of annuity.
                                      9 from 01.02.2012 to period of ten months up to jan 2013

                                      Reconciliation statement from 01.02.2012 to jan 13 will be appreciated.

                                      I have received an sms for existence certificate. Do you want it every year please send form and the requirements

                                      I need nomination form as i do not remember whom i had nominated

                                        Sir my e services premier services are not working.due to I wrongly uploaded .do u rectifyy problem or deregister my account.then I newly opened.i mail you more times.but no msg from you.i enroll all my policies for premier services.i did not put under sign to document and upload in step 3.then it cannot open step 1 and step 3. If it avail to solve the mistake u rectify .if not you deregister my account.then I open newly.thanking you
